The juices here are pretty consistent and the rewards they offer now is great. The people that works there are really friendly and they make an effort to make your drink fast as possible.

Driving home fm work & decided to stop for a PROTEIN drink. Now I never have these... until yesterday. I'm usually a dream machine person if and when I go. I didn't really know the exact name of the protein drink that my coworker got so I tried looking in the book first. Upon entering the Jamba Juice on Cedar/Shaw I was welcomed by the young man at the counter. Very polite. When ordering I was helped by Vic (read her name tag) & she was extremely friendly and HELPFUL. She let me sample the soy milk after I admitted I never had it and convinced me it would taste great. She even said she'd make it herself since that's her personal favorite drink. Honestly, it was a pleasant experience. Something so small as being treated kindly by strangers made my afternoon. I appreciate the staff that helped me today. Oh and yea, the drink was sweeter with soy milk and did not taste like a protein shake 👍🏻

Being in a busy plaza, I’ve always experienced friendliness and prompt service from the staff. I appreciate how Gisselle went outside of the box to make the drink I wanted, despite the store being out of the main ingredient. Gisselle gave me a few options I didn’t even think of and the drink was perfect, just as if it wasn’t missing a thing. I will definitely be back thanks to the way she made my day, it was such a simple and kind gesture.

I ordered vanilla blue sky, I don’t usually go to this Jamba Juice and it tasted bad, like just banana. I took it back and they worked with me to figure out what it needed and it came out perfectly, just like I wanted. And they let me keep the other one which my dog LOVED slurping down 😅 I do wish there were more options though, I don’t care for much else here. Samples would be a great idea I highly recommend the vanilla blue sky but get extra pineapple/pineapple sorbet or something acidic to cut through the banana

Excellent customer service and super friendly employees. They were very quick making my order which I really appreciated. My Peach Perfection was delicious!! My only complaint is that the music is too loud here. The lovely employee at the register tried to converse with me but it was just too difficult to communicate when I have to talk so loud back.

Yum, love this place. I love the apple's and green's. Doesn't look appetizing, but it is really awesome! Made with banana as the base, apple juice and kale. The waffle is yummy too. This place is often busy. Clean, quick, easy parking. We highly recommend this awesome place.

Several people were already waiting for their orders, a few people in line to order, about 6 employees behind the counter. I waited to hear my name an nothing. Most everyone left when I asked about my order, the employee said I had to walk in and ask for my order that they don't call out online orders. Come on. All those employees and not a single one could ask if I needed help or if I'd been helped? Again, good product will be buying again just not at this location

She made it a simple and efficient process for my club to begin fundraising the same day I went into the store. It's nice to eat a healthy brunch

Careful when delivering on Postmates takes up to an hour for them to make your drink. Although this was a bad experience their product is amazing, and they contacted me to acknowledge my opinion and make me aware that they will work to improve.

I came here to pick up my order 7:20pm. A homeless dude came out of JJ and came to my car asking for $$. Luckily I didn't come out of my car or roll down my windows. I nodded my head telling him I don't have anything to give him. He decided to tapped on my driver side window and smiled. He walked away from my car and threw a bread or something at my car. He kept walking around the parking lot. I decided to call JJ, told the worker what happened. I told her I am not going to step out of my car to p/u my order bc I didn't feel safe. She was very kind and offered to bring it to me. She informed her manager and will call security. Sigh, careful with your surroundings.

Jamba juice is so good! The serve many choices of fresh smoothies and also have a few snacks. You can personalize your smoothie. Whether you would like to add more caffeine to your smoothie, more lemon juice to make it sour, or extra of your favorite fruit you can do it! Even if you personalize your smoothie they charge you just for the size of it. I recommend the white gummy, red gummy, coffee ones, razzmatazz. They're great

Fast and easy, thats what she said. Serious note yeah I ordered the peanut butter protein shake and it was delicious and it came out quick so I was impressed with the speed and quality.

Try to get one everyday if I can. Great staff and clean place all the time. Make sure you sign up for your jumba juice reward points and get a free drink on your birthday!! Yesss

I go here often because its the closest one to me, but there's been times ive walked in and didn't see a single employee for minutes. It also smells really bad in there, like rotten oranges. Parking is not ideal either.

Great drinks, but the location or the plaza they are in looks a bit dirty. Can't really pin-point what the issue is for me, perhaps the layout or lack of shade in the parking lot, or perhaps the liquor store in that plaza. I was not a fan, but now we love Jamba juice, is a great alternative to water, juice or sodas.

3 person Staff was overwhelmed by the amount customers in the store. They did not clear the wait line. I was left with others just waiting to place a order while the staff was all making drinks. Customer service could have been better.

The flavors and selection they have are great however, my experience today has been unsatisfactory. They kept me waiting for so long and they were serving drinks to customers that were here after I came in and ordered. I would recommend the Jamba Juice at Sierra Vista Mall over this one

Wow this places is so slow and their customer service was non existent. Didn't get a hello when I came in. With all that time they had, they still weren't able to get the classic razzmatazz smoothie right. Disssapointed. I know this store can be better.

Well that was disappointing. Ordered the Acia Primo bowl, got a whole lotta acai, very little primo. There was a super thin layer of toppings, like 8 strawberry pieces, a few tiny blueberries, a sprinkling of granola and zero banana. Wanted to try it put because it was so close, but I will make the drive to Tower Blendz from now on.

Don't use the computer they have to order next time y'all go to any Jamba juice. Certain items aren't there to choose from. Just tell the workers you only have cash & they'll be forced to actually take your order, instead of having to do it yourself.

Waited over 20 min for our drinks. They made 4 other orders of over 2 smoothies before mine. I asked and they said they were backed up all day.. still doesn’t explain why My order was left out or lost. Place even smells dirty. If you don’t want to be disappointed don’t come to this one.

I love Jamba Juice, but... Their smoothies are never blended properly and they don't honor military discounts unless you're in uniform. I won't be coming back to this one, I'll make the drive to another location .

Had a horrible experience with an extremely aggressive panhandler outside of this Jamba Juice. My family and I go to this location several times a month as its close to our home. The panhandler was being aggressive toward woman as they approached the business in particular a very pregnant young lady. As a woman I asked him nicely to stop scaring people. He proceeded to curse me out and I asked the Manager of this Jamba Juice to call 911 (I'm Former PD) She proceeded to tell me I should have left him alone "Cux he isn't causing any problems". I am contacting corporate Jamba Juice to file a complaint. I feel the manager is not looking out for the best interest of her employees or her customers. My family will now go to another location!

I stop and grab a quick Jamba Juice at least twice a week. Especially because of the hot days where I live. Gabriella the team lead is so obnoxiously rude to customers. Not to sure how Jamie Juice would let someone lead with her poor attitude. I just thought I would share every location has excellent service. Skip the Shaw and Brawley location they hire anybody. Why would your panty’s be in a bunch at Jamba Juice? It’s early I mean we all just started the day! I’m still smiling.
