A delight to the sense~~ Get the korean bean paste pot if you can handle spicy. The korean vegetables really top it off, especially with their beef portions. 5/5 recommend

After we got checked in to the store, everything was good. The service was quick and great. The tofu was surprisingly delicious. Holy Cow was great as other stores I’ve been too. I’m not sure if I was just hungry but I enjoyed the House Special at this place more than other places I’ve been to. My only complaint is the waiting. We were waiting for an hour to be seated with no status update. It would have been better if we can check where we are in the waiting list so we don’t to wait in-front of the store for that long.

Space is a little tight - even at a few tables - but the food and service is great! Love the sauces that they set already at the table. Lots of delicious options! 11.15.23: quality seems to have gone down a bit. Service was slow and they skimped on the meats by a whole lot.

Yum, I really enjoyed the mushroom veggie soup with rice. At first, I was a bit bummed it doesn't come with spicy levels, but they have really flavorful and spicy condiments at the table to add in and dip with. I'm not sure what my mom and grandma got exactly but they really liked it and the scallion rice, too. My mom introduced me to this place & said it can be common to wait an hour to so. Luckily, we were seated right away. I like that it has quick pleasant service, delicious variety of toppings for a vegetarian like me, and the sauces! Oh, also, these wide clear noodles inside the broth (that you can ask for more) were really good! Non-disposable chopsticks were greatly appreciated! I like eating with non-plastic and non-disposable utensils. Would definitely come back!

Delicious! I got the lamb, BFF got the beef. Great flavor and so many yummy ingredients. Free green or black tea - I got the green tea, refreshing! Good check-in system that texts your place in line and when your table is ready. We went on a Friday at 11am and waited about 15 minutes. Place was clean and servers very attentive offering refill on the broth, wow and yum!!

This place is good. I expect it to have a demand when the weather is cold or rainy, as other soup eateries. The food was great. The Hakkaido milk tea is a must try. And all their hot pots that they offer taste pretty good. I had the beef hot pot with rice.

Best place floor a bucket of shrimp, potatoes and corn at a reasoable price! Their vega crab legs ate delish also. However the wait time without reservation is insane, 2 hour wait if lucky.

I'm only giving this place 5 stars because the food is sooooooo delicious along with the black tea and Hokkaido milk tea. The service is always bad and the girls here are so rude and always have attitude!!! Aside from that, food is so tasty.

Stupid good food that you get to tear apart with your hands. It really gets you to feeling primal so prepare yourself to get dirty! But it's oh so worth it. Also their lemon pepper fries are nothing to scoff at. Everything is she'll on so be prepared for that!

I love hot pot and this place was right up there with the best I've had. Taiwanese spicy was awesome if you like spicy (which I do), my wife enjoyed the lamb (mild). I've read a lot of reviews that the service was bad here, but our service was awesome, seated and orders taken within 5 min and all good was out like 10 min later... Couldn't ask for better service with a super busy place. Spicy stinky tofu was good. My wife really liked the lobster balls add-on.

H
Han T

Be careful when you order a Taiwanese Spicy because that thing isn't just spicy, it will bugs your stomach for the whole next day. Don't get me wrong. It's really good, it's just way too spicy for people like me who absolutely CAN eat spicy food all day. Other than that, great staff and great appetizers

A

I love this restaurant. It’s a take on Taiwanese hot pot and it seems like they’ve recently renovated their menu to include flavors from different countries including a Thai themed got pot and a Japanese themed hot pot. It also seems they’ve removed some of the more adventurous items from their standard fare. The blood rice cake is gone from their pork and beef pots! Good for some, but it will be missed by others. Their meals are very filling and will likely leave you with some to take home. Each pot comes with an assortment of items from vegetables to mushrooms to proteins. It all come out in a Boiling Pot for you to eat at your leisure and not have to worry about anything getting cold. Though if you want, you can ask the staff to extinguish the flame under your pot. Love this place and recommend it to anyone who wants to warm up on a chilly day or just want hot pot despite the warm weather.

Boiling point is a place I love to eat with my friends as they open pretty late. The long wait times should convince you that it is a good place to eat as their food and boba drinks are really good. They also give you complimentary jello at the end which is so delicious! If you are ever around the area, you should definitely give it a try.

Went for a late lunch around 2. Had an hour long wait, but it was worth it. They have lots of different options so you can probably find something you enjoy. We got the beef pot and the lamb pot. Very yummy!

The service, food, and atmosphere were great. It's been over a year that we came back to this place. They have new trainees, but all are pleasant. There was some 15-20 minutes wait time, but you can put your phone number down for notification. Menus are accessible via QR code scan at the table. No contact with paper menus.

One of the most delicious hot pot places around. You can’t go wrong with any of the flavors. If you can handle serious heat, the Taiwanese Spicy is my favorite. Otherwise the Beef Hot Pot is a close second.

T

Great food friendly staff great prices though the place is quite small, that will be long wait for you before you can get seated to eat but after eating you will feel it worth the wait.

Boiling point has been our go to place. I especially love coming during lunch because you get a free tea. The workers here are extreamly nice. I usually get a beef pot and always ask for extra cilantro. From what I see, the soup contains beef, corn, korean cabbage, fish cake, tofu, mushroom, imitatiom crab meat and glass noodles. The downside of this place is the wait time because it usually gets really crowded! Also, the parking is pretty bad because it's always packed and has a lot of bad drivers. Still, coming to eat soup here is worth it.

K
Kevin Chu

Went at 5:30pm, so right before the big crowd. Got in pretty easily without having to wait long at all. Ordered Thai Fusion which only comes in a large with a side of quail egg, garlic pork belly, vermecelli, and hokkaido milk tea with boba. Ths hot pot was savory and tangy. There was soft shell crab, calamari, shrimp, clams, cabbage, slices of pork, enoki mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, and fishball. It was a good combo. The garlic pork belly was meh. The hokkaido milk tea was spot in. I liked that they had a sauce tray where they give you various sauces to try with the hotpot. You can also mix it up to customize it to how you like as well.

Won't seat you unless your entire party is there, but its sensible bc other people want to eat too. Wasn't expecting individual hotpots, but everyone got to choose a different type of base. Everything was packed with amazing flavor. Passion or guava green tea with aloe are a new fave. Service was fast and friendly.

L

This place is one of my favorites! It is definitely better to go earlier because we went around 8-9pm and they ran out of a lot of really good selections. It's also really cold in the restaurant which is nice when you are eating hotpot. The boba is also really good and definitely a good idea if you get the spicier flavors.

Boiling point is the absolute best of its kind. I truly like the house special flaming it's really spicy. The spot is really small and can be packed sometimes there's a wait to get seated but it's better to come with larger groups. The stinky tofu is delicious the quail eggs are different the stinky tofu delicious the quilt eggs are different the fish cake in the soups really puts the icing on the cake you got to come try this place it's freaking awesome! I will definitely be coming back here and I would definitely recommend you to come here if you're not of Asian ethnicity or I've never tried any kind of hot pot Taiwanese people rule!

I had such an amazing experience at the Garden Grove Boiling Point! Jay and the entire staff deserve all the praise. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. Jay went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect - super attentive, friendly, and professional. You can tell he really cares about the customer experience. The whole team works so well together. Everyone was kind, quick, and on top of everything, even during the busy rush. The food was amazing, but the service at this location is so so. If the Boiling Point in Irvine is not closed for renovation, otherwise i wouldn't drive this far to this location. Plus, one of the male waiter almost spilled the entire soup all over me, and luckily he didn't, and he didn't even say sorry or apologize, and he set the food on the table, and then he walked away. I can't wait until the location in Irvine reopens back for business.

The hot pots here always excellent, the condiments are so good at usual, i love all of them, but today the services were kind of dull, we got our table but missed all the utensils and also have some condensate drips down on us from the ceilings. Come here for lunch! Most of their items are $12 (includes an iced tea)! I had the #4 beef, medium spice; good variety of within a bowl that it remains interesting throughout the entire meal. The soup broth was super flavorful, too! Show up a bit earlier because the wait is about 20-30 mins!

J

I absolutely love Boiling Point for their delicious soups and generous veggie and meat portions. My favorite soups: - House special - Taiwanese spicy - Lamb I love how you can add additional meat which makes one bowl perfect to share among two people. I also like adding intestines and quail eggs because it's delicious! My only complaint for this location is the extremely cold temperature inside (bring a jacket), and slow service. I think this location is understaffed. The drinks are delicious but a little too sweet if you don't adjust the sweetness level. I also think they're a bit overpriced.

It's hot pot, but personal hot pot, and unique presentation. Presentation was good, food was not so great, to my taste. Several of choices, but poor choice of add-on vegetables. Staff here was courteous, but not friendly. Recommended for experiencing a different type of food. I believe it is Taiwanese.

This location has been here for as long as I can remember. My family and I loved this location. Though, I only visit once in a while now. Parking: There's a large parking lot, but they're located in a busy plaza. Finding a spot can be a hit or miss depending on the week. Ambiance/Environment: They still have a small, tight space. There's table and booth seatings that are placed close together. Great place for parties of 2-4. You can bring a large group, but it'll be a longer wait. It's very busy during dinner. You can join their waitlist via the QR code posted outside their window. They'll text you when your table is ready. Service: Throughput took about 10-13 min after ordering. The staff is very friendly, but it can definitely improve. There was a decent amount of staff for a Monday night. Our server checked on us once, and it became difficult to wave someone down to refill our waters and pots. My cousin took the liberty to get up, grab the water pitcher, and refill our waters. Foods: Boiling Point is well known for their Taiwanese style hot pot. I get my usual Beef Hot Pot with mild spice level. It contains a generous amount of sliced beef, napa, vermicelli, corn, seafood mushroom, tomato, firm tofu, tempura, pork meat ball, fish cake, fried tofu skin, imitation crab sticks, green onions, and cilantro with rice on the side. You can also order ramen noodles, but I skipped this time because the pot already came with vermicelli. The soup was seasoned well and definitely boiling hot. I appreciated the amount of vegetables and protein in the pot. The sauces provided are good. We were also given a small, fish egg drink for dessert (I forgot exactly what was in it) when the bill came out. Everything was delicious and satisfied our cravings. Pricing: I'm not surprised prices went up over the years. We enjoyed our pots. The service can improve though. I would also prefer them to ask whether we have the rewards app. I completely forgot to scan for my points and fully aware this is my fault. But I'd appreciate if they start asking to also push their rewards app more.

I have heard so many good things about this brand, so when I visited SoCal, I tried it out on first day of my trip. Had to say I was a bit disappointed and give it 3/5. Food - big portion. The pot is stuffed with a great varieties of ingredients and is very filling. We ordered beef hot soup, house special and for their BOGO 50 boba and appetizer, two each. I personally like the beef hot soup but my husband told me the the house special did not meet his expectation, not bad though. Both drinks and appetizers were okay. Price - unbelievably reasonable. With all above mentioned, we ended up paying $50ish. Maybe because we are traveling from NYC? Everything seems so reasonable, except for the gas, lol. Service - slow. Staffs were nice but very slow. Atmosphere - big disappointment. The restaurant looks dirty, from the floor to table to chairs to her bathroom. The bench that I sat has stains on it, which seems to sit there for quite sometime already. The bathroom has stains all over the sink and toilet. And the sauce containers did not get cleaned have sauce everywhere. Wish they pay more attention to this. Overall, 3/5. Good food but definitely need to work out something for the cleanness.

Normally I have no issues with the delivery or in person experience. However it's been about 3 times now in total out of the many orders I've placed that I would have a delivery issue on the restaurant's part and when I call after there is no one to pick up the call. Eventually they just cancel my repeated calls. Otherwise when I call for any other reason at different times the phone seems to be operational; almost feels intentional. I would recommend going in to eat because the food overall is amazing. In the restaurant it does feel a little cramped because of the set up even though the layout is quite spacious for a smaller location. Also depending on the day or time there can be a moderate line, with processing of wait times not being bad at all.

Consistently, I have heard so many good things about this chain of restaurant. Overall, the selection of individual hot pots are standard and the flavors are nice. However, I prefer Tasty Pot because their hot pots contain more items and I prefer how they make their broths more. I do like how late this place stays open and if I ever do have a craving for hot pot, I would visit this place again. I appreciate the Basil Seed Lemonade sample at the end. It was a nice palate cleanser following the meal. In addition to the food, the service was definitely great.

I really wanted to give this place at least 4 stars, because their food tastes really good, even after how many years it's been here in the Garden Grove location. We haven't been to this location in a while, but I do want to warn others that this location is almost ALWAYS busy, and I can almost NEVER get ahold of them on the phone. I was only able to place a to-go order on the phone with them today during 3-4 pm, which is in between the lunch and dinner rush hours. We ordered 2 Thai tomato soups and 1 beef, and while they tasted really good, both of the Thai tomato soups didn't come with any shrimp at all, when I CLEARLY saw on their menu online that the Thai Tomato Soup comes with shrimp! I tried calling them back at different hours of the evening to complain and see if they could make it right, but no one answered. I'm really disappointed that they messed up our order like this, especially during the not-so-busy hours. We specifically called at that time to not have this problem. I really didn't want to write a bad review for this location, but I just have to let other people know what can happen if they choose to dine in the Garden Grove Boiling Point. We will most likely not come back to this location in the future again.

Super crowded place! I always have to think twice before coming to this location because I know for sure the wait is quite long. -FOOD: the shabu shabu is quite great so I keep coming back in spite of the wait. My favorite is Beef and Korean Bean Paste. Seafood is good also, but too much tofu. Lamb is really good if you want sour mustard pickles. I tried Taiwanese hotpot once, but it is served flaming spicy only and It was really spicy for me. -DRINK: Hokkaido milk tea if you like sweet milky flavor. Boiling point is so famous for this Hokkaido milk tea. -SERVICE: the service is just okay, sometimes a bit slow. I notice that they do have some open tables, but they do not put customers into those table for a while later. It's great they do text message now so I can go somewhere else and come back when receiving the text.

Waited 45 min to find out there are only 4 broth options left. Ordered. Waited another 15 min to find out our options were sold out and now left with Thai Tomato or Curry. Ended up ordering Thai Tomato. So disappointed because I was looking forward to this dinner. Hopefully they have seafood next time we come back. Then I’ll update with a 4- or 5- star rating (as usual).

the food here is delicious but the service is really bad, i had to wait more than 20 minutes and had to tell the staff to check the order again and wait more time to get the food.

Honestly it looked tasty but the flavor was not there for me. Good service, clean restaurant, busy parking lot.

I liked the complimentary tea during the lunch hour and the service was pretty quick. I’ve never had BP before as I don’t live in Cali, but I visit often and decided to finally try this place out. I ordered the Thai Fusion pot, but it was completely not what I expected. Usually when I think of thai I think of Tom yum, but this was just completely bitter and had no spice to it even though I had requested it. I went home with a weird taste in my mouth. I even looked at the menu online again and the color of the broth didn’t match what I saw online. I’ll probably try this place again when I come back to OC, but I wouldn’t try that flavor again.

First of, the food was great, flavorful and the portion is big as well. The service, was a meh from me, the server messed up my order, as I ordered a Taiwanese hot pot. But it came out the Thai Tomato Soup instead. It was good, but I prefer Taiwanese, and there's no vermicelli that come on it, stated the waiter. So I know they messed up my order 😅 as the guy who took my order literally asked if I want vermicelli or rice for my TAIWANESE HOT POT. And how does he give the vermicelli is questionable to me so far, he throws it at the table. So rather a bizzare experience for me. 👍

It was not worth the wait. The service was terrible. The servers tried to leave before we even finished talking. No one was refilling the broth. The food almost got burned because the broth boiled down.

One of the employees confused a $5.70 bag of Garlic Bean Paste in my togo order with a $0.35 mini-cup. Bonus 1-star because at least his manager caught the mistake.

Me and my friend got severe food poisoning for the same order (beef hot pot). We got really stomachache until the day after and couldn’t do anything.

Would give at least 4 stars but the wait is ridiculous. And it's not because it's super busy they just don't clear the tables and seat the customers. Tables will sit uncleaned several minutes after the previous customer leaves. And even when they're cleaned they still don't call numbers to be seated. Food is great, and the service is good. But they really need to figure out what to do with the seating. Shouldnt have so many people waiting if there's 8 seats (that's how many I see as I'm writing this) available.

The food was quite pleasing, but the service was, to put it lightly, not up to standards. Upon arriving, we waited approximately 45 minutes to an hour for a party of 3. Upon entering the establishment, we were seated immediately but we were not attended to for another 15 minutes. One of our party members began to feel dizzy from hunger, so they put their head on the table. I asked a waiter if we could order since we’ve been waiting for some time, and was greeted with attitude and a statement along the lines of “I don’t like your tone with me, ” at this point we did not want to cause a scene, so we passed off the comment, and placed our orders. They proceeded to take our order with resentment and a seemingly “pissed off” demeanor. We tried to apologize for our tone, but we were met with a mini rant on how we were rude and how the employees were working as hard as they could. Overall, the food was great, don’t get me wrong, but the additude we were given made us feel uncomfortable throughout our entire meal, and hesitant to ask for assistance.

Since my wife likes the flavors here, we came here alot of times. We faced about 3 incidents with the hosts and the staffs here. They are mean and not polite to the customers One time my wife reserved for 2 and I drove to the Target (opposite) to pick something up for my wife, the hosts keep consist that I must be there for sitting so despite to the fact that does not make any difference if I must be there because they gave us a small table with 2 seat opposite to each other. My wife was so hungry and it was peak dinner time. They also threat my wife that they would "give the seats away if I am not show up in 5 minutes" I understand that it is not right to hold alots of seats if 1 just show up, but in my case, it would not make any difference. 2nd incidents just happened 1 week ago, we order a side of lamb and the curry pot, we realized the meat in the pot and the lamb was the same so we checked with the waiter. It turned out the kitchen put the pork meat in our side of lamb. With cold face, the waiter brought the dish back to the kitchen and later, with the same attitude, no apology, drop the side of lamb, that he stated back to our table. 3th incidents just about few hours ago, it didn't pack in the dining room. We ordered our favorite curry with the cunning lamb we had to remind them about 4 times with 3 difference waiters/waitress to finally got our lamb with the cold face, no apology attitude. I left them $1.50 for tips Management, please train your staffs to appreciate your customers because that where you will get your business from. Plz train them to greet and say sorry more often.

Came here on a Saturday night to dine in, food was excellent but service was extremely bad. Our sever was never attentive only came by to take our order. I ordered a milk tea to only receive it when I was finished with my food. I had to get up and ask the servers to for more soup and to turn off our flame. Everyone around us was receiving service but our table. Very disappointed in my experience.

I ordered a side of meat and took them 15-20mins . Asking multiple times, but they kept saying is coming . We finished the pot, and then the meat came out. I'm so disappointed at their service lately.

Came here for the first time to try. You seat yourself unless theres no tables available. Food was fine, but service sucked. The only good server was Thu (?) Give her a raise bc she came and delivered on anything we asked. The other servers were okay but she was the best!

The place now is so dusty, the floor is sticky and don’t even go to the restroom you’ll loose your appetite. It wasn’t like this when it first opened what is happening now? I don’t think the owner and the workers are caring for this business any more 😳

We came in, sat down, ordered 2 pots and waited 45 mins just to be told that the staff did not make that food and now they will work on it. Staff paid no attention to customers and music was loud.

The host was so mean and didn’t have any manners at all. We book a table for 6 people and she gave us 4 and 2 tables with different locations. I asked her a flavor for exchange and she said no. I was asking a couple just sat down without any food or drink can we exchange the sit while they were so happy and the host still say No. that’s fine we were tired and hungry so there weren’t any choices. The waiter and waitress are so nice but not the host. The soup and food was just fine not special. We definitely can cook the same at home. She has a blonde hair with full fake eyelashes. She kept her attitude with us until we left. This was our first time here and we will never come back. I didn’t see her name and didn’t bring it up to the manager, just share my bad experience!

Says they serve 4 tables, they only actively serve 3. Takes forever for the queue to move. And then they skipped us because we took 1 minute to get to the restaurant even though it said we had 3-5 minutes to get there. The restaurant itself is depressing.

Terrible service. Normally I would not let service be the only reason for a low restaurant rating, but since there are so many Boiling Point locations, and the food has been the same elsewhere, this became the overriding issue. The place was more than half empty when we got there, but there was already a long line outside. By the time we were seated for a party of three, it was half an hour later, and the restaurant was still half empty with a long line outside. Took another 20 minutes to finally get our food. It would have been faster to drive to another Boiling Point location to get our food than to wait here. That's what everyone should do.

K

The sanitation of this restaurant is awful! The floor is sticky, the door is dirty. Don't even mention the bathroom! It's disgusting! Highly doubt if their kitchen is clean. Service is ok, but they put the menu QR code under the table which is very inconvenience to scan.

Ordered the new Hot Green pot at this Garden Grove location at around 11:10 AM. Meal came out with a metal coil on the beef. Should have stopped eating then but I chalked it up to an accident, then when I got to the bottom of the pot, I bit into a piece of fish that was raw in the middle. Complained and got told by the employee that 1/ that wasn’t fish, it was tripe, the type that you often see in pho (it was 100% a fish filet, and I would know what tripe looks and tastes like, I’m Viet) and 2/ we should have let it cook for longer (it was at the bottom of the pot and the outside was cooked. This probably happened because the inside was frozen). At no point could it have possibly been their fault of course. Resolution included for transparency: we were comped the pot (but still charged for the accompanying tea, which came with the pot for free), and 20% of the other pot (we ordered two). Is this fair for raw fish and metal coil? You be the judge. If you want to come to this location, just know that this can happen to you to. Is this a huge health violation? Yes. Will they do anything further about it? Likely not. Just know that you assume the risk by coming here I guess.

Our server gave us incorrect information regarding the soup voucher and the manager Joseph acknowledged we were given the wrong information, failed to apologize, and made us foot the bill anyway. When I tell you this was a bizarre experience that is an understatement. My wife and I went in to share a hot soup and redeem a free soup voucher. We realized the voucher was only good for numbers 1-7 so we asked if we could order #8 and pay the difference. The server said that was fine but then returned and said that actually the Taiwanese Spicy can be included in the voucher. Fast forward to the checkout process — the manager Joseph stated there was nothing he can do although the server made a mistake and the voucher is not good for this dish. After continuously explaining to him that we would not have ordered this dish if we werent told the voucher would cover it he gave us 50% off and let us know the server would “likely get fired”. I mean what on Earth is this business doing if this is how the manager Joseph rationalizes business? I will never return here and will be sure to spread the word. Peace and love 👌

Bad service ever! Two adults and one kid, they only gave 2 waters and 2 jelly. Nobody asked if anything the kid need. No refill water!Total 2-6 tables in use. Were they busy? For lunch,no free teas. Fine. When the waiter fired on,he put the lighter into soup. The waiters and waitress were talking or all disappear. The restroom is better than Chino hills, rowland and Hacienda Heights. However there was no paper towel. Hey the boss or the owner, you don’t care about that? You have the camera on the wall. You can check and do more training! I will not come again!!!

The place is not the same as it used to be. When I moved to Garden Grove around 2018, i used to always enjoy Boiling Point. Just coming today was pretty bad experience, I had to wait ~2 hours for 4 people and the place was pretty dirty, especially the bathrooms I couldn't stand how dirty it was I didn't bothered going. The service is okay but why is there only one guy serving? He seemed nice but the wait is too long for mediocre food. Also the sauce cups were dirty, you can tell they only refill it and never clean the cups.

We came here and waited for a table. When we went inside, it smelt like sewer. Like rotten eggs, very strong smell and they blast the air conditioning. All the workers are wearing masks. I asked, why does it smell so bad? And they said, what smell? And I said, did something happen? They said they told the owners but the owners don't care. The floors table doors seats everything was sticky and filthy. This restaurant needs help.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The server was unprofessional and did not ask me about my spice tolerance before serving the hot pot. The taiwanese hot pot contained an excessive amount of capsaicin, which caused me to suffer from severe burning discomfort and multiple episodes of diarrhea afterward. As a customer, I expect the staff to at least check with diners about the desired spice level, especially when the food can be extremely spicy and potentially harmful. Unfortunately, this basic courtesy was completely ignored during my visit. I hope the management takes this matter seriously, improves staff training, and ensures that spice levels are clearly communicated and adjustable for customers in the future.

They have zero empathy for people in your party that have severe food allergies....that kind that can kill them. No customer service at all. Part of our party stayed but the experience was poor though the food was great. There were some new trainees and it rubbed me the wrong way seeing a female employee being pretty mean and rude to them. There's no need for that. I felt bad for the guy. And for that I will never be back at this location. Probably the worst Boiling Point I've been to. And I've been to many.

Why can’t I rate them 0 star? They don’t deserve even 1 star. Please check my pictures. Who cooks mushrooms with roots? And the noddles were undercooked, so hard to bite, everything was inedible, this is the worst food I ever seen.

R

The food was okay but the waiter and the manager has no demeanor. Their no outside food and drink sign is on the right side of the door, in which the door is always open and perfectly hided the sign at a blind spot. I had no idea of that they didn’t allow outside drink and I brought my milk tea in. The manager confronted me saying I need to put it outside. When I tell them I didn’t see the sign and suggested they could put it in a more conspicuous location, the manager just kept repeating how many times he has told me about their policy (in which he only told me once….) and totally not receptive to the suggestion. I respect and complied their policy and brought my drink to my car, but the manager’ attitude is making me very uncomfortable and lacks empathy and respect. I would recommend other locations of boiling point in which I had much better experience. I don’t have a problem with the food but I will for sure not be visiting this garden grove location any more.
