We love this taco truck. The people are nice and the food is always great! I never have boingy meat when ordering asada- iykyk. I also see many people buying vegetarian items here- so they are accommodating. Just watch out for the salsa- it's so hot I can't use any of it- mama needs medium, ha!

Food is always on point at this spot. Besides their tacos which are delicious and always recommended (i.e. their carne asada tacos 🌮🤤), I got to try one of their specials, a shredded beef enchilada burrito, and it hit the spot! Staff is super friendly as well! One of the best spots for tacos and other Mexican delights in Fresno, hands-down!

The burritos are a good size. The asada meat is seasoned well and tastes very good. The lengua tacos are also very good. The 3 salas they offer are also great, perfect about of spiciness and flavor. I have been back multiple times.

The burritos are a good size. The asada meat is seasoned well and tastes very good. The lengua tacos are also very good. The 3 salas they offer are also great, perfect about of spiciness and flavor. I have been back multiple times.

The tacos are good price wise I think it's pretty even with the amount of meat portion on the tacos. The shells were a little too chewy.

The food was delicious but a bit spicy. I would like the option on the spicey meter. Taco truck located on Herndon & Barstow.

El Rinconsito Taco truck was our stop while traveling, and I chose it based on the great reviews and it did not disappoint! The tacos were amazing, full of flavor, and the salsas were bomb. They didn’t have grilled onions at the moment, but the lady quickly made some fresh for me, which was excellent customer service. We also ordered the asada fries; not going to lie, those could be improved they were a bit dry and lacked flavor. But aside from that, everything else was great. Taco truck was very clean, and overall, I really liked it and definitely recommend it.

The lady taking the orders was a bit rude, she didn't even say "hello" or "good evening", the meat was ok, so were the portions, but they added cabbage and a sauce that I didn't order and they never asked, I thought I would be free to choose what I wanted like in many other places.

Today we called in an order and received a mess! One tostada was ordered and came in a huge plate covered in beans cheese and lettuce you couldn’t see the tostada it was supposed to be a shrimp ceviche and it came wet with beans the shrimp in both tostada and tacos looked boiled the meat plate wasn’t the best either I have never been so disappointed we loved this truck we ordered menudo all the time will not be coming back !

I definitely agree with some of the recent posts about the lady taking orders that is very rude. We used to love this taco truck. The quality of the food has gone down. There was a young girl that used to take the orders and she was so nice.I don't know what happened to her. The last few times I ordered food the carnitas was dry and overcooked. I don't think I'll be returning since being treated rudely, and the food quality is not as good. Hopefully, they get their stuff together, because I heard they're opening a restaurant, and if it is like this there, that's not good.

The woman at the counter always has an attitude, and the food quality has declined to mediocre. This will be my last visit. When my wife asked for extra salsa cups, she was rudely informed that only two are given out now, which was surprising since the cups used to be freely available. This place was good while it lasted, but I won't be coming back. The portion sizes are mostly carbs with a stingy amount of protein, similar to Chipotle.

Honestly, the food didn’t taste good at all and the prices were way too high. I regret trying this place and I wouldn’t recommend it
