Very loud, very crowded. Could not use my Chick-fil-A app to order my food. Couldn't get points from my order either. Food was good and hot. Not enough tables available, the few open were pretty dirty. All of the employees were very nice.

Is was very crowded when we came. They only have a small limited menu and because it’s an express location they don’t give or take rewards, they also don’t take Apple Pay or chip/tap credit/debit cards. Instead of announcing your name or order number and you go get your food, an employee walks around asking if that’s your order but it’s so crowded and loud it was kind of silly that was their way of handing out orders.

Staff weren't as friendly at this location for some reason. Food wasn't as fresh as it usually is but still delicious.

Staff was rude, they dont use the app. Food took a long time to get. Probably the worst Chick-fil-A experience ive ever had. It certainly wasnt my pleasure.

Service was really quick but you should know they dont have kids meals or any special food items. For example they didn't have wraps or the new pretzel bun meal. Beyond that, they have the regular menue.

Food is good and employees are nice as usual, but there is little parking, no kids meals or points usage. Also there are just 4 tables and a bar style seating area with a good view. Glad half the space is used for a pretzel and dippin' dot stand too

As mentioned.. they dont carry Mac and cheese here or curbside but maybe because the space is so limited for parking. There’s also no kids meals.

Moved here recently thought we would give it a try but will not be back. They do not let you order in the app, they do not offer a full menu, no drive through, and they got the order wrong. If an already simple menu has been streamlined there should be no mistakes when there is no line. They also don’t want our loyalty since the app benefits are not available.

Never been in a Chick- fil-A in a big town that doesn’t not carry everything on the menu ( like chicken strips) nor accepts your Q code for points etc. Very disappointing actually. Especially for a free standing restaurant. I can see if it was in an airport that they carry a limited menu, but did not expect this place to be like that.

Allen, the man at checkout was an absolute jerk like non other. He messed up two out of four orders and was very combatative about everything. Also I was under the impression you had to be polite and at least pretend to be respectful to customers in order to work at Chick-fil-A. Apparently not. On the other hand the hostess was as nice as could be, I didn't catch his name but I wish I would have. The food was decent but not as good as any other locations I've been to.

If my evaluation were solely based on the staff, I would award 5 stars. However, this establishment lacks a children's menu, does not accept Chick-fil-A rewards, does not allow for point accumulation, and does not offer real honey, which is quite unusual. Additionally, the fries served with all our meals were overcooked, and considering I spent $50.00, I believe the quality should be exceptional. On a positive note, the view is excellent.

They do not use the chic-fil-a app so you can't redeem points. They don't have Mac N Cheese which is what my kids ask for and love. Don't bother going.

So this has no kids meals half a menu and the staff is rude. Go somewhere else............definitely it the chick fil a we are used to.

10 years ago, it was good, now it became woke. When the food got kind of nasty also, there's not much difference between Chick-fil-A and sonic.

Do not go here. Especially if you are trying to feed children. They don't have kids meals at all, so if you're getting nuggets the lowest priced nuggets meal is 9.99! Chick-fil-A should be ashamed …

Impossible to get too. They do not do breakfast and is "privately owned" so they don't take chickfila rewards at a chickfila. Won't be returning

I know its location based, but I was genuinely very sad that they didnt service multiple menu items here. 😢 The husband and I were very excited to try the pretzel sandwich, kale sides and soups (me personally), but were very sad to hear that they did not serve any of those items at that location.

This is a horrible restaurant. They don’t have anything like an original Chick-fil-A. It’s due to rich people owning it as a private own franchise. It’s in a horrible position they are very slow and just it’s not as good as other Chick-fil-A’s

This location didn't carry mac and cheese and didn't carry Hi C fruit punch. No curb side and no drive thru. Extremely limited parking. There is additional parking but you have to cross a small street and then into their high traffic parking lot which I'm not doing with small kids. We attempted the parking lot behind the building that will allow one hour parking but there was a lady who started writing down my license plate and started timing me as part of the "deal" to park there. That made me uncomfortable and I ended up waiting in the actual parking lot till parking became available.

Everything you love about chick fil a is taken from you at this location. Horribly busy with no seating. Can’t use your chick fil app or points (seriously!?!?!?). We left and went somewhere else. I expect better from Chick Fil A and this location is brutal.
