A relatively new location. Well maintained. Service was good a little slow - same team was managing drive thru and walk ins.
The employees at this store are fantastic very friendly and helpful I stop here 4 to 5 times a week..
I really love the McRib sandwich! Thanks for making it a yearly tradition. Was one on the lucky ones to get the Grinch Meal!! Fantastic! I only wished the campaign lasted longer. I did get the sock color I wanted, Blue. I was also hoping to get green. We laughed so hard over the whole thing. The box is a keeper. Next year, please make it a longer campaign. Thank You!!
Fries weren't hot. We had to pull up in spot and wait. Figured fries were still cooking, hamburger was still cooking, fries barely warm.
Kiosk order system was a bit confusing at first. Had to wait a few minutes for an apple pie to be cooked but it tasted good.
Took them 11 min just to make a small coffee & there was no one in front of me. And they didn’t even fill the cup all the way.
Stopped by there this morning to use the restroom and get breakfast. A short, Hispanic male employee exited the toilet stall and restroom without washing his hands! Disgusting! I’ll never eat there again!
This is probably the worst McDonald's in the area. Every time I come here, and this is not an exaggeration, they screw up something with the order. I'm now looking at our meal that is missing two sandwiches but we are 5 mi away already and don't want to go back. Seriously if you come here make sure you check your bag and treat everyone working here like they are a complete idiot because they probably are. Edit: 2026-01-15 - once again gave this place a chance and I was missing things from the order. Told the worker that I was missing items, and he raised his eyebrow and questioned if I was lying about it. I don't think I'm going to take down the billion dollar fast food restaurant by lying about a hash brown missing. It's unreal how I have an order with four things, and they always forget one of them. They asked you to send them an email, but literally nothing changes with this location.
this location is so terrible, costumer service is real bad, food quality is terrible!!! this place should overall just hire a new team bc they all don’t care at all! definitely not going back there!
Waited 10 min at the speaker, left after all that waiting ! Other lane orders were being taken not our ln , poorly service.
We waited like 4 minutes at drive through and then they served the other cars and then asked " can you to come inside we have other customers waiting" they didn't even make a sound on the intercom and just don't know how to work it.
SNEAKY VERY SNEAKY!!! SHAME on You! We went to this McDonald's last night 12-4-25 at 7:30 pm to order 2 of the popular Grinch meals for our Grandkids. I had called in advance to make sure they had them. After 1 hour and 10 minutes waiting in a line I couldnt get out of. I finally received my order and left. When we got home upon opening the box there was no pickle salt, no Shaker bag and only one had the grinch socks, very disappointing. I called the McDonald's and first spoke to a guy with a heavy accent who acted like he didn't speak English. I ask for the Manager who was EXTREMELY RUDE. She said sorry we ran out of the pickle season and basically too bad about the socks.. Why didn't they tell us this when we ordered? We went to a different location today and every thing was fine. SHAME ON YOU McDonald's on Parkwood in Friendswood! Never going there again!
Worst service ever! First of all the speaker attendant was super rude because I struggled understanding his questions and answers! The speakers are not that clear, he had an accent and I asked to repeat and he was rude. Then I ordered two Grinch meals for my kids and after driving home for 10 minutes we got the surprise that one BigMac was missing! Bummer, now my husband is wasting 20 minutes to go back and get the burger they forgot to put in our drive through order. Will see what he gets because I'm expecting another Grinch meal in full... by the time he gets back home with our 6 year old the fries will be cold!
I’m a door dasher waited 20 minutes for my customers order and I witnessed the ugliest behavior from the employees working at 12:40a.m on 11/27/2025 !!!! They had no lines in drive thru and people were already complaining they’ve been waiting longer than 15 minutes for their order. A customer complained about waiting for his food and the employee threw it saying he accidentally dropped it in front of customer and gave a smirk!
We ordered mobile, with a cookie tote and rather large order, and on top of that it was pouring. That being said, the order was placed on the mobile app at 5:20 and I arrived at 5:34 and was made to wait 45 minutes! I had 7 cars who came after me get their food before I did. I had a worker come to my car twice with the incorrect order and I had to show my receipt twice. Finally he came and asked for my receipt and then finally about 7-8 minutes after that I had my food brought to me at 6:25. I got the excuse that it was a big order, again I get a wait time for a big order and even a little longer due to rain, but don’t blame the size of the order when a worker had to come and get my receipt. I would have understood better if you owned up and said I’m so sorry we over looked or whatever, take accountability.
There is a Mexican lady (manager, she had a blue shirt on) who worked on Saturday night, yelled at me for grabbing napkins from the cart. There are no other napkins available to grab for yourself. You literally stand there for minutes while they continue to look at you. They give zero …. They put NO napkins in the bag nor NO receipt and give cold and salty fries. What bad customer service.
I ordered using the app and went to pick up my food .when I got there they said that they weren't making food for the next almost 3 hours and that it would be breakfast. I said that was alright but how do I get a refund they said I had to wait and come in when they open up again in 3 hours.if online and in the app you advertise you are open 24/7 again why are you still close for almost 3 hours.

I regularly choose McDonald’s over other options such as Whataburger or Cracker Barrel because of the consistent value and good taste. During my recent visit 8-28 to your location, I ordered my usual Big Country breakfast. Since I forgot to include a drink, I asked for a cup of water, only to be told it would cost $0.81. This surprised me, as in my experience at many other McDonald’s locations across the area, water is provided at no additional charge. While I understand that operating costs and consumables must be managed, charging for water in this way—without clear disclosure—felt unreasonable and out of line with what customers expect from the brand. I initially tried to order a drink through the kiosk, but ultimately decided to cancel and take my food home instead. As someone who has been a loyal McDonald’s customer, particularly for breakfast, this experience left me disappointed. It felt less about the price itself and more about the principle—being charged for something that is generally treated as a basic courtesy at other locations. I recognize that franchise owners must make independent decisions to remain profitable; as a former franchisee myself, I understand that perspective. However, I believe practices like this diminish customer trust and loyalty. For me personally, it has tipped the balance—I will no longer be visiting this location, though I will continue to support other McDonald’s restaurants that uphold the values and consistency I’ve come to expect. I share this feedback not out of anger but to make my voice heard as a loyal customer who felt devalued over what should have been a small, straightforward request. I hope you will consider how such policies impact the long-term relationship between your business and the people who keep it running: your customers.
absolutely horrible. i come here constantly at night time as it is the only place open, and every time i come it is the same guy that works every single night... without fail it takes him a minimum of 20+ minutes to respond when pulling into the drive thru. He is an unbelievably awful employee and puts 0 effort into his job and it shows. i have been sitting in the mcdonalds drive thru now for 53 minutes.
