Every time I go into Jimmy Johns I have a great experience. They always live up to their slogan because they are truly freaky fast. Everyone there is so kind and ready to deliver great customer service.

I've been to this location three times so far. It hasn't seem to disappoint yet! It's one of my top 3 choices for sandwiches. The staff is always friendly. Plus it's doesn't take the staff long to make the sandwich.

I recently called this location because I was CRAVING a sandwich of theirs but needed the meat heated up (I’m pregnant). The staff was so helpful & kind. One of my favorite Jimmy John’s locations!

Extremely clean inside, generous portions on the meat in the sandwich, kind and fast service. Great experience.

They need to expand their deliveries. I'm about 3.5 miles away and they don't deliver. ***UPDATE*** But besides the delivery… here I am giving y’all a 5 star because when I do come in to order you guys are amazing! Great customer service and we appreciate you all. Thanks!

It's always nice to have your regular "go to" places where you know exactly what to get bc you've eaten there so many times you've memorized the menu. Jimmy John's was not in our rotation but now it is. The Spicy East Coast sandwich is a great way to get acquainted. Or a Hunters Club. It will take several more visits to sample all the other possibilities, but it's really nice to have the "unsandwich" option available, with the lettuce wrap in lieu of bread, for those on a keto diet. Also, can't beat the prices for a regular size sandwich.

I’m pretty sure half my salary goes to this Jimmy John’s location. As much as I order, today it seems I made a mistake when ordering online. On top of always treating our office well, the manager didn’t flinch and kindly made me a new sandwich at no charge. Definitely didn’t have to take a loss in my account, but she did. Great people.

I've never been disappointed with a JJ sandwich. I ordered from the parking lot via their app and then went inside. They greeted me when I entered and then confirmed they were working on my order. They brought it to my table when ready. All in all, a pleasant experience and the food was good. There's no atmosphere to speak of, but I'm fine with that since I always order for takeout. I highly recommend all Jimmy John's, but especially the Georgetown and Round Rock stores.

By the time I was done placing my order and had paid my sandwiches were done and handed to me! Super fast service and really friendly staff!

Good sandwiches, fast service and friendly people. This is a good place to go if you need a quick bite. Roughly $15.00 for a sandwich with chips and a drink. I would recommend this place if you need a quick bite to eat.

Jimmy John’s… I’m addicted! They are the BEST! We love this location, and it’s one of our favorite to-go to eateries in Georgetown. We always receive top-notch customer service, the best sandwiches one can ask for, and our orders are spot on every time. I don’t know how many places I’ve visited that do not get an order correct, but Jimmy John’s Georgetown never disappoints. The employees always greet us with a smile and know the true meaning of customer service. They are awesome! If you want exceptional customer service, are craving a delicious sandwich, or in a pinch for time, Jimmy John’s is the place to go!

Wait staff need to keep an eye on the customers. Instead of the customer hollering or flagging her down as she walks by. I know your busy but customers are just sitting there with nothing better to do. So we notice... I like Riverside and will be back.

Staff is usually messing about, but they usually stop when they see someone walking in. I don’t mind that honestly. They are young and should be allowed to have fun at work. However if your cashier does not understand exactly what you want on your sandwich, he or she will without a doubt make their best guess and then it’s kind of anyones guess what you actually bite in to when you get home. Last time my sandwich was missing half of its meat and I could not tell you why. Regardless my wife loves this location and we come back relatively frequently and just ensure we properly communicate. Solid store overall.

Unlike other locations this one no longer sells or gives their unsold wheat bread at or near closing time. Wish I could reserve and buy an entire loaf. 2/22/26 Still won't sell their unsold wheat bread at end of day, employee doesn't know why just that they don't. Another location said that with advance notice they'd sell me an entire loaf.

Jimmy John's is the industry leader when it comes to dine in cleanliness. It's unfortunate that this location despises the 2A. I can understand a 30.07 but a 30.06, really? I hope this is an individual franchise and not the chain.

Food is okay and staff is friendly however I did get a little turned off by the 30.6 and 30.7 signs on the door. Don’t understand why a law abiding citizen who went through hours of a course and passed a written and proficiency test can’t protect themselves in this store.

I love Jimmy John's and now can't support them. Just realized while trying to walk in with my toddler they don't allow concealed carry. Sitting at Jason's deli now with my little boy. 5 stars for great sandwiches, 1 star for not supporting law abiding customers

Well the first time my wife and I went into Jimmy Johns to eat they lost our order ticket and forgot about giving our food to us. We chalked it up as being freshly open in Georgetown. So today we try to order food to be delivered to our home and was told that Jimmy Johns does not deliver to our street. Which I thought to be rather odd seeing that 3 day prior they delivered to my neighbor. Not happy with the lack of service and will not be eating at this location or any other. From the owner: “Jimmy John’s is known for subs so fast you’ll freak. Stop by our location, call for delivery or order online and we’ll have your sandwich to you - freaky fast!” Really!!!!

All I wanted was to get a delivery, I end up getting a guy on the other line who sounds like he's not even paying half attention to me. I give him my address and then get put on hold for a few minutes just to be told they only have a 2 mile radius and that it's corporate policy... Worthless to me. Worthless to more than half of Georgetown. It's a little ridiculous that I can't even give this place a try via delivery.

Oh my! 1 hour later the whole house regretted our visit. Someone may need to check those temperatures and sanitary standards. Also, i can also say this was our second time to stop by a Jimmy johns.... i think we prefer subway.

I ordered a lettuce wrap with tuna. They fixed me a sandwich. I told them I wanted the wrap, not a sandwich. They slowly remade it into a wrap. It was quite messy so I asked for a fork or a spoon. They said they didn't have forks or spoon. My grandson ordered a chicken & provolone cheese. It came with very little of either of these but had tons of lettuce! He asked for a knife to cut it in two. Of course, they didn't have knives. We won't ever go back.

Had lunch here, the staff wasn't very good and the restaurant was fairly dirty. There's also 30.06 and 30.07 signs on the door. Food wise the quality was mediocre and definitely inferior to Jersey Mike's. The bread wasn't very good and tasted poor / fake, again inferior to Jersey Mike's. The meats were fine, just nothing to write home about. Chips were pretty good. Pricing wise they are slightly more expensive than the competitor. Decor was nice enough for what it is. Overall we went here to compare to JM's and left disappointed, won't be back if there's a JM's in the area.

My son is allergic to eggs and now we have to monitor him closely for the next 24 hours because she was too irritated to do the job correctly. I had to restate my order 3 times and it seemed that the blonde male employee may have been under the influence of something. He also got my friend's order wrong. My friend is on the spectrum and they took advantage of him. He tried to tell them that he asked for a giant sub but they said sorry man you can either get out or order another one. I used to like this location but that was uncalled for.

Terrible service, when I walked in all the employees were sitting at a table together and talking and on their phones, the person that rang me up didn't even have an employee shirt on and was just wearing normal clothes. When I was eating the employees were all laughing and talking extremely loud and cursing including the "F" word. Bad location, unclean store, crumbs all over the tables, unproffesional, hope they go out of buisness, will not go back here ever.

Young lady behind the counter was very rude. I placed an online order, but somehow the app removed a duplicate sandwich that i wanted. That order was paid for online. I then had to reorder and pay for the "missed" sandwich, and she was so rude about it. Doubt I'll be back.

The past few visits I've made here while on route for FedEx have been some of the oddest lunch breaks I can think of as of late. First time I had gone in they botched the order and made it without a few options id added.. 2nd time in a bit coming here and I swear I gave them a 11 country club giant... no lettuce, no tomatoes, add onion, bacon, sauce, and oregano... I end up with 12... to which they sloppily remade into a 11, and served it back to me after I was nice enough to let them retry.... I love jimmy johns but this one here will most likely botch the order and leave you guessing what you got... please keep an eye on the staff and tell them listen better.

I work at the HEB directly across the street and was craving a sandwich. Called to make the delivery order for my lunch break, and the lady on the phone said they couldn't deliver it to the store. I asked if I could meet an employee at the entrance between our two buildings and she said 'no' and hung up. So...directly across the street, literally, 50 feet away is too far, but they deliver into Wolf Ranch across the highway, through 2-4 lights... I'll walk to the Subway down the street if I want a sandwich. Thanks for showing me what great service you've got Jimmy Johns.

*PREGNANT WOMEN BE AWARE** I visited this location requesting a sandwich with the meat heated due to pregnancy-related food safety precautions. The employee at the counter was dismissive and inconsistent in her explanations , initially stating they were “too busy,” then later claiming they simply “cannot” heat sandwiches. When I asked whether any accommodations are made for pregnant customers or basic food safety concerns, she responded abruptly and with noticeable rudeness. The manager on duty was significantly more professional and calmly explained that heating sandwiches is prohibited under corporate policy. I appreciate the manager’s respectful approach; however, the interaction with the initial employee reflected a concerning lack of customer service training and professionalism. More importantly, Jimmy John’s corporate policies appear rigid and outdated. Offering a basic option to heat deli meat , particularly given widely known pregnancy food safety guidelines , would be a simple and reasonable accommodation. Many competitors already provide this flexibility. As it stands, Jimmy John’s does not meaningfully accommodate pregnant customers or those with legitimate food safety needs, which is disappointing for a national brand.
