A lovely little place with a great hostess in a great location. The restaurant is not currently open, but Rachel gave us a number of very good to excellent restaurant recommendations, most within walking distance. A couple literally in the same block. Also within walking distance of the historic downtown Georgetown, which is interesting and quaint in its own right. Clean, comfortable beds, good showers, and a comfortable living / TV area with a fridge and microwave. Highly recommended.
I have had the pleasure of using Rachel and Sweet Lemon Inn on two occasions and both times, it was absolute perfection! The first event was a business open house and her full service catering was the best we've used and perfect! Everyone raved about it. The second was a private event which was a High Tea themed baby shower and it also was beyond perfect! I've been to many many showers and tea rooms and so forth, and there is nothing like the event that Rachel created for us. Everyone loved it and I highly recommend her and her team for any type of event such as Bridal Showers, Tea Parties, client events, open houses, baby showers, or anything, really. Rachel is a doll to work with, both professional and warm and her attention to detail is remarkable. Wonderful experience!
Sweet Lemon Inn has a limited menu that is well thought out offering an enjoyable lunch for most everyone. The chicken salad on a croissant served with tomato basil soup is a favorite of mine, however the chimichurri steak panini can't be beat in my humble opinion. My wife says she loves the turkey brie panini as well as the portobello and goat cheese panini sandwich. When it comes to dessert we both agree that the coconut cream and lemon bars are yummy, so she gets one and I get the other, and of course we share.
Sweet Lemon Kitchen in Georgetown, Texas is a charming local favorite. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, the food is exceptionally flavorful, and the staff offers gracious, attentive service. Recommended by Grape Creek Vineyards, and it truly lived up to the praise.
here's what you need to know before coming to this location their shared parking around the area but depending on if it's the weekend this is 80% of the battle is just getting parking around this area cuz they don't really have like dedicated parking for this location per se want to get past that though this place is a gym and a hidden little spot of just amazing things as follows they have separate restrooms for men and women in pristine condition cannot say enough good things about this with hand soap that is definitely higher caliber everything in the restroom was higher caliber even from the design spotless plenty of indoor dining area with Wi-Fi and outlets so yes this is the place to come and just knock out stuff on your laptop they got coffees galore including a variation of flavors that definitely caught my attention such as a lemon latte special but for me since they're 6:00 alarm is doing was just making a quick pit stop to the restroom and then pick up a drink somebody told me to try it must try to lemonade so I got their lavender lemonade 32 oz for about $5 Best investment ever best lemonade I've had all year long and that's saying something cuz I'm usually loyal to p Terry's for my lemonades this place had this very special something in there lavender lemonade not too much lavender not too much lemon not too much sweetness just a perfect balance of all of them that made me go to heaven :) also they have an upstairs room for even more sitting and even more special options to do profit private events like they even were promoting a New Year's Eve private event that you can book their customer service was phenomenal I got my lemonade literally I don't even think in a minute for my order in addition to that customer service was very friendly we're staying on top of back-to-back orders inside outside and after looking after many I could see why cuz there are dinner menu has some very unique items worth paying attention to such as a very special French slow-cooked beef dish and a Mediterranean salmon dish that I know is unique and hard to find in all of Georgetown and in addition you want a definitely take advantage of the outdoor dining which is just its own special environment but it's on artistic blair as I've included pictures of this is definitely a jam I don't know how I've missed this all these years until a friend told me about it and it was like The Matrix my eyes open up and I'm going How did I miss this place all this time thankfully I was in the area and finally made a pit stop to drop by and check them out and definitely worthwhile very special little spot here :) depending on how you can navigate the stairs on either side entrance they have a side entrance I guess you could say a front entrance depends on the handicap accessibility I wouldn't say this place is handicapped accessible but it definitely have vegetarian options including a portobello mushroom sandwich that was definitely keep in my eye on cuz I just love Portobello mushroom not because I'm vegetarian I'm more carnivore right now but I know my there are some friends with dietary restrictions that could benefit from this place as well :)
Very good food. Decent pricing! I got the turkey club and it was really good shredded turkey. Some of the best I've ever had. The hummus is 8/10. My friend got a salad and it was pretty large. Will say, we had our dog with us which was fine with the outdoor seating but almost every server and host came to say hi to the dog and it was honestly kind of uncomfortable 😅 we just wanted to eat in peace but understand we have a pretty husky. Otherwise was an enjoyable visit.
We enjoyed lunch today. Chipotle chicken sandwich and grilled cheese were ample and mouth watering. The Arnies (tea and lemonade) were so refreshing and the prices were fair with value for money and taste. Our server, Summer, was pleasant and friendly. We didn't wait long at all for our food, around ten minutes. Here's a picture of the perfect Chipotle chicken sandwich. We'll definitely come back.
Soooo stinkin' cute! The sweetest house that's been turned into restaurant. Closed Mondays. Open for breakfast-dinner Wednesday-Saturday. Baked fresh daily chocolate and Nutella croissant...Served warm. Just as good as it sounds. We had unsweet peach iced tea that was fantastic. We may or may not have snagged the brand name and already have it en route to our house. The frittata Lorraine was fluffy and divine. Served with their signature house salad that comes with homemade candied pecans. Don't sleep on the salad! My daughter ordered the Chipotle chicken sandwich and loved it. It was served with chips. Great spot for lunch or brunch. We'll be back to try dinner, too.
Super lunch! Lovely outdoor dining. A very brief wait for a table. The chicken salad plate is delicious and I took home enough extra for another meal. Perhaps the best Arnold Palmer I’ve ever had. Will be back!
Food was absolutely delicious. Steak was tender and moist and perfectly seasoned. Coconut cream pie was so good, just moderate sweet, which is perfect for me. Pumpkin patch latte was better than I expected. It didn't have much cinnamon taste. Ask for their seasonal drinks. I loved the view of the street from sitting outside. Recommend this place!
I booked a private tea party for a baby shower of 12 people. Sweet Lemon was very easy to work with. I was able to choose from a variety of different sandwiches and desserts. The service was wonderful and the room they provided was lovely. The food was delicious. I would definitely recommend Sweet Lemon to someone looking for a unique special event.

I have been in search for good cinnamon rolls for the longest and I finally struck gold! This was my second time stopping by Sweet Lemon Kitchen, the first time I went they were sold out of the cinnamon rolls for the day. On my second attempt I decided to come earlier and thankfully the cinnamon rolls were fresh and hot. The cinnamon roll was so good it had me questioning if I’d ever tasted a cinnamon roll so good. It took 3-4 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, but outside of that the visit was pleasant and worth the drive. The price was reasonable and I look forward to coming back to try more items on the menu. The location was easy to find, parking was also readily available. The decor was warm and inviting and felt very welcoming. This location gives small town vibe and I loved it.
Sweet Lemon Kitchen is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff is so friendly, and the food is always fresh and delicious. But the real star? Their coconut cream pie — hands down the BEST I’ve ever had! Perfectly flaky crust, creamy coconut filling, and the right amount of sweetness. It’s worth the trip every single time!
Perfection in an adorable town! Wonderful iced lattes to start off (we loved their signature lemon lavender and the maple one) and a delicious lunch (croissant sandwich was my favorite and got a croissant to go for later 😋). The blueberry cheesecake for dessert was SO good and a highlight of our whole trip to Texas. We enjoyed sitting outside and even though it was a 90-degree summer day, with the shade trees and mister they have going, we weren’t sweaty or hot at all. Super staff and fast service. Perfect all around and we’ll be back on our next visit!
Great little restaurant near the Georgetown square, the cinnamon roll was delicious. I also recommend the portobello and goat cheese panini. Serving size is generous and I think the pricing is fair. Food tastes fresh! The lavender lemonade was super refreshing and atmosphere is so cozy. Can’t wait to come back and try out their dinner menu!
This place is beyond cute. No wonder it is rated so highly. It's got an old time feel with a pretty incredible menu to match. On top of that, there was a live jazz band and plenty of shade if you want to sit outside. There are plenty of servers and what appears to be a second story and a separate take out counter. I would highly recommend this place if you are walking/shopping in downtown Georgetown, Texas Now the food, although it appears they have breakfast and some pretty amazing looking cinnamon rolls, I went at the start of lunch and with that I ordered the A+BLT with fresh fruit. One of the bes BLT's that ive had. The cost with a drink was just under $20.00 before tip but the food was well worth the cost. I will be going back!

We really wanted to enjoy our first dining experience with Sweet Lemon Kitchen. I had heard so many great things online and was really looking forward to eating here. I tried to make a reservation for lunch on a Saturday a week in advance and noticed that they only take reservations after 3 pm each day. I thought this was a little odd but hoped for the best. We arrived at 11:30 and were told it would be an hour and a half wait. We walked around a bit and were called back within 15 minutes, which was a nice surprise. The host hadn't asked if we wanted indoor or outdoor seating. We would have preferred indoor but were sat outdoor. The first thing we were told by our waitress was that they were completely out of cinnamon rolls. Bummer since that's the thing they are known for and what I was looking forward to! I do understand running out, but if it's your most popular item, you should definitely plan for more and then can do more business! 3 people at our table ordered French toast, and it wasn't until after the third person ordered that she also informed us they were out of that. They were also out of most scones. That's a lot of things to be out of by lunchtime on the weekend. I guess it was really busy, we never once had our waters refilled the entire time we were there, so most of us sat without any the whole meal. She didn't come back for long stretches of time and we actually had to go find her to pay since we sat there and were ready to go for 15 minutes after finishing. I think being a little more attentive would really go a long way. Half of our to-go order was missing but the party was ready to leave at this point. This is a really cute place and I hope they can work on making more food portions correct so we all can enjoy what the menu offers!
