Went to the KFC on 528 in Friendswood I haven’t been to a KFC in a long time. I guess this is the reason. I went about 3 o’clock. August 19 first of all, I was probably the only one there it was slow when I got there I asked for the 8 pc meal crispy. I asked for the apple bites the four count. After I got home, proceeded to take out my food,the chicken was the original which I don’t really like because it’s seasoned too much salty than the apple bites were missing. I thought I was the only one that was in line. I don’t think they were paying attention to me. I called to let them know about the apple bites, Said I could come back and pick them up. Also I realized I didn’t even get a receipt. just did not care for KFC at all and probably won’t be back. A wasted $24 and I probably wouldn’t complain, but it just makes me mad that I spend $24 for a family meal that we never even finished eating.

At the drive-thru I ordered a combo meal with fries and they gave me mashed potatoes and gravy without a utensil to eat it with . Chicken wasn’t good

Horrible. Ordered a $21, 8-piece meal with a DP. 1st thing - out of wings ( this is 5:30p on a Weds). Ok, sub some thighs. Get to the window to pay & it's $35. Hmmmm. Ok, apparently that's the price for white meat. Didn't see that on the menu & was never asked. Lesson learned. Paid the $35 & was just never coming back. Then, as I'm driving off, I see my DP is nearly clear, like weak tea or something. I circle around to visit the window again & then also notice that one of the gravy containers wasn't sealed and spilled all into the bottom of the bag. So, I get offered anything else to drink as apparently DP has a problem that I pointed out for them. I order a Sprite and am also given another gravy. I get home and the Sprite tastes like a mix of acetone and floor cleaner. No surprise, but there is no receipt to be found anywhere in all of the mess. I would think that the drink price was part of the "meal" price, like most FF places. Even if not, with a drink and the tax included, I was still 'upcharged' $10 for the 'white meat scam'. This place is horrible. Never again & it's places like this that are dragging FW's rep down. It should be shuttered.

I placed an online order & arrived 5 minutes later than the pickup time. My order was still not ready. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. I could hardly understand the lady at the drive through due to her thick accent. No apology for the extended wait time.

I am so disappointed with this location. I placed my order online and the time for me to pick it up was 5:45 PM, I got there at 5:50 PM, I ended up having to wait almost an hour for my food. The tall caucasian male with glasses stated it would be about 12 minutes. I waited and waited. I started to see everyone coming and going getting there chicken, but I was still waiting. The Hispanic young lady she may have been a shift leader or manager, I had to call out to her in order to get my food prepared. After waiting for close to an hour, I was angry and disappointed with the service, the lack of concern for your customers and smugness of the young man. Your company needs to do something about this!

During my visit to my local KFC restaurant today, I overheard the owner of the location speaking to employees. Not only was he rude, but I also heard him use several racial slurs toward the manager on duty. I would hope that this behavior is not tolerated at other establishments and that corporate will investigate this matter thoroughly. Please address this issue and ensure it is resolved to create a better and more respectful environment.

I would not order from here unless you want to wait over 1 hour for your food. Yes, that is how long it took to get my food after ordering it and it said it was done. When I got there 5 of us were waiting on orders that "were ready to be picked up" yet they were not. They kept serving the drive through though, but not those that had already ordered. They even had a sign at the front that if you leave them a good review then you could get a free mini cake. I would rather spend my money to buy the mini cake than give this place a good review. I wish I would have looked at all the had reviews before going because those are in abundance for a good reason.

Haven’t had KFC in a while so I order on the app and picked up the food. Got home and started eating and realized that the chicken was dry as if it was old chicken they had sitting around all day or if they refried the chicken from this morning. Kind of disappointing to have my first KFC experience in so long, be ruined like this. Edit - Just finished eating and went to get the chocolate chip cake I ordered and look at all the mold that’s on it. Today is March 5th.

I HORRIBLE JUST DONT GO !!!!! ‼️‼️‼️‼️MAKE THE DRIVE TO EL DORADO THEY HAVE BETTER FOOD N BETTER SERVICE ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ went through the drive-through at 8:30 since I saw the reviews they closed down early they close at 10. There’s no reason why they shouldn’t have mashed potatoes or any chicken in the store while they still have two hours closing. It has not happened once but twice already, and of that I paid with cash and the white lady with blonde hair and glasses took my money move. The girl on the side literally pushed her on the side said move you’re in the way you’re disturbing me go do something she was cashing me out I’m guessing the manager, she was like here’s your change. Oh, you don’t need the cents and then put them in her pocket. She didn’t get my receipt until I forced her to give him my receipt. I asked for the number of the corporate and she wouldn’t give it to me if this KFC Location read my review. I need you to contact me immediately. I want my money back I don’t care if they’re just cents that’s my money. I can’t believe this is unbelievable. This is the only KFC that has issues like this. I hate it horrible she needs to get fired immediately.

Ordered 2 buckets of tenders, and everyone knows that tenders are way more than regular chicken. I get home and one bucket is tenders then we check the other and it's original recipe chicken, I waited for them to cook them and I asked for sauces and this is what we got without any sauce... this is why we quit going to KFC, but I thought I would give it another try and guess what..... of course we ate it anyways. Just want to say make sure and check your buckets before you leave.......
