I spent $40 on food and had to wait over 10mins for tenders. All that is fine, but when im sitting in my vehicle waiting for my food and ask for a refill on my sweet tea im told I cant have one because I didnt order in the store? Are you serious what a way to treat customers.

Lobby is closed. They refuse to serve me as I walk up to the drive-through window that is open unless I’m in a car I explained to him I’m a truck driver and they said they don’t care so I will never stop here ever again.

Went through the drive thru and got alot of bone in chicken. The chicken was dry and old. The fries were hard and under cooked. Weird bc I saw in other pictures the fries were overcooked. Gallon tea has tasted old in the past. Like close to expiring. Take some time and check your order before driving off.

Stopped off at 8pm to order tenders, staff advised they were out of tenders because they close at 9pm. Hope the owners read this review. Time to put some cameras in….

First time in over a year I’ve been to Bush’s in Gatesville. The huge hole in the driveway is still there. At least they had a few cones in front of it to keep people from falling in with their little foreign cars. The door used by the staff to wait on cars has no handle and it had to be propped open with a cone borrowed from the pit outside. It’s an open invitation for flies and critters to enter the kitchen area. The two girls waiting on customers in the drive up were friendly, but with just a couple cars in front of us, it still seemed like 15-20 minutes to get our order. Then when we got out to the house at the farm, I was completely shocked to see the tenders that were served. I do not have extra large hands, but you can see by comparison, the tenders were hardly the size of my thumb. I don’t know who owns and runs the chain, but I would fire the individual you have running this location. For years, you have been the premier chicken restaurant and the quality of the product being delivered at this location does not reflect well on your reputation. I would also think that the overall appearance of the property falls under the responsibility of the manager, and brother let me tell you, this individual is bringing your reputation down to a level that does not reflect well on your brand. I will not be stopping by any time soon and I will not be recommending this location to anyone else for dining. You’re missing out on a huge opportunity to clean house, both literally and figuratively. Please fix this, McGregor is too far for fast food.

For at least five minutes three cars were waiting in line at the drive-through without anyone coming out to take our order. No big deal. Alerts constantly going off obviously because the food was ready to pull. But every single employee was standing right outside of the back door smoking. It’s no big deal that they were smoking, but There is no line of work that should ever allow every single employee to take a break at the same time.

Went to this location for the first time (Drive through) and was not helped for over 17 minutes. We went in the second lane and kept getting passed up by the cars in the first lane. The workers helped a total of 6 cars before even asking us if we've been helped. To which they didn't even help us! They just walked away and helped another car. I have no idea what we did to deserve that treatment but I have never been to a busches and been treated as such. The people working the drive through need adequate training (or a refresher) and to be more aware of their surroundings with what car arrived when so people are serviced in the correct order. We decided to go somewhere else.

Ordered the 10 piece family meal, 35.99, then asked if I could substitute 1 wing for a leg, was told by car hop and manager as well I would have to wait 25 minutes to get my order because it's considered a special order. He said they have to cook the entire 10 pieces and could not just do the one for one exchange. This is garbage, no wonder the terrible reviews. Bushs used to be the goto place for chicken, over priced and horrible policies. Will not be back.

Everytime my husband has eaten here, he's gotten food poisoning. EVERY. TIME. this last time was the final straw and we will no longer be eating here because why would we willingly get food poisoning. 1 time is a fluke, 2 times is too many and the 3rd was the last chance. I don't know if they need to store their food better or swap it out for fresher food more often but to just be handing out food poisoning is ridiculous and extremely bad for business. Not to mention their quality has done nothing but go down and their prices have done nothing but go up. I'm not paying almost $10 for a tender roll meal, especially if all it's going to do is make me sick as a dog the entire night

Just left the drive through and the customer service was bad. The girl with a hair bun and jeans was rude and had the worst attitude. She walked up to the car with her arms crossed and hand holding one side of her face like she was annoyed and didn’t want to be there. She didn’t great and never said thank you. Then the food was a mess. They barely gave fries and they were just thrown in there COLD. This establishment deserves NO stars.

Food is okay is what is to be expected from fast food restrooms and floors need cleaning signs and lights are out all over the building shows how much management and corporate care about this place but they want our cash tho for there over priced chicken
