The vibe is warm and inviting, with a cozy yet modern atmosphere. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the service. Emily, one of the employees, was absolutely outstanding. From the start, she greeted me with a genuine smile and was so knowledgeable about the flavors. She took the time to explain the different options, letting me try a couple of samples, and even recommended some combinations that I wouldn't have thought of myself. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and it made the whole experience feel personal and special. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the quality of the gelato and making sure customers have a great time. Josh was also very friendly and helpful! As for the gelato itself, it was absolutely divine. Creamy, rich, and bursting with flavor—everything I hoped for and more. If you're ever at Freddo, don't miss the pistachio and salted caramel! But honestly, everything I tried was perfection. I can't wait to return. Highly recommend it! 5 stars all the way!

The gelato itself is perfection. It's wonderfully rich, creamy, and bursting with authentic flavor—exactly what high-quality, artisanal gelato should taste like. I tried a few flavors (the Pistachio and the Salted Caramel were transcendent!), and each one tasted fresh and perfectly balanced.

Real gelato, great tastes, very friendly staff. Us and our kids really enjoyed it. Highly recommend, because it is a rear thing to find prime quality gelato in US. My god, their coffee is amazing! Oh yeah, and restroom is spotless 🤩

My friends and I tried out this place a couple of days ago. Their gelato is so creamy and delicious! They have a great selection of flavors, I had a hard time deciding. I ended up with Dulce de Leche with Oreo & Banana Split. Best decision! We had a large group, the staff was very friendly and patient with us. Definitely worth the visit !

I recently visited this cute gelato shop while visiting Vegas after having lunch at Zippys. Let me tell yall, this gelato is incredibly amazing. We tried the pistachio and the nocciola. Both flavors are rich which tells me that the ingredients are made of high quality. The owners are super friendly, and very knowledgeable about their flavors. Vegas is always hot. I would absolutely recommend a visit to this gelato shop if you are in town or around the area.

My husband and I wanted ice cream, so I decided to Google the highest-rated ice cream shop and found this one. It definitely has a well-deserved rating. We had a hard time deciding on a flavor because they were all delicious. In the end, I chose Nocciola and Extra Creamy Vanilla. My husband, on the other hand, chose Lemon, Strawberry, and Chocolate. In addition, the service and attention are excellent!!! My advice is: go and try it. You won't be disappointed and you'll want to come back for more.

They also offer Argentinian treats like alfajores, sundaes, and even affogato (espresso poured over gelato), which makes it a perfect spot for a little indulgence. If you’ve never tried Argentinian gelato, this is your chance. And if you’re from Argentina, you’ll feel right at home from the first spoonful.

Visited Freddo Gelato with my family during spring break 2025. We really enjoyed Argentinian gelato and tried a few flavors. All were delicious, but my favorite was the classic…. Nocciola. I also ordered a cappuccino which was served with a complimentary scoop of vanilla gelato and some water (I really appreciate the attention to details here). Costumer service was kind and attentive. Interior is clean and provides a great atmosphere. Having a 1969 original Vespa inside certainly created a nice vibe (now just need some Italian or Argentinian music to compliment). They also offer catering for special events. Highly recommend visiting this delicious spot!

I was craving some ice cream and came across this place as we were leaving my son’s hair cut appointment. I didn’t realize this was a traditional Argentinian gelato place!! They make their own cones in house and they have a beautiful array of flavors to choose from. Don’t worry you can definitely taste the different flavors If you’re indecisive like me. I ended up getting up the dulce de leche and my mother in law got the extra creamy strawberry. This is absolutely perfect for the hot summer days coming up!! Loved coming here!

My entire family is from Argentina and this place is authentic and incredible! The Dulce De Leche with semi-sweet chocolate was the best frozen dessert I’ve ever had. I’m bringing my entire family back here ASAP! Gelato fans you’ve found your new favorite spot!

We wanted to love this and saw all the good reviews but this is definitely not authentic Italian gelato. It might be Argentinian but if you are looking for Italian this is not the place. The staff was super friendly though and cute environment. But definitely have had better.

The ice cream is really yummy, great texture, and the staff is kind! They have some great flavor options. But Im disappointed in the sundae that I got. She informed me its 3 scoops (2 flavors) and 3 toppings. It ended up looking quite small and after looking at people's scoops on cups or cones they received way more ice cream. It wasnt super busy but I felt embarrassed (I shouldn't be but I was) to ask about the scoop sizing. A group before me for double scoops on cups and that looked filled. Im aware cost also comes from it having toppings, but I would say the Sundae is a waste of money. The menu had a picture and Im sure its not 100% accurate but what I received looked nothing like it. Next time ill stick to scoops, cost less and is more.
