I usually love their coffee... Maybe people just have it in a long day.. I'm not gonna let that be the reason why I don't let's say I like their coffee.

This is the closest Coffee Bean to my house. Usually go when we get promos in the app. Drinks are great. Customer service, not so much. Last two times I've gone, not greeted when I walk in. Literally the two guys working just talking amongst themselves. Passed by the register multiple times while I'm standing there and not even acknowledged. Finally guys comes up and asks what I'd like. There was 2 other ladies waiting for orders. Not like they had a line out the door. The drinks are what keeps me coming and the act that it's the closest location. Do not go our of your way to come to this location.

Came in today for my birthday drink and I have to say customer service is severely lacking and that is putting it nicely. This is not the first time I have been to this location and received less than desirable/lack luster attitudes. Yes I was greeted-not with any sort of enthusiasm, not that I'm expecting a parade but when you enter and someone says "welcome" as if they wished you weren't there it kind of makes you feel like you weren't. When asking for a recommendation between the blended or iced pumpkin I was told half heartedly that the iced pumpkin was preferable-opted for this, confirmed with coffee - received the blended-ok, no coffee at all thanked them anyways wished for all to have a good day and received some sort of mumble not even a faked smile-would have asked for them to fix my drink but by the atmosphere I just felt like I was a bother. This is a real shame, there isn't that many Coffee Bean's around me - just this one. I would rather go out of my way to Brea-just a shame.

My boyfriend, our daughter and myself came here for our first time today 12/17 @ 2:46pm and first they were under staffed, only two employees and one of them was in training ! So we ordered two coffees and a cake pop, we left and went about our day but after about an hour we were arriving home (which we live about 20 min away) and I was having my boyfriend try my coffee and he goes "what is that ?" And pulls a piece of plastic out of his mouth ! I said "ew but maybe it just was that one drink" but NOPE I took a couple more drinks and then I felt something hard.. another piece of hard plastic but this time in my mouth ! I took a picture of the piece of plastic and threw my whole drink away . I was so disappointed because it tasted good but didn't want to drink plastic ! I called the store 3 times and no one answered so I left a message. I had a busy day today and couldn't go back but I did want to let them know. I did also leave a review from the QR code on my receipt but wanted to also leave one on here. Please beware of any plastic in your food or drinks !!

Worst customer service every time, I go here often its the closest to my home. They seem to always be overwhelmed and short staff that they are just not friendly and rushing you while ordering. I’m not the one to come in here and complain but they are just rude. Food and coffee is great! Visited Wednesday 22nd 830am- left and didn’t order anything

Disappointed Every Time I’ve given this place multiple chances, but my coffee order is never right. Whether it’s missing ingredients or just made incorrectly, it’s consistently disappointing. For a coffee shop, getting the coffee right should be the bare minimum. Time to find a new spot.

I recently had a disappointing experience at the Coffee Bean location. The barista who took my order was rude and made a snarky comment when I asked for light ice in my coffee. Additionally, she asked in a rude manner if my order was a "TikTok drink" before I had even finished ordering (I ordered an iced Americano) so she must be new if she has never heard of one. Despite my request for light ice, she made my drink with excessive ice and skimped on the coffee. So maybe she misheard and thought I said heavy ice and light coffee she did look to be on the older side so maybe she forgot her hearing aids at home Anyway if you're looking for a coffee place with good quality service I wouldn't recommend coming to this one. Pretty sure her name was Stephanie.

The service here is horrible, all the staff cares about is making sure the shop is restocked instead of helping the customers out. I waited an extra 10 minutes for my bagel to be cooked because the supervisor (Stephanie) wanted to sit off to the side and restock cookies after giving the only other girl on register 5 other task to do and still had her make my bagel after then proceeded to go on break then made her own food items then asked if I needed help with anything.

Totally defeats the purpose of ordering ahead when it takes the staff forever to greet you and hand your order to you. This has happened now every morning I’ve visited this location, regardless of if there’s a line or the place is empty. The morning staff is less than friendly and feels like no one wants to be there. I wouldn’t waste my time here, there’s tons of other coffee shops in the area with way better service.
