Jersey Mike's Subs

This location has stepped it up and is doing much better. Service is faster and more friendly. The sandwich making is back on track with other JM expenses and locations. Excited about this because this is our closest location and we love JM. Glad to experience the usually JM service, consistency and quality again. Updated to a 5 star review Initial 2 star review in Aug 2020 ... This new Georgetown JM is not the typical experience. We have been in to this location numerous times .... several visits there is a very crabby and infriemdly team member. The sandwiches do not seem to have the same meat as other stores. I took a pic of my last sandwich to show... but didn’t get to posting ... somehow it is different even though made the same. Today when we went in we got a giant and asked for it to be cut in 1/2 because my 1/2 is very simple and the other 1/2 is loaded with toppings. The gal was going to and then another lady told her “no... you can’t do that” so she didn’t. If not cutting in half is for efficiency ... it took longer to make it ... in addition to be annoying you are going to cut it in half moments later but have to keep it together to carefully spread mayo on 1/2 of the uncut bread .... seems ridiculous to me ... plus not an great customer experience. Policy clearly trumps Customer experience. I believe there is an opportunity to do both... as any other JM (which we have gone to for years) has been amazing. The sandwich today was great .... but it felt very negative when paying $16 for a sandwich ... you can’t request how you would like it ....

The work staff is friendly and helpful. They are amazing at what they do. By far my favorite place for sub sandwiches

I sure am glad there is a Jersey Mike's (Wolf Crossing) close to my new home after moving to Georgetown. We're still getting the lay of the land and finding out where things are located. It's been a couple of months since I was able to sink my teeth into a No. 56 Big Kahuna with extra meat on rosemary parm bread. Mmmmm...good! It's as good a Philly cheesesteak as you'll find south of the Mason Dixon line...and consistently good from one store to another.

Best employees hands down! These guys are great always got energy and ready to serve guest up with awesome subs!

The manager Brandy and her staff was professional, friendly, kind, and very welcoming even with it being almost closing time. *Cold sandwich come with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and oregano.* *Hot sandwich do not come with the basic ingredients. I absolutely love that the sandwich meat and cheese isn't sliced until you order your sandwich. 1. Ham and provolone cheese. 2. Club - turkey, bacon, avocado and provolone cheese. 3. Mike's Philly cheese Our 10 and 12 year old said this is the best place they ever have had a "real" sandwich. They can't wait till we bring them back.

Just this week we had Jersey Mike’s cater about 120 sandwich options for our coaching staff and surrounding coaching staff from various high schools for the district wide track and field meet held at Eastview high school here in Georgetown Texas. The sandwiches were absolutely perfect very well-made and full of meat and cheese and the vegetables. The staff had everything planned on time for the pick up and the sandwiches were very well received by all of the coaches. Everything was great with them from beginning to end and the management staff. There was extremely helpful and great to help us with such a large event , I have been to this location in Georgetown many times and still have always received great service and a great sandwich. Their staff has improved a lot and I will definitely go back, especially for any future catering needs. Thank you to all the staff at our Georgetown Jersey Mike’s .

They were super slow and the lady taking our order and cutting the meat and prepping it to go to the other girl for veggies, was extremely rude. She kept sighing thru her questions to us. The lady doing the veggies was CRAZY SLOW!!! IT WAS INSANELY EXPENSIVE $92. AND CHANGE FOR 6 PEOPLE TO GET SUBS, 3 REGULAR AND 3 BIG ONES.....I WILL SAY THIS THO....... THE SUBS WERE ABSOLUTELY SCRUMDIDDLYUMPTIOUS!!!

Sadly recieved uncorreect order a couple of times. Glad we always check this and the remake it but sad that it has happened more than once.

Edit: this place is 200x better than it was 2 months ago. It's obvious the management has changed at a few levels. Waiting 45 min on a Togo order...none of the employees communicate with each other, nobody greeting customers, older gentlemen making long talk with customers, instead of doing their job.. tension in the air. Not an inviting atmosphere.

Wasn't sure about the Philly cheese steak, but it turned out to be really good. Friendly place with good service. It's a little hard to get to but worth it.

The subs are good, but this location’s employees need an overhaul. Orders are frequently incorrect and we had an instance where we ordered online and gone to pick up (with 30 mins to spare before closing) and no one was there and we didn’t get our food. There is zero customer service half the time. I think only one person acknowledges people when they come in and everyone else can’t be bothered.

Barely 3 stars. Got a large, cheesesteak sub. Wheat roll was fresh and fairly tasty but overwhelmed the quantity of steak, peppers and onions provided. Shave steak was cut thinly sliced and somewhat flavorful but lacking in quantity. Peppers and onions were excellent - seemed fresh and had some crunch - but lacking in quantity. I would not get a cheesesteak sub again but may try something different to give them another chance. Staff were friendly and timely.

I love Jersey Mike's, but I will never bring my grandchildren to this Jersey Mike's due to the music choice. Curse words and graphic lyrics. Make a better choice, store leaders, for the families and folks that don't want to hear all that.

I love this place. Sandwiches are great! BUT take a minute to empty your outside garbage can. It’s distracting from us sitting outside on this nice (not hot) day.

My husband just brought me home a sub tonight and it was nice and fresh, the typical jersey Mike’s quality, but I was really disappointed that not only were they out of honey mustard (at a sandwich shop which was surprising to me!), but they totally forgot to put bacon on my sub! By the time we realized it of course, it was too late and he was already home. We will come back because we love the sandwiches but will definitely have to make sure we watch carefully, especially if we take it to go.

Young people really should lose the attitude when they are working with the public. If you don't want to work or you get pissy waiting on customers, stay home or find a new job.

Extremely unorganized. Understand lunch time is a mad rush. But they should be fulfilling orders for customers that are physically standing in line before online/phone orders. Will not come back to this location until they have this figured out.

The folks at this location need a refresher on safe food handling practices. Handling items back and forth with customers, using the kiosk, and wiping your forehead isn’t sanitary because you’re wearing gloves.

The customer service was horrible. There was an older gentleman that has no customer service skills what so ever. I asked him the status of my order since others that came in after me were gone and he told me "everyone has to wait". Even after explaining I had been waiting at least 15 minutes. No, sorry for the delay, or I'll check on your sandwich. Don't go there. Finally got my sandwich 30 minutes and 15 customers later.

5 stars for the day crew. -5 stars for the night crew. I wish I could add a video here of the last sandwich I got..it was literally hard as a rock. It’s always one person (the big girl with the attitude) that gets the order wrong. One time we got a beef steak instead of chicken. It’s regularly not on the right bread. I asked for salami and pepperoni and get just salami. You get the picture. I told the girl..at least give the horrible hard bread to someone you don’t see three times a week. 😂🙄

Great subs but poor telephone service. Was told by employee that Jersey Mike's will not answer phones when busy. So placing an order to go is impossible during the noon hour from 11 to 1PM. Surprising since this time of Corona Virus is the time for most folks for want take out.

My first time going to this location, staff cussed openly and forgot my juices. The seconds time I ordered ahead just so I wouldn't have to deal with the staff and they completely got my order wrong. I'm done, this location is trash. I recommend the location in round rock or Brushy creek, they are a thousand times better in every way!

"Shift lead" Lexi DOES NOT have decent customer service skills. She yelled at me and cussed me for asking a question about my order. I feel bad for the young lady working that had to witness her actions as a "supervisor". Sad part I am visiting this city and will not stop here ever again ✌️

Placed an online order, went to the store to pick up was told “we’re working on it” wait 25 minutes to then hear the guy say no hot subs…. One of mine was a hot sub. They could have told me when I walked in and I could have changed the order but after waiting 25 minutes for a partial order I told them to keep it. Won be back to this location.

Employees are very rude. We were in recently and the girl taking the order and making sandwiches rolled her eyes constantly at us. She kept asking what we wanted by yelling in tone of voice that made the rest of the family upset and walkout. Ended up getting all original sandwiches instead of the original order we had planned just so we could leave.

Man oh man went in here one day and had a very pleasant experience with the employees there they were super quick and friendly and even though they had a packed store and a good size line they were getting sandwiches out as fast as they could. The phone rang and you could hear the manager yell to them to answer it even though they were very very busy. One employee said we can’t answer it right now because we are very busy and the manager came out and started yelling at them because he had to answer it. Very unprofessional manager yelling at employees in front of a restaurant full of customers.

- hate leaving a single star - will raise if things change. Went in once to pickup a delivery order - they did a great job selling me. But I went back, and was mildly insulted a time or two - And also they seemed like they didn't want to sell me on their product like they had done before - SUPER confusing. It's a $9 to 20 buck sandwich. It seems to me they would be enthusiastic about selling them.

I live in Jarrel and I traveled here on my way back home from work, called and ordered ahead(which by the way took 10 mins because the employee kept talking with her co workers laughing, asking her manager a question every two seconds), a chipotle chicken Philly, I pay I pick up and and get all the way home to find out it’s a regular steak Philly, I cannot eat steak due to my beliefs. Super disappointed and unsatisfied with service over the phone

Looks like they were too busy chit chatting with each other to make sure the sandwich was correct. For almost 10$ a sandwich to mess it up this bad is unacceptable. Will not be returning.

I have a coupon book from Tippit Athletics and I went to use the coupon and was told they don’t honor the coupon. I left because I didn’t want to make a scene. I went to Thundercloud Sub because they had a coupon also. BTW I didn’t have an issue with the coupon. If you have a coupon you should honor it but that’s okay because I won’t be back and I hope people of Georgetown know this store will not honor their coupons

I went in on Wednesday around 8 o’clock and their card machine wasn’t working. The manager jokingly said he broke it referring to the last customer who used the machine I tried to pay with card. I only have card. I don’t have cash multiple times to get the machine working. Total was only $11 and change. I had two subs buy one get one free after the card machine didn’t work a few times not my card machine. They sent another customer who ordered before me to get their cash so they could pay for their order I had the option to get cash too but I was able too because I was giving the card by a friend to pick up the food after trying to get the machine working and it didn’t work they Informed me that I can’t Take the subs i’m not asking for anything for free. I come here all the time. I just don’t see why they’d rather throw food in the trash and give it to a customer comes in all the time when their machine wasn’t working I went to get a card to contact the manager and The manager told me I’m the manager. I don’t even get free food and I work here. I am completely disgusted With the operations that occurred today, I may never come back to your establishment ever again please get back to me

I was given chopped-up used bread that looked like it came from a random trash stack of bread. On top of that, the kids working there have zero customer service skills and really bad attitudes anytime you ask for something simple—like extra items or even a to-go bag to pack your own food. It’s honestly disappointing and unprofessional.
