I love Jack's Sweets and Treats! All of the workers were so kind and friendly, and the ice cream is delicious! I went here with my family on New Years Eve and it was so much fun!!

First time visiting this local ice cream shop; they have ice cream cakes, ice cream cupcakes, shakes, ice cream sandwiches and homemade waffle cones. The set up is similar to cold stone - you can build your own or choose one of their signature mixes. My daughter loved the banana flavored ice cream, my fav was the coffee flavored ice cream. Can’t wait to bring our friends and family to check this place out.

Mariah and Jaylina were absolutely fantastic! My husband and I came in for dessert and Mariah immediately greeted us. She helped us, and when she wasn’t sure about something, Jaylina helped her and they were both so kind. It made for a very pleasant first experience. Will hopefully come again if we are on this side of town.

Been here several times and the great variety of treats grasps my tastebuds every single time I come in. Employee Jasmine has been a phenomenal and kind person to be greeted by. She always gives amazing recommendations and I never leave dissatisfied with her assistance. If you want sweet treat or craving a late night treat, Jack’s place is the best option to chose!!!

Everyone loved their choices (my daughter got a pina colada snowcone, my husband got an ice cream in a cone and I got the italian ice with sweet cream ice cream base). All excellent.

Different name, same delicious ice cream! Don't be fooled by the new name, this is the same freshly-made-in-store ice cream we've been enjoying here for many years. It's been a long-time favorite of ours, the quality and taste are consistent every time!

My kids and I love their ice cream! This is the best ice cream shop in town for sure. If you haven’t tried them yet I highly recommend. They bake fresh cookies as well so I add a chocolate chip cookie to my vanilla ice cream. Great locally owned shop!

I placed a delivery order of cookies for my little nephew who recently fractured his elbow. For a dessert place, I was thoroughly surprised the FROSTED COOKIES were delivered in a bag!!! A bag??!!! Really?!!? Even a place like Burger Kings takes the time to properly package up their below average desserts. At least stick some parchment paper between the cookies but NOPE, cookies legit were stacked on top of each other. Super disappointed with how the product was prepared for delivery. Not sure how "awesome" the cookies were as it was hodge podged cookie mess with the frosting having a snuggle frosting party.

What a disappointment this place has become. My daughter’s went and ordered ice cream got me one to go and when they get here, I started eating mine and immediately tasted something unusual and when I looked, there is a bunch of plastic wrapper mixed in with my ice cream and I gave the lady a call and instead of being kind and showing great customer service she was rude ignorant, and she honestly was acting like a 12 year-old. She had nothing to say I basically had to say it for her!!! She doesn’t know how to talk to a customer and she was just rude. She was Talking over me and her response was how am I supposed to Give you a refund over the phone ? someone please give this girl some managerial skills I will never come back here again and it’s super disappointing because we have been regular customers for years

Even tho we were waiting in line for about 5-10 minutes and they ask use what we wanted. Just ignored us and felt like we weren't wanted there. Won't be going back.
