I've been a customer of the Garlasco store for years and have always been satisfied. Today I have to change my mind: I went to the carpentry department to have some chipboard cut to size. While the employees were making the cuts, the manager showed up, very annoyed and arrogant, and forbade the guys from doing this type of cutting on Sundays, embarrassing me. I believe the vast majority of people do their own DIY on Sundays, so I find this policy inappropriate.

Yesterday my parents came in to buy a refrigerator, they were served very badly! When we got home, we unpacked the refrigerator and it was broken! My father then called the store to find out what he should do! (I should point out that we paid for the refrigerator in cash right away) A clerk treated him very rudely! Telling him rudely to read the service number in the manual, and that they couldn't do anything about it! I understand that they couldn't do anything about it, but responding a little more politely would have been the least we could do! However, we resolved the issue by calling the service center! We didn't expect them to replace the refrigerator! But at least they should respond with a little more education! Since we have been customers for many years and we have always been happy! Some clerks should learn a little more education towards the customers who bring them work!!!!!

Terrible Rude and arrogant employees I purchased a €140 tool and on the 5th day I tried to request an exchange because it wasn't working properly. They refused because according to their test it worked and I had to send it in under warranty if I wanted. So, I made the purchase within 7 days and they refused to replace it, even allowing themselves to "taunt" me. Personally, I won't go there again and I urge anyone who wants to buy a power tool to do so at another store.
