What a surprise! Walked into my local Scotty P’s and to my surprise it has been renovated. The update is fantastic and very inviting. It is the first to be transformed and I predict future customers will love the new decor. Had the $9 burger special today with substitute Cardiac Fries . The meat was delicious and much more flavorful that other burger places. Kudos to the Pontikes group for continuing excellence.

They have a bar up the front which looks like a fun place to hang out, as well as Booth and table seating on the other side. It is counter serve, so you order from the counter and then go sit down with your number. I had Scotty P's many many years ago maybe closer to 2005 way up in frisco. I remembered their crispy chicken tenders many years after with their honey mustard sauce. Today I had the bacon cheddar burger and French fries. The french fries were very good, nice and crispy, and tasted fresh. I really loved their pickles, they really had a nice crunch to them and tasted fresh as well. They were not skimpy on the Tomato, the Tomato was nice and thick. The burger was a good size and I could tell there was some good cheddar and some very thick bacon as well. All in all very filling experience at firewheel.

This is a pretty good hamburger joint. Although, I have to say that they make a pretty good chicken sandwich as well. Their burgers taste great and sides are delicious. I don't think you can go wrong with anything you order. Staff is always friendly and their recommendations are a plus. I recommend this place for a quick bite to eat or a dinner out on the town. Located in firewheel. Great location.

TLDR: Ordered the 67 Original Double with cheese and bacon. It's a bit pricey, but definitely worth the price! Place is well kept and clean because of their active crew constantly attending to the tables. I asked for it well done, got what I ordered. The flame grilled taste really brings a lot of flavor to the burger. Needless to say, it was flavorful to the last bite. The fries were nice and crispy throughout the entire meal and that's with chatting a bit with friends! Drinks are refillable and good selection. To sum it up: • 67 Double Burger with bacon Delicious and mouthwatering. Cooked to order • Fries did not disappoint. Crispy and Hot out of the fryer. • Refillable drinks! Can't go wrong. Definitely a place to enjoy a good burger if you're a fan of them as I am. I recommend it!

We were here on October 8th and it was our fist time here. The food was really really good. I had the Hatch Green Chili Burger, we also had other burgers and chicken strip. The Hatch Green Chili burger was near perfect. The burger was juicy and the peppers were cooked just right. They put the right amount of everything on the burger, cheese, grease, seasonings, etc. The fries were really good to. The other burger and chicken tenders were just great. And the Onion Rings were GREAT!!! The crew that worked that night were helpful and friendly and cooked great food. We will definitely return.

I've been here a couple of times and it's pretty good. I had the green Chile cheese burger and it was delicious, I just wish I would've remember to ask for it to be cooked medium but that was on me. The cardiac fries are really good as well, it could be a meal on it's own tbh. I will keep coming back.

It’s been a long time since I came in here. I remembered how it looked like before the renovations. The food tasted good. But I do feel like the salads were better precovid. I love sweet potato fries so I thought it tasted the same as before. They used to have this fiesta salad. And it was delicious! They have something similar now but it isn’t as good as before. The staff is friendly and the place is nice and clean

Absolutely delicious! Have lived 10 years in Wylie and finally stopped in, and I'm so glad I did. Unfortunately, the initial customer service interaction was bad. The young female with the brown San Diego hoodie was not friendly. She didn't greet us when we walked in, and I could tell she didn't want to be there. We sat at the bar, contemplating whether to leave or stay, but thankfully, the female manager approached us, and because of her friendly interaction, we decided to stay. The burgers are fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. You have options for the bun: wheat, sourdough, regular or texas toast. I love that! The onion rings are amazing! Oh, and the sweet potato fries are the best. We really enjoyed sitting at the bar. But there's other sitting available away from the bar if you prefer that. These hamburgers are top quality and delicious! I'm very impressed with this place. Needless to say, I'll be a returning customer 😃 and hopefully, the young female will have the opportunity to improve on her customer service skills. Come check it out and have your own experience!

Gave a average of 3 because cashier wasn't listening when taking my order. Made my burger wrong as well ordered a kids meal gave me wrong side. Instead of giving me the right side they charged me for the correct side even though they had already charged me a upgrade charge for something I didn't even order because the cashier wasn't listening. General manager Caucasian, older man white hair has no customer service skills. When our group arrived we thought he was a customer standing waiting to order so we told him to go ahead and order were undecided. He never said anything to us just walked off. Extremely rude as a manager. No welcome,no smile just angry look the entire time. Need to retire. He's not leadership material anymore.

If everything would have been hot, quicker than 15minutes and cooked as ordered, maybe I would be back. The burger was supposed to be medium well what does that look like to you. That looks well done, it tasted well done as well dry I had onion strings my wife had potato waffle fries she also had a mushroom swiss her Burger was delicious mine was not and her waffle fries were just as cold as my onion strings not happy not satisfied will not be back

Went here with a friend for lunch. Ordered and waited a long time to get our burgers. The meat tasted bad, but we ate them and both of us had diarrhea that night. I won't go there again.

I ordered some food for me and my family, I personally got grilled chicken tenders because that’s my go-to dish from here. When I got home to eat them I was encountered by a shocking surprise, I cut into the grilled tenders only to find that the inside was raw and uncooked. This is unacceptable and should not be allowed anywhere, I am deeply disappointed in the making of my food and will never return back.
