Long time chain serves up breakfast, lunch, and dinner and pancakes, waffles, French toast and Crepes! On our Saturday morning visit we waited a few minutes to be seated. The service was quick and attentive, the food arrived quickly and was delicious.

Except for Christmas Eve 2016, we've had our family Christmas Eve dinner at this since 2011. We love IHOP. The service here though can be slow at times. It's a great location but you cannot get back on the PGBT so that's an inconvenient. Update June 29 2017: This was the only time I've been to a IHOP that was empty. There was no one there for 15 minutes so I took the liberty to take pics within the establishment. Men's restrooms was clean, they have high chairs and it was also very clean. Our server was good and very attentive to us. There is also a diaper changer in the men's restroom.

As a parent of a very young autistic kiddo, I will say that we are always looking for places where the staff are warm, accepting and kind. And I can say that every time we go to this location, we are met with truly fantastic waitstaff. And tonight was no exception. Adrien has waited on us before and has been such a delight. She is patient and attentive and simply amazing - and so are the rest of the staff. Tonight however, one of the customers beside us was just being truly awful. The woman was angrily shouting at her very small children (who were well behaved!) throughout the meal and just being generally hateful. At one point she clearly wasn’t satisfied enough making her children’s and our meal miserable, and started demanded to see the manager. Adrian was also waiting on their table and the sheer amount of grace that she and her team member showed was simply astounding. I always think to myself that in situations like these, not only do waiters and waitresses have to be professional in the moment that unpleasant customers are berating them, they must endure it for the rest of the meal until those customers leave. It’s degrading and wrong which was clearly the entire purpose behind the awful customers behavior. We finally asked to speak to the manager as well to let them know how wonderful our experience was, and we hoped that this would help bring a little cheer, along with tipping a bit heavier than usual. Though this location is perhaps a bit quieter than others, it is an absolute sanctuary for our child who loves the bacon, bouncy seats and cheerful staff who always make each meal feel special.

Our hostess, Jayla and our server Danny? were both fantastic! We hadn’t been in awhile because it’s always so crowded, but we were earlier this morning so we decided to go, and glad we did! The only feedback would be 1) the hash browns had a fry oil taste, and 2) there were 6 chairs at our table that really could only sit 4 adults comfortably, and there was no where to move them, and no one offered to move them.

I noticed a neighboring waiter named Danny, who was just as a tennis to his customers, as well. This says a lot about the manager of this restaurant. She hires people who are just like her, professional and sweet, too.

Needed a nice spot to take an out-of-town guest, and IHOP did not disappoint! Even on a busy Sunday, the wait was only about 10-12 minutes. I hadn’t been in a while, but I was pleasantly surprised by their updated menu with so many great options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The strawberry sweet tea was incredibly refreshing and delicious! Between the three of us, we ordered the steak omelette, the Split Decision, and blueberry pancakes with bacon, eggs, and fried potatoes—everything was cooked to absolute perfection. The food was so good we all ended up eating in silence, just savoring every bite! Sorry, no pics—we ate so fast no one even thought about taking pictures! Great food, great service, and a great experience overall. Definitely planning to go back soon!

Hubby and I had quite a few errands to run in this area, so we popped in for a quick brunch. We were greeted by a lovely and cheerful hostess. Although there were quite a few groups waiting for tables, the wait was not long at all. Our server was sweet and patient. We both ordered our favorite omelets with pancakes. Truthfully, we ended up with to-go boxes because the portions were very generous. The pancakes were light and fluffy. Our omelets were well cooked and flavorful. This location was just so pleasant!! It definitely is one of the best iHOPs we've dined in.

We had brunch here around 11:30 on 3/19. We were warmly welcomed and told that there was a short wait. After about 10 minutes, we were seated. The staff took great care of us and kept my coffee coming. The coffee was bold and not bitter. I got the tried and true big steak omelette, which has never let me down. And it didn’t this time either. It was delicious, and filled with bell peppers, onions, and juicy flavorful steak. The hash browns were fantastic as well. My son got his favorite, the Cinn-A-Stack, which he thought was delightful as well. Overall we enjoyed a great meal and had a good time.

Everything was pretty clean, including the restroom. The food was good and it was nice and calm early in the morning. It was a nice IHOP experience overall.

I been seeing the pumpkin spice pancakes 🥞 so I decided to look online at this location and the menu said they had them. Went on and the server said they dont have them. I was PO so I sat there for a few. I was going to get up and leave then she suggested I try the cinnamon roll pancakes and they were good. It's not the pumpkin spice but it will do.

I am a fan of country fried chicken/country, fried steak. So here at IHOP they have country fried steak that I got with a side of eggs and hashbrowns. And I ordered the tres leches pancakes with it. Pancakes here are Soooo delicious! I really like the wait staff they were attentive and very polite. Unfortunately my friend that ate with me did not enjoy the taste of his crepes.

Attentive service + delicious coffee during spring break Monday The waiter came to check on our table at least four times through whole dining to ensure we got what we need. We love our hot coffee! Service was poor. Food was fine. Floor was sticky and the bottom of my pants got yucky and spent the rest of the day with my heels sticking. Weird experience.

I am not happy the fact that the hazelnut creamer and tilapia was broccoli they take it off out of the menu I love the tilapia with steam broccoli, T-bone steak with broccoli it used to be served but now it's discontinued. One thing I love Ihop it's they did have things what we are looking for but now it's disappointing that they didn't served any more.

IHOP’s customer service in almost every location is lacking… We were one of the two tables there today and yet it took multiple tries to get extra napkins and refills. The biggest issue we had was paying for our food. After asking for the bill and boxes, we waited for the server to come buy but eventually stood by the front register waiting for someone to come out which took almost 15 minutes in all - only two tables including ours were occupied… not sure where the staff was. This is a risky, poor service because customers could literally walk out without paying undetected. There were no staff present in the lobby or dining area until we stood next to the front register to find them. However, our table commends server Janessa (I believe that was her name). I think it was she was still in training with a manager supervising her but she did an excellent job of immediately greeting, assigning us to our seats, and taking our drink orders. She walked into her shift at the same time we did and after a moment of realizing we were waiting for a table, she seated us immediately after clocking in. Very much appreciated.

My daughter and I have been coming to ihop for years as a little daddy - daughter night. This was my last time here. The diner was almost empty. The booth he sat us in had what looked like a huge syrup spill that was all sticky that I didn't realize until I was already sitting down. As I got up, there were napkins were stuck to my boots; it was awful. Then we waited for a while until we ordered no big deal; food came out within a reasonable time but was missing some items. I waited for our waiter, but he didn't come back until our food was gone. Then I ordered a milkshake; it was more like milk, and about 1/4 of the cup was whipped cream. My daughter didn't care about the shake, but I can't justify spending more time and money at this place when they don't care.

I went to Ihop on a chill saturday morning expecting a really nice breakfast. I was really disappointed. Ordered 3 items here at 1030 on a Saturday night, they weren't very busy. Took them over 30 minutes for the food, the bag was tied and i got all the way home before realizing they left out one of the 3 thongs i ordered. I called and then went back to get the item and their staff are in the kitchen area laughing and abd giggling and nonsense like that, maybe if they were more serious or had supervision i wouldn't have to come back nack to get food, apparently 3 items is too many for them to get right. They act like its no big deal to inconvenience their customers. First time to this location, steer clear of this location, i know I will.

Use to be decent service. Tonight I tried the spicy beef bowl. What a mistake! For $11.99 I got a small amount of food, it was cold with some warm spots. Expectations are never high at I Hop but my 2 year old grandson could serve a better dinner. The waitress was new and not of much help. My wife's food was good. This was my first time visiting this location and the experience was horrible. I did a curbside pick up for a $60 order. When I pulled up the number to text to let someone know you are there was covered with black tape. I don’t understand why curbside pickup is offered if it’s not offered! Please fix the website IHOP! Online it tells you to call the number so I did. I was waiting for someone to pick up for 12 minutes no one picked up called a second time and surprisingly someone answered. The manager then brought my food out to me but of course I always check my bag before I leave any restaurant I order from. I’m missing an order of 3 buttermilk pancakes. I called an additional 16 more times. NO ANSWER!!! 16 TIMES!!! From 2 different phones. Finally I ended up going into the restaurant in which I did not plan on (reason for curbside pickup). When I walked in there was a line of people standing there waiting that I previously saw walk in. The restaurant was absolutely NOT busy! No one was at the front all of the employees were walking around like sloths, including the manager. Not one employee had a sense of urgency, sounded or looked happy. When it was my turn to be addressed I told the manager, same heavyset Hispanic man who brought my food out that I was missing pancakes. His response “how do you know your missing pancakes?”. I KNOW WHAT I ORDERED, WHAT I PAID FOR AND I ALWAYS CHECK MY BAG!!! What kind of question was that! He then asked what I wanted to do I told him I wanted my pancakes. He did in fact give me the pancakes I was missing and a additional short stack. At the same time he was addressing my issue, a couple that was just seated who hadn’t even been there for 5mins was already back at the front requesting the Corporate number. The restaurant was not even busy for service to lack, for no one to not answer the phone, for customers to be dissatisfied so quickly after being seated! There is plenty of training opportunities here even with Management I won’t be back! Andddd just when I was close to finishing my omelette there was a piece of stick in my food. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

The last 2 times we've been there the service has been terrible!!!! We are older white people. We order off the Senior menu. They look at us like we are not there! They seat a younger family with more people right next to us. They almost immediately take their drink order. I ask when they will serve us. The waiter says she are not waitress. I talk to the manager & she says she'll look into it. Still no service! We left. Older white people - dont Waste your time!

Buyer beware!!!! The Manger Donna left a horrible experience. We could tell she ruled with an iron fist. We had a piece of hair on one of our orders. My brother stated I guess someone forgot their hair net, when brought to Donna attention she explained "we don't have anyone in the back with long hair". Making us feel as if we lied. Terrible management, we felt for the workers.

Somewhat slow service people were friendly , food was not properly cooked when i ordered the burger with bacon and fries and chicken just did not feel taste fresh, will not be visiting

They don’t know what they’re doing, they’re not organized, or have a system to attend people. If you want to sit down and wait 30 minutes while other people arriving get their orders taken, this is the place for you. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Had to leave and go somewhere where they never disappoint, and that’s WAFFLEHOUSE!!!

Today I went with my family to eat breakfast after 45 minutes they delivered the food when I start eating it end up with finding out a couple of hair in my food, which is unacceptable after we addressed the issue to the manager, she said she will make sure our staff will wear a hairnet and per my understanding the staff is not wearing a hairnet while working in the kitchen It is very unhygienic and this issue should be addressed and I will warn every single guest to be aware of this place. Also fyi I did not receive and credit and ended up paying full cost for the unhygenic food

Christian music blaring over the whole restaurant. Overcooked 1 of my 3 eggs that were cooked together. How does one get a nearly fully cooked yolk on 1 egg while the other 2 are perfectly runny?

We came in on a Saturday afternoon in the mood for breakfast and we were o.mljdisappointed. The lady in the front did not greet us when we enter but instead looked like we interrupted her break or something. She never once looked at us or talked in our direction. Our waiter was nice. Very soft spoken but nice and did an amazing job. The food was disgusting. Meat was dry, not cooked as ordered, and bland with no taste to it...all a waste of money. I tried one of their lemonade and it was watered down with a strong taste of sugar. We love Ihop but this place will not be visited again...you disappointed Ihop.

Showed up with my 4 kids. After 45mins my drink order never was taken. Asked for a manager the waitress said she was too busy in the kitchen. After persisting talked with her about after an 1hr 20 mins no one has even taken our drink order. She said how she is busy and unaware of what is happening on the floor. No ownership. No apology. No service. No resolution. We drove to the IHOP in rockwall. Got seated, ordered and were eating in less than 30mins. The difference in service was the difference in leadership. Never ever will I go to the firewheel location again. You been warned.

Slow service. When our meals arrived they were not hot & not Luke warm , my husband’s pancakes looked like they were for a toddler however, I didn’t complain because I didn’t want them to spit in my food or something . We will never come back to this location. If 0 stars were an option that is what I would give
