SECOND VISIT: Uh.... idk what happened. First visit everything was 5 star second visit 3 star.. really scared to come back a 3rd time. Food and service was eh. Just shy of bad! Service was straight up BAD! Food was 🤨 FIRST VISIT; I can't begin to tell you how awesome this place is! Literally everything was in point!! So between all of us we tried the catfish plate, the sweet and spicy chicken sandwich with onion rings, Cajun craw fish, and some plain craw fish and some peach cobbler! Dayum! Everything cooked to perfection. Chicken was so good and as i continued to eat it it got spicier and just good. Omg! The onion rings were heavenly! So so good! The catfish good the queso and salsa so good and the crawfish were so reasonable in price definitely made a huge impression. The service was outstanding and just a great environment! Our new go to spot! Come see for yourself!!!

I had such a great experience at Willie’s Grill and Icehouse in Georgetown! The food came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor, but what really stood out was the service. Bobbie went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our table. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcomed the entire time. It’s rare to find someone who brings such genuine energy to their job, and Bobbie truly made our visit special. Thanks to her, we’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

Hey this place is really a great place. Atmosphere, food, and drinks. Do definitely come during happy hour. I had 4 drinks with a Willie Burger and seasoned fries. The server walked by and checked on me every 3 minutes. The drink quality is good. Not girly drinks. Oh and less than $30. Wow. Highly recommend Enjoy. I sure did. ;)

Very impressed! My wife and I stopped here for the first time after trucking around Austin all day. Great burgers and awesome Chicken wings. The Onion rings rock the breading is the bomb you should check out this place if your hungry. Last but not least is the service that I thought was outstanding! This was my first time at Willie's Grill & Icehouse and I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad, and it was delicious. The chicken was flavorful and tender. The salad was fresh and well balanced. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcomed. The overall vibe was relaxed and comfortable. Great first impression! I will definitely be coming back.

We went here on a Friday evening for the first time. The line to order was a short wait. We mentioned it was our first time visiting and I asked the order taker a few questions about their different tacos. He told me his opinion and why he liked one vs the other. I decided to go with his suggestion and ordered the Chipolte Shrimp tacos, blackened with their street corn and coleslaw. My husband got a burger and gumbo. He said his burger was good but the gumbo didn’t have much flavor. My tacos were full of flavor with the chipotle sauce, not too spicy considering the shrimp were blackened- which is what I was hoping for. I’m not much of a spicy food person! Their street corn was also extremely good, a little spicy for me but I couldn’t stop eating it! The coleslaw was different in a good way. It wasn’t big and chunky, not too vinegary or too much mayonnaise. The place is decorated nicely and the staff very friendly and informative. Our server was very attentive, checking on us several times during our meal. We had a great experience and will be waiting patiently for the new location to open in Leander - it’s “proposed” as of this review.

First time dining here and didn’t know what to expect. You order at the counter and seat yourself. Once we found a seat we were almost immediately greeted by a server who let us know he would be taking care of our order. Food came out quickly and our server checked in a couple times to make sure we were satisfied. It is a scratch kitchen and our food was delicious. Would recommend looking at menu online prior to arriving if you want more time to review the menu. They have a good size menu with lots of options and we felt a bit overwhelmed trying to decide while standing at the counter.Casual atmosphere. We sat inside but they also have a nice patio area for outdoor seating.

Ordered the sampler as an appetizer the onion rings were phenomenal. The pickles were good but would have been better if they were a thicker cut. And it was literally enough to feed a small army. My wife had the snow crab. I had the Texas fried chicken club. It was all delicious. She said the crab was a bit salty though. Needless to say we will be back.

I had the fried catfish sandwich its very lightly seasoned but still good this thing has great texture! the bread is soft and chewy the cornmeal crust gives a nice crunch yum! portion was good u probably won't have any leftovers but ull get good n full, I also had the Mac & cheese brisket balls they wer under seasoned as well but the dip kinda makes up for it an the size is a nice mouth full size 😏, hardly any brisket tho so sad 😔

Be sure, when you order, that they have all the sides. I ordered boiled shrimp that's suppose to come with corn and potatoes. I got one TINY piece of corn, no potatoes. When I asked about getting another side in place of the potatoes (that they were out of), I was told that it would be an extra charge. They would not give an extra side in place of the potatoes. Terrible customer service. The food is usually good and so is the atmosphere. I was very disappointed. I had a very nice response from them apologizing that this wasn't handled better. So, I've updated my rating.

First time and will return. Ordered brisket tacos with fries and steamed veggies, then a Willie's Burger with onion rings. Entrée's were excellent, fries good. Steamed veggies were over cooked and the (massive) onion rings lacked flavor. Staff was friendly, efficient, polite and fast.

Ate here after inner space caverns. The catfish was really good! The Country fried steak was average and the shrimp basket was average as well. Nothing against it. The food was good. Service was ok. Never been so I learned you order your food as you walk in, then seat yourself, followed by wait staff. Atmosphere was pretty cool. The adult slushy was good. On food side tho is where it made us decide not to return. Kids got adult burgers which were frozen patties like at their school. My tenders lacked flavor of meat. Just tasted overwhelming sweet buffalo sauce. The steak was frostbitten, overcooked, and tough with no flavor. The fries were delicious along with the queso. CALEB. The manager has an attitude problem. This was a very upsetting experience. My family wanted to leave after they found out they were out of snow crab but I had my heart set on crawfish tonight. The crawfish was not prepared correctly and inedible and he tried to tell me I was stuck with it that he could take care of a appetizer and told me he could rebag the crawfish. What is rebagging it going to do about the crawfish being inedible?? I made him take it back I do not care if it is crawfish and “you aren’t supposed to take it back” he proceeded to tell me I could take it home. Why would I do that for it to sit in my fridge when it’s inedible. DO NOT ORDER THE CRAWFISH. Caleb does not need to be working in this type of environment if he cannot handle customers making complaints and easily taking the food back and clearing the bill. I won’t be dining here for QUITE A WHILE. Sad my family loves this place my dad is a regular here. He loves crawfish too bad his favorite spot isn’t the place for that. Highly disappointed in Willie’s service tonight. My water was never refilled as well. ON TOP OF THAT. Our order was wrong to begin with. We didn’t receive our potatoes egg and sausage it took 3 times of asking about it and about 30 minutes of wait time just to receive it then CALEB lied and said the egg and sausage had sauce on it and it was clearly dry lifted up the bag just to show him and it was dry and he continued with his lie. Then we had to wait another 20 minutes just to receive the potatoes in sauce. This was just highly unacceptable.

The issue we had was the front staff when you first walk in. Their attitude sucked and acted like we were irritating them. My friend was placing her order and she had to repeat it three times. Now I understand there could have been a trainee but tell the customer that!!! Or be friendlier. Food was good and the server we had was good.
