I’ve heard so much about how this place is so amazing. I just didn’t find the food that great. Pretty much just typical, run-of-the-mill Mexican food. Nothing stood out that I was eating that made me get that “WOW” sensation. Probably won’t go there again

Overall the place is a great Mexican restaurant. Only complaint is that every single dish has tomato in it. When you have a family member who is allergic and gets told by cashier it doesn't have tomatoes, and then she gets her order and it does. They wanted to correct the problem. But everything has tomatoes in it.

Nice clean Mexican themed restaurant with self-serve food options. The food is premade and serves almost instantly after being paid at counter before dine in. The food was delicious and has ample portion in the plate. There is small counter for condiments and salsa. There’s ample parking outside and the restaurant is well located on FM423. Will love to come back here again.

Always clean, themed, and good Tex-Mex food. My family loves this gorgeous and family oriented restaurant. Always great customer service and fabulous dining experience. They offer very good food, but in my personal opinion, they are not as tasty as the food I will get at Abuelos. Not by much, though. However, the prices are much more affordable. The dining hall is always clean, and I love the decor. My favorite is the family combo fajitas meal. Great price and you get a lot of food. They do not disappoint 👏 🙌 👌 after dining at this restaurant, I will say, "Gracias," with a big smile. 😀 I will be back for more!!!

I ordered the Chile Verde breakfast bowl. Yummmmm! The pork was tender and bursting with flavor. Everyone was very pleased with their meal and the food was ready quickly. The chips were stale, which cost them the fifth star in my book. I love me some crunchy crisp chips with Mexican food. We will be back though.

If Speedy Gonzolez started a fast casual Mexican tortilla factory it would be called Rosas Cafe. It seems like whenever I come here the food is fresh and consistent. I find myself always coming back because Chick-fil-A takes longer.The home made tortillas hit the spot and what can I say...? It’s fast really really fast. By keeping the menu simple and not having anything offerings that take time too cook the assembly process is something Henry Ford would be proud of if he saw it today. Come here for takeout though... tables are spaced close together without much separation. Bring some tortilla dough. The saying goes ‘Time is money’ you should expect to Be ready to fork over some serious cash for lunch, I got the fajita plate and a drink and it was almost $20 with about 4-6oz of their marinated steak. My Beef: Rosas cafe is not cheap but makes up for it in consistency and overall quality. My time is valuable to me and so Is quality so I begrudgingly pay the premium. Improvements: I wish, however, that there were self cleaning table stations like you would find in a normal fast food joint vs the fast casual concept. I find that the staff doesn’t get out to bus tables that often and when they do they have to sometimes make several trips. They can dish it out faster than they can take it away. To Management: In the 100 times I’ve been to Rosas I’ve never had a manager ask me how everything is or if they could get me anything. I’ve never been invited back. More complements: Another plus is that Rosas has clean bathrooms. If you follow my reviews you would know how important bathrooms are to me. This establishment is great for parties particularly if you want to be in and out. I would like it if they had a Bar or Margaritas. Raise the Bar: This place would be amazing for happy hours. I like the Rosas Cafe concept. Is it perfect? No. I hate the price, love the food and speed. It could be better but that’s why this is an opinion. I will come back and hopefully you read this, give it a like, and tell your friends.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered the family fajitas combo. I paid more than $40 dlls, and they gave me a portion that was meant for a single meal.

The portion sizes have gotten so small it’s crazy. Not worth the money anymore. The inside is always so dirty.

The food quality and flavor were not there for us. If it was cheaper I probably wouldn't be as disappointed. I will say the drive-thru is ridiculously fast. So if you are in a rush that is a plus size. The enchiladas were particularly sad looking and not much better tasting.

Come on Rosa’s!!! Spending $40 for two meals shouldn’t give you brown guacamole. I’m a huge fan but really disappointed today. Refried beans were also very runny. They are never that way. Hope it gets better and this was just a fluke.

Not a fan of Rosa's. Husband and I both got sick after eating there. Breakfast tacos have no flavor. I only gave 2 stars because they have delicious tortillas and a drive thru

Used to be good place to eat,but now their quality is poor shadow of what it used to be and they give the smallest bare minimum amount of food they can all while charging you top dollar prices.

I visited Rosa’s in Frisco today and had the most horrific experience! My husband and I placed an order in the drive through around 7:30pm for the fajita beef nachos with extra queso, no sour cream and a side of guacamole . The manager who took the order was clearly distracted because she had a hard time getting the order correct , so I had to repeat the order twice. When we received the order there was no queso on the nachos although I asked for extra, so we drove around and went inside to have the order made correctly. When I went inside , everyone was standing around talking so I had to get their attention. I showed the order to the manager and explained there was no queso. The manager stated that they always put the extra on the side . But, I asked for extra queso not queso on the side and also no sour cream. She said she would remake it but she did not . There is mirror or reflective window in front of the cook area . The manager said something to the cook , removed the sour cream , then threw something in the nachos with her bare hands that I did not see her get out of the food area, the cook started laughing hysterically along with the manager. She brought back the order. I asked what was so funny; she said the cook knows the lady in the drive through and that’s why they were laughing hysterically. She was clearly lying and totally unprofessional to treat customers in this manner. Needless to say, I threw out the food and will report this incident to the Texas Department of Health & Food Safety.

Rosa's Breakfast plates used to be amazing! However, I’m not sure if the employees are rushing, but my plate did not look like Chorizo; it seemed like they hurriedly slapped the food onto the plate. Please be more mindful when serving your breakfast plates.
