They have a new situation at this store where everyone has to order on the kiosk. There are no menus posted anywhere inside. You must go through the drive through to see a menu. I ordered on kiosk with some help of an employee. I was ordering to take home. Will not go inside again unless I am eating in.

Cashier Jessica C. Deserves an award and a raise. She single handedly ran the drive thru last night, clearly explaining before you ordered that there would be a 15-30 min wait due to staff shortage. This young lady was professional, calm and efficient. Thank you Jessica- my tacos were delicious.

I love this crew. I come here more than often using the drive-through. I haven't had a negative experience! They do take while sometimes, but I understand the industry. Taco Bell was my 1st job out of college. People should humble themselves and be grateful.

I’ve never left a review at a Taco Bell. I do my best to only leave positive reviews. That being said we just ate at this location and it was by far the best food, service, and atmosphere we have ever experienced at a Taco Bell Ms Agnes keep the lobby cleaner than any fast food restaurant we can remember. Great experience.

Who does not know Taco Bell….but it varies by the location to location…we went for the dinner with the kids and we loved this place…staff was friendly and they did exactly what we placed the order. We are vegetarian and we loved the food.

Ok editing again.....Taco Bell stepped it up, the food is on point, the service is amazing again and they are quick. The improved staff is so nice and accommodating. Thank you for listening and improving this store!!! Editing this we deliver for certain delivery services and we came by tonight and had to cancel the order after we waited 15 mins, the person that was in the kitchen even announced to everyone that they were putting in their notice. Very Very Very slow service at this location, the food isnt even good like other locations. There are other Taco Bell locations that are much better. Shameful Taco bell

Swung by one late night back in April. The employees were very busy, but stayed super respectful and kind. I know customer service in that industry is difficult, I cant imagine it in a tourist spot. Good job guys!

I think this is the only taco bell in Galveston. Sometimes it's a hit or miss on menu item availability. But the customer service is always good and fast. They usually do a good job making specialty orders also.

Had a late night run to this Taco Bell on a weekday and it took a little bit to have our order placed, but the employee was nice. We were missing an item of our order but caught it before leaving the parking lot. The employee apologized and gave us our missing item, along with a coupon for the inconvenience. Overall, the stop took longer than average but otherwise, the service was great along with the food.

Fri 8/29 8p I was given a wrong chicken burrito. I called & told that PM team I would return to have it replaced Sat. It’s Sat & the Latino mgr refused to replace it. With the wrong burrito in hand she told me to return later & also refused to release her name. she was horrible!!! During that same visit, I had placed another order. While in the car, had a bite and it was wrong so I returned again BUT this time sierra remade both of my orders and apologized l!!! I had to hug her! Sierra should replace the horrible latina mgr ASAP! Sierra did a great job,,,all the way around - loved Sierra!

Though Taco Bell is a fast food restaurant, sadly in this exact location you will be waiting longer than in a sit down Italian restaurant. Don’t get me wrong the food tastes good and value is amazing. I was just not expecting to wait for 45 minutes for couple quesadillas. Also don’t even try customizing your food unless you are ready to return it couple times before the workers finally figure out that you really don’t want tomatoes on your Mexican pizza.

So we were able to order on the app and offered in store pick up, only to get there and the doors were closed ( close @10pm apparently, this was 1230am). So we had to wait in the several car line while my food was there gettin cold. Why offer pick up when it's not available, now it's just lukewarm food. Ridiculous.

I was excited about the robo drive thru service, but evidently the employees think that means they don’t need to know the menu. My order was mixed with the car behind me, when I went in to exchange they took the bag I brought in and gave me 3 Doritos locos tacos. But I ordered the meal. The sides were in the bag with the incorrect order. So I told her. To which she responded they don’t do meals with sides. She wasent rude, but ditsy. And completely lacking the know how to efficiently do her job. So, I paid $20 for 3 tacos, a quesadilla, and a drink. But ok. I just left. Not returning.

Food was good as always. We put a large order in online and I walked in to get it and the front desk lady gave me an attitude and said “oh YOU got the big order” I see how it was such a task for her because she seems very slow but the snail pace along with a bad attitude really set the tone and made us want to leave. My food was incorrect. I order certain things on the app because it had a better deal and I guess something got entered in incorrect and I wasn’t aware. Either way I don’t eat meat and they put chicken on my food and I asked for it to be remade and the slow lady goes “I DIDNT MAKE IT” I was aware she didn’t make it, but she works for Taco Bell and I was referring to the store as a whole. It offended her obviously. She sat and read my entire receipt to see if I was wrong instead of helping the customers standing in line waiting for service so that she could one up me I guess..idk either way it was a rough experience and well never be back. Couldn’t get her name because she didn’t have a name tag, probably to avoid conflict with upper management I’m not sure, she had long dark red braids and was a small skinny woman with an attitude and zero manners. If you see her, you’ll likely experience what I did.

Taco bell in galveston need a lot of attention, nobody acknowledges your existence when you go in, they are slow in preparing food and then can't even get the order correct. I ordered online, got there and had to first ask for my drinks, then I had to ask for my chips even though they have me the cheese and then after I got home I realized an item was missing so I had ty go back to pick it up. The staff really needs to be retrained and taught how to get the orders out quickly and correctly

My family and I stopped in late on New Years Eve for a family road trip The employee who took our order seemed nice . Once we got to the drive thru window we were greeted with a warm greeting. However, we had 3 different orders and they threw it all into one bag instead of separating it. Leaving us to discifer between what was what. To our dismay some items were left out of our order and some were incorrectly prepared. That really was such of an inconvenience to us. When we made the employees aware of our concerns they did assist us to fix the issues but in a very nonchalant way. Customers shouldn't be treated so nonchalantly. Customer service at this establishment needs improvement asap. An apology would have been nice to

Ordered nacho fries online and they are out- and this location won’t refund for the missing food. Only the manager, that isn’t there, can fix the issue.. the assistant manager on duty wouldn’t help and was rude. Staff is a mess, swiping customers orders off the screen and making them wait 20minutes as they come up to ask for their food they have to find the receipt again and start making it, stayed inside 30 minutes for a pre ordered order and watched multiple people come, go & wait all upset with the staffs issues with making customers orders, someone needs to get some actual workers in the kitchen this is ridiculous

Absolutely worst service!! I have been here two times and both times it has taken over 25 minutes to receive my food. The first time I thought it was a mistake. After 15 minutes and most the people after me getting there orders I see the person at the register notice she never gave the people preparing for my ticket. I guess if you do contactless ordering they have to give an actual ticket for your did to be made. Then when I asked them what's taking so long they give some excuse about being busy. Fair enough except 3 people after me had already received there food!! I came back again and the exact same thing happen after I had been here for over 10 min the front register person noticed my ticket all me if I only had a taco then gave the people in back my ticket. Again people with large order who I watched order then get there food had gone and gone. When I ask what was going on they again told the same lies. The sad part is it wasn't even the same people working! Just avoid this place all together.

Attitude from the moment of order, we understand it was 40 minutes before closing but goodness!!! Even Attitude at the time of paying. Lady acted like she just could not touch money, ridiculous. Then since bags are sealed we drove off just to realize they did not give us our whole order. We drove back and they still had like 15 minutes before closing hours but the whole place was dark. We were visiting for the weekend and we surely would never go back, rather give our money to actual restaurants where they appreciate business.

Terrible experience!!! My friends and I went here and we all had items missing from what we ordered. Our items were flat and they skimped on food so all of our crunch wraps, burritos, tacos were all small and disappointing!!! Avoid at all costs, the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to!

I was so excited to see that there was a Taco Bell where I was having a vacation. As I eagerly approached the drive thru, I was met with what sounded like an angry female. She gave me the most nasty attitude and refused to take my order because I did not DoorDash it. It’s crazy to me that I cannot eat from your establishment because I did not DoorDash it. But if I go home, pay a DoorDash fee I can have Taco Bell. Well this bummed me out on my vacation 👎🏻

I travel all over the US for my work. I was recently in Galveston working with the USCG and it of all the places I've been this is the rudest and worst customer service I've ever had. A red headed young man and his manager a short girl evening crew. Drive through.

I completely agree with all of the negative reviews. We only have 1 location down here on the island and it's a shame that we're stuck with this one. We love TB but avoid this location at all costs. I'm not one to write a poor review about fast food because c'mon what do you expect, but this place is literally that bad. To echo another review, "throw the whole place away and start over".

This is the slowest Taco Bell by far. They take forever on taking the order then make you stay at the first window until the order is ready then they come to the window and say ok now you can drive forward. Some of the rudest people working the drive thru (first window). I’ll never understand why people stay at any job if they don’t like it or just hate everything.

This location needs to be closed down ASAP. Whoever owns and operates this location has absolutely zero business running a fast food establishment. This location is a huge risk public health. In addition to several health violations, I spent about 30 minutes (not exaggerating, I actually sat there for 30 minutes) waiting to get my order taken in THE DRIVE THROUGH! The lady taking orders couldn’t speak English very well, and instead of taking my order she kept coming back and saying that there was an issue with the computer. After waiting I decided to just go inside an order. The establishment was filthy and they refused to take my order, demanding that I submit it through the kiosk. Only problem is, the kiosk was malfunctioning and wasn’t able to take any orders. To make matters worse, when we went outside there was a homeless gentleman who had been loitering on n the parking lot the entire time we were there, trying to break into our car to steal God knows what. When we reported it to the staff, they completely shrugged it of saying “He hangs out here all the time” This gentlemen was clearly on some type of drugs as his behavior was extremely erratic, and my husband had to threaten lethal force just to get him to back away from our vehicle. This is easily the worst experience I’ve ever had a fast food establishment. The city needs to step and and close this location down ASAP until an owner with at least 2 working brain cells can learn how to manage it. Avoid this location AT ALL COSTS!

Worst taco bell ever. I only ordered 3 items got 4. Asked for extra sourcream on everything. Got sour cream on nothing. Asked for no sauce on the burrito, got sauce. I was charged for all the extras and got less then half.

Went for my lunch break the employees were walking around talking with each other the cashier even had time to sit and talk to a customer they know instead of taking orders considering how it was there rush hour wasted my entire lunch break and didn't get any food. 😑

I'm not sure where to start... We came through this past weekend and the young lady on the speaker couldn't understand what we were ordering. We were told to pull up to the first window. The manager was there and apologized, obviously frustrated and retook our order. When we get to the window, the young lady asked to see our recipe, so she knew what we ordered. We got our order and it was wrong. My burritos were not supposedly to have the jalapeño sauce, but was supposed to have nacho cheese. I told the young lady that my burritos were wrong. She called for a translator. The young man came over, I explained, he then took my burritos, opened then up and added even more jalapeño sauce. At this point I just asked for my money back. That manager came from the front, apologizing, and took my food, and asked me to pull around. He was great this whole time! When he came out to bring my refund, he apologized once again and said they were under new owner ship and that the people that have been brought in suffer from a language barrier. He said it's been a nightmare. I honestly felt bad for the guy, but he deserves a raise for all he puts up with and kept a level head the whole time! Whats makes the atmosphere so bad is the homeless people. While waiting in line, they are knocking on our windows. They won't leave people alone and there's nobody there to do anything about it. They are literally right there as you roll down your window. One last time... thanks again to the manager, his help, and his free taco tickets. You are great at what you do! 5 stars too, you sir!

Took over 30 mins to get food that I had to order from a kiosk as I watch door dash/Uber pickup as after pickup and larger orders that didn't order until at least 10 mins after me. It is all backwards and very poorly managed. Also we take lunch early to avoid crowds so there were less than 7 people even in there at the time

I’ve never experienced a more poorly ran restaurant. Came in for what was supposed to be a quick lunch, 2 items and a drink, and I’m sitting in the drive thru like fifteen minutes after I’ve ordered and the car in front of me hasn’t even paid yet. Are they trying to win an award for most incompetent?

This message is for the owner of this location, the staff who work at night are refusing to take drive thru orders, they are only accepting uber and local delivery orders because according to staff they are only making $10hr Which is truthfully thier choice. They choose to work thier🤭 Well now you are losing sales because of it. I luckly ordered online and got my favorite. Loaded beef Nachos. They are refusing service to drive thru SMH

it's crazy how slow the employees work here. taco bell doesn't even actually *cook* food. they just warm up bags of meat & put it on their line. i guess they "grill" or "toast" some items & fry the cinnamon twists, which *might* take 4-6mins. i waited almost 25 minutes for food. no crowd, no line. just the slowest humans imaginable working behind the counter. & they don't care. they act like customers are bothering them by simply existing. I'm extremely patient as I've worked in customer service for 2 decades, but this is just unacceptable.

Lazy people that works here. Picking up 2 mobile orders. Lobby is close. Drive thru only one side working. And they had me come back around to the line to freaking get my other order are you serious. Waste of time and gas. Peeple here are lazy. Owner's need to fix this store

Please have a person speak through the drive thru speaker and not some artificial intelligence robot. I could not complete an order. When I went to the window to see if I could complete my order there, the lady had this huge nasty attitude and told me I could not complete my order and that I was supposed to let the robot know that I wanted to speak to a staff member. How was I supposed to to know that? She was making me go around again but I ended up leaving somewhere else. There is many people who are not from this location and I’m sure they would prefer to order their food with a real person. Please improve your staff and system.

New ai drive through would not take my order then when I went to the window to place a order after seeing a sign saying if you have hearing disabilities go to window to make order then told me I had to do it through the ai when it could not hear me it was just so annoying

Seriously have ordered from here several times and it sucked they don’t add the meat or “forget” items of your order. I tried to give the location the benefit of the doubt that it was a mistake but this has gotten ridiculous. I will never order from this location again. They mess up all food orders. Like how hard is your job seriously? I’ve done fast food. It ain’t that hard. Yall just lazy. If I could put zero stars I would. If yall ain’t gonna do right then shut this location down. 💯💯

I work late nights and usually love to hit up my local Taco Bell on Sat nights. However the last few times I’ve come here late nights they are only doing DoorDash or uber eats. It’s not even midnight!

How am I in line 30+ minutes and theres an ai taking the orders? All you doin is cooking.. And it was like 7 of yall there so it’s not even short staff. Yall left my chalupa butt naked in the bag and half the stuff came out. My other tacos were barely wrapped. Yall can’t do this to people!

When I arrived at this Taco Bell my friends and I had already placed an order through the mobile app. There were 3 of us so when we pulled up we told the AI attendant and it got an employee. When the employee addressed us, immediately she rudely replied, “you are gonna either have to go through the drive through three times or get out of your car and come inside.” We decided we would just go through the drive through 3 times, not a problem just more of an inconvenience. When we got to the window for the first order my friend asked why they wouldn’t let us pick up all three at once and the employee informed us because of the new AI only being able to take one order at a time that they could only do one order at a time so that customers get used to it. We understood this but as my friend was going to say weird because we have picked up multiple at once before the man slammed the window shut in her face. When we went inside I went and spoke to the manager on duty and she just told me thank you for letting me know. Not very friendly staff and when addressed did not do anything to fix the problem either. This was the night shift around 9:45pm.

If I could rate this establishment a 0 I would. My friend and I did mobile orders but took my car. When I told the team member that I had an order for Ally and Kaylee. They told me they can only do one order and made me come back A SECOND TIME to get my friends order. Absolutely ridiculous! Never go here if you have multiple orders they clearly don't know what they're doing at this location.

The place was dirty!!..unkempt!!...I saw 1 employee picking her nose and serving food..another employee was chewing on her nails while handing back change..my order was wrong and the manager didn't give me back the correct money from the refund even though she had the receipt in her hand!!!..worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!

I've been here waiting now 25 minutes. They were just about to start it .Orders were flying out in drive thru which they claim were here before me. Had to ask for a refund. Very disappointed! Update..I was told my order was stolen by the person who was standing at the counter. Although, my name was never called so i don't fully believe them.

Today I went in to use the restroom and waited, even ordered on their screen and told the cashier "excuse me" 3 times before I could ask for a key for the bathroom. The lady had red braids. She said men were no longer allowed to use the restroom at this location. FYI

If I could I would give 0 stars I’m a door dasher and was assigned a order for this location and they said “it was already picked up” but called the customer and asked if she’s received it and she had not… and employee would not remake the order so MY customer had to cancel it the guy was rude in the drive thru @ around 11:15pm 8/5/2025

On July 22nd, at night, a Hispanic lady mixed our order. We went back and told her what she had forgotten, she got defensive and cursing even after we showed our receipt. With such attitude we didn't want their food and left. Such disgusting specimens shouldn't be left around us, my husband commented and I just can't find it in me to disagree with him

Food was cold! Parking lot was black and it was nighttime!! Very unsafe! When I talked to the 13year old manager about it she did nothing about it! I was forced to use the kiosk. They refused to take my order at the counter! The entire staff needs to be retrained and a proper GM put in place!

Call me old fashioned but I prefer to order my meal through a human being and not artificial intelligence. When I asked to speak to someone, they were very rude and acted as if I was bothering them. I was also told that I couldn’t have my double stacked taco made with a Doritos locos shell because there was no way I could be charged for it. I work in the restaurant industry and I want to be clear that WE FIND A WAY to accommodate the customer ALWAYS as they are the reason we get a paycheck. The prices here go up constantly and the staff is very very rude. I would lose my job if i talked to customers the way i hear the employees here talk to people. I’ve also been sitting here for twenty minutes waiting on a reasonably small order. Let me also say that this isn’t the first or second time the staff was rude. This will be my last visit!!! 30 minutes later and still waiting on my order as I listen to the very rude employees conversate and horse around. No one is at the front counter and I was just told my order hasn’t been made because my cash wasn’t given yet. If I didn’t have to use a machine to place my order, this confusion could have been avoided. The gentleman making my food was very polite. I asked for his name and the very rude guy working the window refused to give it to me. WORST TACO BELL IN THE ENTIRE WORLD!!!’

We stopped here to get food before we got on the ferry and were very disappointed. I ordered $22 worth of food which was the steak bowl, #8, and a naked chulupa meal. Sadly all of our taco shells were stale and hard, not crunchy. The rice in the power bowl and burrito was also hard, we tried to decide if it was either over cooked or not cooked at all but couldn't tell. The best thing we got was from here was the pepsi and that comes pre made to them. I know this isn't the Taco Bell way, so I will tell everyone to not go to this one but to go to another location and hope for better.

I was simply thirsty and ordered a Baja blast freeze. Despite 3 employees standing around and laughing no one ever actually made it. After 5 minutes I spoke to a worker who told me they knew I had ordered it but then never made any move to get it. I just gave up and walked out. So taco bell gets to keep my 5 bucks. They will lose my and my families' business after this. Maybe competent a manager on duty could have helped the ridiculous situation.

The WORST experience of my entire life anywhere and the worst two people to handle it. The chick with the bad attitude and funny facial expressions at the window and the manager who the chick at the window described as a dude but came and said her name is Aliana. I went through the drive through second lane, not closed, and pulled to the window for my mobile order because noone spoke to me through the black box posted there. They then said they can’t make it until they ring it up through the menu. I said it’s a mobile order. These two girls (the window chick and her manager, the girl wouldn’t give me her name) were not competent enough to figure out how to give someone a mobile order without them going through a specific lane lol. She said she couldn’t make it. They quite literally needed me to drive around while people are honking because they didn’t know how to do their job or handle the computer. And they were rude. They definitely need better training. Called corporate it was so bad and ordered again at a different one. Definitely won’t go back to or trust this one. Trust me, save yourself the second hand embarrassment, trash service, and time. You won’t regret skipping out on this location. Idk what has their panties in a bunch but their attitude says they hate their jobs.

I hate to say it, but the homeless issue around the building is getting too extreme. Every single time I come here, whether it's through the drive thru or pick up, they're always harassing customers for food. And the service is okay, just a little on the slow side past 5 pm. My food has never been bad personally, but it's not worth the effort of having 4 strangers ask me for cash while waiting 45 minutes for a taco. Please either management get their staff together or get the homeless to stop harassing me for a few bucks

I went through the drive thru got to the window paid for my food didn’t get a receipt. Soon as I got done paying he guy handled me my phone so I check the bag before leaving the parking lot. Half of my phone wasn’t in the bag. So I went to go inside doors was already locked at 9:44pm when on the door it says lobby closes at 10pm. Anyways knocked on the door the lady let me In I informed her that my order was wrong. She asked me did I have my receipt I told her no I wasn’t giving one. The guy that grab me my food came looked in the bag and asked what I was missing. I told him everything that I was missing. He went back to talk to the cook asked about my order. I was told he was a manager and he said he put All my food in the bag. I explained to him that he didn’t you literally just gave me my food I was at the front door least than 30 seconds when my food. They refuse to give me the food that I was missing so I just told them give me my money back. And remind you that they didn’t keep the food that was already taking out the store. Which isn’t something that was suppose to do. Service was trouble.

I chose 1 star because it won’t let me post ZERO. My street is under long term construction. It’s rough getting in and out, but the foreman told me he personally spoke with the supervisor of Bob Lyons Post Office, and she told him they will get their mail to us. I mean, we residents are getting in and out. As are the Amazon Prime trucks and garbage trucks. I haven’t gotten mail in at LEAST 2 weeks. That’s when I started noticing. It was likely longer than that. I went yesterday to pick up my lost mail and the clerk went back and came out with 3 items. She said the postman was bundling mail by DAYS, not by ADDRESS. How ignorant and stupid does he have to be. So, they have to go through and sort the mail so we can come in, on our busy schedules, and get our mail periodically. I’m being kind and giving them 2 days. I’ll post on Wednesday, if they did it or not. I personally spoke with the supervisor and told her I want to make an official complaint. She hemmed and hawed and took my name and number. Next step, writing an official letter to the Postmaster General, cc’ing the supervisor here.

I preorder my food every night, BUT, tonight I needed to preorder one item on the app then order more items while at the store. So, it’s a little after 1am and I pull into the drive through, speak to my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE THING to speak to….a robot…. (Sarcasm intended) I say verbatim, “place an order and pick up an order.” The robot can, as observed in person, that it cannot process two things at once. It proceeded to have me do the online order pickup first, which was fine, but, afterwards it just cut off and said, “see you at the window…” so I attempt to get ANY employee’s attention by talking into the speaker, but to no avail, no answer, just crickets… I thought, ok, ig they don’t listen to it, I’ll just call. So I call the location and first attempt I went to voicemail, now it’s time for the second attempt. THE PHONE WAS ANSWERED, BUT, this is where the happiness ends…I heard the phone answer, waited a second to hear the employee talk, but nothing, so I asked, “hello?” And nothing, so again, “hello?!” (This time a tad bit louder, but not in a demeaning or rude tone, solely a little louder in case they didn’t hear me) after this repeated “hello,” the next thing I hear is a “click,” they hung up on me… So I decide to speak with someone at the window. Upon reaching the window I was greeted, as well as treated professionally, on this I have zero issues. But, I was informed that I would have to go back through the line in order to get a second order. This typically would not be any issue, that is IF I had a he time, which I did not, as it would make me late getting back to work. Now, on one hand, u do understand the reason for having to wait for others to get their food, but when it is due to the system only taking one order at a time because “a.i.” (basically a robot that everyone thinks is SO smart and can take the place of a human, who can ACTUALLY think and has a decision making ability because they are HUMAN), in my opinion this would make the fault fall directly on the establishment’s shoulders, not on the customer’s. So, should any person who has the ability to make changes within the Taco Bell system be reading this…what it boils down to is, PLEASE TAKE AWAY THE ROBOT THAT DOES NOT HAVE THE ABILITY OF BEING ABLE TO THINK LIKE A HUMAN, because A) if I wanted to talk to a robot (and I can assure you that I do NOT, in ANY situation) I would call any of the thousands of retailers who make it impossible for you to speak with a human, because some people actually ENJOY human interaction from time to time, and B) if you are in the store during operational hours, ANSWER THE PHONE! That last bit was EXTREMELY unprofessional and disrespectful. No matter the circumstances, I always approach all employees with a positive and happy attitude, until they disrespect me, which is VERY few and far between, because it honestly makes my day to be nice to people because you never know what the person you are talking to has going on that may be negative, my goal in every interaction is to make the other person smile, because you never know if that was the only smile that they were able to have the entire day.

Not that the owner of this franchise cares, but I'm posting for others. We ordered the app and didn't check our bag going through drive-thru. I get home, no fries with chicken and hot sauce which cost six dollars. Tried to call-- no answer. I'd much rather drive off the island to Texas City and go inside without homeless people bugging for food or heckleing at the drive through than deal with this establishment. Sadly though, no fast food place on this island gets orders right. They just join the major group of being out of something, missing items in your order or pure incompetence.

I pulled into the drive-through and get an automated greeting at the menu. I replied with my order and I get nothing. No reply whatsoever. Literally waiting around for minutes while trying to get their attention by hollering hello. Pulled up to the drive-through window and the woman just looked at me like what was I doing there? I asked her if they couldn’t hear me. She looked at me like she was a deer in the headlights. At this point, I was just frustrated and drove off. Don’t waste your time at this location. Customer service is absolutely useless here.

Went ay 11 am to the drive thru on a Friday morning, as soon as we pulled up the told me that they couldn't take my order at this time. So we parked and went inside, we placed our order in the self ordering machine just fine. The whole time the employees were sitting around playing and talking on their phones and eating.... it's not that they couldn't take our order, it's that they didn't want to and wanted to play around and not work. It then took for ever to get our food, they had to come and ask us again what we ordered so they could make our food, and some how it was cold when we got the food. I do not understand how any business can last this way. Is there no one left in this world that takes pride in their work?

I did an online order at about midnight. There were about 5 cars ahead of me it took about 30 minutes to receive my food. But that was the least of my problems. I was supposed to have a chalupa what I got was a raw tortilla with cold meat no cheese or lettuce absolutely horrid. And all the other food was so bad I didn't finish any of it I ended up throwing it away. I am 46 years old and this was the absolute worse fast orders I have ever received by a long shot.

TRASH don’t even waste your time. I had a piece of bone in the beef in one of my tacos. The tacos weren’t all the way filled from end to end on the tacos. The app didn’t allow me to customize all 12 tacos to Dorito. They forgot a potato taco. The napkins they gave me were the ones they dry their hands with. Tacos were missing cheese Need I say more ? I ordered a beefy melt burrito and found 4 pieces of something hard and purple in the burrito when I tried to bite in to it. I tried calling the establishment but no answer. What ever that is, it's not food. It looks like it was mixed in with the meat. The girl was nice when I drove through drive through but they didn't have mild hot sauce. If I would of known that before ordering them I would have not ordered anything.

DONT GO HERE! THROW THE ENTIRE Restaurant away! Start over , new staff , new building, new everything! Trash! Waited over 30 mins for a drive thru order. More than 20 other cars were waiting for food as well IN THE PARKING LOT ! Galveston Texas should be ashamed of the service they provided at this location. Always out of something at this location. Nothing is EVER IN STOCK. CLOSE THE ENTIRE ESTABLISHMENT! The staff is disrespectful & unprofessional . Laughing and playing as if this is a high school meet up. They lied straight to my face and told me there was no manager on duty. Then magically after 5 mins of me demanding a manager the manager appears along with 3 other random women with no uniform. Is there sometime of night club being ran in this location. Then proceeded to say the manager didn't know how to process a refund. They were three Caucasian or Mexican fair skinned women near the register that didn't even even have on uniform. Long hair and long fake lashes that more than likely got into people food. All 4 people at the window had no idea what they were doing. I feel like I was at a literal circus. Clownish behavior at this location for sure. I am highly upset! I demand a full refund for my wasted time & money. I will never return to this location. I will make sure no one I know goes to this location. This location will ruin the entire taco bell brand. Lawsuits will be coming soon for this place.
