By far my favorite place in garden grove. I always get two things, whether i go solo or not. I get the beef steak, that comes w rice and a fried egg. And a small chicken pho. So good. Soooo good. When i feel like im getting sick i crave the pho, it brings me back to life. Oh and the egg soda, i order it as a dessert bc its delicious. Fast service, open 24hr! So its the perfect food for after a night out, especially drinking. They have their own parking lot and ive found that it gets busier at night, so ive pulled up to a full lot after ive gotten off work at 3am from my bar. Definitely a place to try if youre in garden grove. Its CASH ONLY.
Pho Vie always serves the best Chicken Pho I've ever got. Their meat is of high quality at a lower price than other restaurant. Every single time, I left with full belly and least money spent. Can't be happier with them.
This place has so far one of the best Pho I have had among most place, but what makes this place exceptional is the fact that is OPEN 24 HOURS!!! talking about the needs of the community! Not only was the meet so fresh and the soup so neatly tasty but they also have specials for example you can order a combination pho for just under $7 bucks and in top of that your soda drink its free! So talking about good quality, fresh food and affordable meals this place sets itself apart from others! Just the fact that this place its 24 hours in times of Covid made me feel it deserves a 5 star and nothing less than that!
This is my go-to pho place in Orange county now. There are always plenty of takes open with windows all around for people watching. The pho is the best one had in leave county and the waitress is so beautiful and sweet. Highly recommend!
Their pho is delicious and the broth has an amazing flavor, my only go to for pho in OC
No wait time or reservation. Hole in the wall. Great portions nd price!
First time visiting for takeout. Generous portions! The broth was very flavorful. We usually water down the broth for our toddler, but the broth had so much flavor, it actually made enough for two bowls! They did not skimp on things like Thai basil, cilantro, or bean sprout. Great first impression. Good prices. $13/person. Would recommend to friends/family. Will return! 👍🏽
Amazing food, love the staff they are really friendly and try to help in everything, food comes to you fast and good portions. My favorite is #9 with extra noodles 🍜 I have come here for the past 10+ and for me is still the best pho around 😋 😀
Great place for a late night meal. Attentive staff with swift service. Great price for the quality of food. A highly recommended place to eat for after hours.
Although they don't have the 50% off deal like they used to years ago, they are always the best deal for chicken pho. Hearty and flavorful but still natural tasting. The portion is huge I could not finish all in one sittting. There's plenty of chicken pieces and the dipping sauce is good. It's also open very late if not 24 hours.
One of the best 24hr Pho in OC ... for us night ppl this is perfect! And to top it off the portions are big and 2 ppl can eat for $20 tops!! The next best thing in their menu for us is the Fried Rice!!! The service is always fast !
The best, if not the only, 24 hour Pho place. The pho is pretty good and good for the price and hours. Their Thai tea is also really good. They pack to-go pho well so it doesn't spill, and to go orders come out fast. Depending on the time and weather, there could be no one here or it could be completely packed. Parking is great. I would definitely recommend this place!
The food here is both delicious and high quality, and with generous portions that make it very satisfying. The prices are also very reasonable (actually cheaper than many other pho in the area). The staff are respectful and attentive, and the restaurant is clean and comfortable. The background music is at a good volume, never too loud. Another great thing is that it’s open 24 hours, so whether you’re coming in at 3 a.m. or during lunch, it’s always a good choice
I love how this restaurant open 24 hr. I always go here after work, so cheap for big portion. I always paid $8.99 and that come with 2 fry pork, a lot of veggie and 1 fry egg and a soup. So worth it, if I went to different restaurants to go eat this, it will cost me around $22 dollars, but here it’s only $8.99 for all this. And it’s sooo good very tasty. And the service is very fast, and very friendly, they Always welcome me. I really recommend this place to anyone. I’ll will definitely come back!!
Open 247 and top 3 pho in town. The broth is the best and decent portions for the price. Big portion for com Tam Ox tail is good portion Pho is good portion for bo vien & Tai. When order Tai they give separate bowl for the blood to be cooked of the meat. Nice touch. Not even $15-17 pho restaurants do that! Staff doesn't speak English but a few menu items. Basic cheap pho but very good quality food!
Showed up at 2am, you can tell the food is gonna be good because of the late night regulars none of which are of the caucasian persuasion, and the fact that the wait staff barely speaks English. The restaurant hasn’t been remodeled since the 90s, perfect. Just the way I like it. Incredible food, very good prices, just make sure to bring cash.
Yummy! At 4 am in the morning. The tendons were superb, perfect amount of tenderness and chewiness. The large was a bit much for 4am in the morning. Next time I'll prob go for a regular. Soup above average, the regular meat is average, and the noodle is what you expect. I would come back again.
We had visited the pho restaurant across the street and was disappointed to learn that they weren't serving vegetable broth. Luckily, we found this place that served us a good hearty vegetarian/vegan pho. The vegetables were quite soft and I wish they added some tofu, but the broth makes it totally worth another visit! Cash only; they have an ATM in the store as well as a BOFA in walking distance across the street.
My go to place for pho ga, or chicken pho for those that don't know. Cash only, open 24/7. We come here when we are down on our luck fishing late at night.
Usually go here late night. Great service good food good price. Some of the best pho ive had. There is some homeless in the area tho.

Now, it's been quite a while since i've dined here but trust be when I say it never failed me. The chicken pho brought me to heaven. When we ordered it would always come between 6-7 minutes after ordering.
Wish I took a photo of our food. This place never fails. I always get the pho, my girls would either get shrimp fried rice or their steak. We love coming here early in the mornings. The only negative I would give is that this place is cash only.
Been going here for years. Always good and service. Even their pho sale ones are good
Been going here for over a decade. Mama -san is usually working late nights. My go to spot if my drunk ass could make it there.
An convenient restaurant. Open late and great prices, good portion. Not fancy or simple.
Been here for years! Great pho, great prices, friendly staff, clean seats, good number of parking slots. The regular bowl is filling enough for me. Goes well with the hot tea pot. Love coming here after visiting Disneyland because this place is open 24/7!

Good spot that’s 24 hours! Sister had pho and I had a beef plate with eggs that came out on sizzling platter. Also had Vietnamese coffee. Food was great service, well once food was ordered and dropped never had any further interaction. I wanted another coffee only nobody came to check up on us so it was never ordered. Food great and service not so good.
Came here for the first time at 2am over the weekend. There were a good amount of people there at that time too. The pho was pretty solid and satisfied our late night craving. The ladies working there were so friendly and prices were good too. Would definitely come back again.
The phở here was okay compared to the many other phở restaurants around the area but I like how this place is open late since I ate here at midnight. Service is friendly and otherwise pretty decent place to eat phở but there are other options in the area.
Please note: I do not based my reviews on service or wait times. I think it's standard to find these places with less than stellar typical customer service. As for those who complain that iced water costs $0.65, please note that in many places in the world you are charged for water. Plus water is 65 cents, it's not bank breaking. Food: I don't really feel like pho ga was really half off. I would never pay $11+ for pho but $5-$6 seems about right. Also I highly recommend getting the large size which is way bigger than most average pho places. I find the broth for the pho ga to be a tad on the sweet side but is by no means bad. You get plenty of meat in your bowl and the white meat is not dry. The real gem is the liver. I typically avoid liver since it tends to taste too metallic and irony. However, the liver here tastes really clean and has a light flavor. Plus it's not over cooked at all, nor was it too soft. It gives a delightful extra texture to the dish. This place was great to go to after a long day at Disneyland. I would definitely come here again

I like the broth of my Beef Pho. Pretty authentic. Good place for late night meal. They charge 50 cents for ice water but free refill. I like it. Next to a few very well known Pho Restaurants so they better be competitive. Edit: I changed from 5 stars to three cause these servers are so conceited. I asked for more water and the waiter pointed to a pitcher containing water and he walked on.
The food here is just ok or mediocre. They have Pho on sale for $8 for Small and $10.50 for Large. The restaurant was not that busy mostly with only a few people there. We also tried their steak with eggs dish also. We found the soup broth to be salty. Overall would give this place 6-7 out of 10. I have had better pho with more toppings before. I guess you get what you pay for. The server told us tips is not included when the bill come so they expect you to tip. We tipped anyways but don't think we will come back. We have had better pho at other places.

The service is not good. The food is good
First time eating at this restaurant. Will not be going back. Price of large Pho was good. The food was actually pretty good as well. But, there was a hair in my Pho. Not that big of a deal, it happens. But still left a negative mental picture of this place in my head. When trying new Pho restaurants its always a risk. So, that being said, there are many Pho restaurants in Garden Grove. I will not be returning to this one.
We were having a BAD experience at this Pho restaurant and poor service quality. First of all, we arrived first, sat at the table first and ordered before the next table for a long time. But then the server brought food to the next table before us. I could see that he had brought our food to them by mistake, by the expressions on the faces of the customers next to us. They were confused but still ate what was supposed to be ours. Then he brought out our food, of course, a lot of things were missing in it. My friends wanted special pho with large noodles and a bowl of rich/fatty broth, but they forgot and we expected that by observing what they were doing, so not really surprised. They are very UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL towards customers, as we did not receive a single apology after all, at least after he brought the wrong food there should have been an apology for the omission to their customers, but there was also no apology and his attitude was very superficial. Besides that, I did notice that the guests at the table next to us were brought water when they all finished eating. Anyways so many aspects to speak up about their lack of professionalism.
Loved that they were open 24/7 but the Waitress was rude and messed up my order more than 4 times! The food was decent. The kitchen door was wide open and I can clearly see that the cook was handling the food without gloves on. Not sanitary. Would not recommend.
Ordered a pho Kobe, what came out was definitely not Waygu. Doesn't look like it and doesn't taste like it. Even asked the waiter to confirm that it was Kobe. He said it was. It was chewy and textured of regular beef.
I will NEVER visit this restaurant ever again. They only accept cash, but make ZERO EFFORT to inform you of this prior hand. It was not until I was sitting down and eating my food that I noticed a small sign tucked away near the cash register that says "Cash Only". This was supposed to be a peaceful dinner after a long day of driving, but I did not have my debit cards with me, so I panicked and ended up having to setup an ATM PIN for my credit card directly on the spot just to perform a $20 cash advance and withdraw money from the ATM inside to pay for the food. Lost an extra $4.50 for the cash advance. Had I saw that little sign beforehand, I would have quickly walked out and went elsewhere instead. This restaurant is obviously trying the hardest that they possibly can to evade paying taxes to the IRS. Please do not support these type of businesses; they choose to not accept credit cards so that they do not have to report any income to the US government, and what they are doing is essentially BORDERLINE ILLEGAL. To make matters worse, the old lady with the glasses who served me is ENTIRELY UNASSERTIVE, and struggled to understand the most basic English. After I paid, I asked her if I could have a cup of water, and she just rudely stares at me and points to the receipt like it's her first time hearing someone speak in a foreign language. No customer service skills whatsoever. Think about this: Do you really want to support a business that clearly only cares about making as much money as possible, to the point that they choose to inconvenient their customers by doing all their transactions under the table? I really wouldn't.
Absolutely worst experience ever in any Vietnamese restaurant staff weren't as welcome we felt slightly discriminated because we didn't speak there language the old lady who attended to us was rude and not understanding what we ordered we told her 4x that we were allergic to shrimp & peanuts but she refused to listen or even acknowledge what we said lucky we didn't eat it but food quality is absolutely disgusting pho taste very rancid like if it's probably gone bad or just leftovers in general the spring rolls had a bitter taste agian probably expired products and worst of all the lady who brought us the check didn't mention this was a CASH ONLY RESTAURANT she told us after the fact that we sat and ain't we felt forced and obligated lucky they have a ATM but felt like entrapment, what looks to be the owner of this restaurant freely went back in the kitchen and served him self food and NOONE WAS WAERING ANY GLUBS AT ALL MAJOR HEALTH ISSUE plus he removed his sandals and walked around barefoot absolutely disgusting STAY AWAY DO NOT COME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT

I’ve been here so many time and ALWAYS LEAVE GOOD TIPS, I had no idea the restaurant was cash-only because there was no clear notice. One time, I didn’t bring enough cash, so I used everything I had just to cover the meal, and couldn’t leave a tip. I explained the situation politely and thought that was the end of it. But when I returned this time, the staff showed a very obvious attitude toward me. I asked for a cup of warm water, and they brought out boiling water that burned my mouth. What disappointed me the most is that there was absolutely no apology, no replacement, and they acted like nothing happened. When they came around to refill water for customers, they intentionally skipped our table, even though my glass was clearly empty. It was a very obvious form of disrespect and mistreatment. I came here to eat, not to be treated with hostility or put in danger because of a misunderstanding from a previous visit. This type of service is extremely unprofessional, unsafe, and shows zero regard for customers. The owner seriously needs to retrain the staff and reconsider how this place is being run. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone after this experience.
