Visited bigdash today on my way back Frisco to home. Best Dubai chocolate strawberry cup ever had. The lady in the front is very nice and comforting to advise and guide through the menu. One of the best dessert place in Frisco. I highly recommend. Will definitely come back

Such a gem!! A true Turkish gem 🤤 An ABSOLUTE must visit for dessert lovers!! Amazing ambience, amazing customer service, very friendly staff and delectable sweets!! Each one, one of it's kind!! We tried the red kenafa, Dubai cheese ball, Dubai chocolate bar with pistachio filling and gl Turkish coffee!! We can't wait to back and try some more items 😍😍😍🤤🤤🤤

I have visited here a few times, never disappoints. Hands down, best tres leches I’ve had… & cannot get enough of the Dubai chocolate strawberry cup or Dubai chocolate bar. Extremely delicious & so worth trying!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Just visited Big Dash in Frisco for the first time and had to try the much-talked-about Dubai Cup. And let me tell you—it truly lives up to the hype. Sweet, rich, and absolutely delicious. It’s a dessert experience unlike anything else. Now, about the price… $17 is definitely on the steep side. Not something I’d splurge on regularly, but it’s 100% worth trying at least once. It’s indulgent, beautifully presented, and memorable. Despite the cost, I’d still give it five stars for taste and creativity alone. Big Dash knows how to deliver a unique treat!

First time to Big Dash & definitely won't be my last! The baklava with the cheese inside was perfect. Super flavorful, sweet, buttery. Exactly what you want baklava to taste like. Also tried their Dubai chocolate options, the chocolate bar & strawberry chocolate cup. The bar was better than the cup, IMO. Both very good but super sweet & rich. I do wish the strawberry Dubai chocolate cup came in a smaller size option though. Wait time was not bad at all. Very good experience & highly recommend a visit if you haven't been yet!

Very pretty desserts. Great service and a good place to get Dubai chocolate. They also make a drink out of it. Pleasantly surprised it wasn't too sweet.

The Food is traditionally made, Gelato is very fine quality. The service is attentive and respectful. The ambiance is traditional and beautiful. Leadership are good people.

A fantastic choice with their variety of desserts. Cozy ambiance and great outdoor seating section as well. The mango shaped desert was really nice although the Gelato ice creams looked a bit pale. Great place for baklava boxes with different assortments!

I’ve been visiting this place for over a year now and absolutely love it. Their variety of baklavas is amazing, always a treat. The viral Dubai chocolate strawberry cup ($15.99) is definitely worth trying. Karak tea ($4.99) is perfect, though a bit much for a single person. The dine-in space is well maintained but usually busy; they also have a great outdoor seating area. Overall, a lovely spot that I keep coming back to. 😊

I am pretty disappointed after visiting the Frisco BigDash location. I always visit the Richardson location and I always leave satisfied but at the Frisco location that wasn’t the case. I ordered the red kunafa and triple chocolate crepe. The employee left it sitting for 15 minutes after it was cooked. The employee left to the ordering station and the crepe was sitting on the back counter. We told another employee (who I assume is the manager) and he was nice and gave us a new crepe. I am disappointed and will go the Richardson location next time. There was also trash on most of the tables and had to tell an employee to clean it.

Lovely ambience and a fantastic variety of food and desserts. However, the food wasn't as palatable to our taste buds - it was either too sweet or not too sweet and the ice cream had a starchy texture. But am sure, you may find it yumm as we saw loads of people really enjoy.

Overpriced desserts with average taste. Won’t return back We tried Karak chai ($5) it was watery, not well made and tasted sub par. Try Karak chai at Pappa Roti closely by that’s way better Mango mousse ($12) looked good tastes average and too sweet Brown Kinafa ($10) was avaerga at best. Try the ones at Bazaria in Plano it’s way better in my view. They were running a free ice cream scoop and asking for Google review this weekend- so don’t trust all the 5* rating your mileage may vary so give it a try but keep low expectations

Update:the owner not doing anything after serving me expired pastries. If you really cared about the quality then wouldn't have served expired desserts for 20$. I don't mind paying 20 if it was fresh but no. All they can say is they make it exactly the same. So I guess they are poisoning others NOTHING and I mean NOTHING about it was top quality. Just soggy trash. Made me feel sick after I ate it. I drove 2 hours just for this and ended up being really disappointed. When I walked in there was a really strong smell of something else. And the pastries I got was not freshly made and tasted EXPIRED. Couldn't finish them at all because they were bitter. There was no crunch and it was so soggy. Wasn't worth my 20$ at all. Just got expired food. I had similar dessert in New York and was fully satisfied and wanted it again so went here. This place was waste of effort, money and time. I took few bites hoping it would taste better but it didn't. Had to throw them away.

I was really looking forward to trying the viral Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cup, but my experience was honestly very disappointing at Big Dash l, Frisco.. I could have given minus star if I can.. I travelled 30 miles for this cup spent almost 25 minutes in the line. All I got was strawberries..! The cup was almost entirely filled with strawberries — barely any pistachio cream or chocolate flavor. The creamy richness that makes this dessert special was completely missing. It just felt like eating a basic cup of strawberries with a hint of sweetness like chocolate syrup. Definitely not worth the high price. For something that’s marketed as premium and trending, this felt rushed and underwhelming. I expected a balanced dessert with texture and flavor layers, but instead got mostly fruit and no satisfaction. Not something I’d recommend or return for. I could have bought strawberries for $3 and sprinkle chocolate syrup with some pistachio. Instead I paid $18 for this stuff. Not really happy For Big Dash: Don’t degrade your Brand. I always loved Big Dash desserts but this was disappointing
