It was our first time at ihop in quite some time and hadn’t remembered it being a nice atmosphere but we’re craving pancakes!! Jackie R was our waitress and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish!!
Beautiful exterior and interior without the typical blue roof that blended into the surrounding landscape. The interior footprint seemed smaller than most of the other stores I've visited but the wait staff was larger than I'm use to seeing and they were extremely efficient. Hats off to management for putting quality ahead of quantity.
Great place 10/10 would recommend Gigi was by far the best server there definitely would recommend.
Yos is the worst ever host she Is disturbing and disrespectful and mind you she has no customer service care or concerns for for the customers well being, and it doesn't matter the age race or religion TO "YOS" IF THATS HER REAL NAME SHE SHOULD NOT BE A HOST AT IHOP
This Ihop in Corrperas Cove is better than the one in Killeen. The atmosphere is welcoming, it was like coming home to grandma kitchen. Service was excellent, they warmed up food upon request and there was no judgement on anyone's faces, unlike the one in Killeen. Maybe Killeen IHOP can be trained again by Cove.

After starting the morning in Killeen to go to an IHOP and a second one in Harker Hieghts, both with poor service, me and my wife went this location since we were going to her work place afterwards. It was a very nice visit at your restaurant, Madeline R. Was our waitress and she was point on, energetic, good spirits, and a breath of fresh air after the start to our day. Will visit again!!! Even if restaurant was cold due to A/C.
The service and food was great. We got sat down, ordered and was eating all within 15 minutes. I recommend their chicken quesadillas.
Keily, my waitress, was awesome—she was super quick, brought out my food fast, and had great recommendations. If you go, you’ve gotta try the waffles!

We had a group of 10 + 2 babies this morning 07/29/25 & had a fantastic experience! We were seated quickly in the back room that accommodates larger groups- something that is lacking in most restaurants these days! We do love an IHOP breakfast! We had an omelette made to order, French toast, and a breakfast sampler, and we were not disappointed. On a side note, our server did hit the 20% tip button before handing us the device. We would have given her that anyway but found that a little off.
Abdul was our waiter and did an amazing job inspite of short staff due to weather.

My waitress, Keily, was fantastic! She was very speedy and delivered my food promptly. If you visit, you definitely need to try the blueberry pancakes! Keily offered excellent suggestions, including the pancakes. They are nice, fluffy, and full of flavor.
What can I say this is the best ihop I've been to for when it comes to getting some good breakfast, also couldn't have had a more awesome server, America showed great patience encewhen I didn't know what to order for the past 40 minutes and saved my 209 month old baby from a kitty pool, 5 stars would definitely come again

I keep coming back to this particular ihop! It is first and foremost, delicious as is every ihop, but this one also has amazing staff and management and very nice facilities. Always clean, never have to wonder if there’s a hidden grimy layer under the polished cleanliness. Joel and his staff are amazing! The servers that I’ve had so far have all been amazing, kudos to Abdel, Vanessa and Remiah! I will keep driving out of the way to make sure I get amazing service and delicious food! I only wish they were open later! The number of times I drive by at night and get sad because they are closed is a bit ridiculous. I’d probably eat here five times a week and be as big as a house if they were open later! I love them!!

Went with the family and they had great options for the kids. Our server I believe her name was America was very attentive and made us feel comfortable even our son who isn’t the friendliest was happy by the end. Would come again.

I had a great experience at IHOP! The food was fresh, tasty, and served quickly. What really stood out was the service. Abdul is the fastest and most attentive server I’ve ever had at any IHOP. He kept checking in to make sure I had everything I needed and that I was doing okay the entire time. Highly recommend this location!
They weren't busy but even so there was 1 gentleman running the floor, he took our order by memory with everything coming out perfectly. He checked on us 3-4 times during our meal & was speedy in all his work. Would definitely visit this location again.
Service was fantastic! Our waitress Jackie was very polite and was always making sure my wife and I were enjoying the service. She even let us stay to wait out the heavy rain and was always quick to refill our coffee. I highly recommend the big breakfast burrito and the coffee. This place should be called the international house of breakfast instead of pancakes because every breakfast item on the menu is just that good.
Let me tell yall our waiter Abdul is amazing! Please forgive me if I didn’t spell his name correctly but this young man needs a raise seriously. His service was phenomenal and our food was absolutely delightful. I try not to hipe up service but please, if anyone goes and gets him, tip him and IHOP needs to give him a raise or employe of the month. He did not disappoint.. The food was prepared quickly, and everything tasted quite good. The kitchen staff walked through the dining area having loud conversations, but were quickly corrected by the serving staff, and all the servers were very polite and attentive. The blueberry ricotta fluffy French toast was delicious and our server Dee was very polite and helpful.
We went on a Saturday morning. There was only a short 10 min wait to be seated. They were short staffed on waitresses, but the waitress we had was really good considering how busy she was. She wasn't all smiley, but she did check on us and got us everything we needed, and we were happy with that. All the food that came out was hot, fresh, and cooked well. Used to go here before Covid and it got worse over the months so we stopped going for maybe 3-4 years Tried again today figuring it must be under new management, and it is! Angel is the new manager and talked with her for a while and found out they had remodeled and business has begun increasing again!! Our waitress was Angela and quite pleasant, efficient, and prompt. The server was also doubling as the cook when we went. Totally not her fault, I blame this solely on the management. It was the day after Christmas and they were out of a lot of things, again a management issue. Will most likely never go back as they are in dire need of workers to properly run the restaurant. The only good thing I can say is the server was extremely nice and did her absolute best with the situation she was placed in.
We were seated quickly, and our waiter took our order within 5 minutes. We then waited 25 minutes for an appetizer (cheese sticks). Dinner took 30 minutes for dinner for 4 people to arrive. My wife's ended up with bacon instead of sausage, and one of my son's sides was missing. Our waiter (Micah) was very attentive and fixed the mistakes. He also refilled our cups of water as needed. There were about 6 tables busy at the time. Did not notice any smell like others had posted about and it appeared very clean. Cheese sticks are great here.

This would be my second time going to this specific ihop, and there are so many things that are just wrong. Once you first enter the restaurant there id no hostess at the front, which means tons of people just sit down and wait til somebody comes to the front to seat them. Twice I’ve come here and both times there was nobody at the front. Today, i came here with my family and nobody was there once again. The manager came to the front to give some man his to go order, made eye contact with all of us and walked away. He gave absolutely no explanation or reasoning or just any type of apology like “Hey guys im sorry we are short staffed and we are packed right now.” This place has poor management and i feel bad for the people who work here .
Management problem. Went to eat at 2:30pm. They were short handed, sign on door stated closing at 4pm. Food was terrible. Onion rings like rocks, out of cream gravy, out of sweet tea. Hamburger with wrong sauce and over cooked. Biscuit fell apart. Omelet was so so. Gabby our server was the only good thing about our visit. No return for us.
My, son 7, wife and myself stopped here on our way back to Houston, upon entering (wasn't very busy at all maybe like 5 customers) we waited nearly 15 minutes to be seated (wasn't until I went on the floor and asked a server if we seat ourselves or do they seat us, where she rudely replied I will seat you) once seated it took our server another 10 minutes to ask us our drink order another ten to bring them where she brought the wrong drinks and had to go back and replace them. Then another 15 minutes goes by she comes and gets our order after this it took nearly 30 minutes to get our food and nearly 45 min to get our check. The food was good. The service was horrible and will probably never return to this location
BEWARE! Went in at dinner time, ordered breakfast food. It was pretty good. Service was terrible. Server would barely look at or speak to us. We had to keep asking for things that she had forgotten and it was hard to find her. It was not busy at all, maybe two other tables. She just disappeared and then when it was time to pay, she presented the tablet to my father with the tip already put in and told him to sign. I knew right away what she was doing, I asked her for a receipt. She had helped herself to a 12.00 tip after never checking on us and having an attitude. I'm a good tipper and lenient but this was ridiculous. Then she proceeded to say she didn't do it. I told her the tablet didn't do it itself, and we certainly didn't put it in there. If she did that to us she's doing it to others, beware and pay attention. And shame on her for taking advantage of elderly people.
This IHOP was really eerie from the outside, there was a massive parking lot but about 5 cars. Once we got inside there was 2 people inside, someone walked out of the kitchen and said “I’ll be with you in a few minutes.”and walked off. I asked the woman when she came back why it was so empty and she said that it was late (we came about 5:30 P.M) so they didn’t have much customers. She took us to our table, and we ordered our drink and meal I got the Cupcake Pancake because it looked good on the website. Wait was about 10 minutes, I had to go to the bathroom at this point. The men’s bathroom was disgusting. Food was pretty good but not good enough to come back for.
Dirty restrooms and dirty booths in between the seat and the walls. No paper on the bathroom door with a record of the required cleanings. Barely any paper towels coming out of the dispenser. 3 toilet stalls in women’s bathroom all dirty and looked like 2 toilets wouldn’t flush. I picked the best of the 3 stalls and then it wouldn’t flush acting as if it was clogged up. Staff just sitting around the entrance.

Very disappointed! We waited 23 minutes to get seated and no one greeted us. We never got seated! Several waitress passed right by us and ignored us. We had to leave as one of the customers leaving said the service was terrible and that he waited a long time to get seated and now is waiting a long time just to pay. Another family of 7 came out and said they were waiting a long time and the food is not what ihop used to be.
Waited for several minutes for a person to come from the dining area to seat people. No show, my daughter walked the dining area to speak to a server about everyone waiting upfront, the server proceeded to tell her, there was no open tables which was a flat out lie, there was at least 15 tables open. People in the front had been waiting for 30-45 minutes and to be seated. This is not acceptable, IHop has always have had better service over their competitors. Whoever the manager is, should be in hot water for not helping.
This place never has a host/hostess. I recommend you seat yourself upon entering! It takes about 30 minutes to be seated when over half of the restaurant is empty and another hour to get your food. I've even tried calling the restaurant while in the waiting area and still didn't get an answer. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY UNTIL OWNERSHIP IS CHANGED.
Run away....worst place ever. 2nd time this has happened. If and that's a big if you can get seated you're lucky. Then it's good luck getting service. 3 couples stood waiting to be seated for over 10 minutes while the place was empty and no one even addressed us. . When we confronted a waitress she said they'd get to us when they could and that's when we left and went to the Monument Cafe where we had great food and service.
Will never go to this place again. Walked in, I was 3rd in line waiting to get seated. The host seated the 2 in front of me then walked in the kitchen. (I timed this) I stood waiting for 20 minutes while a long line of customers stacked up behind me. Finally a server walked over to tell us that it was going to be 35 minutes to be seated. During that time of waiting I watched 3 different groups leave their tables as they were finished. In my opinion this has been worst customer service I have seen.
Update*** i gave this place another chance today and its even worse than it was before. Eggs were raw, bacon was raw, sent it back and the cook deep fried the bacon which made it inedible twice. Cooks are lazy and incompetent and no manager in sight. Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced so we left before we could order food. Yall really need to fire this entire crew and start fresh. Especially the entitled host with 2 different colors in her hair and the old angry waitress.
Well today was a disaster! We went to celebrate my babe's birthday 🎊.....there was no wait when we arrived and was seated promptly....once seated, the server took a while to come to our table. A family came to the table across from us shortly after. They were greeted right away. In fact, they ordered, ate, paid and was leaving before our food even arrived. The coffee refills were slow. The coffee was warm and my order was wrong. I ordered gluten friendly pancakes and turkey bacon....at this point, I no longer trusted what was presented to me. Maybe they mixed up our orders 🤷🏽♀️. After 40 minutes, we refused the food and left 😔. As we were leaving, the lobby was super full! I'm hoping service gets better throughout the day. Sorry babe! No cupcake pancakes this birthday 🎂. Disappointed!

Hopefully it's not a mold problem. Beware this restaurant has failed health inspections recently. This location is always understaffed & there are long waits even when the restaurant is empty. A manager named Sherri has to cook the food & does a very poor job at it. I ordered cheesecake pancakes & she didn't put any cheesecake bits in my order. I tried speaking to her about it but she became defensive immediately & was very rude towards me. She said that she made them the way that they are supposed to be made. I have consumed the cheesecake pancakes several times over the years & never had an issue with the quality. The manager had an attitude & was very ignorant. She lacks basic customer service skills. Sherri even got confrontational when I said that I will reach out to the GM & corporate. A set of plain pancakes were brought out first. The server brought them back to Sherri to fix. Her response was to put whipped cream & frozen strawberries on the regular pancakes. Then she has the nerve to get an attitude over her mistake. There are a lot of issues that need to be addressed here. This location could be the worst operated IHOP in the state of Texas.
If I could do ZERO stars I would!!! When we arrived they weren’t crazy busy but they were steady so we had to wait 5-10 minutes not a problem! We get called to be seated and don’t get addressed for about 5 minutes or so until Jillian/Jullian (whatever her name was) says we’ll be with you shortly.. she then comes and asks our drink order.. not much of a personality but hey they’re busy so what can you expect in a customer service job!?! Gets our drinks, asks about our order. I always start with the food allergies my children have, NOT BY THEIR CHOICE OBVIOUSLY! Which are dairy and eggs, so serve they require EPI PENS! We get hash browns, sausage and bacon for our kids with allergies. We ask that they clean a part of the grill if it’s associated with their dairy and eggs. She proceeds to tell me, “ Oh we are too busy for that..” They already have stuff going and they won’t clean it to accommodate that!” I was shocked and disappointed we have such disgusting, disrespectful, low quality and unprofessional people in this world! I get being busy and it being an inconvenience, imagine how my child feels, you sorry excuse for a human. They have to go through limitations due to their allergies as it is and you just said sorry seats taken and dismissed them! You are in CUSTOMER SERVICE, you chose this job and this jobs comes with inconveniences!! I would have been fine waiting and allowing you the time to accommodate our special and time consuming needs! She was very unprofessional and I asked to speak to the manager! My children got their cups and I told my husband to take them and I would handle the bill for THEIR DRINKS and speak my mind of the situation! I am speaking to the manager (Douglas) who was respectful and didn’t want to risk my kids food getting contaminated because they were busy and basically couldn’t ensure the grill being cleaned. I am about to say I want to pay for their drinks when said unprofessional waitress comes back and talks loudly and points to my kid saying, “ She is taking a drink, they didn’t pay for!” The manager says the drinks are free, I said ain’t no way, I’m paying cause I WANT nothing from this facility! Do BETTER IHOP! Will never return and I hope she loses her job for this because I’m sorry not sorry, you disrespected kids with allergies and your in the FOOD industry! Proof of my receipt for the 4 kid drinks! $12 for my kids to be mistreated, pathetic!!!!!
The server had an attitude the entire time and there was a big waterbug crawling around our table and when we tried to let her know if we can be reseated elsewhere she wouldn't come to our table. We went to her and said we no longer wanted to dine there for that reason she raised her voice stating "you already ordered" and "it was alot of food" then said "i'll just cancel it" and stormed off to the kitchen. Not the first time dealing with her like this.
First and foremost, the place is hidden, and the awning is green, so I couldn't find it. We walked in and waited about 15 minutes to order drinks. The waitress took like another 15 minutes to bring the wrong drinks, i ordered the new buttered apple caramel, hot chocolate with drizzle caramel on top, she bought us a regular hot chocolate and said, it's the new hot chocolate, i just didn't put the caramel on top. I was like... that's the point of the new hot chocolate. As she walked away, i heard her saying, "I'm not dealing with this." We waited another 12 minutes for our drinks, and at that point I got up and spike with the name to please change my table, I want another waitress, so i waited for another waitress for 10 minutes. At this point, I been here 45 minutes and NO FOOD OR WAITRESS. I walked out and went to another IHOP WHERE I WAS TREATED LIKE A REAL CUSTOMER! THEN YOU TO THE IHOP ON ROUND ROCK. Lupe was my waitress in the round rock location, and she took our order and drinks in less than 5 minutes. Our food came in 10 minutes. That is awesome. Thank you Lupe
We stood up front for 10 minutes. Nobody in front of us, very few cystomers in the booths. And one waitress is working at a cash register a short distance away. She never looked up—no peripheral vision?—nobody came to seat us. I finally had to ask if we could be seated. No smile. No greeting. We ordered our coffee and water and 10 minutes later still had nothing. Despite the fact that there were very few customers in the restaurant. Extremely poor service. Lots of restaurants to choose from. This one will not be on our list for a return visit.
Tried to go a few months ago, no one ever came to the front to seat us so we went somewhere else. Tried again today and after waiting a few minutes a woman came to front and promptly said “we’re not taking any more tables we close at 2” and walked right back into the kitchen. I understand being short staffed, but this place closes and opens whenever they feel like it. At least have decent customer service if you’re going change your hours often. Not sure how this place is even still in business honestly.
This place used to be the breakfast place! There was a waitress named Cheryl that would warm our syrup and would bring out extra things without us asking! She was a jewel! I’m assuming she no longer works there……It’s been probably 2 years since we’ve visited. Sooooo, disappointed! We waited out front for 17 minutes before someone even greeted us. There were at least 15 people waiting to be seated. After being seated the waitress was nice. When she brought our coffee out though, it was cold and the coffee in the pot they put on your table was cold as well! How does that happen except it wasn’t on a heated element in the back?? When our food arrived everything was cold! Bacon, sausage, pancakes, and eggs. Butter was right out of the freezer so it just sat on top of the pancakes like it was still in the freezer! Place was dirty. Floors, tables and especially the bathrooms were disgusting! I can’t imagine what the kitchen may have looked like! Our bill for 2 coffees, 2-2x2’s, and 1 kids meal was $40! I could’ve had a better breakfast somewhere else for less. There were very few people there which should be an indication that people are catching on to their lack of service and quality of food! This place is circling the drain and it won’t be long before they get sucked into the drain unless they change! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
This place is absolutely horrible. We were sat and the heater in the restaurant was so hot it was suffocating. It took 15 min just for us to be able to order drinks, our server walked by our table at least 5 times without even acknowledging us, and another server had to serve us because the other one sucked so bad. Took like 35 min for us to get our food, and an additional 15 mins waiting for our check where we had to actually flag someone down to bring it to us. Management needs to get it together at this location. I won't be back.
Yesterday, December 30th, I went to lunch with my family and it took them about 40 minutes to get us seated and it took about 20 minutes to get served. The waitress was Hispanic, she took the drink and food orders at the same time, supposedly to save time, it took her 20 minutes to bring us the drinks and another 30 minutes to bring us our food and the food was in terrible condition because what my brother-in-law and his wife ordered was the spicy poblano omelet which was burnt and the avocado was black and the waitress just said, "I'll bring you a side of avocado" which she also charged us for and I ordered the spinach & mushroom omelet which was very cold. I would not recommend this restaurant here in Georgetown, Texas, which gave me a bad experience because they treated us with some racism for being Hispanic.
Took my online order charged my card for order and app says order will be ready for pickup. When I get here. Its closed. Why taking orders through app. I will never use app or order here.
Very bad to go service at this location. I ordered ham melt sandwiches which should come with fries but they didnt give us fries for either. I also ordered an order of onion rings and literally only got 4 of them. ( I split them with my husband sin he didnt ver fries and my two are in the picture) I also ordered cream filled crepes. There was about a tablespoon of cream in each. I can't be how much I paid for this, my bill also has a couple extra dollars on it that didnt add up for what I ordered. I was charged extra for avocado but neither sandwich had any. Be careful when you order here. The waitress also took our payment in the kitchen and when she came out with the food asked if we needed change. A %25 tip for bagging our food when the restaurant already charges a bagging fee.
The waitress can 10 mins after we sat down took our drink orders. When she brought them back which she missed one, we order our food. I got a spicy poblano omelet which per the menu did not have sausage or ham in it! I do not like either but apparently got both in my omelet. After the waitress dropped off the food we never saw her again. My son accidentally elbowed his sister coffee, spilling it, we asked 3 different wait staff to help because ours was no where to be found and the look and it a made faces and walked away. We used all the napkins at our table but had to sit in coffee mess. First and only time here I will never go back. I know IHOP doesn’t have the greatest track record, but I would rather drive further To get good service and Better food. Feel like that was 60$ wasted.
I arrived at 8:21 it says they close at 10. I opened the door lights on everything they just came to tell me we are closed. Hey but it says 10pm yes we know but we are closed. What is going on with customer service. Then a woman came out of the kitchen saying it can be to go and I said ok I want a breakfast sampler ohh ok so I have one that nobody picked I can give you that one I was like are you for real, she said I will Just cook the eggs because you want them different. Lord. It’s insane for real that people managing this places behave like this.
Ordered steak and eggs breakfast. Was all good until I noticed the mold on the unmelted cheese. After that lost my appetite immediately. If a restaurant has moldy cheese, what else wrong in the kitchen??? Definitely reaching out to the health department.
you will be waiting to be seated for 30 minutes even though they’re not busy and when someone finally decides to do their job, they’re extremely rude about it. this happens at this location every single time i come. if only i could give 0 stars :(
Walked in to find a couple standing at an empty host counter. We waited patiently for a few minutes. 3 more guests arrived shortly after. Then the couple got frustrated, saying they'd been standing there for 15 minutes, and left. After 10 minutes, i did the same. Nobody came to speak to us. Not a "hello, just one second" or "sorry we're understaffed, it'll be a bit of a wait" or anything. Just 7 people standing at the entrance in silence while employees are walking around ignoring us. It's one thing if you're busy or understaffed or whatever. But to not even communicate with your guests for 25 minutes as if they're not there? Very poor service. Can't even rate the food or atmosphere as we didn't get an opportunity to experience it.
We waited 30 minutes to be greeted at our table and that only happened when I flagged someone down. Food took forever to come out and was cold. My friend got the incorrect item (after she showed the waitress the picture of what she wanted), and when she brought it up, the server argued with her about it being wrong. Took the plate back to the kitchen, returned the with the same plate as before, but now with a icing over the crepes and a random lemon wedge. My steak was meant and not cooked to requested temp, friend who also got steak said the same. Had to flag someone down for drink refills, then server forgot to bring it and we had to ask again. We were the given attitude when we asked for separate checks. 10 minutes more go by and server comes back and asks us all our individual orders again. 20ish more minutes and she finally returns with 4 checks. We asked for the manager and he was completely unapologetic and said, "thanks for the feedback". I dont complain much, but this was probably the worst customer service I've encountered at a restaurant. Don't eat here.
Disappointing Experience Due to Hygiene Issues I recently visited IHop Georgetown and was disappointed to find a hair in my food. While the service/ambiance was just ok, this incident raised concerns about the establishment’s hygiene practices. I understand that mistakes happen, but such issues can be off-putting for customers. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and implements stricter quality checks to prevent such incidents in the future.
July fourth with the the grand kids! What a bummer, not one single food item was hot except the pancake they forgot to bring out until we were done. No refill on drinks, did I mention there were less than twenty customers? Forty dollars for four for breakfast. Two children! Oreo waffle was ten dollars would not melt butter Hash browns were not hot go figure how hard that is to screw up! One egg one strip of cold bacon, small wedge of ham, cold, one pencil size link-cold hash brown patty lightly grilled cold inside, pancake, meal same as the one waffle ten dollars, Came out to our car guy was blowing the lot clean . He blew debris all over my wife’s brand new spanking, clean car.. Ceiling tiles were moldy showing evidence of a old leak, windows filthy, floor needed a mop! Yes critical, I worked hard for my money and it’s frustrating to go out for a meal and get way less than I can make at home.
