I was here with my two kids and we loved the food, our server was super nice, professional and fast! Food and drink were on point. I gave the 5 stars because the kitchen and the server deserve it. I would say though, you need a more welcoming hostess, she was barely polite, she looked almost bothered that we even walked into the restaurant. For the type of place and how busy it is, I would recommend to hire someone more joyful.

I’ve had the spaghetti and meatballs here before, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The meatballs are hearty and flavorful, the pasta cooked just right, and the marinara has that rich, classic Italian taste you crave. It’s one of those go-to comfort dishes that never lets you down. Before the meal, they brought out their signature bread basket, and as always, the sourdough stole the show for me. It came out warm, with both sourdough and their famous sweet pumpkin bread, paired with soft butter—such a nice start to the meal. The atmosphere was vibrant but still comfortable, with a nice buzz of conversation around us. Service was good—we only had to wait about five minutes to be seated, which was a pleasant surprise considering how busy the mall gets. All in all, it was a smooth and satisfying experience. Great food, friendly service, and a comfortable setting. Definitely recommend if you’re shopping at Stonebriar and want a solid, enjoyable meal.

Restaurant Review: The Cheesecake Factory I recently dined at The Cheesecake Factory and was once again blown away by the experience. I ordered the signature meatloaf with mashed potatoes and corn, and let me tell you, it was out of this world. The meatloaf was perfectly seasoned, tender, and paired beautifully with creamy mashed potatoes that were just the right amount of rich and buttery. My mother opted for the salmon topped with a luscious reduction sauce, and she declared it the best salmon she's ever had. The fish was flaky, fresh, and cooked to perfection, making it a dish you can't miss. As always, the service was second to none. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. One of the highlights of dining here is the generous portion sizes. You won’t leave hungry; in fact, you might find yourself wanting to save room for their famous cheesecake or the decadent five-layer chocolate cake. Considering the chef-level preparation and the portion sizes, the prices are incredibly reasonable. If you’re looking for a fantastic meal in a warm, welcoming atmosphere, The Cheesecake Factory is the place to go. We left satisfied and eagerly thinking about our next visit!

Generally decent restaurant that is good for what it does. Although not outstanding, they are consistent with many of their dishes despite having a huge menu, which is pretty impressive. A very reliable option for a day at the mall. We ordered a Calamari appetizer, which was pretty good, freshly hot and a little crispy. The Shrimp Scampi was nice, although it didn't really have a proper pasta sauce, which I would've appreciated. I guess that's why they didn't put it in the pasta section on the menu. But the simplicity of just using oil, salt, pepper and herbs, and using diced tomatoes as opposed to tomato sauce, is actually decently authentic. The Tomato Basil Pasta was good as well. The atmosphere is very lively. The service is pretty fast for how busy they are.

We had a wonderful family dinner at The Cheesecake Factory. We ordered the Chipotle Pasta, Avocado Egg Rolls, and some drinks. The food was delicious—the pasta was rich and flavorful, and the avocado egg rolls were perfectly crispy and tasty. The service was friendly and quick, and everything came out fresh. Overall, a really good experience! Just giving 4 stars instead of 5 to leave a little room for improvement, but we truly enjoyed our evening and would happily come back.

Our experience at The Cheesecake Factory wasn’t a 5/5, but it wasn’t entirely bad either. We started with the street corn, which had decent flavor but was a little hard to eat. The four cheese pasta was good and had a nice, rich taste. We also ordered the steak frites. The steak was okay, though the quality could have been a bit better. The absolute highlight of the meal was the Coconut Cream Pie Cheesecake. It was incredible, creamy, and full of flavor, easily the best part of the night. Overall, not a bad visit. It could have been better, but it was still enjoyable.

The fried egg rolls were my favorite appetizer—crispy and flavorful! Overall, the food was pretty good. My fish and my son-in-law’s chicken came out cold. He said the flavor was great, just very cold, but they took it back and handled it quickly. The service was amazing—our drinks were never empty and the staff was super attentive. For dessert, the s’mores cheesecake was everyone’s favorite—definitely try it with all the toppings! I had the Snickers cheesecake and absolutely loved it.

Terrible chicken picatta. Terrible salmon. Angel hair pasta was Terrible. Would never go back. I never write bad reviews but this was necessary.

Linda’s fudge cake is good- my kid loved it. That said, my wife and I felt it would be much better if served a little warm, or at least at room temperature. It was cold and quite hard, with the fudge falling off in solid pieces.

I will say to be a member and reserved a table for a special day, I was rather disappointed. They say us at the door, sticky, small booth. Silverware was awful. The menus definitely need a nice cleaning. I opted to check the menu on my phone instead. I expected more from this establishment considering I made the reservation and am a member. Just felt like the ball was dropped there. Food was a great taste. Sliders well done with fries, salmon, and orange chicken with brown rice was amazing. The drinks are on the strong side so prepare for designated driver. The menu is humongous. There is a wide selection for all dietary lifestyles.

I had my birthday slice to use. So I tried to order online and it wouldn't apply the reward. So I went in and ordered take out. I got the new Orleans Cajun shrimp. I asked for the sauce on the side so the bread wouldn't be a wet soggy mess before I got home. When I got home I found the sauce was on it. The bread was horrible. Soaked up all the sauce. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at **The Cheesecake Factory**. We ordered a whole cheesecake for our anniversary, which is a very special occasion for us. When we picked it up from the store and brought it home, we were shocked to find that instead of a whole cake, we were given pre-sliced pieces assembled together. That is not what we ordered or expected. If we wanted slices, we would have purchased individual slices from the restaurant. We specifically ordered a whole cake to celebrate properly, and we spent $65 expecting the quality and presentation that comes with it. This was incredibly disappointing, especially on such an important day. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is not our first negative experience at this location. We recently moved here from Chicago, and we always had wonderful experiences at the Chicago Downtown Cheesecake Factory. My husband and I are big cheesecake lovers, which is why we chose Cheesecake Factory again for our anniversary. Unfortunately, this location has let us down more than once. We are very disappointed with the service and the lack of attention to such an important order. I hope management takes this seriously so this doesn’t happen to other customers celebrating special occasions.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. HORRIBLE experience on Saturday January 17th and will never go back. And I want to note I worked in the restaurant business and was a host so, I am a VERY patient and understanding person. I called earlier in the day to ask about a party of 12, the host said they can't take reservations for a party over 6 people but to come in early to put our name down so we did. We got there an hour and a half to two hours before we told people to arrive, I sat on a 15 minute line just to get to the host station and then when I FINALLY got up there, I was very kind, well mannered and understanding that it was a busy night. I told the host I just wanted to know how long for a party of 12 and understand it will be a wait and was ready to wait with no issues. The host then goes to other staff to ask about the large party and the female manager was right there behind him and she yells "tell them 3 hours, 3 hours! I don't have a table for 12" very rudely and mocking us like I'm not standing right there watching the whole interaction. So I asked politely to the host, I won't be seated till 9pm ? He said most likely. I still put my name down, asked my family what they wanted to do (mind you we were there for my birthday celebration with kids and grandparents). We decided to go to the Allen location which I have to say, they got us seated within the hour after I called, the hostess/host at that location were SO personable and friendly (as they should be) and very well mannered. Needless to say, I was disgusted at the management in this location and how they wouldn't even let 1 of the hosts leave to use the restroom, she was begging for cover to just go pee! Disgrace! As someone in a management position, if you don't like your job, leave, if you can't handle a busy day or chaos, then this job isn't for you. Hope the staff and customers are treated better but I will never return to this location again.

We had issues with our order tonight, which was especially disappointing given we spent $150 on dinner and made a 55-minute round trip to pick it up. We usually love eating here, but this experience was a real letdown. We had asked for the cheese sticks to be separated—due to the limited space for notes, we had to shorten the request—but the opposite happened. They were stacked on top of each other, falling apart, and looked like they had been microwaved. We also requested extra sauce on the Alfredo, but it seemed to have even less than usual. I’m not someone who complains often, but for this price and effort, we expected better.
