We visited this restaurant for the first time for dinner. The place has a lively vibe and a grand atmosphere. Although the vegetarian options are quite limited, the food tastes excellent and the service is very good.

We are visiting from NC and I wanted to take my husband somewhere to start his 60th birthday celebration. My aunts and I decided on this place and we were NOT disappointed. The atmosphere and staff were so pleasant and welcoming! Our server, Danielle, was AMAZING. I was able to tell her that we were celebrating my husband's birthday and she was in! She was able to articulate the menu and help us decide on what to order. Our drinks were superb and so was the food. Everything was hot and fresh! We're moving back to TX (Dallas area), but will definitely visit each time we visit our family in the area. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience. Oan the bathroom layout and community wash basins are top tier!

Went there to celebrate a birthday in the family. I got the stuffed trout, my fiancé got the BBq burger and we shared the loaded steak nachos for an appetizer. Our server was very attentive and nice, this would be a good place for brunch, family dinner, or date nights! Full bar, indoor, outdoor and patio seating. They have the games playing as well with daily desserts! We will definitely be coming back.

2020 Market Scratch Kitchen nails it. The atmosphere is lively, the service is super friendly, and the food is incredible. ​Brussel Sprouts: A must-order starter. So good! ​Steak Enchiladas: A clever and delicious take on a classic. The steak was perfectly tender. ​Grilled Chicken Club: You can't go wrong. A perfectly made classic. ​This is one of the best meals we've had in town. We will definitely be back!

If you find yourself in the Georgetown area, this restaurant is a must-visit destination. I highly recommend it. The service was outstanding. Although it was our first time there and we were told to book reservations in advance, they managed to seat us right away. The food was exceptional. The atmosphere was amazing.

If you LOVE locally grown and good food this place is for you. The atmosphere as soon as you enter makes you feel like you’re waking into “Cheers” where everyone knows your name. You’re greeted with a smile and the service is great. Matthew, our server kept a smile and a delightful demeanor. This is a must go place for a family even with little picky eaters, there’s something for them.

Absolutely delightful dinner on the patio. Food and service were phenomenal! We ordered the market spuds with queso, shrimp ravioli, Cobb salad, and frozen Margaritas, everything was delicious 🤤 Shrimp ravioli is a must try, my daughter ordered it as an entrée. Definitely ordering again the next time we return.

Gosh where do I begin but to say this place is happening! Greeting amazing, nice booths with dividers to soften the noise, music at perfect level, amazing wait staff ( Brad you did great ) and well the food was outstanding. Cocktails done to perfection and desserts ( well we ended up taking an extra one with us for the road ). Truly exceptional in all aspects ( working in foodservice for over 35 years ) this is what separates the average from the amazing. Thank you Connie and team - we will be back! M&M

Pleaseant surprise here, this place was great. The food here is carefully put together and cooked to order. There is no hurry to give you something pre made, this is all to order and they take their time preparing their delicious meals. We tried the veggie sandwich called the Vegged out Hippie and the fried meatloaf plate. The fried meatloaf is almost like a riddle for your brain however, it is delicious and the combination of the mash potatoes and veggies made this dish perfection. We had some brews and they were also very nice and complimented the food gracefully. Our server Ashley was so wonderful and with great suggestions for the evening she took great care of us. Overall a great experience.

Thursday late lunch. We had reservations for 6 and didn’t have to wait to be seated. This was our first time here and we were very well taken care of! I ordered the seafood enchiladas and my granddaughter ordered the steak enchiladas so we split each others entrees having half of each. Both were delicious!!!! I honestly don’t know which one I will have next time I come in. My GD liked the steak enchiladas just a tiny bit more. Our waiter was very attentive during our visit and we had a great time, I highly recommend 2020 Market Scratch Kitchen!

It’s been a while since we’ve been here, and came after the Georgetown lighting festival. We had a large group of almost 10 and two toddlers. It was the perfect setting for a large group! Spacious, clean and ample room for the toddlers to run around. The service was amazing! Our waiter was attentive and friendly. Most restaurants add a 20% automatic gratitude tip, but it was nice that this restaurant was the exception! Our food was quickly prepared, and overall pretty tasty.

Went to this spot last night following a concert. Originally family was seated at a VERY undesirable table (a few feet from serving/preparation area), but were moved following a request. Food was very good, well prepared and presented. Large variety and server said food is almost all locally sourced. Our server Christa(?) was fabulous. Very knowledgeable, great attitude and very efficient. I live in Chicago, home to MANY outstanding restaurants! I am not easily impressed but this is a great casual spot.

We came here for the first time recently after Googling happy hours in Georgetown. 2020 Market was at the top of the list, and we were excited to give it a try. The atmosphere is vibrant, with big windows, lots of light, high ceilings, and very clever use of windmill fans as ceiling fans. Seating includes booths, tables, and stools at the bar — a nice mix — and we were happy with the selection of beers on tap and wine. We ordered the happy hour priced brisket nachos and guacamole and enjoyed our drinks while we waited for the food. The nachos and guacamole, however, were a letdown, prioritizing presentation over eating. Both come with 5 or 6 long strips of tortilla chip, instead of a basket of traditional ones, which makes both dishes look like big flowers. Yes, it’s an inventive presentation. But when it comes to eating, it’s weird. If sharing, you have to budget your 2 1/2 chips. There were bigger issues for the brisket nachos. I am crazy about the brisket nachos at Ivar’s in San Marcos, where every single bite of the meat on a crisp tortilla chip is smoky and delicious, so I was expecting something similar. Instead, while there was meat scattered across, it didn’t have the smoky flavor I craved. That was the main reason we ordered them, so this was a disappointment. Even more of a problem is the flower-like design, with the chips radiating out from the center. They pour runny queso and runny sour cream over the whole thing, especially in the center of the spokes, before putting some guacamole on top. This results in soggy chips and an overall mess that has to be eaten with a fork. The manager came by when we had nearly given up, asking if we needed more chips. There’s no doubt that would have helped from the beginning, when we could have treated the whole thing as a dip. But by this point, we were just done with it. The service was fine, though I wish our server had told us we could have more chips when she brought our food. Other things on the menu look good, but I’d be careful not to order something where presentation might trump substance/flavor/texture.

Great service and menu. I had the Citrus Salmon Salad and an original margarita. The salmon was moist and the flavors of the salad refreshing after a long day of travel.

Stopped in for a quick dinner while in Georgetown. I ordered the Big Poppy burger with fries and requested it lettuce-wrapped with the bun on the side. Unfortunately, it came only lettuce-wrapped with no bun. More importantly, the burger itself lacked flavor and was disappointing (2/10). The fries, however, were tasty (8/10). Overall, not the best experience when it comes to the food.

Stopped here for brunch…not too busy. Ordered Backyard Garden Omelette, Classic Steak and Eggs, and Kids cheeseburger. Originally wanted pancakes but they don’t serve that. The egg omelette was extremely thin and broke apart upon cutting into it…..maybe made with and egg and a half….stuffed with way too many vegetables to compensate apparently. Asked for steak to be cooked medium-well and was brought out under cooked . We took it home to cook again because we ran short of time and didn’t work out. Kids burger was good.
