Despite it being free red cup day and being slammed with orders, the crew kept their cool and made sure all orders were completed. I love this store and the great customer service they consistently give.
If you haven’t had Starbucks you must be living under a rock, if not check this one out! I moved out this way in August and this is my go to Starbucks! They treat you so kind and really can make a mean americano! The atmosphere here is like no other Starbucks I can buckle down and get any essay done! Come see them!

Probably my favorite Starbucks to go to. The employees are so nice and friendly! I usually get oatmilk in my drinks bc I'm lactose intolerant. If they happen to be out of it, folks are super fast to come up with some other tasty ideas.

You know what Starbucks is. There's no need to review the coffee and food. I will say that this location has easy access from two major roads and it is easy to hop on the highway after picking up your order. This is a busy location, but indoor country service is very quick and the drive thru, though sometimes very busy, usually cranks right thru at a good pace.
Always a great experience... Sometimes they kinda spill the drink and have it sitting on the counter a little messy so be careful putting your drink in your car! Don't want to get caramel sauce all over. See y'all in a few days, hope we can see some improvement in these areas!
Walked in 5 minutes before close. I tried a new to me beverage. Asked questions . They were very patient and not the least bit bothered by the fact that I walked in just as they were closing. I had the mango dragon fruit with no ice and coconut milk. It’s DEFINITELY caffeinated! :-) Tasty too. :-)
I shop there for the green matcha tea 🍵 lattes. I'm quite fond of them.
I went in today and my barista was the best! Her name was Julia and she made the best drink I’ve ever had. Will definitely be coming back because of this experience:))
The drive-thru setup is weird, but they are very fast and friendly. Location wise, the expressway is right there.

We are hoping, though, that you’ll increase your labor budgets on weekends to curb the construction chaos—so we don’t have to go all the way to Byron Center on Saturdays and Sundays. Great crew, not their fault, but please consider doubling up to improve operations until the construction dust settles. That line needs to move MUCH faster to keep your customers (including the furry ones) safe right now. ♥️ ☕️
Love this newer addition to the Jenison area! It’s located just off Baldwin and Main. Great interior decor with a light and airy feel. Plenty of outdoor seating with a modern vibe. Super friendly staff who are helpful and welcoming.
5 stars as usual 😂. Starbucks is amazing, and I just tried one of their breakfast foods for the first time. I love the brand, and the drinks are delicious. The food was actually hot and also delicious. Please come here if you want a treat, lunch/breakfast, or coffee to get you through the day. Fyi, a grande drink is usually about 5 dollars or more, but it's worth it lol.

My visits to this Starbucks can be hit or miss. I stopped in to grab an iced coffee on my way through town. I do not remember the name of the girl working the window but she was very kind! The line was long when I pulled up but the staff were moving it along quickly I had my coffee in hand within 5 minutes of pulling into the line. Overall a great experience!

So this was my 1st time at this location. I was working away from the office and needed to send some emails. The staff was efficient and nice. It was easy to find. The drink needed a little more balance (but I'm very picky) which usually comes down to bring properly mixed which is hard. It was overall a good experience. Good job!

They were making loads of drinks from online orders and there were about 10 drinks set out from online orders that they made before they made mine even though I was the only one in the store. Ordered 5 drinks plus food for puck-up. They had NO cup holders and when I asked if I could get a bag, I was told, "ya, you can get one up at the counter" offering NO assistance. NO Hot beverage sleeves nor stoppers were put into beverages. Needless to say, the coffees spilled in my car and when I called to talk with a manager about my awful experience, she brushed it all aside and told me, "sorry, we're out if drink carriers and sleeves for beverages are upon request as are stoppers. You can file a complaint with Headquarters if you are dissatisfied"!!! The store wasn't really busy, but the staff paid no attention to assisting with any solutions to trying to carry 5 very large (3 hot) drinks and 4 food items, oh nearly forgot, I had to ask for a bag for the food items too! All in all, this store really dropped the ball plus i got the "pleasure" of cleaning the spilled coffee out of my car on Mother's Day!!!
I ordered a small mocha to go. The lid popped off 3 times. The last time in my car where it splashed all over me and my passenger seat. I didn't even get a drink.
EDIT: I am editing my review to reflect the fact that they have decided that people don't want or need coffee before 10am, so I will literally never be visiting this location again. If I can't get my coffee in the MORNING before work like most people do, I have no reason to go here ever again. The drive thru is very speedy, especially compared to many other nearby places. They do a great job moving the line along while being friendly and accurate.
Employees seem nice, good and drinks are good but the manager at this location is truly horrible. She’s mean to her employees and unfair towards them. I love coming here for the convenience of my home but the manager is nightmare. Feel bad for the workers.

When I can see that drinks that were ordered after mine were coming through by the dozens you know it's a problem. I made a mobile order so that way I didn't have to necessarily wait and it looks like it would have been better if I just went through the drive-thru. For such a simple drink you would think that they would try to prioritize something like that especially if it's been ordered way before any of the others. I don't understand how tickets are pulled and placed in a priority but maybe that should be looked at again? You can't tell me that you're running behind when I can see the time stamps and other drinks being at least 15 minutes after mine.

They have zero care for customer service. Always takes forever. If you’re ordering on the app you’d better order at least an hour ahead of time. Early morning on a Saturday, nobody there, ordered a black coffee and an iced coffee 15 mins before getting there…still waited at the store for another 15 mins! 30 mins for a black coffee and iced coffee? Not worth it.
I have been here 3 times. The first time I waited over 10 minutes for my drink order...in store. The second time...same thing. The third time on November 13, I waited 20 minutes for my order. I finally went to the counter and asked for a refund. They said sure. I asked why they had not made my drinks yet and I was told that they are trained to fill mobile orders first. Yet there I was, in the store, waiting patiently while they made drinks for people who were not there and ordered after I did. Crazy business plan. Will not be returning.
On Friday 22nd, around 4:30pm, me and my son bought latte, when I tried to pay with my Starbucks app, the girl that worked at the drive thru window says that it needs more light on my screen, I adjust the brightness, and she couldn’t scan it because maybe it’s due to the sun glare. When I try to change the method of payment using my other card, she just took/snatched my phone from my hand without asking permission, and I didn’t even say yes. I don’t know what she did to the phone, she just started scrolling it, then scanned my phone (Starbucks app) That’s just unprofessional, I couldn’t even say a word, because she took my phone so fast (I was inside the car). I know she just trying to help, but the staff needed to ask first if the customer was ok with it/giving permission or not. And please…do not grab somebody’s personal belongings like that again. I hope this doesn’t happen to other customers because it doesn’t sit well with us.
the guy who i talked to sounded like he didn’t know what he was talking about and told me i couldn’t use my birthday drink because it’s not the day of (it’s been 3 days). googled it and it’s good for 30 days.
for the amount of money i spend on a coffee at starbucks it should never taste as bad as mine did this morning, along with the service. i usually don’t go to the Baldwin and main location but i went a different way to work. not only did they take ages, it’s like the poured gas into my cup. obviously they r not reading the labels very closely at all. i got a caramel macchiato with cold foam and white mocha instead of vanilla. definitely didn’t have any white mocha in it and put all the caramel on top of the lid so none of it went into the drink. less than satisfied to say the least. will not be coming back to this location.
The guy in the drive thru handed my husband four drinks similar to our order but under a different name. When he realized it wasn’t our order he let him know. The guy yelled at my husband and said why did you take it then? Like huh you handed the drinks to us?
slowest drive thru ever. always. I can't tell you how many times I've gotten out of line and just gone to Biggby. doesn't matter the time of day - 6am, 11am, 3pm.. always slow. EDIT: still slow. even after months of the same traffic. expect to add 20-30 minutes to your trip if you stop here!
I constantly have problems with this location and their mobile ordering. The mobile ordering will not allow me to use rewards most of the time and automatically chooses grande even when I click another size. When confused about this size difference, the two baristas working the window literally laughed in my face. I am beyond disappointed 8/10 I come to this location. They never have butter, this morning the lobby was closed and they do not let you know when they are out of things.
Imagine coming to this location and when you walk in you’re not greeted walk to the counter it’s literally 5 workers that walk pass don’t greet you don’t speak to you not nothing but luckily a worker finally came to assist me but I found it strange soon as I’m walking out a caucasian woman walks in it’s good morning welcome happy Tuesday
I was in the Starbucks drive thru asking the barista (was wearing a red sweater and blond hair” if I could do two separate transactions and she rolled her eyes and slammed the barcode scanner on the counter and said “i guess”. SO RUDE! Like do your job!

I patronize this location every single day. I order the same espresso drink every single day. It's always great. Today they made it without espresso--a simple, honest mistake. I politely asked them to remake it and they forgot the espresso again... I ended up paying for a third random drink because the employees would not admit they made it wrong twice in a row. They looked at me as if I haven't consumed this drink thirty thousand times in my lifetime and don't know when there's zero espresso in it. I also overheard one of the employees call a customer annoying. Touching! There are a handful of employees I love who are always so nice so this isn't a reflection of the entire staff, but there are a few employees who are just straight rude.

The staff is unwelcoming, often acting like they don’t want to be there—and they make it clear that customers aren’t particularly welcome, either. I used to come here regularly, but after numerous poor interactions, I’ve decided to take my business to another Starbucks. Talking to other former customers, it’s clear I’m not alone; many have left due to the rude and dismissive treatment. It feels like dealing with high school “mean girls,” and that’s the last thing anyone needs with their coffee. Management, I hope you can address this and guide your staff toward creating a friendlier, more professional atmosphere. Starbucks should be a place where everyone feels welcome, not judged.
Went here to get a hot drink after the trick or treating was all over. Not a single smile from anyone at this location. Was the only one in the drive-thru and had to wait to be greeted. When we got our drinks there was no cardboard sleeve, so the cups were too hot to hold and no whipped cream on the hot chocolate. Super disappointing- I’ve never had this bad of service from a Starbucks before.
