My father is visiting from the Mississippi Gulf coast where he and my mother would go to their local Olive Garden twice a week. He loves Olive Garden's soup and salad. We had a great meal and our server Andrew was exceptionally courteous and very attentive. We are going back very soon!
Great ambience as any other Olive Garden chain offers. Had a sumptuous family dinner last night. Ministrone soup, salad, fried mozzarella snacks, 5 cheese rigatoni pasta - all were finger licking awesome. Bread sticks were not fresh. Staff and chefs are kind am courteous. Super great experience. Weekends are busy, so I would suggest you visit on weekdays.
Was a lovely evening with entire family of 15. Celebrating my wife’s birthday…amazing hospitality by our hostess Nathaly S. Who was exceptional. Good food and good atmosphere as usual …keep it up !!!
I love that this place is right outside my door! Best time to go is early afternoon when the first open that’s when the bread is the best. I like eating at the bar getting that instant service. It had been a while since I’ve been but when I came by a few days ago the food was great and my server was so nice he did a great Job!
Tonight my husband and I had the honor of being served by Robert. He was every bit of amazing. Checked in on us multiple times, offering us more of the items of our choosing. My husband got his regular shrimp fettuccine with Zuppa Toscana soup. I had the never ending pasta with the toscana soup . Everything was smoking hot and fresh. Tasted great. Robert was friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. Highly recommend. 10/10.
Great service and food as always at any Olive Garden restaurants at another location. We have eaten at many locations of Olive Garden restaurants, and they are equally great in terms of service & food. We recently had lunch at this location. We chose to eat eggplant parmigiana, five cheese ziti al forno. Both the dishes come with a choice of a side. We chose minestrone soup. Great for vegetarians.
Ryan was so awesome!!! If I could give 10 stars I would. He kept checking on us and letting us know when he was coming back. Our food was hot and fresh. I usually get to-go at this location buy, after experiencing a waiter like Ryan I'll definitely be back in soon. Going to request Ryan section haha. Great Job Ryan you we're so awesome we really appreciate your top tier service.
It has been awhile since I had gone to Olive Garden. My ziti was good. I had lots of good breadsticks. Even took advantage of the take an entree home for $6
This is one of our favorite Italian place in States. We have been here multiple.times and it never failed to amaze us. First of all we always gets a warm welcome with Grlic sticks and which u think is best in town. They have tons of options in their menu and also for vegetarians this place is heaven and can opt so many items from menu. We personally likes chicken Alfredo, 5 cheese fettuccine. Also, their salad and it's dressing really delicious. Last but not least, all servers were really friendly and always tries to help you and listen your request patiently.
Been here countless times, not only are they fast but there food is fresh and good. Went when it was super busy and was able to be seated within 10-20 minutes. Also there lunch prices are amazing and so much better than fast food.
Ugh I can never get enough of the soup, breaksticks and salad. I ordered the tour of italy which is about $19 and didn’t even eat any of it cause I was so into the appetizers 😂 our server Jennifer was super sweet even though they were busy. We didn’t get our drinks refilled annnd we got our food with no silverware but it’s no biggie. The unlimited pasta they give you is such a large portion that my husband was barely able to finish his first plate to get a refill! He didn’t like the shrimp but the rest of the entree was pretty good. Still love olive garden for sure 😊
It was excellent experience we had the best waiter his name is Jordan really wonderful young man . He had great additude and he was very helpful. I would recommend you please ask for Jordan excellent waiter great personality 👍 I give him 100 💯 stars .
The stuffed chicken marsala is back on the menu again and it is excellent as always. Had soup and salad and a dessert and it was all excellent and served in a timely manner.
Eggplant Parmigiano was excellent, freshly cooked. I received great and thoughtful service throughout from arrival to departure. Salad is fresh and tastefully prepared. I came here two days in a row and enjoyed it equally. The location is very clean, and management presence is evident throughout.
Olive Garden is always a staple. Soup and salad is always a good to for lunch. Really enjoyed the shrimp scampi and the take home Alfredo for 6 dollars.
Kirsten was AMAZING! Her attention to detail was top tier! She was very attentive and always checked in on us! I will be coming back! Customer service is very hard to find and she was top notch as our waitress! I normally don’t leave reviews but I had to because Kirsten was amazingly fast
If our experience was typical then other reviewers need to step and improve the star ratings. Weekday evening meal seating right away (an hour later one had to wait). Drinks and order taken. Good choices offered. Food served (salad and bread sticks) then the entre. We saved room for dessert by making leftovers. Makes for great value for price by getting more meals. Waitress did a fantastic job. In fact the entire staff was moving fast and promptly taking care of other customers. Impressive.
We were there last night to celebrate our dad’s birthday and Angela was our server! Boy! Did she deliver! She was so awesome and made our night so much enjoyable. She was very sweet, humorous and full of joy. Loved the service, loved the food, loved the place. Thank you Olive Garden!
I had a wonderful experience, ordering catering for my work team with Devin! From the beginning of the call, her energy was super positive and welcoming, and it felt like I was greeted with a smile over the phone! As someone who has to consistently order food with different businesses, this has been one of my most favorite interactions as she was super organized, very polite, and made me feel very excited to pick up my food in a few days. She definitely has amazing customer service!
My nieces love this location and always want to come here. I’ve gone with them the last few times and it’s been great. It’s a family friendly place. Really good for big families. Easy to take kids here. It does get busy on weekends but that’s every decent place around here on the weekends. We didn’t have to wait that long tho. During the week it’s a hit or miss with if they’re busy. The servers have been really nice and friendly. It’s the pandemic and I have no complaints.
My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Olive Garden. We tried the Seafood Alfredo and the Shrimp Carbonara, both absolutely delicious. The soup was divine and the breadsticks, as always, were irresistible. Our server Natalia was attentive, kind, and made our visit even better. Overall, everything was excellent, and we’ll definitely be coming back!
I've been going to Olive Garden for 35+ years. I have always enjoyed my food and service. Today was different. As usual, I've been coming to the Frisco Stonebriar location and the GM Mr Lee was his great Usual self! But to be an Expert in restaurants with 35 years of experience myself, today I was overwhelmed with joy. My server Rob stole the show. It was my son's 12th birthday today and Rob took care of my family like we were his family. He treated my parents with the Highest respect and patience. My son's birthday was a huge success. We got him his favorite meal on Earth. Fettuccine Alfredo with Shrimp! It's one thing to have a good server but Rob was so much better than I expected. He literally made our day. I've Never asked for a server at Olive Garden by name but from now on it's Rob! Rob you keep up the great work sir!
Great Food, Great Service! My family and I visit this location frequently. The food is always spot-on, and the service has always been great. Unfortunately, they no longer take reservations. Once you arrive, they will take your name and phone number, you will receive a text message when your table is ready. On weekends, this location gets packed pretty fast, so it’s best to come here at least an hour before you’re ready to eat so you can get in the queue for a table. Otherwise, you may find yourself waiting a long time with a hungry party. My favorite dish here is the Eggplant Parmigiana, it’s a perfect serving size for two meals. I always eat half, and save the other half for lunch the next day. I also love their Minestrone soup as well because it has the right amount of everything. Oh, and you can’t forget about their bread sticks… I could literally make a meal out of them, so delicious. If you save a little extra room after your meal, I highly suggest you try their Brownie Lasagna. This dessert has the perfect amount of sweetness to satisfy your tastebuds, and it’s big enough to share between 2-3 people. I highly recommend this location, it’s definitely worth the wait.
It was Friday, Lent, no meat. I had not had Eggplant Parm in a very long time. It was delicious. Ordered Calamari appetizer. Unlimited Salad. The young man who waited on us was extremely attentive. My family split The Tour of Italy. He had the chef actually place the food on two separate plates. I was very impressed with how our waiter went above and beyond for us. It was very busy, he didn't miss a beat!!! Will absolutely go back!!!
This location is always on point. The staff is friendly, fast, patient, understanding, informative, efficient. The food is always perfect and never changes taste or presentation which is huge. Having been in the industry for so long, I know its one of the most crucial points of guest experience...to know what to expect when you order something and know it will come as expected every single time. Other locations are good, but this one has been consistently perfect every single time. You can tell management knows what they are doing on the guest end of service. Big kudos.
Lovely lunch and lovely staff! Alecia, the bartender, was VERY kind and very professional, excellent at multitasking and kind. She remembered our order with accuracy, helped us have a good time. We very much so enjoyed our experience. Johnny, the General Manager was also very kind in helping our lunch experience be a delight. We will be back!
This was our first time at this location and Angela (Alabama) took amazing care of us! My son and I arrived tired and hungry, Angela took such great care of us! If you want the best experience, ask for her! Thank you for making our evening special! I’m
Greeted by a warm friendly face, even the manager was present in the foyer, we were led by friendliest cool kid to the perfect booth. We then enjoyed a very professional and attentive waiter with the best dimples named Rob. The food immaculately tasty and filling, we slumbered back to the hotel to digest in peace. Thank you Olive Garden for another wonderful experience.
Great bday lunch for my kid yesterday.. the table was slightly congested but thats the best I wd ask the crew to do given the situation and needs maybe.. thanks for all of them making it special for my elder ones bday with cake and happy bday song.. food was great and delicious as always.
This is my favorite restaurant! We had the Chicken Marsala & salad. It was a delicious meal, with enough to take home for leftovers. Our waiter was an awesome young man.Thank you Olive Garden for a very pleasant dining experience.
I love this Olive Garden. The food is always great and the servers have always been really attentive (not too attentive but the perfect amount). My family and I love the endless salad and soup special and the servers are always quick to get the refills when desired. Our favorite appetizer is the Frito Misto (fried shrimp with fried vegetables and delicious dipping sauces). I love their peach tea as well. Yesterday we had a server named Mia - she took great care of us. I highly recommend this Olive Garden location. They also have a nice outdoor seating area if the weather calls for patio weather.
A place for comfort food. Their lunch menu is amazing. Their bottomless soups and warm bread is something you will always look forward to. As far as the entrées go, each one is good.
Had a wonderful lunch at Olive Garden, Frisco. The food was delicious — the spaghetti with meatballs was rich and comforting, and the ravioli carbonara with crispy chicken fritters was creamy and flavorful. We also loved the complimentary soup and salad. We were celebrating my son’s birthday, and the staff surprised us with a complimentary dessert, which made the experience extra special. Great food, warm service, and a lovely family-friendly atmosphere. Will definitely visit again! 🍝🎉
Today I got the best server I've ever had in my entire life! Her name is Sarakey and she's been incredibly amazing! She's been incredibly kind and she made sure to check on us perfectly, she never hovered and she was always there literally as soon as we needed her! The food is fantastic and her smile and jokes made us feel incredibly comfortable and made us chuckle the whole time! I don't think dining at an olive garden would be the same without her. We love her and will always come back so long as she's here! If you see this Sarakey, we absolutely adore you and want to let you know to NEVER stop being yourself, you've been fantastic!
My family and I are frequent visitors, but this time it was a next level experience. Many thanks to Nathaly who made us feel at home. The lasagna fritta’s a big hit. Followed by an all vegetarian selection of egg plant Parma, salad, soup and of course the pastas. To top it off the birthday special tiramisu sang to us!
Great, fast and friendly service! Food was great, everyone was so attentive. Very clean and family friendly

Everything was great! The service was excellent, our server was very attentive, the food tasted amazing, and the overall ambiance made for a wonderful dining experience.
Food was really good and service my waiter was really nice and didn't care on how much cheese we put in our food, place is clean and neat. Love this place so much!!

The food was average Olive Garden good, but the service was great.
We were told there would be about a 30 minute wait but it only was about a 15 minute wait. We were seated and our server Jessica took our order...we ordered the never ending pasta bowl with endless soups and salads. The price was good for the special and the food was tasty and fulfilling.
An Italian restaurant at good location, with few veg options, good food taste, nice ambiance, serving medium sized portions at reasonable prices. Visited on a weekday for a quick lunch. Veg Menu - 2/5 - Very few options. Had Minestrone soup, Garden salad, Fettualoo Alfredo and Grilled vegetable piadina Food - 3/5 - Soup and salad were good. Rest were ok Ambiance - 3/5 - Good Service - 4/5 - Very Good. Fast and courteous Size and Price - 4/5 - Medium size and price range. Flexibility - Didn't ask for any customization. So not rated
We had a very bad experience last time went, arrived on rush time so they took a long time. Service was slow but that was not the only concern. The waitress was attending two or three tables at the same time so she was overwhelmed with all the stuff going on……. After we realize that we called the supervisor and he did a great service!
U can expect same food quality in every Olive Garden. Only thing that change is the team attitude. This place was okay
⸻ When we arrived, the first person we encountered was the host, August. Unfortunately, the first impression was disappointing. She was slouched over the hostess stand, focused on her phone. As we walked in, she made no eye contact until we were right in front of her. She never greeted us, so I simply said, “Table for three.” She glanced at us, said “Okay,” and started walking away for us to follow. We were seated, but her demeanor never changed — she appeared annoyed and disengaged. Over the next few minutes, I noticed her seating four other parties with the exact same expression and attitude. Several guests even commented on her unhappy appearance and lack of enthusiasm. On the bright side, our server, Nawasha, was outstanding. She was personable, kind, and genuinely friendly — the kind of customer service that makes guests want to return, even when the food itself is just average. Her warm energy truly turned the experience around. Even at the end of the evening we said good night while walking out same hostess walking around turning off the tablets at each table that was empty and still had the same demeanor. That one small Interaction can really make a good Experience not so great . Thank you again Nawasha .
It was a pretty chill restaurant, and our server Mia was really sweet. The food was great and came out quick. I really liked the Fettuccine Alfredo pasta and the Herb Grilled Salmon, and would recommend the two dishes.
I can not lie went for the all you can eat pasta just to study for upcoming exams (yes off tiktok). The pasta was alright but the service was great with refills offered and food comming out plenty fast. Just make sure you tip well if you do something like that.
Olive Garden, an old staple for Italian food. My daughter and I had a painting night and she was ravenous for Italian food after. I was surprised they were open at that hour on a Friday night, we went around 9:30. Our server was friendly, he felt a little new to the serving world but did a good job. The location was decent, we had a table sitting by the fire. My daughter ordered spaghetti and meatballs and I ordered the salmon with vegetables and minestrone soup. The salmon had a good flavor and was cooked well but the broccoli was mushy, totally overcooked. I certainly didn't eat much of that, because who likes mushy broccoli? Perhaps a more seasoned server would have sent the manager over and would have discounted the meal once I mentioned it. Overall, it was a decent experience so that's why I'm giving 4 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
The service and atmosphere were amazing and absolutely spectacular! However, the food was interesting. The bread sticks were too dry but the salad deserves 5 stars, the dressing was delicious 😋
Service was great sitting in the bar area. But, the air conditioning blowing straight on me wasn't exactly enjoyable. It was 43 degrees outside. Really? I wanted a warm meal and a warm place to dine. 😉 My salad and pasta was good. The breadsticks were overcooked/tough. Maybe that's a sign I shouldn't be eating comfort food.
We’ve been to Olive Garden many times, and it’s always delicious. The quality is consistently great — fresh salad, warm breadsticks, and tasty pasta every time. The atmosphere is cozy, the service is friendly, and it’s a great place to come with kids. Always a reliable spot for a good family meal. Highly recommend!
Came here with my girlfriend. The service was really good. Food was decent. I been here many time and always good experience with the service. Update 7/29/23 Came again with my girlfriend. I was very disappointed. Not sure what happened but the quality of their soups was horrible. The Chicken & Gnocchi soup was watered down without the chicken. My girlfriend ordered Blue Amalfi and it was all ice. She took a sip and did not finish the drink. I should have returned the drink to avoid being charged for it but I did not. Waitress did not check on us till the end. Water was never refilled. Seems our waitress was new and overwhelmed because the place was busy. I still gave her a 20% tip. She was not trained enough but she tried to do a decent job. Overall, disappointing experience. If this was my first time, I would never go back again and would be one star. I will give this location another visit to see how they do. 11/17/2025 update. Came in with my friend. Service was much better this time because it was lunch time and restaurant was very slow. Food was better.
Excellent service and food. The breadsticks were piping hot in my to-go order. The staff was courteous and the restaurant was clean. A great Olive Garden branch!

Food was perfect! Carbonara pasta. Carbonara chicken and shrimp.\nService not great. Had to ask for waiter after waiting 10 minutes. Asked for red pepper and she never returned.
The restaurant was good as usual. The salad and spaghetti was real good however the bread sticks were a little old. Sometimes it's that way though.

When we first arrived we were told we would need to wait 20 mins for a table. My group was 4 adults & a toddler. Another host started bickering with the original hostess about making us wait. The original hostess made an ugly face when he seated us. Our waitress was not friendly, but tolerant. After we placed our orders she came by once to refill drinks then to drop off the check. I was looking for her to ask her for a bag, but I couldn't see her. I got impatient & grabbed a bag. She was hiding the whole time. Her reaction was hilarious. We paid on the little machine & our receipt didn't print out. Just our luck, lol. Apart from the people we dealt with were unprofessional, except the guy who brought out the food. He was nice. I'm not crazy about Italian food, but I absolutely loved the Loaded Pasta Chips & the Stuffed Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. The picky toddler even ate the Pasta Chips & the Cheese Pizza. Service was definitely questionable. Food was the best I've had at an Olive Garden. Restaurant was pretty & clean.
Haven't been here in a while and remember why now. Portion have continued to get smaller, but prices go up. Breadsticks had no flavor and all dished we ordered were pretty bland. Ordered dessert and that is actually worth 5 stars, it was delicious. Service wasn't bad but not good either.
Following my graduation I went to Olive Garden. For starters we got the stuffed ziti and lasagna fritta which were both excellent. Particularly the stuffed ziti which was possibly the best thing I had at the big Olive. For my secondary appetizers was the garden fresh salad, minestrone soup, and the chicken and gnocchi soup. The salad was amazing with a beautiful dresssing and gray toppings such as the onion, olives, and croutons which made me feel good inside. However the minestrone soup was bland and chicken and gnocchi was just disgusting. For my entree I got the tour of italy consisting of chicken parm, eggplant parm, and ziti. The chicken parm was horrible. Extremely dry and I cried with every bite I took. The eggplant parm and ziti was solid. Lastly for dessert was the chocolate lasagna and it was alright. I was already about to implode due to the sheer volume of food I had but I always have a second stomach for desert. However this chocolate lasagna didn’t quite unlock the door for it. Would prefer the black tie mousse cake!
Service was a huge let down. We really enjoyed the Shrimp Alfredo, Five Cheese Ziti Al Forno, Cheese Ravioli, Fried Calamari and Breadsticks at Olive Garden – each dish was flavorful and satisfying. However, the overall experience was compromised by subpar service. The restaurant seemed short-staffed, and our server was unpleasant, He checked on us infrequently and appeared to be in a bad mood. Despite the tasty food, the service was disappointing especially after we waited about 45-60 minutes to get a table. No one wants to celebrate special occasions with bad service.
Nice Italian restaurant with a variety of pasta and Italian dishes. Calamari is good and cocktails are as well for the price. The lettuce in salad was alittle frostbite. Cream sauce on pasta was less than normal. Customer service was excellent. Not a place I will go to daily. Nice for those seeking special occasions on a budget. Nice for first date. Enjoy.
Staff was excellent. Presented themselves friendly and professionally. However I knew something was off with the minestrone soup the moment I tasted it. I had a few more bite to be sure it wasnt just a bad bite. Ended up having food poisoning for 3 days. Everything else was delicious but that soup is going to haunt me.
We went to celebrate my birthday. The food was excellent, and the waiter Dominic was very attentive and efficient. The problem arose when we arrived when we were served by the manager, ALE, who was truly rude and unpleasant. We were treated very poorly. We thought about leaving just because of the manager's bad attitude, but I truly believe it was the kindness of the waiter Dominic who made us stay and enjoy ourselves despite the initial unpleasantness we had. The margarita was divine, and the pasta was also very good.
Waitress Natalia was fairly rude, argued with me over the price of a NEPB, said it would cost me more if I didn't want a refill (What?!). Her attitude and the way she tried to explain it didn't help. Said "It would get her in trouble to give me the actual listed price because she would have to enter a second order of pasta then cancel it". Food was mediocre, won't be back.
Please teach your hostesses to greet guests with enthusiasm, although at this point, teach them to at least greet or acknowledge patrons. Seems as if they hate their job and don’t want to be there, but have bills to pay. Food is not spectacular, pasta a little dry, but who doesn’t love their soup, salad, dipping sauces, and breadsticks, hence 2 stars. Service is always bad so I try to ask everything at the moment of initial order. Even so, server forgot my sangria, had to ask the manager to please get my drink as I almost finish eating, blames bartender but ice cubes were melted so no. Don’t blame others. But I honestly don’t think management even cares at this location.
Had dinner with my family last night and, like always, the food was great. Something different happened though; it was nice to see the staff supporting a waitress who dropped a tray of glasses and was really shaken up. What wasn’t cool was seeing the blonde manager laughing about it with another server. Really unprofessional. I hope they keep hiring more people like the ones who stepped in to help, because that’s the kind of team that helps a place grow. They don’t need employees who make fun of their coworkers’ mistakes. Other than that, the food and the vibe were on point. Good job, Olive Garden
Service was great, we were seated after a 15-20 minutes wait and ordered. Appetizer calamari was good and ordered lunch specials and kids menu. The mashed potatoes were like bread and the pasta was overcooked. My dish was almost mushy. We just ate what we could and left. Our server was kind enough to understand our issue and took it to managers,At least they acknowledged the kids food was bad and no comment on overcooked pasta.
I went to Olive Garden to celebrate my wife's birthday and the overall experience was very good. The food was spectacular; I tried several dishes, including the Five Cheese Ziti and the Steak Gorgonzola. The dessert, a strawberry shortcake, It was a courtesy for my wife's birthday was also excellent What really stood out was the service. Our waiter, Dominic, was incredibly professional and kind. He suggested dishes with great knowledge, recommended the dessert, and attended us with courtesy and discretion throughout the evening. Dominic's service was truly wonderful. However, there was an issue when we arrived that affected the start of our experience. A staff member who appeared to be the manager—wearing a red shirt and a name tag that said “ALE”—was quite rude. When we were shown to a table, my wife wanted to check the dining room to choose a different option, since the table offered was very close to the bar and we were looking for something more family-friendly. As she tried to look, the employee invaded our personal space in the middle of the hallway, stopped us in front of all the guests, and loudly and angrily said: “You need to wait until I take you to the table.” This made us feel uncomfortable and embarrassed, especially on such a special day. I was very impressed by the kindness of all the other staff members—except for ALE, whose behavior ruined what could have been a perfect experience. She's the kind of employee who, when given a bit of authority, acts like she owns the place and treats people with an air of superiority, as if she's doing you in favor instead of providing a service. I give 5 stars to the restaurant and to staff members like Dominic, but only 0 star to the employee ALE. I sincerely hope management takes note of this kind of behavior, because if I return and see that she is still working and treating customers this way, I won't hesitate to leave without eating.

Awful experience today. We were completely ingnored by the servers, we waited for about 15 minutes and nobody even came to bring the menu; when we left, everyone was standing around talking to each other. Bad experience at Prosper Olive
Shrimp scampi, more like shrimp scammy– Not Worth $21 I ordered the shrimp scampi for $21, and honestly, I regret it. The portion was filled with tiny shrimp that tasted like they came straight from a frozen bag, and there was barely enough sauce to coat the pasta. For the price, I expected fresh, plump shrimp and a flavorful, restaurant-quality sauce. Instead, it felt like something I could whip up at home with store-bought scampi sauce and a box of angel hair pasta—for a fraction of the cost. Save your money and make it yourself. Not worth the price or the calories.
Terrible experience. The server failed to mention that the lasagna contains beef. Our family does not eat meat, and this was not communicated or handled responsibly. When we raised the issue, there was no apology, no replacement, and no help yet we were still charged in full. Completely unacceptable service and lack of care for dietary restrictions.
The food was good. The server Katy was fabulous, love her! But the girls in the front?? Bad attitude for no reason. We walked in, wasn’t even greeted and was ‘t even greeted when we left. I get when it’s busy on a saturday but at least look at your surroundings and say something rather than stand there. No “Hello! Welcome in!” or “Hi, hows it going?”. Literally blankly stared at me & my boyfriend and said “how many.” with no crack of a smile and all those girls with an attitude. I’ve seen the way the girls take the guest to their table. No smile at all. Dead. As If they rather do something than work. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 5 years as a hostess and fun fact: Olive garden was my first hostess job and I actually had the decency to smile and LIKE my job rather than a frown. And mind you; it was my FIRST JOB. I think it’s best to have a host meeting to talk about actually satisfying the guest and making them feel WELCOME rather than UNWELCOME. Tell them to smile, it’s ridiculous.
This restaurant is my son's favorite. I've been going there for 10 years, solely for my son, but on December 27th, something happened. My wife found a hair in the plate we were sharing. The name of the dish is Chicken Marsala. We told the server next to me because my waitress was behind the computer the whole time. I saw how they looked at the plate and talked. I am also a manager at another restaurant, so I know the process. My waitress came back to my table and didn't say anything. The manager didn't do anything either. He only asked if everything was okay.
It’s truly unbelievable! We’ve been trying for a month to get a refund for a meal we didn’t even eat but were charged extra for. There’s one general manager and four managers here, yet they can’t refund the $40 they overcharged us. I’ve been patient and didn’t write anything for a month, but this is unacceptable — they’re practically stealing our money! Every time, we waste dozens of minutes for nothing, and still, we don’t get our refund. One general manager and four managers all say, “We refunded it,” but nothing ever shows up in the account. Never choose this place — never!
I found a worm in the salad. The manager kept telling us how the lettuce comes in packs and that’s why it was in there. Not sure what id do with that information. But we lost our apetite and walked out and he came and offered a gift card. We didn’t want it because we know we’re never setting foot in that place again.
