We found it by chance, a little late at night, but the staff welcomed us anyway. This pizzeria is located not exactly in the city center, so parking is also easy to find. The pizza with capers is fantastic, with excellent quality dough and ingredients. The beer is special. There are only a few tables, but it's a truly quiet and welcoming place.

Vicino al centro di Gallarate, locale piccolo ma, disposto bene e arredato con gusto. Menu ben assortito , come la varietà di birre , artigianali proposte. Integrale o classica o focaccia, ottima la fattura e i prodotti usati, impasto molto leggero da stimolare un bis..... Personale gentile , dolci curati nel gusto e balla consistenza....bravi.!! Da provare e gustare, prezzi nella norma.

Buono ma non ci tornerei. Pizzeria situata al centro di Gallarate, facile da raggiungere e con molto parcheggio nei dintorni. Locale piccolo, molto accogliente, semplice e piacevole. Personale giovane, cordiale, servizio rapido e puntuale. Menù non molto ampio (in positivo), con diversi tipi di impasto, con alcune proposte classiche e altre particolari. Ho provato una bufalina con prosciutto crudo e bufala che mi permettesse di fare un confronto con altre pizzerie che si pongono sullo stesso piano qualitativo (almeno a parole) : purtroppo il confronto non ha retto, a causa del prosciutto, poco e salato e della salsa di pomodoro. Buona invece la mozzarella e l'impasto integrale come base. L'altra pizza è stata il sesto senso, una proposta innovativa e mai provata che mi ha lasciato molto soddisfatto. Anche qui impasto integrale molto buono, il migliore che abbia mai assaggiato. Nel complesso quindi una buona pizza e una appena sufficiente, e che non regge il confronto con altre pizzerie dello stesso tipo (lo reggerebbe con una semplice pizzeria d'asporto di paese). Molto buono il dolce, cheesecake al pistacchio (da proporre anche in diverse varianti). Sul bere, non capisco la presenza in carta di birre che la cameriera ci ha detto non essere mai state presenti nel locale. Il conto tutto sommato giusto, se si calcola che è il centro di Gallarate. Troppo alto per alcune pizze, ad esempio quella del mese a 18 euro. Anche qui, non regge il confronto con altre in termini di rapporto qualità/prezzo. Nel complesso un'esperienza che non mi ha lasciato l'amaro in bocca ma nemmeno esaltato.

Qualcosa è cambiato… Non è la prima volta che vado, forse non ci andavo da qualche mese, ma questa volta mi ha deluso. Iniziamo con il menu, per la prima volta ho trovato il qr code. Niente di strano, peccato che si apre con Google Drive. Sul mio cellulare ho impostato il drive di lavoro (e no, purtroppo non ho un cellulare lavorativo), aprendo il menu ora me lo ritrovo automaticamente salvato tra i file del lavoro! Vi suggerisco di cercare in rete siti per creare il menu in digitare (esistono versioni gratuite!). Passiamo all’ordine. Chiedo una pizza e mi dicono che la burrata è finita, peccato, era la mia pizza preferita! Ne scelgo un’altra. Pizza ottima come sempre! Anche se prima di arrivare già me ne pregustavo un’altra. Passiamo al dolce. Le possibilità che ci offrono sono salame al cioccolato servito con una pallina di gelato o… gelato! Tutto il resto finito! Credo di aver scelto questo posto principalmente per la cheesecake, ma chissà, forse non la fanno più? Era domenica sera, siamo arrivati alle 20.30, mi sembra un orario normale per una cena… e entrambi i piatti che pensavo di prendere erano finiti! Peccato, perché questa volta avevo anche due ospiti e, scegliendo questa pizzeria, non ho fatto un’ottima figura! Spero solo sia stata una sfortunata coincidenza!

Not the best experience, despite the restaurant having an excellent reputation for the quality of its pizzas. I was served spoiled wine by the glass, which was promptly changed upon notification. All desserts were sold out, an hour's wait from order to service for two pizzas despite the restaurant not being 100% full. Personal taste: Average pizza quality, I've had better. Excessive price for the service: 14-16 euros per pizza.

Very small pizzeria with about forty seats (or less). There were four of us, and we paid €95, which was a bit pricey. The pizzas were decent, edible, but don't expect anything special; there are many other pizzerias in the area that are much better. The desserts, unfortunately, weren't good. I wouldn't go back. The acoustics were terrible, too loud; you had to shout to talk.

For my daughter's game, we looked for a nearby pizzeria. The reviews were good. We made a reservation for two people plus a 2-year-old and showed up at the agreed-upon time. The initial impression was a bit sterile, a pizzeria that didn't transmit heat (already a warning sign). We tried it, ordered, but something was already off with the drinks: room-temperature water that looked like it had come out of an icebox, and when we changed the drinks, we were told they could put it near the oven if we wanted it. After a 35-minute wait, and counting only four pizzas in the entire room, we asked for breadsticks to keep the baby warm, but the answer was no; they didn't have any. After another 10 minutes, I got fed up and left. I went to pay for the drinks: one medium beer and one small beer and three covers, €21. It wasn't a big deal, but given the impression they were making, I would have expected something less. The excuse was that they had one pizza chef, but other pizzerias have the same staff, but they bake 5 or 6 pizzas at a time, and I only saw one in the oven. I was unlucky. Personally, I don't recommend it. I don't even know what the pizzas taste like.

We arrived at the pizzeria and ordered seven pizzas, with three small children at the table. After ordering, we had to wait over an hour before being served, with no one giving us a clear explanation or a genuine apology for the delay. Meanwhile, it was clear that the kitchen was prioritizing takeout almost exclusively, with a constant stream of pizzas coming out for outside customers while those at tables were left waiting. I understand the importance of deliveries, but it's unacceptable to completely neglect the diners in the restaurant, especially with children who can't wait that long. When the pizzas finally arrived, the experience was ruined by the management and the wait. What should have been a pleasant evening turned into frustration and inconvenience. It's a shame, because a pizzeria should, first and foremost, take care of those who are there in person. Under these conditions, unfortunately, we won't be returning.

STAY AWAY!!!!! We booked a table for 6 adults and 3 children (one with a high chair) a few days in advance for Saturday, but when we made the reservation, they told me we couldn't arrive before 8:00 PM. I called back the next day with the intention of canceling the reservation because making small children wait until 8:00 PM to eat wasn't the right thing to do, but we finally agreed to arrive at 7:30 PM. Well, on the day of the reservation, we arrived promptly at 7:30 PM. We asked at 7:50 PM if they could take our reservations. He arrived very calmly, and after ordering, guess what time the pizzas arrived at the table? 8:50 PM!!!!!!! Terrible service, prioritizing takeout when THE PRIORITY IS THE DINING ROOM!!! If you're trying to prioritize takeout and leave behind a dining room with 2-year-old and 5-year-old children, YOU'RE SHAMEFUL!!!!!! Never again!!!! Plus, the high chair at the table was set in the corner! And the highlight of the evening was a poor family next to us (mom, dad, and 2/3-year-old son) who sat down right after us and at 8:45 PM got up from the table and left the place empty-handed! It's no longer the much-loved and renowned white basil of yesteryear... FORGET IT 😏

We each had one pizza and two 75cl beers (there were three of us), and paid €75, which was truly excessive.
