Great sandwiches, but what really stands out is the combination of speediness and friendliness of the staff. I never feel rushed and they are always super quick when im ready. I brought my daughter the other day and they asked her about her stuffed animal and took time to help her choose what she wanted. It says alot when a simple sandwich place makes me and my kids day a little brighter. Great staff!!!!

I stopped by for lunch. Firehouse was started by firefighters as you learn very quickly from the walls and photos. When you walk in the staff all greet you from behind the counter. Every sandwich I have ever had at Firehouse was delicious. This time I tried the Turkey Bacon Ranch and it was no disappointment. Try any sandwich and you'll be happy. Thanks again Firehouse, love the greetings!

There are a lot of sub places, but firehouse always makes their subs very filling. I personally recommend the hero, but everything else I've had is also very good. It is on the tad prixy side, but I can be ok with that since Firehouse also donates to local fire departments. It's good food, a good cause, and friendly service. Much better than places that just rush their subs out.

The food was good, but the checkout experience feels pressured. Between the tip prompt, the tip cup and the additional request for firefighter donations, it adds a layer of guilt or obligation that doesn’t belong in a simple no-table-service lunch place, and so just works to lower the overall experience.

Updated Review : I frequent this location majority of the time. Went today and the the staff interactions and food quality has dropped a bit as of recently which surprised me Past Review : Have come here a few times now, the area is calm and the staff is very kind. Also, they get that right levels of toasted we love on our bread. Didn't know they served on basket trays, its really cute! Would recommend this location We always get the Italian and the engineer extra toasted 👍🏼 So far best firehouse location to date, also enjoyed the drink options! Love Hi-C

Sloppy nasty drippy mess. Nice folks but my son was so angry to give him that sandwich They withheld the recipt refund like o you ate those no the ended up on the plate when he returned it to me so grossed out

Stopped by on Monday 230pm and ordered an Italian Sub large on White. I was very clear NO TOMATOES , xtra Onions, Balsamic Vinaigrette, xtra Italian seasoning and cut into 3rds. Then only thing they got right is it was cut in 3rds. I normally dont have to check my orders at FHS. Now I will have to put FHS into the group of McD and BK. Only In&Out and Chick-Fil-a are in the group of No Check.

Good place and good sandwiches but this location ALWAYS forgets my pickles. Ask for extra chopped pickles on both my sandwiches and no pickles on either sandwhich. Ask for extra pickles spears...and not even one. Will not be returning to this location as this is the 4th time, ATLEAST!

Awful experience. Waited over an hour, then when the food was ready the entire order was completely wrong. Will not use this location again.

Tastes fine, I was a long time advocate of this being THE sandwich place to go. But not only did prices increase, there is noticeably less meat on the sandwich. After years of frequenting this restaurant (not just this location) I will never be returning. You do not do this to customers.

Came here on a Dash and the cashier gave my order to another dasher....after i waited 10mins. This place is TRASH. Additionally, i was listening to cashier take order and the store was out of items lol.

I would advise them to close earlier than their scheduled time if the service is going to be disappointing as it was tonight. I received my meal - although I stated that I wanted it to be for dining in they provided it to me in a “TO GO” bag, which I felt unwelcome about. the bag provided was soiled with dressing that it was unpleasant to handle. I requested a basket to place sub in and enjoy it as i originally expected to but they informed me that they did not have any available. The sandwich was overly dressed with peppercorn ranch dressing, making it so soggy (wish I took a photo to attach) Overall, it was an unpleasant visit, and I found the service to be both rude and disgusting. I love firehouse but I wouldn’t be returning to this location. I will gladly drive an additional mile out of my way to receive proper food and customer service

Haven't had firehouse subs in almost a decade after a bad experience with one on a road trip, but decided to give them another chance after someone offered to pay for my sub. Glad I didn't waste my money on this travesty of a sandwich. Who wants to eat green tomatoes, wilted lettuce, and soggy bread? Not me, even subway is better quality than this.

Well... I ordered a side salad and when I got home I figured out they didn't actually snap the lid closed on the dressing. So I found an empty dressing container with dressing spilled all I'm the bag and bled through and spilled onto the seat and carpet pm the floorboard of my truck. Took everything inside and tossed it in the fridge to go try to clean the truck up as best as possible. Then go inside, only to pull out the side salad to find the salad contains browing to wilted/rotted and slimy lettuce. I took the salad back for a refund. I opted not to pay $4.50 to get sick.
