My family and I just moved to the area and this is our new favorite boba spot. I appreciate that the owner keeps prices fair since it seems most middle and high school kids come here after school. They have a huge selection and the staff and very friendly. They also have samples which is nice. 👍🏼

BOBA!!! this place is awesome. You can also customize your drink; milk, tea, flavors and sweetness level.

This place is our regular boba shop! They are the most affordable for the size ($5 for regular) and have free upgrades on Tuesdays - although the large is quite large and I normally split it between 2 people. My favorite flavor is rose jasmine green milk tea with boba. The only drawback would be they are on the sweet side but you can ask for very low sweetness.

EDIT: The service at this place is simply out of this world! I dropped my drink after getting it and they replaced it free of charge. I can't recommend this place enough! The portions are massive (especially the Pumpbo), and the service is friendly and fast. The daily specials (which used to be $2 but are now $2.50, still a steal though) are awesome on a budget as well. Great tea place!

Life pro tip. Buy the $2 premade drinks and add boba on the side. Tpumps is one of my favorite drink places because of all the options. If you're feeling indecisive you can always order one of the recommended flavor combos. While not as fancy as the more expensive boba shops, the flavors and toppings make up for it. Customer service is amazing! The line goes pretty fast even during busy times.

If you are looking for quantity for the price this place is it. They have two sizes small(the average size of most places large), and the large or (pumpbo) witch is 32oz and is same price or cheaper as most other places around. Every Tuesday is and automatic free upgrade to a large. You order by first your size then your base tea green or black or Thai then milk or straight then you get to choose two flavors from a large list of flavors and then boba or diff add in. If you are looking for a quick grab and go they have daily 2dollar pre mix drinks without boba. Don’t expect to go there and get in and out real fast, they almost always have a line of people and they run out of stuff like taro or Thai or they aren’t made yet when I get there just after they open. But the amount of tea for the price can’t be beat and many flavor options.

Our favorites here are Mango strawberry BT, Thai milk tea, Salted caramel BMT and Chocolate strawberry vanilla BMT. They also have $2 premade drinks on the side where we can add toppings on our request for some extra cents (flavors get changed everyday). Tpumps is different since it’s not really authentic milk tea, but there are plentiful flavors you can select for creating your own milk tea. You can select up to three flavors when customizing yours. Usually they have signature tpumps inside the fridge and sample cups for other customers to try. Also, this is a type of tea shop where people do takeouts maybe because the place is too small and it’s not really a best place to hangout. They also offer other types of milk such as soy and almond milk. However, there aren’t a lot of options for selecting toppings, but at least you can select flavors.

I loved this bubble tea shop! There was a variety of flavors of drinks and there were many different types of boba! Ranging from basic honey boba to cool and creative popping boba! The decor on the inside was very authentic and my whole family enjoyed the flavors! Definitely would recommend going there if you live close by or just happen to drive by the area!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. Hands down the best boba/tea place in the area. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. Hands down the best boba/tea place in the area. Not only do they have amazing tea with awesome predetermined combinations for people (like me) who have no idea what they want but know the flavor combinations they like, but they also had a tea of the day out which was so tasty I ended up getting. (Green apple, passion fruit, mango) I was feeling extra saucy and decided to try their Neapolitan which I can’t remember the name of but it’s on their favorites and it says in the description it tastes like a Neapolitan ice cream and no lie, it does. Fairly busy with lots of high school students hanging out after school. Kinda hard to hear the cashier over all the noise. The boba was very good and they have tons of flavors to choose from

With the cost of living increase, this place is a to-go place for milk tea lover, their price is incredible cheap and the taste were not bad at all. Not a parking friendly place. No where to park whenever we come.

They were out of all except one flavor of popping boba- weird for a chain with the kind of presence that TPumps has. No fresh fruit tea on the menu- mildly disappointing.

It was ok, I feel like their large drink got smaller & they only added like 10 boba balls to my drink and they were clumped together. The tea itself was refreshing. I got the passion fruit green tea.

I’m all for happy lemon or other mass produced bobas and am not a boba purist. And neither am I some organic healthy eater. But ooooof, one can taste the chemicals in their boba through and through. I’ve come here twice - second time by accident- and while I appreciate the $2.50 teas and the free boba sampler they have, buying a tea really makes me wonder when I’ll grow a third eye like the fish in the Simpsons.

This has been my go to place for boba for the past month now since its quality is good and the prices are good. They opened up the store and added free drinks now. I was here last Tuesday and they did not give me my points. At the time of purchase, I asked the cashier if she needed my phone number for points and she said no. I assumed that meant it was automatic since i have used my card for boba and obtain points that way in the past.but i did not get a text message notifying of my point balance update. I waited in line again for another ten minutes to ask the cashier about my points, to which she said she’ll need to talk to her manager. They took my phone number and never updated the information. Its been two days.

I came here on Sunday April 28, around 8:13pm I ordered and some short curly hair dude that was cashier was irritated with me because I ordered 3 drinks? Is this not a drink place ? Why work here if ur gonna be irritated with customers ordering drinks? I

I was at t pumps today I am 60 yrs old and they have very very arrogant, Discriminative customer service. I am in Bay Area for 3o yrs but never seen this kind of discrimination, since that girl thought I cannot speak proper English so she behaved, When I asked for her name she was more rude and said I will not give my name. My kids love boba tea and this is closest place but with this kind of service I will never go to this place. If I have the owner no I would like to complain on phone with Fremont t pumps customer service

It was my first time ordering. They filled my 3/4 with ice cubes and barely dipped on the drink and it was all done. The supervisor was extremely rude and refused to acknowledge and honor me with another drink.

it was really bad.... the drink was chemically and overly sugary. i had to throw away after drinking 1/8 because I kept coughing. also was pretty watered down.

Ordered ahead and they gave me a 30 min wait time, said they'll text. 40 min later no text. Waited 10 more min in line to ask about my order behind everyone that's there to order. What's the point of having online order ahead?? Tea was good value, very sweet even though I chose zero sugar (from the flavors and boba). High caffeine content. But still would not come back due to not streamlined ordering adding almost an hour to my day.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! HAIR IN BOBA! Came to this location 11/11/25 at 4:30pm. I ordered one drink and immediately when I sipped and chewed my boba I noticed a hair in the boba. I went back into the store and asked for a remake and the young Asian girl with the nose piercing working gave me attitude and laughed. After she remade my drink I went home and drank the new drink.... And again a long brown hair in the boba. I have come to this boba spot for year and after this I will NEVER be back and will be reporting this to the health department because how does clumps of hair end up inside boba balls. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!

As someone who values treating others with respect, I would never want to make anyone feel the way I was treated during this interaction. A little empathy and basic respect go a long way. My hope in writing this is simply that no other customer has to leave feeling judged or disregarded over voicing a simple and genuine concern. I’ve been a loyal customer of T Pumps Fremont for about six years, ever since the pandemic, and my family and I visit very frequently—often every other week, sometimes even multiple times in one week. This has been our favorite boba shop, and until tonight, I have never once made a complaint. This evening, I purchased one of the discounted $3 drinks. After taking one sip, I noticed immediately that it tasted extremely sweet and honestly just truly unpleasant. I’m never one to be picky and I will drink almost any combo from this shop. Prior to this I’ve had many of the discounted drinks before and have never came across one this bad. I calmly and respectfully went back to the employee (short guy with a mustache) to let him know and kindly asked if I could exchange for a different discounted drink. I expressed this kindly, apologized for bothering, and made it clear how I rarely complain in general. The employee responded in a condescending manner, telling me that all discounted drinks are the same sweetness. I explained that I already understood this, as I often order discounted drinks, but that this particular drink tasted genuinely bad. Instead of acknowledging my concern or explaining store policy clearly, he was clearly annoyed and made me feel judged and as though I was trying to get something for free instead. He then told me there was nothing he could do, without clearly stating whether it was a policy issue or not. I fully understand if discounted drinks are not eligible for exchanges or refunds. However, the issue was not the outcome, but instead the dismissive and unprofessional manner in which the situation was handled. After six years of loyalty and this being my first complaint, the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. All of the other employees I’ve encountered at this location have always been truly kind, welcoming, and friendly. Unfortunately, this one interaction has made me not want to return, which genuinely saddens me given how much my family and I love this place. I take full accountability in my choosing of the discounted drink; however, I’m truly disappointed for when I expressed my complaint I was met with judgement and dismissiveness. I’ll be going to a different spot that gives me the kindness and decency that any person deserves, without having to worry about being treated like that again from this particular employee.
