We arrived in New Jersey a day early for our cruise and decided to try this place out. The service was GREAT. The guy who took our order was very patient and offered suggestions. The drinks were AMAZING as well. We had the Intensifier with kale and the rehydrator with ginger. Omg! They were so GOOD. They juice your drinks to orders and it was one of the best things we had during our time here so far.

Every time I came here was great but I put one star because of my experience here today. Stopped here right after the hospital wearing a cast. I sat waiting for my food since I was dining in and once ready the Indian appearing guy says blue bliss bowl. A couple got up simultaneously as I to get it and he said no this is him and pointed at me. I walked up got the bowl then grabbed a spoon and sat down. I thought nothing of it until he came out and walked to the couple table with their order, then came back with straws for their smoothies. At that moment I thought you bring the perfectly fine couple everything making multiple trips but make the guy in a cast get up and walk to you

I have ordered here before and my bowls usually aren’t soupy consistency with all the fruit mixed in and such an ugly presentation. I got it as soon as the order was finished and live a 5 min drive out. No reason for it to be this melted. Also no granola when I ordered it with the bowl. For the price point I expect better.

The smoothies are pretty good, but both times I’ve visited there’s only been one person working extremely hard, which makes the wait longer than expected. I’m sure you could consider hiring more staff to help speed things up.

I ordered two items, an avocado and fresh mozzarella panini it wasn't fresh mozzarella and a rehydrator juice. However, I did not receive the juice. When I contacted Vitality, they informed me that the juice was given to the delivery person and advised me to contact Grubhub for a refund. I found it unusual to suggest that the delivery person intentionally kept my juice. Additionally, the bread of the panini was quite hard, causing soreness in my gums. The sandwich itself was messy, and when I tried to eat it, the avocado spilled onto my hands and shirt. I attempted to eat one piece, but it was too painful, so I unfortunately had to discard it.had a bad experience as a first-time customer — However, I received a call from Anna at Vitality, who reached out to address my concerns and kindly offered me a complimentary replacement. Thank you, Anna, for the great follow-up and customer care!

Ordered on their website at 7:30pm. Paid for it. Showed up and they would not honor my order at 7:50pm because they close at 8pm. The guy working there told me to get a refund. Ridiculous. Going to file a complaint with my bank. If you really close before 8pm then don’t accept orders on your website. Never coming back to this place and I’m taking all the fliers off from my building.

Unable to eat here. Though don't actually follow their posted store hours. I showed up 20 minutes before closing time and they refused to take an order.

I had 2 (this is not an exaggeration, literally two) paper thin slices of chicken in the bowl and charged a premium for it. It's rare that I feel this strongly about being ripped off, since I dine at all price levels. One of the most blatant robberies to date. Garbage.

I wasn’t even going to waste my time with a bad review but I came to you guys nicely and keep getting ignored get it together.
