Drive thru was somewhat busy during the lunch hour, which is a good sign. Ordered with some nonstandard details and they got it right. Service was friendly and prompt. Food was fresh and delicious. Other locations are somewhat far away, so it's good to know this one will not disappoint.
Great food and experience. A gentleman by the name TJ helped us and had a wonderful attitude. He's a great asset to this place as someone with a positive attitude like his is very hard to come by these days. Easy 5 stars based on our experience alone.
Very nice staff. Excellent service. I just wish we still had one in The Colony. Happy hour 3pm to 5pm. Some menu items for $1.00. Snack size chocolate shake!
The roast beef and arby sauce (both are gluten free, DF EF) was a great salad topping. The bread, which i asked for separate, cubed and toasted, seemed to make good crunchy croutons
I still love their roast beef sandwiches. Great service. I sat inside. It was very clean. The staff was kind and helpful. Recommend going back.
There was one nice gentleman working the counter that night the lobby was busy but the service was fast and accurate and delicious definitely deserved 5 stars
Im not sure why this Arby’s has such low ratings. I’ve been here at least 4 times now and have never had a bad experience. We normally go through the drive thru and they person taking my order is always nice! The food is always fresh as well.
The Sunday afternoon crew was awesome! Not everyday do you find people that are happy to work on a Sunday They explained the menu and the establishment was clean! They had everything stocked and tidy. Would definitely come back again!
OMGOODNESS! Ordered to go food for 6 adults inside. The employee that took our order was very polite and helpful. Every sandwich had special changes made to each of them. Our food came out a lot quicker than expected and it was perfect! The quality of the food was great! This will definitely be our go to Arby’s!
As a door dash driver and a general person, I can not express how impressed and pleased I am with this location. Shannon(I believe was her name) the manager was a delight and attentive. She confirmed my order and offered a free drink for my wait, even though they just received the order. I've been slowing becoming indifferent to fast food places and the whole concept. However, this location and the manager reflects a level of quality, customer service and a general sense of pride that most places seem to be lacking. The prices at Arby's reflect the quality of food and I'm happy to pay, with this quality of experience. My only regret, I forgot to ring the bell.

Nice and clean and food was good. Feels like the fish was just put in the fryer after I ordered cos it was about 7 minutes before I got my food and that sucker was HOT! Not greasy though but tasty. I enjoyed my meal.
Food is very nice. Taste is good, size are good. First time here and me and my family enjoyed our meals. We may come back again. If you want to try a burger some different, this is the place. There are other sandwiches that you can add meat by pounds and make some other combinations. It is a good concept and the place is quiet and very clean. Staff is polite and friendly. They have different special sauces that taste good, the spicy is good.
After well over 30 yrs of going to Arby's decided to stop by for a quick bite and was more than satisfied with the food, service and atmosphere. Definitely looking forward to coming back.... yesss!!! Before another 30 yrs.. lol. And am sure we will be ringing the bell on the way out again.
I used to love Arby's, but feel like the last few years the today beef & fries have really gone down hill. Some of the new specialty wraps & sandwiches are pretty good, but the original staples just aren't anymore.. Maybe it's just me?!
Really good food, and they got my order right. The restaurant is extremely clean too. It did take a surprisingly long time to get my food though--I wouldn't come here if I were in an extreme hurry.
Dollar option "sliders" are a good hit for my kiddos. They said...it is so much better than McD!, especially the curly fries. Servers at this particular location seem to have issues getting your order or payment processed correctly, so make sure you double check before you leave. Waiting time at the window is a bit longer than other fast food places but the food comes out nice and hot, you can tell it has not been sitting on the food warmer all day.
PROs: Great food, very nice interior, manager wipes the tables herself; CON: The young lady working the drive thru and the front register needs to PUT AWAY HER DANG PHONE! Use your voice to greet the customer, and again to call out the order instead of letting it rot on the counter.
I tried a loaded Italian sub, and it was actually pretty tasty. The self service drink dispenser gives you a wide variety of soft drinks to choose from. I skipped the fries, because I really don't like their over seasoned curly fries. I wish they would go back to the regular ones.
I was disappointed in the amount of roast beef on their sandwiches. Too bad too, because I love Arby's :(
Arbys, it’s delicious, it doesn’t need me to say it, but the downer was going in the restaurant since I used the app & that’s what it said to do. Unfortunately, on my way in, a waft of what can only be described as sewage assaulted my nose…quite a way to introduce one to your restaurant! I assume it can’t be helped, and I’ve experienced this situation before & it’s really unfortunate!
It’s been years since I last ate at Arby’s, the last time was before I left Maryland back in 2021. The atmosphere is much better than the ones in Maryland and the food was honestly good. Plus, the coupons were actually useful and they do allow multiple coupons which is nice. The only minor issues I had were the lack of toilet paper in the bathrooms (which they did fix but they need to be a bit more consistent with it), and I honestly should of ordered the curly fries which I liked better. But from my personal experience it was one of the better Arby’s I’ve been to in years.
Nice location for this Arby’s. The food was warm and served quickly. The gyro and the sandwiches are good. They should stop selling the sliders which is the worst. The curly fries tastes great. The overall atmosphere inside the restaurant is full and may require some lights. Also for coupons/offers, they provide less portion - like when there’s a free gyro (with other purchase) - they just gave one line of meat specifically. Overall an average restaurant with average food.
Update: November 2023 It seems that many changes have been made here, and today's visit was exceptional. The inside of the restaurant was also spectacularly clean, and the service was fast and friendly at the counter. --------------- This review is a few days overdue due to the Christmas holiday, but I felt it was important to post about my experience with their customer service (or lack thereof...). I went to this location a few days before Christmas to order a meal and two drinks. I pulled up to the drive-thru and immediately was greeted by a young girl who sounded like she was annoyed with life. She actually sighed while saying, “May I take your order?” as though my visit was the worst inconvenience she had ever experienced. I started to tell her what I wanted and she cut me off halfway through my sentence and abruptly said, “Hold on...”. I waited another moment and then she said, “Ok, now what did you want?”. I told her again and when she asked what I wanted to drink with the meal, I ordered sweet tea. She immediately said they no longer had any sweet tea left, so I asked for Sprite. With great annoyance, she asked if I wanted anything else. I told her I would also like an UNsweet tea and she said they no longer had any of that left, either. Imagine that. This was an hour and a half before closing time, so I am not sure why there wasn’t either one left. Before she could even get the sentence out about not having any unsweet tea left, either, a gruff male voice came over the speaker (presumably a manager?) and he very rudely screamed at me: “Ma’am, she JUST SAID THERE WAS NO MORE TEA LEFT!”. Um, actually, she said there wasn’t any SWEET tea left, but I digress. After being yelled at in the drive-thru, I simply said, “Actually, never mind.” & decided I would go elsewhere; at this point, they might have spit in my food! I would love to be able to review the actual food/drinks; however, I didn’t even get that opportunity and I am not sure I want to try again in the future. I can understand a bad day, but there is never an excuse for yelling at a customer in the drive-thru. I don’t typically have high expectations for a fast food restaurant, but having worked in a couple of them myself in my early years, I still know that customer service and attitude are important. In the future, if I am wanting a roast beef sandwich, I will seek an alternative restaurant. I hope that Arby’s will have more concern in the future for treating customers kindly (and not being out of tea - this is the South, after all!).
Great beef and cheddar. Every time we have ordered curly fries at this location it seems like we get the bottom of the fry bin. Chewy fries with lots of small pieces. Maybe they overcook and leave them too long under the heat lamp.
Love the new Hawaiian spicy chicken sandwich! And the Oreo bites! Food was hot and fast, but only gave 3 stars because I have yet to ever have my fries filled to the top. I've been going here for years and they must save a ton of money by skimping on the curly fries because it's usually 2/3 full.
Pretty fast service, never that busy compared to McDs across the street. Best for drive thru, interior, especially the play area, has been dirty the times I've been inside. I think due to low sales, they have a hard time keeping the necessary staff to both keep the place constantly clean on the customer/play areas as well as the food service aspects. It's also fairly expensive for a family to eat here, with many of their meal combos approaching $10 or more depending on selection.
The staff were in a massive rush and not helpful to me at all. I was literally the only customer there. Both sodas tasted really weird and off. The food was good though. The prices are getting crazy! It was $24 for just two meals!
Didn't get my order correct, I recently went for two meals and an extra drink n extra sliders. Looked at my receipt and noticed I got charged for an extra drink. The worker at the counter took th3 order wrong and I wish they would've repeated back to me. I should've known when a customer before me stated these fries were suppose to be curly. I also got the wrong fries, all crinkle cut.
Fast Food is Fast Fooding but I am wondering where the....everything for my Beef & Cheddar is....? 😭 I recognize mistakes happen, but it would be much more confidence inducing if what I ordered was what I got. And of course, there is no receipt on or in my bag, so I can't determine where the mistake actually happened. I don't want to ruin the day of someone who has to work a fast food job, but this is just depressing.
Drive thru staff is unpleasant and gets my order wrong every time. I don't know why the dinning room is closed unless they don't have confidence in their ability to clean up. But I am tired of the drive thru not working properly so I will miss my favorite lunch until the dinning room reopens.
Food was ok. I ordered the French Dip which is actually pretty good all things considered. The employees won't say please or thank you to save their lives. The big black female working the front counter just ignored me saying please and thank you like I owed her anything. She was more interested in her social circle with her other employees. Par for the course for Arby's.
The staff was polite but, not only did I wait forever in the drive trough line with one person in front of me and no one behind me in an off prime time, but they got my order wrong. It was not a difficult order either. Just a beef and cheddar meal. Not sure how you make a mistake of that.
CHECK YOUR RECEIPT! Arby’s is notorious for not charging you for what you wanted but not giving you what you wanted. Even worse, they get all the sizes wrong. If you don’t hear me, ask me to repeat. When I am done ordering, repeat back to me. Nothing is worse than wanting a HALF POUND sandwich, a LARGE drink and LARGE fries then finding you were shorted the whole order but charged the full amount. Slow down and pay attention!
I love Arby’s. I only give this 2 stars because the man at the window with the dreads was very polite. But if it was for the food, I’d give ZERO stars. This is the only location where my sandwich was ALL bread and a tiny bit of roast beef on the Classic. So disappointed and hungry
The Poor guy was doing the best he could. The oil needed to be changed. The food was as best it could be. The manager had only 2 team members and they were kids. Good try friend.
Fast food is almost never going to get to five stars; we all need to get over that. In my mind: 5 = Exceptional 4 = Great 3 = Good 2 = Acceptable 1 = Everything else since 0 and negative aren’t options. This location struggles with cleanliness and speed. It is very clear that the franchise operator (Turbo Restaurants?!?!) collects a check and doesn’t actually put effort into supporting the team on-site. Store was understaffed as reflected by 13 min ticket times while personnel was actually working and busy. Every table in the DR was dirty, drain was clogged on drink station (maintenance issue) and there was a lake on the floor in front of the station. The staff on hand was playing the hand they were dealt, but if you read the other reviews you’ll see that the consistent theme is that the staff doesn’t care as much as people would like and that starts at the top. Arby’s should be ashamed of this franchise operator; there are other locations that don’t struggle this way. The operator will blame the staff on duty but the reality is that if (s)he was there, she would lead to a better result if (s)he could. If the staff is responsible for understaffing and facility maintenance issues then maybe it’s on them. Who are we kidding?
Visited around 2 pm on a Friday and ordered inside. Ordered quickly and joined the customers waiting for their orders. During the 18 minutes I waited for my order, it was clear the teenage crew had no sense of urgency. They were standing around in the back drinking sodas and joking. A customer before me complained that their sauce packets were stuck together and the employee threw the packets back into the kitchen. The dining area also hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. At least the food was good. A final impression, as I was leaving I heard an employee yell from the back "I hate working in this place!" No kidding.
You do not get what you pay for! I use to love Arbys, but everytime I go there is less and less meat in the bun. This experience was by far one of the worst. The girl at the window had zero personality. She probably should have stayed home that day. The fries were cold, and the sandwich could have been a kids meal. Arbys sauce was great though. Do better Arbys!
Portions too small, even for a bundle, and roast beef didn't look or taste like roast beef. The quality of the beef has slipped a bit since the last time I had it. Was difficult to place the order due to what I think may have been staffing shortages. My experience was rushed as a result.
I recently placed an order online and was pleased to find that my items were accurately prepared and ready for pickup upon my arrival. However, my experience was marred by the lack of acknowledgment upon entering the establishment. Despite being the only customer present, I waited for at least a minute without any greeting or acknowledgment from the staff. While the efficiency of order fulfillment was commendable, the absence of customer engagement left much to be desired.
Service is usually pretty good despite it never looking friendly. But this is what they call a double beef n cheddar?
Ordered a chicken sandwich here and realized why people clown on this place. the chicken was half the thickness advertised and cost $7. My disappointment was immeasurable.
I would give a zero star if I could. We went in with family, ordered our food, had to remind the employee what drinks we ordered, then we waited for out food in their filthy sitting area with trash and food remnants everywhere. After 20 minutes, we asked why everyone had their food but us. THEY FORGOT WE ORDERED FOOD AND IGNORED US! The worker came over and snapped our receipt from us with an attitude and then got annoyed because we wanted a refund because my toddler was done waiting.
So today my fiancé went to Arby’s off of Preston and he went inside and the area where they prepare the food was just nasty. Food all on the floor , trash everywhere, ant fries setting out on the counter not in the fridge. Not to mention he waited about 5 min before someone came to the front to take his order. I will not ever eat there again. Loss of appetite.
This location should just be closed waiting 15 minutes in a drive through is just unacceptable. They were open and I wasn't even being acknowledged!! The drive thru is set up if you go around the corner if someone is at the window you get stuck. The person behind me and I didn't chance it we backed out of the drive thru and left. Never to return again.
Looks newly renovated but floor was extremely slippery like there was a greasy grime from the kitchen or something. Looked like they just mopped but no slippery when wet sign. It was mentioned to the staff but was quickly dismissed. I thought I was just being a bit critical but I notice several others that came in after me were looking down and adjusting their footing as well. Nothing exceptional food-wise. Got their new gyro but do not recommend it. There are several local Greek restaurants that can satisfy the craving. Someone let me know if they get their floor cleaned properly. Thx!
3rd time to order from here. 3rd time incorrect order. I ordered a beef n cheedar combo @ 3:10pm today from the drive thru and received a stale sesame seed bun and roast beef that was not fresh. It wasnt even my order, again. Sooo very dissapointed in this location.
Poor Customer Service I do not judgr how good a business is by how happily they accept my payment. Their true value and untimate worth (to me and society) is determined by how they respond to a complaint. A complaint is an opprtunity if handled by a professional because THAT is how real customer service works and it is what I do every day. Placed a rather large order and as ususal one of the items was incorrect. This is not the first time but hey people make mistakes. Then I go to open the front door during what is supposed to be normal business hours (3pm in the afternoon on a Saturday) the front door is locked. I go to the other door to get my exchange and it too is locked. I had to walk around to the drive through window to get my meal exchanged. Needless to say by this point I am furious because this should NOT be that hard. There were plenty of employees working so there should not have been an issue. I will NEVER return. Oh and I love the sandbagging that Arby's has done on these sites. All you have to do is read these positive reviews to see they are all paid for reviews. Never noticed before but now I know why. I had a manger of KFC tell me some years back when I complained that "those who actually make decesions are well insultaed from people like you". It is VERY clear that Arby's has the same management philosophy.
Went through drive thru at 11pm on 5/31/17 and two cars were behind me and we waited a few minutes and then they turned off all the lights as soon as they saw us. I thought you were open until 12? Pretty rude if you really do close at 12. Lazy night staff. Not going back and I'm pretty sure that they don't even care.
Ordered 40 dollars in food, old man said he didn’t have anymore Arby’s sauce, 3 pepper and offered us mayo instead.
Looks way understaffed, the fact is imagine waiting for 25 min for an online take out order at fast food restaurant , only person in lobby and 2-3 cars in lobby throughout !! With 2 sand which orders and a milk shake. :) I left without the order at the end
Drive thru took forever. The employee couldn't understand the order. When the order finally seemed to be correct all the food was made wrong! How do you forget to put cheese on a beef and CHEDDAR melt! Not just one but on two of them.
Just went through the drive thru, ordered a number 6 medium. I was asked to park and wait. So I did. No problem. I received my order with a half filled order of fries. I paid full price but didn’t get what I paid for. On top of that, no sauces were offered or given. Very disappointed Arby’s!
Love Arby's but this location is straight garbage! Staff has the worst attitude ever...if they can even speaking english. I dunno...customer service job...might wanna be able to communicate with customers. Everyone plays dumb. Their hours say 10PM but they always close at 9PM. I'm sure the franchise owner loves that on a Friday night they are closed at 9pm. Don't advertise a certain time a close a full hour before that. You close at 10 and clean up then. Not close at 9 and start cleaning up. All lights off on outside, drive thru board dark as night and the doors are locked. Woo! Happens all the time. Not sure if I'll ever waste my time TRYING to get food from their again. Not worth it honestly.
I would give negative five stars if an option. Sandwiches cold and sparse in their advertised toppings. Ordered a large shake, get to window and told shake machine issues, no problem, I'll have a large soft drink instead. Out comes soft drink with receipt showing large shake on order. Should be $1.80 less, no problem, ask for correction, hand back card to reverse bill. Get card back, look on visa billing later. Same incorrect charge as before. Coke was carbonated water, very little syrup. $11.14 for $4.00 value. Order number 346 on 12/16/20 if interested in correction.
Beef and cheddar sandwich was HORRIBLE No seasoning. Beef NOT Beefing & cheddar wasn't cheddaring. Won't Be A Repeat For ME
Really disappointing. I pulled up to the speaker to order and there was a sign saying please be kind to the workers because they were short staffed. I was then told that they could only take cash. I pulled up to the window to get my food and there was a girl sitting on the counter inside and I watched her pick her nose and wipe it on her pants. I could also smell cigarette smoke coming out from inside the restaurant. Is there an adult that is supposed to be there to run this store? Is there an owner involved with this store? They don't seem to want to stay in business.
The people working at this location need to be retrained, the guy taking the orders at the speaker said "what would you like" in a rude tone. When I pulled up to the window the person giving out the orders wasn't even in uniform and had headphones around his neck and didn't know what drinks were by the window and handed me party straws instead of straws that you should get from a fast food place. They were also out of receipt paper. It's like the people working tonight knew the service would not be good tonight and didn't want the customers complaining about it.
I have a weekly appointment in the area, and have tried to eat here 3 times. Every time that I've gone in, between 5 and 6, I have stood at the counter for several minutes before I give up and leave. I keep wondering if Arby's is still tasty, but I spose I'll not know. The remodel looks nice, maybe new counter employees are necessary as well.
I am sorry to say that I will not be going back to this location and I have been going to this Arby’s for 12 years. I was there about a month ago and they were out of roast beef so I got some gyros instead. They comped the meal and was ok with it but still a little struck that there was no roast beef. Well tonight I decided to give it another try just to be told their systems were down and they are no longer serving. My conference in this location has tarnished Arby’s reputation in my book. Good luck to anyone else who attempts to go here. They were always good in the past.
Horrible customer service, food is fine and what you'd expect of Arby's but the customer service started out with a sigh and a simple "order?" After ordering and waiting at the drive through we were asked "Sauce?" I ordered extra tziki sauce and ketchup...neither of which did we receive and the guy rolled his eyes when asking to receive what we asked for. The bag was tossed at us and the window closed without so much as a thanks. Will not be returning here.
Dissatisfied with customer service at the window. Also, In my opinion, the fish portions should be more for the price you pay. Guy at window took his time and drank his drink before accepting my payment. Having me wait on him! That is not customer service. Lack of professionalism and customer service etiquette.
It took 40 minutes from the time I placed my order to get my food. One sandwich sat on the counter for thirty minutes with a side. When I asked for my money back they hurried up and made the rest of the order, adding the cold sandwich and side as if it were fresh. This location is only concerned about drive through. If you go in it’s cold food and long lines. No timer I guess.
On Google Maps it states they’re open till 10pm on Monday nights. Showed up at 9:09pm to the drive through and no one responded. Parked the car and Walked up to the door and the sign on the door states they’re open till 10pm. Pulled on the handle and it was locked. Guess they close whenever they want. Go next door to WhatABurger instead. That’s what we did.
this place SUCKED!!!! went there for lunch today and they had two people total staffed. Waited in drive threw for 48 minutes and ended up leaving with 2 cars still in front of me. Average time to service a car was 12 minutes. When I called in to complain and ask them to move the line up to the window to order she told me that there were only two of them and to go next door and eat. Won't go back, they should have shut down either the drive through or the main dining if they were that short staffed. I feel bad for the employees the crappy management failed today. Wish i could give 0 stars. Next time i will go next door.
Good luck getting what you ordered. There are so many negative things I could say about this restaurant but I'm not going to waste my time on all of them because NO ONE cares. If you don't believe me just look at all of the one star reviews.
Disgusting place, soft drinks machines was broken and the floor was super sticky. The kids that worked there were not using gloves, throwing the food around and grabbing our food with their bare hands and were super rude when we asked for a refund. We told the manager our concerns and she only shouted “guys I told you to put your gloves on” and went back to work. No apologies, nothing. Never coming back. Went there at 7:30 pm on Tuesday April 13th.
Two weekends in a row - issues with this Arby’s. First, they cancelled our door dash notice without notice. After waiting an hour for food, we called restaurant and were told they weren’t accepting door dash. So, we drove out and went through the drive through only to find missing items upon return home. My daughter loves Arby’s so we decided to try again today. Drove out there and back home to find missing Arby’s sandwich and missing cookies. When I called, I was told the could not refund me for the items not received. That is called stealing. We won’t be going back and giving them any more money to take from us.
Food was okay but had to wait for 20 mins when there is no crowd on the drive thru.Also had a bad experience with a rude Asian woman who works in taking orders. She was unapologetic for long wait times of almost 20 minutes and when questioned the reason for long wait times, she shouted NOT to come here anymore if you don't like her service. Unbelievable, Are Arby's not recording or auditing the conversations and have no interest on what the customer experience is?
Got to the location at 10am because Google said they open at 10am, door and window had 10am. Set at the speaker for 13 minutes no one ever came on drove to the window and just set then saw an employee who looked at me and hand gestures 5mins I guess, she was on the phone. I set another 5 mins then left because I had to be at work and did not want to be late waiting on a business that should have been open 17 mins ago to serve customers. I wish I could give 0’s to this location and no stars.
I ordered a dbl roast beef sandwich, and I was given a dbl roast beef and cheddar. My wife doesn't like those, and the onion buns. She went to bed without dinner. Thanks
Went to the drive thru yesterday around 11:50 AM 4/13/25. No one ever came on the speaker, waited a few minutes and nothing. Place seemed open not sure what's going on there.
UPDATE: The Owner copy/pasted the reply below, then did NOTHING!! Looks like this is what the owner did on all the 1-star reviews. If the owner does NOT care about the customers why would the workers!! WORST service Ever!!!!! Worst service EVER from the drive-thru person. He was very short and unpleasant. I ordered 2 Gyros with sauce on the side. He charged me for 2 sauce-cups. I ordered a small curly fries ($2.29) the container barely had fries. I asked him how come the total was $13+, he repeated the order for me never motioning the extra charge for the sauce. He kept a frown on his face and never gave me a receipt. I had ordered water, he had it sitting on the counter inside and he was nowhere to be seen. The guy who handed me the food later gave me the water after I asked for it. There was NO other customers inline at the drive-thru besides me (around 6pm)!!! I had to ask for a receipt from the guy who handed me the food. It took a good few minutes for him to print it. That's when I saw that he over charged me. What a horrible experience. I'm Never going to this Preston location again!!!
Came through drive through with only one person in front of me and waited 10-15 minutes for just one sandwich. Finally get my classic beef and cheddar and there’s no cheese or Arby’s sauce on it. Then when I ask to fix it they give me one of their oldest sandwiches. I will never be coming back to this location or even an Arby’s again in general.
Closed 20 minutes before posted time, spent 10-15 minutes waiting until a worker came out the back to tell me they were closed.
Good food. Staff treated me well. I love their turnovers and their jamocha shakes. This was my 4 star review from a year ago. I just went back today, waited in the drive through for 20 minutes!! Once I got my food I made the mistake of trusting that they gave me what I ordered. 10 minutes later, once I got home, they shorted me my food!! My wife and kids get to eat but not me. Awesome. I double checked my receipt and yes, I paid for it. Lastly, no cherry turnovers. Great job Arby’s! I won’t be back.
Frequent this place often. Had the Wort lunch today. Had a classic sandwich. My bun was disgusting and the roast beef had zero taste. My coke didn’t even taste like coke. This location needs some attention from their corporate office!
Don't order from here, ordered 3 sandwiches and recieved 2. Sealed in the bag by sticker.
Twice now my order has been "stolen" from here. Can't remake it even when DD support contacts them. I'm guessing they either don't want to make it or someone is giving it to their friends. Never had this happen at any other restaurant.
What's goin on today ? Only 2 car waiting but I wait 15 min and wrong food received. I only order 2 Rostbeef slider and small $1 Cranck? Fried. I got this . And first he charge $7.58 I ask refund and other guy help him . And he ask me my order 4times. I really dnt understand how hard is that ?
I watched them throw my pre-cooked hamburger patty into the deep fryer and pull it out and put it in the microwave to melt the cheese. They then put in onions only to notice I ordered no onions and pulled them off, leaving some behind. They also used “the force” to cook the fries, no timer, moving them from fryer to fryer. I don’t send food back for people like this as they are the ones likely to spit in food. In hindsight I should have just asked for a refund. They may have saved a few pennies on this one order, but they’ve lost all of my future business. EDIT: response to owner, everything you are asking for in your link is right here. I'm not trying to get a free burger, trying to warn people about this store.
The cooks here get orders that say "no bbq sauce" "no onions" "no cheese" and "add bacon. They even print out the sticker and add it to the box. Then when you open the sandwich has everything you specifically said "do not add". Its inconsistent because some times ill get a different cook and the sandwich is right. Then i may get yet another cook and this time sandwich is mostly right except its missing bacon or missing fries even though that was on the sticker on the order. So the one in little elm give you disgusting old food. But at least they get the order right. The other Arby's on the other side of the city will get you fresh food but fail to follow the orders. Whats mind-blowing is that they put the darn sticker right on the box with the instruction clear as day and still fail. Uber eats has been refunding all the sandwiches that come wrong. Refunding missing items. Not to mention ive been leaving 1 star in their rating system too. So now a location that had a 4.5 stars in uber eats is quality dropping to close to under 4 stars. Arbys has been sent complaints on both locations at this time im just not going to order arbys anymore because both of their locations cant get it right. Little elm i talked to them multiple times before sending a compliant to corporate. Then gave it time and ordered from there again to see they just dont care the food was still old and tasted stale. Im permanently done with that location. The one on Preston still has a chance to fix the issues as they arent all bad but its just the inconsistency between their teams. The team that blatantly posts a sticker on the box and has the guts to still get it wrong they should go back to training because i just cant understand how someone can post a sticker with clear instructions and still get the damn order wrong. If this location get the consistency right so my orders are always right im happy to adjust this rating. But outside of that id say if you go here open your sandwich up. If its wrong. Get it fixed. Maybe with enough returned orders and refund requests they'll get the point that the kitchen staff needs training to stop messing up orders. Again, quality isn't the issue food is all relatively fresh here. Its just not following the instructions is all. Ill give this location a chance to fix this up. Ill place an order some time in the future and lets see how it goes. If i notice at least two of them correct ill fix the review.
Google Maps says the shop is open, but when I stopped by, it was closed. I went through the drive-thru, and there was no response. I even tried opening the door, but there was no one inside.
Today around 3.30pm went to this Arby's and ordered two greek gyros with no meet of any kind, specifically told the nice lady at the counter to not put any meet. It was a Takeout order, didn't even check if it was made correctly, came back home to see both orders had roated beef in them. Couldn't eat. Tried calling the number, but no response. Couldn't even go back to the restaurant to get a different order as it's 10 miles from my home.
Placed an order on line to be ready at 531, wasn't ready. They had me pull forward and park and they said they would bring it out. I wait, morning. I go inside and it's been sitting there. Now the food is cold do yourself a favor, eat somewhere else
The service here is awful and everybody is really rude, I tried to order with my app and they were being difficult; probably because I was saving money. I ended up having to pay full price because they weren’t sure how to redeem the offer (code). Please get this fixed.
Went by at 6:15 pm on Monday 10/28. I was in the drive through. Nobody ever came on to get my order. Another car was in front of me and recieved no service either. I drove by the service window slowly and there was a worker in there on his phone and never even noticed me gawking in the window so I left. That was really odd. Obviously won’t be back.
This is what came inside the Arby's chicken wrap at this location. This is a fricken chicken nugget wrapped in a tortilla. This is $3.00??? Will never eat at this location again. This is as bad ad the chicken sandwich that was served to me a month ago that was flat as a pancake. Literally. The staff here obviously playing games with the food and the customers. Bad all around.
Horrendous experience. I am the general manager of a large family dining restaurant that does more than 2 million in sales a year. I came here and ordered my food which I admit came out in a fast manner. The issue is the employee who took my order didn't place my order correctly and I was charged for 3 cheese sauces which I asked for but only got 2 I asked them for my extra sauce when I asked they stated that I wasn't charged for it when I asked for my receipt for my purchase I was told by the manager I had to pay extra to get another cheese sauce but refused to show me my receipt. I have a problem with this... fist if one of my servers made a mistake placing an order I would have gone to the table apologize for their experience and compensate their entree to show that I cared about their experience. What I wouldn't do is essentially tell them that they can't prove they ordered what they ordered and tell them "what you can't afford another dollar" and make them feel like they don't matter. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone based on my experience and I will certainly be contacting their corporate office with a complaint. Also food came out so fast for a reason it had been sitting in a warmer for a long time. It tastes terrible the mozzarella sticks have no cheese in them they were overcooked and hollowed out, and my fries were only fill part way and dry and stale. This meal cost me $30 for 2 fries, 2 sandwiches, and a large mozzarella stick and none of it was edible I threw it away and went and ordered food somewhere else. See photos!!
No cars in the drive thru on one of the busiest roads in frisco should have been my first clue this place was trash. Ordered a classic chicken sandwhich meal, which from the picture you can see is not what I got. What I did get however was bacon that looks like it came from under the oven, the chicken has been in the warming drawer for at least 4 hours it’s hard as a rock and super dark I mean look at the pictures horrible I don’t understand how these people have jobs, the girl at the window didn’t speak a word, there was another guy on his phone at the window and someone sitting on the counter as well. Who hires these people? Called the customer service because I wasn’t given a receipt and they can’t give me a refund they sent it to the leadership team which judging by the locations health I don’t see them doing much either , all said I lost 10 dollars and respect for arbys as a company.
