Bub's BBQ & Burgers

Seriously, their breakfast burritos are the bomb! So big, hot and full of flavor! I ordered a burrito with eggs, potatoes, brisket, bacon, jalapeño and onions. It was a big as my forearm, kid you not! Oh And must I say the green sauce, I think it’s cilantro and jalapeño ranch! DROOLING! WORTH YOUR BUCK. And so good! Burgers and baked potatoes are good too! Definitely recommend this place!

Excellent food. Plenty of items on the menu. Prices are reasonable. One outside table for dining. Order at the window and your order is brought to your car. Good size portions. Not fast food, but definitely worth the wait.

Great bbq brisket sandwich. Tater tots were perfectly crispy. My wife loves the tater salad too. Will definitely be back when we visit this area.

I ordered a Mushroom Swiss Burger and it was perfect! French fries were hot and crispy as well. It was a pretty day, so we enjoyed eating outdoors. Will definitely stop by the next time we come through Moody.

I asked for a sample of chili and I am very picky about chili. It was unbelievably good. I was shot actually. I like their hamburgers and pickles. And on the weekend the barbecue is pretty freaking awesome. I would definitely advise anybody to try it. I never really think about it but the service is good. I don't think about it because I only tend to remember bad service and I've never had that issue at this place.

But I did find their schedule now and I actually made it and they were open. I placed my order prices average. The food is really good. I'm not a big turkey eater but man that turkey was good. The brisket was good. The sausage was good. Even all the sides were good. I will definitely be back here. This is my new barbecue spot. I highly recommend going and trying it for yourself.

Hands down the best small eatery burger you can find in McLennan or Bell County. If you have a big appetite (and it better be a BIG appetite) get the double double with bacon. It oughta be on some food challenge show!

I had the train wreck nachos which were great. I forgot to ask for no jalepenos. They put fresh jalepenos on it. Delicious! The brisket is good and the sausage, all of which had a great flavor. Good job!

The spicy chicken burger was ok, I've honestly never had a burger that had the patty cooked in "wing sauce". It was different. The steak fingers maybe could've been battered better or cooked longer? The breading was falling off. Fried pickles, fries, grill cheese and burger were perfect. Staff was very friendly and kind, food was affordable and good and didn't have to wait long to get our order. Under $25 for 4 complete meals!!! 😁

It's a roadside stop with great burgers!! Made to order and piping hot! Onion rings are also a great buy! Only down side is the dust kicked up by incoming outgoing vehicles.

I hate to write a bad review especially when we are trying to support a local small business but tonight’s experience was horrible. Called in an order of 3 burger combos and a train wreck at 6:50pm. Told 20 minutes would be ready. That’s no problem we only live 4 minutes away. 7:20 husband gets home and no fries. Returns to let them know and does not get the best customer service from the man at the counter. 7:55 he finally returns. Only one burger was correct. All of them were soggy. Very disappointed and we will not try them again. This is our second bad experience.
