We had dinner here with friends yesterday and loved everything we ordered. The food was flavorful but not heavy. Staff were friendly, and our server (sorry, didn't catch her name) was really nice and efficient. The food arrived fast and hot, and the atmosphere was warm and cozy. Preethi, who checked us out was friendly and great to chat with. Overall, delicious food, great service, and a warm vibe. We’ll be back!

Nothing to complain..good food. A bit spicy for the equivalent you get in India...and I felt it had a slight Andhra taste and spice. But totally enjoyed it..

I recently visited this Indian restaurant and had a really good experience. The food was flavorful, fresh, and served at the right temperature, which made the dining feel very authentic. The spices were balanced perfect and every dish had its own unique taste. The ambience was also quite nice, with a warm and welcoming vibe that made it comfortable to sit and enjoy the meal without feeling rushed. The staff was attentive and polite, making sure everything was taken care of. Overall, it felt like a place where you can enjoy both great food and a pleasant dining atmosphere. Definitely worth visiting again.

had the opportunity to visit this incredible vegetarian restaurant in Dallas, and it exceeded all my expectations! The ambiance is warm and inviting, with a perfect touch of Western charm. The hospitality of the staff is outstanding – they are friendly, attentive, and make you feel right at home. The food is absolutely delicious! The Palakova is a must-try, bursting with authentic flavors. Don’t miss out on the Thali and Combos – they are perfectly crafted and offer a great variety of flavors. This place is truly a hidden gem for anyone looking for quality vegetarian food. Highly recommended and definitely a must-visit in Dallas!

Unassuming Indian restaurant. Very reasonably priced with tasty food in a simple setting. Appetizers were amazing - recommend the samosa chat, and honey chilli lotus stem. Kids enjoyed the mango lassi and cheese dosas. Their special uttapam was very good. We also got the paneer biryani - which was the weekend special and it was okay. Would definitely go back.

Had chola bature, panneer kothu parota and cone dosa. All are good and tasty. Chola bature is way too oily for our preference. Kothu parota is recommended. Dosa is very good in size, sambar tasted good but chutneys are average in taste. Service was very nice and people were attentive and kind. At the snacks counter I tried rose milk and Jack fruit cake It was tasty and nice.

Poor service. Food is Ok. Didn’t feel like authentic but ok if hungry. Was recommended that it is good and that they are quick in service, but seems they are slow and need to speed up on service. They need to work on their speed. Only order south indian dishes as north indian dishes are just ok to fill stomach and not authentic in taste. They need to improve on it. Curry(dal makhani) served and it took almost 30 mins that garlic naan was not served and then later told no naan available. Had to eat daal with not so authentic roti instead of naan. Only best thing was the Chef who was kind and talked very polite, 5 stars for him. He even warmed up the daal again and got something else. Things happen in life but first time experience should be good in order to make an impression.

Usually, I am not someone who gives low ratings, as I’ve visited this restaurant multiple times and had good experiences in the past. Unfortunately, yesterday’s order was extremely disappointing, and I felt compelled to share my experience. We placed a to-go order around 9:00 PM, which we had never done before. Since I was dealing with a cold and cough, I specifically wanted hot, freshly prepared food, so we chose A2B with confidence. We ordered three items: 1. Masala Dosa 2. Noodles 3. Fried Rice The packaging was very poorly done. The lids on both the noodles and fried rice containers did not fit properly. While the noodles somehow stayed intact until we reached home, the fried rice container opened completely and leaked, creating a mess. The masala dosa was the most disappointing part. It was extremely hard and dry—more like eating papad with chutney and sambar. Additionally, potato curry and both the red & white chutneys had a strong, unpleasant smell and seemed spoiled, forcing us to throw them away.This was especially disappointing considering it was for our kids as well. This is not the level of quality we expect from a restaurant we’ve trusted and visited many times. I strongly suggest reviewing kitchen quality checks and to-go packaging, especially during late hours, to ensure customers receive fresh food and proper service at all times.

I'm not a great fan of a2b. My friend wanted a pure veg restaurant nearby so visited here. We ordered a few items and they came on time. Dosa was good but they cry to give more Sambhar for such a big Dosa. Pongal was below average, never ever try that. Ghee Podi idly 🤢 - no no no Curd vada was good.

I had a pleasant experience here and a great spot for those who love vegetarian food in a calm and welcoming ambiance. The atmosphere was well designed with a good feel that made dining enjoyable. The service was excellent with friendly and attentive staff ensuring everything was perfect. The food was fresh, well prepared and presented beautifully. However, I found the flavors to be mild and less spicy than expected making it a great choice for those who prefer subtle and balanced tastes. While I personally enjoy bold and spicy flavors. I could still appreciate the authenticity of the dishes the variety of items on the menu ensured that everyone could find something to enjoy. If you’re someone who prefers food that’s mildly spiced yet flavorful this is definitely a great place to try. It’s an excellent option for families, kidsor anyone who enjoys light vegetarian meals without too much heat. Overall, a well-maintained restaurant with great service and ambiance.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. The food at A2B Dallas was actually very good, but the service really fell short. I ordered a thali and waited about 30 minutes before being told it wasn’t even on the order. I had also ordered a sweet lime soda that never arrived (though they did eventually acknowledge it was on the order). When I asked for poori, I was told the chef was on break, which was surprising. And, I have seen people waiting for good amount of time after ordering (again, not the wait before they get seated). Not sure what was going on, but the management and service definitely need improvement. I hope they work on this, because the food itself was great.

Took the Weekend Breakfast Buffet - The Pongal didn’t have the ghee flavor. The chilli parota tasted like it was made with day-old parotas, and the peanut chutney also seemed stale. The poori with curry was just okay, as were the dosa and pav bhaji. The pungu didn’t taste good at all. Overall, the meal didn’t feel worth the $15.99 price.

Worst masala dosa (takeout) Ordered a to-go masala dosa from A2B, Frisco. and it was dry, overly crunchy, and tasted stale. No freshness at all—more hard than crisp, and the filling was minimal/bland. Very disappointed, especially for the price.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at A2B Indian Restaurant in Frisco was extremely disappointing from start to finish. To begin with, the service was unreasonably slow. It took an excessive amount of time just to be acknowledged and seated. After finally being seated, there was yet another long delay before anyone came to take our order. The lack of attentiveness made the entire experience frustrating right from the beginning. When we eventually placed our order, things only got worse. The wrong items were brought to the table. After pointing out the mistake, we were informed that the dishes we originally ordered were no longer available. This information should have been communicated at the time of ordering, not after a significant wait and an incorrect delivery. Having to reorder after all that delay added to the inconvenience. Ultimately, we settled for a different dish, which unfortunately turned out to be very disappointing in terms of taste and quality. The food did not meet the expectations one would have from a restaurant of this reputation. To make matters worse, the pricing was on the higher side, which would have been acceptable if the service and food quality justified it — but they did not. Overall, the experience reflected poor coordination, lack of communication, and subpar food quality. For the price charged, customers deserve much better service, accuracy, and consistency. Regrettably, based on this visit, I would not consider returning.

I ordered a 32 oz to-go portion of dried bhindi dry curry. I was aware that the dish includes coconut mixed in—we prepare it the same way at home. However, the balance was completely off. The curry should be more than 75% bhindi and less than 25% coconut, but what I received was the opposite: over 75% coconut and barely any bhindi. It felt like leftover curry after most of the bhindi had already been used, and since it was a to-go order, it seemed they assumed I wouldn’t notice until I got home. The bhindi curry was served with chapatti, which was equally disappointing. The chapatti was thick, hard, and not fully cooked. With so many Indian restaurants opening rapidly in the Frisco, Allen, and McKinney area, competition is intense. A2B needs to significantly improve both its food quality and service. Otherwise, it risks losing customers and going out of business very soon.

Worst food! Way too expensive Ordered Paneer Butter masala, paid $15 and got 6 small mini paneer pieces and tastes like added sugar.. The size of Naan and Parota way too small There are way better restaurants around Not coming back again

I am American and brought my mom to the restaurant to have a good Indian cuisine experience but that is not what we received ! The waitress was very rude and aggressive towards me bc I wasn’t sure if the menu. Mind you it’s only in Indian language, so I am saying this bc it can be where Americans that like Indian cuisine can understand the menu better. I won’t go back !

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share this experience for the safety of others. I recently visited A2B Indian Vegetarian Restaurant- AAB and was shocked to find visible fungus on the food that was served to us. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hygiene and food safety standards of the kitchen. I immediately brought it to the staff’s attention, and while they did apologized, the fact that such a dish made it to the table in the first place is alarming. Whether it was due to expired ingredients or poor storage, it’s something no customer should have to encounter. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their food safety practices. Until then, I cannot recommend this place to others.
