Wasn't the best experience at a sonic. The mozzarella sticks were hot but tasted like old grease. The carhop didn't have extra mints in her apron, which made the kids sad.

Well. Unfortunately the service is consistently slow. I placed an app order for mozzarella sticks, made sure marinara sauce was selected because they do not usually remember to include it. Sure enough, no marinara sauce. I also ordered the pretzel stick via the app—they came out and said they didn’t have any, could not give me a refund but they could give me a corndog instead 👎🏼. The only upside to this Sonic is that they have a shaded playground and shaded tables to sit at.

Smasher meal was ordered with vanilla Dr Pepper. They were out of onion rings, cheese sticks, tots, popper so they only had fries. They were also out of vanilla syrup. Changed my order to just to smasher. Burger I wanted lettuce tomato pickle cheese and smasher sauce. No onion. I got pickles cheese and smashed sauce and two patties so over cooked and hard they were not edible. Total cost just under $8. W / tip $10 for something that I basically ate the three pickles off of and threw in the thrash. My 4.5 lb Morkie wouldn't even eat the patties.

I ordered a supersonic burrito to have DD deliver. It didn’t take long for the driver to get the order (she waited for it) and bring it straight to me. However, the food looked and tasted like it was prepared 6 hours earlier. Never again!

It's a Sonic. Not much to say. They're the same, food is ok, though the pricing is wild for the quality.

I have given up on this sonic location. I stopped eating here a couple months ago because of the terrible food or something missing every single visit. Today I decided to give it a shot after a hiatus. Still disappointed. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with mayo only, no veggies. I didn’t get any bacon on the burger.. I also ordered chili cheese tots, as pictured. There was barely any chili or cheese. The tots tasted old and dry. If they were at least covered in chili and cheese it would have been bearable. I don’t spend money on takeout much. So to be disappointed the few times I decided to treat myself is irritating to say the least.

The food taste good and service is great. However every time I get a wrap or the breakfast burrito they’re always TINY. For a meal that costs over $10, this is ridiculous.

I've ran into a few errors with this company . One. Everytime I order something it's made wrong and when I called about it the manager got upset and hung up in my face. Two. Then once I reached out to cooperate they took over four months to send me a 5 dollar gift card which was supposed to be a 25 dollar gift card . Three. after leaving the situation alone for about a month because I was getting nowhere with it I decided to order there again my burger was still raw and on top of that waited for over 35 minutes for it and my fries where cold and hard.. therefore now I do not buy anything from them unless it's drinks or ice I'm sorry but yes it was bad. And half of the ordering monitors for the drive ups do not work .

Went there today and get a Super Sonic Cheese Burger Meal and two Cheese Burgers. All food was received cool, not Luke warm but pre-cooked cold.

We were traveling through Gatesville wanted a snack ordered LG tater tots and large fry the fries were so hard and greasy I could barely eat them. The tots my husband got weren't that bad but the container was only half full. It cost me $7.34 to find out never stop there again.

Horrible customer service!!! from Averi and another lady tonight I think her name was Ash who ever trained them needs to retrain them or fire them as they were very rude to me and my partner we asked for a small vanilla shake and the lady on the intercom asked one time if we needed anything else and then immediately put our order in without giving a chance to answer her, so we pressed the button again to add to or edit our order since we hadn’t paid yet, and they told us we couldn’t edit the order but we could be refunded even though we had not paid yet, she claimed she asked multiple times if we needed anything else however that was not the case as we were only asked one time and hung up on. Then one lady came out with just a “replacement coke” when we ordered a shake and a coke, so we then had to wait for our shake after that coke came out, and while waiting for the shake, one lady brings out a second coke so we refuse and ask for the shake that we had ordered as we were handed the first coke they brought out, she went back in with the second coke to then get the shake and came back with it finally, however they didn’t give us a straw for the coke only the shake so we politely asked to get a straw and we wound up with 4 straws total because of their attitude clouding their customer service, they both were red in the face and snappy with us over the mishap as if it was our fault, so they then take our card for payment finally after all of this, we weren’t charged for the coke only the shake and thankfully my shake was half off per sonics summer time shake deals, but oh my goodness this is hands down the worst experience I have ever had at this restaurant and I know it’s hot and late but for 2 ladies to have the same behavior back to back over their ignorance is completely disgusting behavior! I hope the manager sees this and speaks to the ladies as well as review the camera footage of them inside and out and take any action you feel is needed here, once again that experience was trash and they are a representation of your company and the other locations around, please do better and teach your employees what service with a smile is and that they don’t have to get an attitude with the customers when they messed up an order and were put on the spot. SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BEING A TOP! PRIORITY 🤦🏼‍♀️ Along with plenty of other reviews along the same lines from this location.

Chance after chance after chance they continue to mess things up. I used to work here so I have high hopes every time I come back. Maybe different people will be working, maybe it was just that time, blah blah blah. It always takes 20+ minutes even when you order ahead. Nothing ever comes out correct and has to be sent back or trashed. This place has gone downhill bad. Just tonight I ordered two blasts and there was nearly an inch and half of space left in the top!! Feel like I should be refunded and only pay for smalls since that’s what I received in a medium cup. Do better guys, it is SERIOUSLY not that hard. I speak from experience.

Slow service, most of the ordering terminals are out of order, staff is generally rude, and food quality is absolutely terrible. Can’t say I’ll be back.

There needs to be a no stars option for reviews. This place sucks. Period. Do not eat here. I wouldnt recommend ordering a cup of ice. Ordered the breakfast burrito and the tortilla was as tough as a tire. Couldn't finish the first bite. Absolutely ridiculous how talented you have to be to screw up a tortilla...... I've given this place chance after chance. I've never received an order at this location that was correct or didn't have issues with the quality/quantity of our orders. The reputation of this place speaks for itself. Rude management, complete lack of concern for customer complaints. The proof being that nothing has changed here since all the previous complaints. So I say again. This Sonic Drive in sucks. Take your money elsewhere.
