This location consistently fails. Whether it is forgetting an entire meal, only filling the fries up halfway, or not paying attention to ANY change to an item ordered and making it the normal way. It seems to be isolated to this location. Generally have a good experience at other whataburger locations.

Genuinely the slowest “fast food” I’ve ever been to. It’s actually ridiculous.. my food was cold when it was handed to me, make that make sense. Very disappointed and won’t be returning to this location, it’s quicker to drive to a further one than it is to wait in this line.

Tricked me and my kids to come here. It obviously has a play place but it’s closed for some reason. Also they have a sign advertising free kids meal with a whatameal purchase. When I ordered my meal they charged me for a kids meal instead of taking it off. The excuse was “they aren’t supposed to be advertising it so you have to ask.” … even though there is a sign on the desk where you’re ordering.. advertising it… 😐

We gave this location another try, there will NOT be a third time. Again, we put the order in through the app. We were on our way home from an out-of-town trip. We got to the location and had to wait an extra 10 minutes or so past our initial pick-up time. The order was not correct. A vanilla shake is NOT a chocolate shake. The burgers were missing some condiments and again were NOT freshly made or even remotely hot. A fresh hot burger would melt the cheese. The so called "whatawings" do not remotely resemble the advertised ones. The person in line who happened to also be an employee had to have her order fixed. There is a huge problem if you can't even get an employee's order right. With what seemed like 20 people in the back you think they would be able to read and handle orders. Not sure why it seems so hard for employees to read & pay attention to the ticket to make sure it is 100% accurate. I still miss the Whataburger of the past where you knew you were getting hot and fresh food, good customer service and an order which would be 100% correct! With the amount of money people are spending getting it right the first time should be a goal.

Love THE atmosphere very friendly staff ready to help & serve. This Whataburger is super clean well kept but the food is horrible. Came in to buy 2 Honey Buttermilk Chicken Sandwiches because my son loves them for breakfast and I decided to buy me 2 Taquitos 1 was sausage the other bacon.. I mean they are $2.62 each and with one bite they are gone.I paid over $14 for 2 super small Taquitos...Not to mention the chicken biscuit where was the chicken tender? It look more like a chicken nugget😞. Very disappointing on the food part I took pictures to show that I am not exaggerating. I am not sure why the food was very small in portion and do know I arrived at 9:17a.m. Very disappointing on the food that is the reason I only gave them 2 🌟 other than that the place is well put together.

This is probably the 4th or 5th time they have messed up my order. I come and order a kids meal or whataburger jr, cheese and mayo only as reflected on my receipt and I get mustard. On top of that, my granddaughter ordered chicken strips and they were noticeably refried to the point they couldn't be eaten. So glad I spent $17 to eat soggy fries and have small drinks.

45 min for a Chicken melt and fries...unacceptable. Finally got the order and it was completely wrong. Smothered in some nasty sauce and no onions or bell peppers. What a complete joke. They took 45 min to make the wrong order. The hardest worker here doing what seemed to be everything was the young handicapped chap named Sergie? He was all over the place helping people and making sure things were flowing. Even while being polite. I’d hire that guy in a heartbeat. Can’t say a good thing about the rest.

I’ve been here multiple times and my order has been wrong every single time. I gave grace, but enough is enough. Something is always missing, and when I call to fix it, I get attitude. The manager needs to step up and actually manage, because this level of inconsistency is ridiculous.

This was by far the worst service I’ve ever had at Whataburger. Employees literally just stood there staring, with no effort to take orders, help customers, or even acknowledge people waiting. I asked multiple times about my order, and all I kept hearing was “it’s not ready,” without anyone checking the system or even confirming whether my order existed. There was zero communication, no sense of urgency, and no basic customer service. Orders were clearly not being managed, and customers were left completely in the dark. I understand restaurants get busy — but ignoring customers and failing to do the bare minimum is unacceptable. This location seriously needs management intervention, better training, and accountability.

I am embarrassed at how bad my first whataburger experience was. I went at 2am. Ordered through the app to avoid talking to anyone. Thinking it would be easier. I waited almost an hour 🤣 for TWO KIDS MEALS, haha and had to ask TWICE on an update on my order. I would understand if they were understaffed or busy inside and out. But there was literally nobody there. It would have been quicker for me to go butcher a cow myself n cook it. Probably would have been more fresh too. My burger was like a hockey puck. No coke. No ice. No Dr. pepper. There was like 4 other people waiting after I got there. It took them 45 minutes. 5+ employees to get me two KIDS MEALS. I still reached over the counter to get my cups Myself. Didn't even get straws. I appreciate the black girl who was working that night at least she was nice. The white girl was pretty rude. Called my order when it wasn't even ready. I dont expect nothing less from fast food next to the freeway but. Man. What-A-Disaster. 😅🤣🤣

Hair in food! Unacceptable and disgusting. Didn’t eat my food right away so when I came back to return it they said it’s been too long… it’s all good, i already figured you may go that route.. it was only 12 dollars, I careless about the money, and more concerned about the service, sanitation, and the fact you refused to fix the situation. I wish I could just not put any star. Does this look like a MALT? I ordered a malt. I got a malt that was basically soup. I immediately back to show the manager and get a new one. And this is the new one. It’s the same god damned thing. Also a side note, I threw the original one away because it’s not like I’m trying to to get free shit. Then as I’m waiting the for the malt, an irate employee kept yelling “ oh my god”. I will be emailing this to corporate.

Online order. Arrived at pick up time. Girl at desk did not check on status. Waited 15 minutes. Asked again and still did not check status. Asked another girl who found on bottom shelf of fries. Asked about freshness. Manager said he just made. I asked why in bottom shelf after I asked 15 minutes prior. Asked to speak with Manager who shook his head and refused to remake. Won't be back. Others have better service. Poor place Nicole.

I waited for an hour in the drive through line today for a flat dry new southern burger 😒 the picture showed lettuce my sandwich didn't have that the amount of sauce that was on the burger was so small I had to add ketchup to it. The fries are cold and when I finally made it to the speak to ask them why was the line moving so slow the lady taking the order got an attitude and said they are working as fast as they can. An apology should have been the first thing to come out of her mouth a guy took over the conversation he was so nice he said he was sorry for the wait time and took over the transaction I didn't get his name but Ethan at the window was nice as well. I just wish my burger tasted better 😩 it's definitely not worth the money I paid for and I don't feel like going back up there I just got off work 🥺
