The food was excellent. The chicken fried steak sandwich was to die for. My wife ate a hamburger and it was cooked to a perfect rare and the fries were hot and very crispy. Ada, our server, was delightful. Rancher's has a very cool rural Texas vibe.

First time visiting restaurant. Very friendly staff. Quite atmosphere, relaxed and not noisy. My husband had the 16 oz Ribeye, mashed potatoes and black eye peas. Steak was cooked to perfection tasted delicious, the black eye peas were very good, mashed potatoes were homemade and the country gravy was sooooo good too. I had the small chicken fried steak, green beans and mashed potatoes. Batter on the steak had a crispy texture, seasoned great, mashed potatoes were homemade and the green beans were also good. The steak plates we ordered came with a salad. The salad was buffet style/self serve. Lettuce and all veggies were fresh and crispy not soggy. We enjoyed our dinner here. Highly recommended.

My gf Pamela and I travel full time in our RV and we stopped at this town for two nights to relax and enjoy local food. Ranchers Steak house was absolutely great experience. Great food great atmosphere and great service. Our server was the best for sure, friendly, fun and dynamic.( in the picture) ask for her when you visit. Thank you all.

First time ever visiting here. For a Friday night, We were in and out in under an hour. Enjoyed salad bar, appetizer, end entrée. I don't remember the waitresses name (wish I did cause she deserves recognition) but she was friendly, quick, and tended to our table like a waiter/waitress should. Highly recommend... and no complaints from my picky kids either.

I've eaten here on 3 different occasions the food hits the spot and I've yet to leave unsatisfied. The steak is good the chicken strips are huge luckily they give you 2 options on the chicken large or small, if you can't take leftovers go small the salad bar goes with the dinners and it's a good choice

Service was great. Loved the salad bar. Chicken fried steak was amazing. The patty melt was not what I am used to or expected. Would not order that again. I think going before 2pm is the best bang for the buck.

This is the third time I've eaten here. The omelet was cold and the hash browns tasted like grease! The biscuit and gravy was good, but I have to order a sausage patty as I prefer sausage gravy but they don't offer that. Server showed she was not happy when I told her omelet was cold which lost her the tip!

More of a diner with a huge menu (and old-school salad bar) than a Steakhouse, the staff are friendly and the place is super clean. My Ribeye steak, ordered medium, was well done and chewy. My guest’s fajita beef burritos were a hit! Salad bar: everything was fresh. Did I remember to take a lot of pictures? Meh!

The food is ok. There's a worker that told me I can't order a 2 egg breakfast with no hash browns because a 2 egg breakfast comes with hash browns. Go figure

This place is crazy expensive for frozen, blah unseasoned food!! 5 bucks for dr pepper. Really. Salad bar had no meat of any kind, stale croutons and I just have to think of it as an expensive lesson learned..should've made my salad at home 😒

The food is great but if they make a mistake they expect the favor driver to return to pick up missing item. Favor drivers are not responsible for Ranchers mistake or should it cost them more to redeliver something missing. They have no delivery drivers ok I get that I’m not getting my missing item. I’m not unreasonable. They were rude and acting like I was putting them out by asking how can we fix this. They offered me a free drink for paying for an order that is incorrect and have no way to get there so they can fix the order. I didn’t even order a drink. As much as I like the food I will not go there again. Make a mistake be reasonable about fixing it and don’t act like the customer is wrong to ask for compensation for an order that is not complete.
