Friendly staff & service!!! It is at the corner 518 & 528. The is clean and well kept up with nice and well manicured grassy landscape. The Taco Salad is great here!!! The add-ons are only 50 cents or 25 cents, and that is very reasonable. The drive-in is very quick and efficient.

I have been to many taco bells around the country at various times. This one has to rank 2nd in the country, according to what I have experienced. The employees were alert, fast, friendly, and made sure I left happy. Great team and very pleased to return in the future

Been going here for years, and never gotten the order wrong. Even when my wife wants a burrito made with off-white tortillas and hand made beans with exactly six grains of rice and tomatoes grown in one specific state, they always get it right and with no attitude.

We got a to-go order at around 6:00 pm on 6/23, and it was probably the best meal we’ve ever had at any Taco Bell. Everything was super fresh and hot, the crunchy tacos were actually crunchy, the burritos were stuffed with the appropriate amount of fillings, and it was just overall really great! Kudos to whoever was working that shift!

These people were so fast when giving me my food. Food was fresh. And the people serving me were so kind I was just amazed. I'm reading all these reviews And half of them are lies the staff there were the kindest people I've ever had and nobody forced me to use the keoffs I asked them and I said I don't want to use the kaios and they said OK how can I help you up front

Ordered online and my hubby picked up. The order was ready when he arrived. They were out of cup holders and we had 4 drinks but a staff member helped carry it all out to the car. Glad we had enough cup holders.

Wouldn't know what to do if this place weren't here. The employees are pretty nice, understanding of my somewhat frequent stops via Moped, and food is always hot. I just hope Taco Bell is really doing their workforce right. They deserve raises.

It's Taco Bell. What else is there to say? This location is always consistent. We have had issues with the app working and wound up paying twice to get our food on two different occasions. Wouldn't be a big deal except we were using gift cards and the money from the purchase through the app was never refunded. So we just don't use the app at this store. Other than that, the food is always what one expects it to be from Taco Bell.

Only complaint is the line, which I guess they can't really control but it turns out to be a moderately longer time to get my food. Staff is always nice. And they have a lot of options to choose from which is a great way to change things up and try new things.

No one was there to greet/take orders for quite some time. Granted, they were busy making food and taking drive through orders, but I used the kiosk and it took forever and failed the first time so I had to do it again. Good service once my food was ready though

Ordered at the kiosk out front and it came out surprisingly fast. The store itself seemed pretty clean albeit it being late in the day. One of my tacos was made incorrectly but the staff fixed it quickly when I told them. Service was quick and smooth and the food was great for a fast food restaurant.

Well, Taco Bell is Taco Bell yk? Can’t go to a fast food restaurant expecting a 5 star experience. Usually Taco Bell hits the SPOT but sometimes it messes up on small things (once gave me a flavorless Baja Blast), but yk what? im not even complaining. Ordered online. Food was good, service was poor. I know they’re busy but they literally didn’t speak, pretty rude that the customer is the one asking how they are and telling them to have a goodnight and still not getting a reply.

They were having a meeting up on arrival so was asked to use kiosk to order. Not to bad but the tea could only be ordered unsweetened. Asked for sweet and got it was still given the unsweet because it was served. Ordered Mexican pizza and they set it in the bag on it's side so everything fell off of it. Gave me the impression of ordering thru the drive thru would have been better.

Meh. They got our order wrong. We asked for a party pack and 2 extra bean burritos. Instead they included the two bean burritos into the pack, which meant we were short 2 items. We purchased this so we could have enough for all of our kids as a quick, cheap meal. Instead we had to portion it out differently so it was fair for them all and us. We didn't call and complain, just wanted to let y'all know, be as communicative as you can and double check your order before you drive all the way home. Also, get your receipt, because we didn't, and now we don't know if we were charged for the party pack AND 2 burritos. That's on us though, not them. The miscommunication, that's on them because we thought we were clear with what we wanted.

Food is normally decent, only occasionally is there meat in my vegetarian items. However the management must be awful, considering the employees always look and act absolutely miserable. You'd think they were being held at you-know-what to be there. Dead expressions, almost zero communication, and just looking all around miserable. Normally with bad service, the employees are at least talking amongst themselves instead of directing that energy towards customers. But they aren't even speaking to eachother here. Must be a terrible place to work.

Fairly disappointed in this visit. My 5 layer burrito had Fritos in it for some reason. Cashier sneezing with no attempt to cover up. The bathroom was messy and the soap dispenser didn't work. Toilette seat looked like it was in a war and lost. I usually use the drive thru and never had an issue. Regrettably, this visit I went inside. Some useless tables and chairs inside as well. Hopefully, just an "off" day for this location 🤞

The tall man bun blonde taking the order was rude to customers in the drive thru and his argument with other employees could be heard as well. On top of that the order was wrong. Missing items and wrong items. Not going here again.

:/ My Baja blast was off, with far too much carbonation and far too little syrup. Also, one of my burritos was exploded all over the wrapper, as well as the tortilla being very hard. Seemed like the food was either very old or improperly made. The service was very fast, so that's why I left 2 stars.

I went inside the store rather than the drive-through and watched the preparer assemble the crunch wrap then skip the toaster and place it in the bag as though properly prepared. Sadly limp and mushy. The drink was good as well as the crisps

We ordered a 12 pack of soft tacos, a 12 pack of half soft and half hard tacos. For $20 after taxes per box, they are very skimpy on the meat and lettuce, tomato and cheese One of the soft tacos didn’t even have ground beef We also ordered 2 steak chalupas but they were out of the crispy shell so we settled for them using a soft flour tortilla. There was only 5 small pieces of steak in each taco and they were each $5.50 a taco. We kinda felt ripped off with paying over $50 for tacos that barely had any meat. Please fix this service

It was slow and the food was bad. I normally don't frequent this location since it's a little out of the way, but it's bigger and easier to get to than the one closer by. The crunchwrap was soggy and had some weird lettuce gristle that I couldn't even chew hidden in there. They gave my freeze to the car ahead of me then took it back, and by the time I got it a good part of the ice had melted and all the candy seeds were at the bottom of the cup. Everyone was nice though and seemed to be busy, just bad luck on my part I guess, maybe next time.

Probably won't be back to this Taco bell, placed a mobile order and went through the drive thru on my way home, got there to pick it up and they informed me no Baja blast or any mountain dew products which was fine. I'm not sure if the speaker just needs replaced or if the employee is new to headset but he struggled with the change. When I got to the window the woman working there was very abrupt and was definitely not customer service oriented. It was very obvious neither employee wanted to be there. I did leave without checking the bag which is on me and got home to discover the food in the bag wasn't wrapped right and the items in the bag were incorrect and we were missing our cinnamon twists too. Definitely a lesson learned , I'll go to the further taco bell next time.

We should never have to wait 20 minutes in a drive through that doesn't move. I will no longer eat at this location. The food is typical taco bell. I reversed and left with a few others waiting in line.

i really didn’t want to have to write a bad review but i’m just annoyed now. every time i order my burritos are extremely under filled & when i pay more for extra its the way its supposed to be filled normally. the past few times we’ve order a grilled cheese burrito the cheese isn’t even grilled..they make it to were the cheese is just oily & slightly melted. they used to not have any of these problems so idk.

Worst Taco Bell I've ever had. Hardly any meat. No crunch at all in the 'Crunch' Wrap. Only good part of the meal was the cinnamon sugar balls for desert. Won't be back.

I went in today and one of the lady’s had told me to go to the tablet to order so i put in my order and I say pay with cash put my name and sit down to wait for my name to be called I waited at least 30minutes before walking to the counter and asked about my food and the same lady had told me are you paying with cash I told her yes then she told me oh now you need to order at the register I had asked why she hadn’t asked me in the first place then she denied me survive.

Absolutely every single time I order something without sour cream I come home to find a huge blob of it plopped into ONE HALF of the item. They can't even spread it out. Every. Single. Time. Went through the DT at around 11:30 on 1/31, and ordered a modified vegetarian cheesy gordita crunch along with other items. When I get home and open it, I noticed it had beef in it when I specifically asked to substitute the beef for beans. Not a huge deal since I noticed it before I took a bite, but I went back up to this location to get it fixed. The middle-aged woman manning the drive-thru asked for payment, and when I told her I needed it remade because they added meat, she basically called me a liar and said that I never said anything about no meat. I showed her the receipt, which showed "sub bf to bns," proving her incorrect, and she got an attitude with me and shoved the new one in my face. Check your orders, and make sure to keep your receipt so they can't call you a liar. :) Edit over a year later: dropping down to one star since I CONSISTENTLY get meat put into my non-meat orders. It's absolutely ridiculous that they can't EVER seem to make orders correctly. Y'all should be embarrassed.

Kiosk orders only inside. Cold, customer alienating, impersonal. If it wasn’t for the wife wanting it, I’d walk. Not coming again. If she wants it, she can come. I’ll have cold SPAM before I spend money with a company that gets rid of young employees starting to make their way into the world. Greed kills, it’s just a slower death sometimes.

Any Taco Bell has to be better than this one. Update 5/19/18 so as we all know this is TX and most white boys speak Spanish that's right I speak fluent Spanish and knowing what the manager was saying about myself and the food he was preparing I hope to one day have him as a customer so I can return the favor. The food as usual was absolutely wrong even after repeating several times the order it was STILL WRONG! It's not rocket science here nor does this job require a high school diploma, but you should still know how to listen and read! Stay away from this location management is horrible, the employees are just refections on the ignorant leadership.

I ordered 2 tacos with no cheese. The cashier got it right, but the dyslexic cook gave me two with only cheese. I tried to call the location about my order, and the lazy staff didnt take any calls for the 10 minutes i tried. It would hang up after 2 minutes. My order number was 305212. If this franchise is owned by b & g foods or kormex, im not surprised. As a very slow store, save the lunch and dinner rushes, it also makes it less priority towards the owners.

My girlfriend and I got a steak quesadilla, two Doritos tacos, beef burrito, and a nacho bell grande with no tomato’s . So we got home and the Nacho bell grande had tomato’s all on it and by the time we went back the food was all cold, so we ask them to remake the whole thing, and the tall blonde guy was extremely rude and yelling at us about it because he didn’t want to remake it. I never ever seen a employee yell at a customer like that ever, and we were nice about it. My girlfriend even asked them how they were doing before making a civil complaint. This was the most unprofessional customer service I have ever seen. We will not be going back to that location ever again

They did not give us all our order. Went back and they had the item on the rack (just left it out). Then we found another item was incorrectly made. Incomplete and incorrect order has happened numerous times before. I like Taco Bell but dang get your act together.

My husband got home from working late & was already hungry so he chose Taco Bell. I don't know what was going on inside this establishment, but apparently ordering 15 items (including 2 large drinks, 5 Chipotle chicken grillers, a $5 stacker box, 4 cheesy fiesta potatoes, 2 cheesy gordita crunches, and 1 cheesy potato rito burrito since they did NOT provide a receipt) was too much for them to handle. After being handed the bag and asking if everything was inside, we get home to discover not only did they forget the chips & queso that come with the $5 box but they gave him 0/5 of the chipotle chicken grillers and instead threw some plain cheese roll ups in the bag instead. Don't waste your money here, all we got was indigestion from a heaping helping of disappointment!

Took 3 tries to get my order right. Number 2, cheesy Gordita crunch, Pepsi. Legitimately had to repeat it to two different people face to face. After I came around the third time she handed me a bag with 2 tacos in it and waved her hand at me and said "go". They were just so rude the whole time WHILE repeatedly messing up. Comical. I thought I was being pranked.

The hispanic lady who handed me my order was extremely rude and confrontational. She started banging on my window demanding that I move my car, while I was trying to set my food down in the seat next to me. It had barely been less than 15 seconds after she gave me my food, and there were no waiting cars behind me. She needs a serious attitude adjustment.

Thry never get our orders right. Always ask if we want sauce. I say No. Then they ask again at window before and after they tKe your payment and still out it in the bag. They they charge extra to add beans to tacos.

We have gone to this place several times and every time the employees are not at the counter ready to take your order we went again today to give it another shot and they again were not at the counter finally after 10 minutes of waiting they came out very rudely like they weren’t open and we were bothering them and we ask if they will take our order and he says can you use the kiosks? We told him we would rather not and so he takes our order and we get our food it is wrong of course and we take it back and he is rude about that too and might I add last time we had a bad experience we called corporate and never got a call back we called again today and I am very disappointed in the corporation and employees would definitely not recommend!!!

Disgusting and questionable heath standards. Last night me and my boyfriend ordered food and ate in the restaurant and after a few hours I ended up getting violently sick and had to stay near a toilet for awhile. The next morning (today) my boyfriend got sent home from work because he couldn’t stop throwing up and couldn’t hold anything down. I go to restaurants to get food, not to expel my entire stomach contents everywhere. Nasty is all I can say... 🤮

I went to place an order and the pretentious young lady told me to use the kiosk, and just walked away. The owners seriously need to teach these people customer service as I did not have a credit card and only cash. I never use these kiosk machines because 1 I got scammed one time 2 it sometimes gives the wrong order and I was standing there, listening to her argue with a customer who use the kiosk, and guess what the computer gave the wrong order. I promise you I will not be back here

If I could give less than one star, I would. Both crunchy and soft tacos were stale and tasted burnt. Completely inedible. When I called the store to complain, the "manager" hung up on me. Never again will I shop this location. This location needs to be investigated for quality control/assurance.

Normally my go to location, but tonight they messed up my food which typically wouldn't be enough of an issue for me to leave a negative review, except when I tried to call to ask about a refund or remake they wouldn't answer the phone even though it was during business hours.

The counter person told me I had to use the kiosk, but 2 people were on it. I told her the order was for a nursing home patient. That didn't seem to matter to the staff. Customer service is still important, but it wasn't a concern for this person working at the counter.

Due to time you can only use the drive thru. Was asked if I would like any sauce twice. After being told to pull around to a parking space due to my larger order was asked again about sauce. Only to find they didn’t put any sauce in the bag. I understand time are tough now but we don’t have the choice to walk in and get our own sauces. So why is it so hard to do their job. I would like to begin by saying that, I usually like this place and use it as a reliable option for a quick, cheap, and tasty meal. Today all I received was a poor attempt to put together some of the most basic menu items, and a poor excuse for not having to do more work. Nearly all of the beef burritos in the order came half full and some had chipotle sauce which could be a hazard if given to a customer with an allergy, this was an especially egregious misconduct. While it may be nit picky, none of the items came properly folded or put together, even our soft tacos which only need to be closed flat. The excuse to avoid work came when we were told that the necessary ingredients to make chipotle chicken melts were not available, but when asked at the window the lady effectively admitted that the ingredients were available and that she did not wish to take the time to make the mix for them. Granted we came near closing but that is no excuse for not putting any of the items in an order together correctly

My order had 8 items. She asked me for sauce and I told her alot alot please. We pay, we look in bag they put 4 sauce packets. So I go to the door and knock on door because the lobby's closed and ask for more sauce. Get home. One of my items is completely wrong. I call tell the manager my meal was messed up. She said well you can bring it back up here and we can remake it. I told her no because the rest of my food would get cold. I asked if they would give me a discount next time, she said no. Said she couldn’t do anything. Basically thats telling me Taco Bell doesn’t care about getting orders correct and wont take a loss because the employee messed up and won’t satisfy the customer. Customers are always right. Bad business.

Y’all want $15/hr but can’t even get a order correctly. Not only did I get the incorrect order, what I got was valued at about half of what I paid for. To top it off. No straw in the bag. It’s particular Taco Bell has serious issues. Never again am I coming to this location. To the Pearland location only if I had a desire for Taco Bell.

We needed help ordering an item removed from the menu (a seven-layer burrito). She refused to help us or take our order, she said we must order through an electronic menu. I left my phone number for the supervisor to call me so far no respond.

This Taco Bell is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. For starters, I was there 30 minutes with no one in the store. No one in the drive-through and everyone in the back I could see was visibly on their phones and only one lady was making the food, but she was barely paying attention to what she was doing I literally had to ask the scrawny 15-year-old kid how long it was going to take, and when he asked he got yelled at. There was even a lady who came back in slammed her food on the counter and asked for a refund and it took them 15 minutes to give her her cash refund… avoid if possible.

Watches three different families walk out without refunds after a 30 minute wait time. Employees are incompetent and slower than molasses moving uphill in a January snowstorm. No motivation from the manager to move faster. Drive thru was handled somewhat faster than the inside customers, even though the lobby was full. Watched workers wandering aimlessly instead of assisting the cooks, who were working on one item at a time with no real energy or motivation. Absolutely horrendous. EDIT: Got home to find i was missing one complete order and half of another. So not only are you slow as molasses, you're also thieves.

This place is has gone way down hill. The hygiene is terrible. The counter tops look dirty. I don't think I've placed an order here where something hasn't been missing from the bag when I got my food. Customer service is trash. They take forever to make your food compared to other Taco Bells in the area. This last time I went, the older heavyset Hispanic female coughed all over her glove then went right back to making food with it. I wish this place was better. It used to be, when I was growing up here. But now it's employees are lazy and there is no effective management or standards of hygiene.

Not only did they get my order wrong (and no other customers were in front of us or behind us in the drive thru when we ordered…) - my partner pulled out a long piece of purple hair from their burrito which was absolutely disgusting.. I will not be returning here ever again.

I’ve been twice and it’s my fault I went the second time. Cold food taste like chemicals and nacho bel grande had 14 chips in it that were soggy. Horrible place to eat. Didn’t put the sauce it crunch wrap. Just horrible place to eat.

Went through the drive through tonight, and the girl that took my order was incredibly rude! Ordered my food anyway and specifically asked for no sour cream, 3 times. Get home and there’s sour cream on everything. Called to let them know, and the “manager” I spoke to was completely dismissive and inattentive. Please do better!

Very unfriendly staff, manager not flexible at all, I placed an order online, at drive through ask to swap a wild strawberry freeze regular for Ice Cinnabon coffee because system did not give the option, they refused badly, manager even tried to convinced to place another order to get the coffee, this is the second time I feel they don’t care. Constantly gets your order wrong. Missing items. Wrong items. Frequently gives no sauce in the drive thru even when you ask for it. I can’t say enough how bad their accuracy is. Food quality is standard for Taco Bell, if you don’t mind eating something you didn’t order.

This place is filthy. I went in on a Sunday and there were no customers at all. Every table was DIRTY, FLOOR was just gross. There was some kind of water draining from behind the counter. They had plenty of workers that wasn’t working. They were laughing and some was eating. If the health inspector would have gone in they would have closed this Taco Bell. I can’t imagine that the kitchen was clean. I will never go back to this location and I will tell everyone about my experience. The trash was overflowing onto the floor. I couldn’t even eat. There was no clean tables.

Absolutely terrible. We ordered our food and waited 45 min and still nothing. Then watched four families walk in and order food get it and sit down and eat. When asked for a refund because we still haven’t received our food the lady got an attitude and said she couldn’t. This location is a joke and very poor service.

What is actually going on with this location? DoorDashed $38 of food for my boyfriend and I and half of the order was wrong, missing items, missing ingredients, complete wrong drink. And we both took bites and got HAIR in our mouths……. Looked at each other and immediately spit out and trashed the food. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing when you pay $38 for this. DO BETTER GUYS.

In my opinion, this is a restaurant I wouldn’t go back to. I found the service unprofessional and the place seemed unhygienic. I waited more than 50 minutes for my order and no one ever informed me about the delay. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had a worse restaurant experience

They’ve started using an AI for drive thru orders. It combined the annoyance and frustration of having to talk to a customer service phone tree with the cold reality that they likely cut someone’s job and replaced it with this monstrosity. If there was a zero star option I would use it.

It’s a taco. Meat, cheese, lettuce. Never have I ever ordered a taco with just lettuce and cheese, and yet here I am, receiving just that for not the first, second, or even third time. The people working here do not know how to make a taco, or read, or both? This is supposed to be convenient and easy food. Instead it is a waste of time, money, and space.

My food was cold. The customer service was terrible. The guy at the window of the drive-through was very nonchalant my taco was wrong. It was supposed to be soft. He took the taco and just dumped it in. The soft tortilla. Only gave me two sauce needs more training, especially with customer service and how you treat people’s food you don’t just throw it around my cinnamon twist were cold. My whole order was terrible. Would love a refund.

Extremely disappointing experience. The food was cold, and the chalupa shell was stale. When I called to complain, instead of offering an apology or a simple resolution, the manager told me I had to drive 20 minutes back just to drop off the food for a refund—only for them to throw it away. Not only was the food quality unacceptable, but the lack of courtesy and consideration from the staff was even worse. Very inconsiderate management. Avoid this location.

The inside was closed so we had to go into the drive through. There were about 5 cars in front of us so we knew it would take a while but then we saw a sign that the VOICE BOX was broken. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t have anyone talking our order outside. Instead they were taking and guvinf orders all at thr same window! We waited 1 hour in this drive through and we couldn’t back out because so many cars followed behind us in the line. Do better taco bell!!!

Used to be my go-to location but they've gone way downhill since the AI ordering switch. My order today was missing a couple of items when I got home, they were out of 2 flavors of soda, out of hot sauce, and the parts of my order I did get smells really odd, kind of like feet. I'm not a Taco Bell person honestly but my boss wanted some so I placed a late-night order yesterday of almost $40 you would think we would receive our food promptly and warm at least right?! WRONG!!!! We could've gone ourselves to the restaurant as we only live 10 mins away, but we were so busy at home that we decided just to get it delivered. After we placed our order the GRUB HUB app first said it would arrive at 11:25pm...then later said delayed to 11:45 then again delayed to 12:30 and then finally 1:10 am...Wth is going on?! That was what I was thinking 🤔!!! How does it take so long for my food to arrive?!!! 😠 😡 😤 After all the aggravation of waiting guess what?? The whole order arrived ice cold...soggy and drinks watery!!!! We were livid. This was the worst experience I've ever had. I will never order from them again. Will have to pick it up personally if and when I decide to order from here again which I pretty much doubt. 😠 😡 😤
