Sometimes line is to the door. Popular among youth sports teams. I prefer the Canadian Bacon/pineapple because it is considerably less greasy than pepperoni. Good little variety of beers.

Can't go wrong with Pizza Factory. This location is also exceptionally good, by even- already high- Pizza Factory standards. Ask about the specials, you'll be glad you did.

Kids like how much pepperoni they put on the pizza. Their breadsticks are soft and buttery. The gameroom is a great distraction for the kids while we wait for food.

I hadn't had my pizza factory fix in months. Was so happy I picked up a to go order. They make a chicken bacon ranch pizza that is out of this world!

Absolutely love this location! Much bigger, cleaner then the menifee location. We got a large pizza one topping, salad , breadsticks and wings for 50 bucks!!!! Fed the whole family (4). The fact that it's a Niners Fan Club place as well was definitely a BONUS!! We will definitely be back.

Friendly, helpful staff prepares and serves excellent pizza. They offer a salad bar for those of us that like more than just pizza. This is a good place for a family. Their arcade can keep the kids busy while the adults visit.

This is the best place in the area to grab a pizza by far! Not only is it the best pizza around (the toppings cover the entire pie!) they also were happy to put the Yankees - Red Sox playoff game on their HUMONGOUS projector screen for me. I ordered a medium all meats plus mushrooms and a pitcher of beer to watch the game. When the pie came the friendly staff informed me that they forgot to add the mushrooms, so they would be bringing me another pizza for free!!! Great place. Arcade games for the kids, top quality pizza... I can't recommend this place enough. A+++

We got a pepperoni for the kids, they loved it and the wife and I had the pesto pizza. Very tasty and great quality. Not the cheapest place but delicious. We will definitely be back.

We really appreciate the curbside pick up. Ordered and paid online, arrived about 25 minutes later, called to let them know I was there, and within a few minutes an employee wearing a mask brought my order to me. My family is so thankful for this option as we have two immune compromised people in our household and are quite worried about Covid-19. It is wonderful to know we can get our family's favorite pizza safely. We appreciate the staff and have never had a bad experience before or after Covid. Food is always delicious.

Okay everyone... 1st time here, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. Small arcade for the little ones, beer for the adults, 2 big TVs on the wall for entertainment.. Food was great.! Pizza, Hot Wings, Bread Sticks and Salad for 5. I really enjoyed the the food, environment, staff and the atmosphere. DEFINITELY WANT TO GO BACK 5 stars across the board.!

I love the pizza hear. Even the crust is delicious. It's worth the wait. My kids always like to play on the arcades when we come here but this time I didn't have any change. The buffet there is a good deal if you go during the week.

Great environment, breadsticks are awesome, service is great, pizza is good but the cheese and sauce never covers enough of the crust. Salad bar has greatly improved since previous visits.

We have been coming to this Pizza Factory for 15 years. We have had many kiddos events here, so Sentimental feelings aside we enjoy all their food!!!

The location is great. It's close to the main highway, and in close proximity to Starter Bros and other stores and services. The food is a little overpriced, but tasted good. It's a nice local hot spot for enjoying sports on the big screen and post athletics/game celebrations. Has a kid zone with games, separate or private rooms for team parties or get togethers too. This was nice to be able to go inside sit down and eat! They turned the games on for the kids. That gave us a little time to talk before the food came out. The pizza, breadsticks, ceaser salad and chicken chunks looked good. I can't eat any of it so I can't say it was great🤔 This is why it is missing a star. When they 1st opened I had a really bad experience & never came back! They really earned the stars because it was convenient & effort with the kids(they were really excited)! Thank you

Rented the party room for a baby shower. When they cleaned the room it was not clean. There were plates and napkins on the floor that we had to go behind and pick up. Other than that, the food was good, they dont charge to use their party room and there is no minimum amount of food you have to purchase. If you're on a budget and looking for a safe, cheap, fun place to have your kids birthday party or team party this is the place!

This place have lunch buffet. About 10 pizzas to choose from, very nice salad bar and soup. Gotta admit, soup is not so good, but salad bar is, and I LOVE their pizza. Comes with a soda for only $7.99.

I ended up having the pizza and salad buffet. Great deal and food was really good. Only down side was some of the kids working there got a bit rowdy. I will definately be back though.

Pizza is good but, I always ask for well done in the special instruction section when ordering on the website and my pizza has never been well done. Don’t add a special instruction section if you are not going to honor requests.

February 7 was National Fettuccine Alfredo Day, and February 9 celebrates National Pizza Day 🍝🍕 Conveniently located for after jury duty takeout, I picked up 2 orders of Fettuccine Alfredo for dinner at the end of the day, knowing they would hold well for the ride home. Hubs and I filled up on half, and the leftovers were just as good the next day after warming in the oven. The Twisted BreadStix were OK. They got a little soggy and didn't come with the ranch although it was listed on our receipt. The Garlic Bread was good as expected and traveled well, but the website doesn't state that a half slice of garlic bread comes with an order of pasta. We ordered a full piece of for each of our pastas, but it would have been helpful to know we only needed to order one additional. After day 2 of jury duty I picked up 1 order of Fettuccine Alfredo and a Create your Own extra large pizza to split. The pizza started at $22.50 but with ranch sauce, garlic, cashews, artichoke and mushrooms, it was $34.50, but the artichoke was really sparse. There wasn't enough there to justify being a topping charge. All the good eating lasted a few days each time, but the best part of both visits were the chocolate chip and brownie cookies 🍪

Cashier and Cooks are very friendly. Everything appeared to be clean. I took my daughter here for lunch and with the cost of $15 a plate, how can you go wrong. The salad bar and drink is included with the buffet.

Great place to take the kids. Biggest glass of wine I've ever been served and it was good! Labels on the dressing at the salad bar would be helpful. Over all I would definitely come back.

Pizza was throughly cooked but however the kid working the front didn’t seem to want to deal with anyone and did not have a welcoming attitude and the 2nd batch of knots that came out were doughy on the inside

French valley one was not a good experience Over crowded 50% of the games didn't work food was overpriced 3 1 topping pizzas 4 drinks $75. Not a good deal.

We went to pizza factory with my family first time we ate there the gentleman that helped us was really welcoming and helpful but the second time we did there was a lady seemed like she was having a bad day and my kids noticed it because she seemed bothered for everything so we won't be going back eventhough the pizza was great.

Great service, but the pizza just isn't very good. They are luck they don't have much competition nearby. Think Chuck and Cheese pizza and you would be close.

Food is good, but they are pretty slow. Staff is pretty much just there to hang out, not really interested in working. Arcade is unusable, because you can't ever find anyone to help you get coins. Coin machine doesn't work.

Was really looking forward to some pizza but was less than impressed. Everything seemed like it was bought from the frozen food section and just heated up. Didn't know there were games but got excited to play a few. Token machine ate my money and the staff was able to help but then I learned that about a third of the games were "out of order" first two games I actually tried ended up eating my tokens, staff did give me more tokens so I just did the one game (Plinko) that I knew worked The Greek salad was fine, veggies were fresh.

Ordered last night online. Gave a 20 minute timeframe. Went into the store on time and had to wait an additional 15 minutes. 5 of those minutes my food sat there all boxed up until they decided to call my name. Why didn't you call it when it was first boxed up and ready? This isn't the first time it happened. The online ordering time frame is never accurate and the employees lack motivation. Two small pizzas and 6 wings was $50. Very pricey.

Pizza is really good, but workers are bad... They gave me one warning in the arcade, but then told my mom. 😐 And I was just behind a game trying to find some more coins because all the games there are actually rigged and will just eat your coins!😡

Super disappointed. No Bone in chicken wings for months now and I ordered pasta for the first time and it was disgusting. The red sauce has gone bad and the chicken Alfredo has 4 little pieces of chicken and literally has no flavor. Stick with the pizza

This is my first time here. There is a lot of people working in the kitchen with long hair to include males and no one is wearing a hair net. If I seen this prior to I would not ordered. I urge management to change this immediately.

Worst visit we had at any local restaurant. Understanding the restaurant was very busy but only half our order was sent to our table. Worst part was the waitress asked us if we received the rest of our meal and told us they would remake it. It never came and we had to ask for a refund. Will not be going back any time soon.

Expensive UNLESS you show up during buffet hours. I paid $25 for a large pizza and 10 minutes later the $8 buffet started that was NOT advertised on the menu. I called in for an order and the person on the phone talked to fast, had no customer service. He also had an attitude while on the phone. I called 4 times to place an order they would answer and hang up the phone call. I believe management should do a refresher on customer service and not have any attitude. If you don't like your job then you shouldn't be working there. I love pizza factory the pizza is amazing however customer service needs to be improved. Also they said it would take 2 hours for pizza when I have only waited before the most 45 min.

I have been eating here since the day they opened (many years) always loved the pizza but I haven't been in a awhile. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza extra cheese. I couldnt believe how much the cost has gone up $30 for what looked like a medium pizza and the pizza was definitely not good. The quality has gone down and the size too! It almost tasted like a frozen pizza you buy in the store For a Saturday evening there was no one in the but one other family. Maybe they need to lower prices and bring back the quality and people will want to eat here.

Please check your receipts they added an extra $15 tip to my total to the original tip amount I left. They could possible be doing this to others.

I used to go here all the time and last Time I was here it was a bad rude experience I got attitude for asking for my ranch that I had PAID for. I never write bad reviews but seriously every time I order from you guys something goes wrong. I wish I could give service negative stars. When they mess up they literally give you attitude like it’s my fault they messed up. They don’t show accountability. Everyone that works there literally never seems to care one bit. I’ve never seen customer service so bad time after time. My family has given this store so many chances and I’m just fed up.

First time here and last time here. Did an online order and I get here when it said it would be ready. The employee could not find my order. Turns out my order went through but the receipt did not print for them to make it so I had to wait an additional 20 mins. And this is why I hate that there is a tip option when you make an online order before you even know the service you'll receive. This was a prime example of not deserving a tip. Someone should monitor the online orders to stay on top of the online orders so a receipt not printing doesn't result in your order not being prepared. But like I said this was my first time here and first impression are important and this was not a good one.

Ordered 1 med pizza online. Was given a time-frame of approx. 20 min for it to be ready. Showed up at restaurant at the appropriate time figuring it would be ready soon if not right then. Was told at the front register that they were preparing a large order and that my 1 med pizza would take another 30 min. Basically they were putting all orders that came in behind this one large order instead of working on the big order and other orders concurrently... horrible business practice in my opinion, there was no pizza that night and I'll not be returning.

I will you never eat at Marco's pizza again there is no sauce on their pizza the thin crust felt like it was burnt. I've never had a thin crust pizza like that in my life I'm sorry the worst pizza I've ever had to share with anyone. The person be Behind the counter I felt he was not even enthused with his job he could care less about helping the customer.

I would highly recommend calling ahead to make sure there are no teams there before your visit. My family was there this afternoon and a team with yellow jerseys and the letter R we're the most out of control and disrespectful kids I have ever come across. They knocked over my 3 year old. They were throwing things around the game room and they were taking tickets from other kids that were not part of there group. My wife asked then to slow down and stop running and they began using foul language. When we talked to the staff they agreed that the kids were out of control but did nothing. They recommend we come when no teams were there. We had to leave because of the disruption and so did 2 other family's that we were talking to about it. The owner is very lucky no kids got hurt when they were thawing balls around the game room or they could have had a lawsuit on there hands. I would highly recommend banning this team from the pizza factory.

Worst Pizza Factory ever!! Every time I call in my order its never right. I end up having to wait which defeats the purpose of calling in your order. The few times that I've asked to have it delivered they never show up on time I'm having to drive over to pick it up because it's taking so long. I've just completely stop ordering from this place unless I'm desperate, tired and don't want to drive anywhere. Otherwise I drive the extra couple of miles & pickup pizza elsewhere. Not to mention they are overpriced!!

Pizza to go carryout. App resized my pizza from large to mini and the "boneless wings" were like 10 tiny boneless bits, $9 for something that could barely fill up a 5 year old. Hot sandwiches were barely warm. I haven't been here in 3 years because of the last time we tried them, things have not changed at all, still way below decent.

We just got our delivery order. Lasagna, garlic bread and a pizza. Lasagna was about a1/2" deep. It was smothered in sauce and cheese but only 1 layer of noodles! Garlic bread was totally dry. Pizza had good toppings but little to no cheese at all. Will be a VERY long time if ever, before we buy from them again...

Worst pizza factory ever . Called and ordered a light sausage light pepperoni pizza when it came there was no pepperoni. Called and the girl on the other end said that whoever took our order forgot to add pepperoni after I had to repeat it to her 2 times. Then the girl said to please hold while she got a manager after holding for 20 minutes my was disconnected and the line has been busy ever since. Would not recommend this place.

This place has really gone downhill. High prices greasy Pizza no Apple pay or Google pay. Dining room is dated. Will go to others at this point.

We are regulars here. However, tonight we walked in and ordered a pizza at 5:52 PM. At 6:45 PM we asked about pizza. They said maybe 30 to 40 minutes more. So, we requested a refund and left. I am not sure what was going on tonight, but it was not the place to get a pizza.

The food is fine, it just takes them several times to get your order right. Then, after 40 minutes of waiting, they make it seem as if it’s your fault for inconveniencing them with wanting what you paid for. Sadly, this happened more than once. Pizza Factory: good food, questionable management, ill-tempered children running the register.

Been here a handful of times with the family and just not happy and thought I should post. The food is mediocre but the service is bad. The staff isn't as friendly or helpful as they should be towards their customers. If the food was great I would say you could put up with a bad service. But when you have mediocre food and bad service it's a losing combination. Don't think I'm going to go back.

Stay far away, and eat anything in your house before you order. Chicago girl here, and this was actually embarrassing. I ordered a simple thin crust pepperoni. They failed miserably. Their medium? Was a small being a thin crust it should be bigger, yet they found a way to get greedy and use less and give you less. I was also born in Sicily, and we don't believe in SKIMPY... May I add that without asking, it was well done... more like burnt. Live and learn, should have read the reviews like I normally do. $31 for a pizza I could have eaten by myself for 2? It was like an appetizer. Will NEVER order from here again. No bag with parmesan and red peppers...or knapkins....we would say in Sicilian ....miseriusa....

This place has completely changed over the years and has went downhill. Dined in so we could have hot food. The food was mediocre and prices have gone up. Staff is not friendly and unapproachable. This business also like's to steal your money. My toddler played the arcade games. The room was dirty and half the machines didn’t work. There was a few that were still on (unlike the good amount that were off and unplugged) but ate our money without able to play the game. When brought to the team members attention they didn’t seem to care. I asked for my money back for the games and was told they do not give money back. I was told not to return after I explained that was stealing. I also asked to speak to a manager and the guy stood behind the pizza counter unwilling to help. I have spoken to the owner Tony numerous times and there is no change. You lost our business.

We have been here a few times and this place has gone downhill quick. The food was absolutely horrible yesterday, a lot of the games weren’t working, and hardly any prizes and thr prizes they did have required so many tickets (more than what the prizes were worth) the inside is also getting run down. Need to invest into their business and retrain their cooks. Also, I think they raised their prices ALOT we ordered pizza wings and mozzarella sticks totaled almost $70 could go to a better restaurant if I’m gonna pay that much. Won’t be going back.

Never never never never never never again I read the reviews that said they messed up orders and I still gave this place a shot they told me my food was not ready so I waited and waited 15 minutes later I asked about my food and it was sitting on top of the oven getting cold,also, the cookie was burnt to a crisp I counted 10 teenagers working there and nobody else to be seen it's no surprise that everything was screwed up they are young they can't be expected to do things properly on their own this is why you have an adult manager it's a shame because the place is pretty cool for family outings. Showed up at 12:30 and ordered the buffet for my family and went to sit down at one of the tables in the front main room and Was told we could sit there since a party was going to arrive at 1:00. Saving the entire front room 30 minutes before a party arrives just turned away a lot of business during that time. Myself and other families that I saw decided With no place to sit everyone went somewhere else. I asked for our money back.
