This is my favorite Jimmy John’s location. I normally show up an hour before they close, and they’re never busy at that hour. Everyone is always pleasant, and the place is clean. What more could you ask for?

Our experience was top notch. I walked in and was greeted immediately. At the time, there was only one other customer. The lead, or person managing at the time, asked for assistance as customers walked in behind me. She took my order, which as usual, contains allergy sensitive items for my sons. She made sure to clean the slicer, change gloves, wrote it down and informed everyone on the line, who also changed gloves. Very thorough, which I loved. The Sandwicheds were made efficiently and properly with no issues. All information about price was relayed to me (extra BACON!). The sandwiches themselves were delivcious. My wife and I were VERY impressed. Perfect blend of condiments, oil, vin, veggies and meat. But that's our opinion. Check for yourself. If you haven't been there, give them a chance. If you had a bad experience, maybe try again. Places like this turnover employees a lot, and I'd hate to see customers miss good food because of one bad experience. But hey, your call. We will be back!

Yum, the staff was very helpful. The #9 is the bomb! A awesome Italian sub. Very ranch wrap was awesome too. We were greeted by friendly staff, they asked us if we had the app. We did not. They recommended that we get it because if the great value and offers. We are totally going to use the app next purchase. We highly recommend this yummy place!

Used the App to order ahead of time. I honestly had low expectations of the place and there for the quality of the food. I was extremely surprised by how much we enjoyed it. We got the Club Lulu (turkey & bacon) and the Gargantuan (a little bit of everything). They were both absolutely delicious and filling. We also got there Pickles (cut into quarters) which were really good. Flavor was not overpowering although the skin of the pickles were a little tough. We will definitely be ordering from there again.

I'm impressed! It was a most delicious sandwich. I had a turkey, provolone, & avocado sandwich and my cousin had a turkey tom sandwich. The bread was very good. I prefer chips that aren't kettle-cooked which is why I didn't give them 5 stars. The best part of lunch was the staff! They were friendly, helpful, and tolerant - this was our first time to Jimmy John's. I'll definitely go back!

I love jimmy John sandwiches but noticed they are getting thinner width wise I don't know if they think we won't notice or they don't care but we notice. And to charge more for it is crazy no what's crazy is that we order them well not anymore. Only in case of emergency. Thank you good bye

I love Jimmy John's and am so glad to have one by my work place in Riverpark. They're always spot on with the exception of one time I made an order and went to pick it up. Usually by the time I get there it's done, however when I did get there it was not and the workers didn't even realize an online order came through, on their defense they were deep cleaning and had moved some of the big cabinets and freezers out but regardless should've been attentively watching orders, was not given anything complimentary like a cup of refreshment as I waited but that doesn't matter because as always, the sub was soooooo good!! I love Jimmy John's and am so glad to have one by my work place in Riverpark. They're always spot on with the exception of one time I made an order and went to pick it up. Usually by the time I get there it's done, however when I did get there it was not and the workers didn't even realize an online order came through, on their defense they were deep cleaning and had moved some of the big cabinets and freezers out but regardless should've been attentively watching orders, was not given anything complimentary like a cup of refreshment as I waited but that doesn't matter because as always, the sub was soooooo good!! Restrooms wasn’t clean at all, soda Machine was Spitting out All Crazy Wasn’t Drink able, I got a different amount of Syrup and Carbonation water. Now time for Food, I got my sandwich But When I took a Bite I was greeted with A Mayo, Water, Italian dressing Combo Mess All over the Table, my jeans and shirt, I wasn’t expecting that. I’m not sure why was the sandwich so liquidity? I had to Ring out the juices. I’m glad I ate it inside the store then coming home to a soggy mess. Nonetheless sandwich was 5 outta 10. As for Atmosphere too quiet Could hear the Customers order and I was on the other side of the Restaurant.

My previous visit was terrible and they responded To Jimmy John's response, no i will not contact your feedback team i have my number to the "manager" or whoever and no follow up... The only reason you responded was to make it look like you care... My original review is below Both sandwiches were made sloppy and when i called in after seeing the mistakes at home, i was basically told who cares and i should've said something when i got them... How? I bought to eat at home Recommend opening and checking while in store instead of dealing with rude people over the phone

If you love crappy service and bread only sandwiches, this is your place.

The 2 guys working behind the counter were more interested in screwing around than making my order. It took quite a long time. Then when I got home it was completely wrong. I’m not very happy with this place.

First time here… and SO disappointed. I wanted to like this place… First was frustrating that there was no system to get our food, so we just waited and wondered where our order was. Then, finally someone brought it to us, and let us know someone else got our food, AND opened the sandwich, but didn’t eat it. So here you go?! With flue season just beginning that was not a suitable option. Naturally, we gave our receipt and asked to make another. When we FINALLY got our sandwiches the second time they were made wrong. And it was difficult to eat the spicy jalapeños IN my sandwich when I clearly ordered them in the side… see photo. I then went to them to let them know, and got no apology, blank faces, and a well, I guess all we can do is make you wait longer to make ANOTHER. By this time I was just hungry…. No manager came by, and no apology. So sad to see, that was my first time and last time.

I asked for a way to contact management and they said call corporate and refused to help with anything further. Don’t recommend this location to anyone. I will see how about I can go on to report this so they get proper training or workers.

Now it's $5 for fresh bread and they no longer sell day old bread for $2. :( wasn't expecting that!!

$14 for a thin slice of turkey on the Club Lulu. When I asked to speak to the manager about it, she said it’s made by weight. This is a joke. I’ve never had a sandwich like this from Jimmy John’s before. The only plus is that they made our pickup order very quickly. Be careful at this location.
