This location is so new for the service to be so bad! The employees are not welcoming and literally just threw all my food into the bowl like it was a chore to service me! I really hope they work on implementing better customer service!

It's been one thing after another at this particular location but normally the unsweetened tea is tasty until just recently they are no longer providing unsweetened tea. Someone at this location has decided to put Sweetened tea in both the labeled Unsweetened container and in the Sweetened tea container. Obviously this person is not aware or does not care how dangerous that can be. What if a parent has a diabetic child and decides to give the child unsweetened tea not realizing that someone at the restaurant purposely put sweetened tea in the unsweetened container. My elderly mother is diabetic and sometimes I drop into this location to get her unsweetened tea. Not realizing the unsweetened container is really filled with sweetened tea. I am pre diabetic and I go there to get unsweetened tea with a small splash of sweet. Twice this week I went to get unsweetened tea only to realize the tea labeled unsweetened is sweetened. I mentioned it to the not so pleasant manager on duty and she appeared to be oblivious to what I was referring to while one of the other employees took the initiative to brew unsweetened tea but because I was on my lunch break I did not have time to wait. I just went there again yesterday to get unsweetened tea and once again, sweetened tea was in both the unsweetened container and in the container labeled sweetened. So at this point I realized it's not a mistake. They are doing this on purpose regardless of the danger and health risk to children and adults who are dealing with diabetic challenges. Wouldn't it make more sense to just label both containers as sweet tea instead of jeopardizing a persons health and purposeful misrepresentation.

Very rude staff. Yall need to slow down and be kinder. Two young girls rolling their eyes and sighing when yall were confusing me by rushing. I’m not stupid or rude so don’t treat people like they are. Just wanted a burrito but go off. 0/10 Atalia

Went here a week ago and the cashier was awful the lady packaging our food let her know it was to go and the cashier forgot. Once we reminded her it was to go she was mad and start angrily almost throwing our food inside the bags and pushing it towards us as well as being passive aggressive with us and rolling her eyes at us.I was surprised of her actions especially since we told her nicely and were in a good mood. There was no need for her to be acting the way she was. Food was okay just cold and portions were a small. Atmosphere was good and clean.

I came in at 9:05 with my partner in hopes of getting two Carnitas burritos, we placed our order and when we got to the meat portion the old lady on the line basically scraped what was left of the bottom of the pan to put off onto our burritos to which I requested if she could add a little bit more I asked her twice and she told me no then I asked the cashier if she would be willing to add a little bit more since they basically gave us very dry meat and I said exactly that, she told me no as well. I asked her if they had any more carnitas they said no! At 9:05 pm are you serious? My partner was also not happy with his portion to which he told them no thank you we will not be finishing our order. Now this is crazy bad customer service to me because I myself am a KS at a Chipotle in Dallas, we have been trained and told that if customers request a little bit of extra meat we can grant them that but if they want a whole extra portion we will charge, they told me no even though they barely gave one portion to begin with I even voiced this to her, I asked 3 times if they would give me a little bit more meat, I said please this is a very dry and small portion. They said no! I will never come back to this chipotle and I cannot believe those two are representing Chipotle.

Please stay away from this location if you actually want to get what you pay for. Decided to give it a second chance and never again. 💀💀 the amount of rice to beans is funny. I basically got a bowl of rice with a pinch of black beans and chicken. Transferred it to a bowl to find the chicken and this is all I got LOL

I was charged for double chicken for this bowl. I asked for one scoop, the young male worker added half a scoop. I stared at him. Waiting for the second. Nothing it was mabye 3oz. I had to get charged An extra 4$ for a normal amount of chicken. This specific location is so bad, I honestly drive to Murphy just to avoid getting half a portion of chicken. Ridiculous guys.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Chipotle. The portions were noticeably smaller than usual — barely any meat or rice, even though I paid full price. On top of that, the restaurant wasn’t clean at all. Tables were dirty, the trash bins were overflowing, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in hours. Definitely not the experience I expect from Chipotle.

my girlfriend ordered two bowls online today at 9:00 pm. the brown rice was hard, not all of it but definitely a good portion was not cooked. i don’t ever leave a review but i’ve worked in food a lot and it’s very important that the food is cooked correctly or it could get people sick. you already know that but just pointing it out

This location needs a new staff or management change . The attitudes ridiculous I feel rushed once I get to the register, the meat is barely given, I got over charged for extra topping I never asked for or got and I feel like it was just because the employee knows the customer doesn’t know what their writing on the container for the cashier to charge you or they just want to have you charged what they want you to be charged. Ive patronizing this place for a while and kept giving it a chance to do better but its a constant disappointment.

I ordered online and when I got home and checked the bag, we were so shocked on what the burrito looked like. I have very small hands and it was smaller than my hand. This is very unacceptable, especially for the price of Chipotle. I’m so disappointed in this because I’m a regular customer.

I would skip this location! The bowl I just ordered is half full. Everything is expensive and the cost of goods have gone up, but seriously, only half full and weighs half as much compared to just couple of weeks ago. How can this not be at the Manager's direction to cut cost? Whoever reads this review, consider you have been warned!
