We went here many years ago, but I have the pictures, so I decided to review it! It was perhaps 10 years ago! The first time my friends treated me for my birthday! The second time I took my son to Disneyland and we ate here later. I still remember that we enjoyed it! No complaints! I went twice!

Alan was very cool and attentive. Get the whole shebang. Beers are cold, mild is spicy and the rice is done right. Cool vibe that's great for a group.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon for some dinner. Wait time usually around an hour. Ordered half a pounds of shrimp with the whole shabang mild spice with a corn. Got a basket of Cajun season fries mild. Half a dozen of raw oysters and a model.

Our first time here, and we loved it. Some friends invited us, and we will definitely be returning soon. We had the fried calamari, catfish, and 1 LB of mild seasoned shrimp. I think next time I'll try medium. I would definitely go back just for the calamari & catfish alone, but the shrimp are amazing also. Great friendly staff and entertainment.

We enjoy coming here the food is yummy. If you like seafood this is the place for you. We get the shrimp by the pound along with corn on the cob, sausage and potatoes. The fried shrimp basket with fries is also good. They also have chicken tenders with fries, a nice option if you don't like shrimp or any of the other options they offer. I recommend this place, the only thing is the wait time is a hit or miss depending on the time you arrive and check in for a table. My experience has been anything from 30 minutes to and hour. We don't mind the wait time as we can check out the surrounding shops.

WOW!!! It was amazing!!! We had shrimp, soft shell crab, mussels, calamari, sausage, fries, rice, corn and so on. Even though the place was busy, the service was outstanding. There was about a 2 hour wait but it was very worth it. Thank you to all the staff.

We love this spot fast service (not seating, due to high traffic of visitors) but this place is so good

We love this place. The good is always very tasty and the time it takes to get your food isn't bad either. Ok having said that I do recommend this place and getting on their wait list which is available before 5pm but only if everyone is going to be there on time. If you don't the wait would be about an hour long. Plan ahead and its a very cool experience.

The food was great as always. The service was ok. We didn't get asked if we wanted a refill until about the end of our time there. It's understandable because it was really packed/busy for the workers. The atmosphere was awesome and had cool halloween decorations.

Of course they take over an hour to seat you..bad thing is that outside waiting has not even a bench to sit on.. I was standing inside in the small waiting area...I observed that once people left that they took a long time to clear the tables at least 10-15 minutes before they would start to clean up..honesty the crew seemed fairly young and alot of chatting between them..which wouldn't matter except that first things first take care of business ..I noticed that the ones that were hustling and moving fast even made gestures of frustration clearly annoyed that they were doing their part but not their coworkers ..the guys bringing out the food looked confused and the host would need to come back and check to see if they brought us out the right order....definitely let's get management that can assist these young employees in working together....food was good 👍...lets keep in mind that in this location the sun beams hard during this time and there's no shade in the entrance area..give us some canopies and benches please..good thing I was just visiting this area..I'll prefer my local location.

Store need to improve the packing of your to-go orders. I’ve ordered many times, and unfortunately not once has my order been completely correct. The items that should come with the food are consistently missing. The first time, there was no lemon, salt, or pepper. The second time, there was salt but no lemon. The third time, only white paper was included. Another time, nothing was included at all. This repeated issue is very disappointing. I expect better consistency and attention to detail, especially as a returning customer. Please ensure that all necessary condiments and items are included with every order moving forward.

My family and i went to eat here on Sunday the 21st around 2:15pm and from the moment we arrived, the customer service from Carlene was poor. She was slow to check on us, We ask for a bag to take our food togo and she took forever to the point someone in our party had to go to the front and get it herself and when it came time to pay, she took an unreasonably long time to bring our check and then even to take our payment. We eventually had to go up to the counter ourselves because she was taking her sweet time. What made the experience even more frustrating was seeing her be friendly and attentive with other customers, while treating us very differently. Overall, the lack of urgency and inconsistent customer service really hurt our experience.

I went last night and got served by Tri, he was not friendly after we gave him a tip. We thanked him in his face and he completely ignored us. I don’t think that’s good etiquette for being a server.
