Great place to go for a quick meal, especially with younger kids. There is a cute little playground and a shaded area to run around on. The playground isn't covered, so it can get hot though. The food is decent fast food, with gluten free options. Decently clean and service is fairly quick.

The menu offers a fantastic selection of burgers, fries, and shakes, all made with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. Their signature burgers are juicy and flavorful, and the sides, like their crispy fries and onion rings, are the perfect complement. The service is god-speed with our orders. The atmosphere was also quite good too, with a playground on the outside park for the kids. Whether you're dining in or grabbing a meal to go, Hat Creek consistently delivers on taste and satisfaction. Highly recommended!

Ambiance: Fast food/fast casual place with tons of seating indoor. Outdoor. Kid friendly: 100% with a playground and space to run outside. Service: Always good. They’re so nice. Food/Drink/Allergies: The menu marks gluten free items. They’re pretty good about making you feel safe with a gluten allergy. They call it out to the kitchen. They have deep fried items with a dedicated fryer. The food is delicious. ❤️hat creek!

No complaints here. I got the Cowboy, and my girlfriend got buffalo chicken nuggets. We went for lunch today (a Sunday), and the place was busy with good service. We really loved the extra crispy tater tots.

Absolutely lovely place for dinner! Exceptionally friendly staff with clean tables. The food eas yummy especially the sauces. We loved the enclosed area for kids to play and parents to relax and eat. Right next to the Blue Hole which you can walk down to from here and its beautiful and calming.

They get 5 stars just for being gluten free friendly plus being yummy! It’s hard to go to a burger place and have a gluten free meal that is satisfying but you’ll find it here. The chicken is quality and delish. Everything taste great but the fried pickles were soggy and fries weren’t very crunchy. I’ll take it though as long as it’s tasty and GF. If you’re looking for a place that lists the allergens clearly, stop here!

I was so excited to find this place! This was the first time I have been able to find Gluten free chicken nuggets and fried pickles. The food was so good! We got so full we did not have room to try a shake. They are dog friendly. This restaurant is perfect for people with small kids. They have a playground with slides and outdoor eating. Love!!!

A good burger restaurant with very good quality in all its foods. I recommend the sweet potato potatoes. And with a good attraction for children to play

Hat Creek always delivers great burgers, but this Georgetown location is hands down the best one I’ve been to. The food is consistently delicious, and the service is friendly and efficient every time. What really sets this location apart is the setting. It’s right on the river, with a huge patio and tons of outdoor seating—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the weather. There’s also a large playground area, which makes it an amazing spot for families. The kids can play while the adults kick back and enjoy a great meal. Great burgers, great service, and an unbeatable location. This Hat Creek is a total win.

So far everything is good about this place though I am not a regular customer. But today they did not process my online order on time today and they cdt even locate it but kept calling their manager even after receipt was submitted by me.I had to wait nearly 20 min due to that which was not a big issue, but my employer was not happy for the delay. Staff was nice and helpful; food is great so does the atmosphre and location. Hopefully they will work on their Loopholes in future and approach with a better service.

I love coming here. They are pretty reasonably priced, and their burgers taste like they are good quality and use fresh produce. Even their little hat burger is a good size for a meal. They are however a bit bland, but any of their sauces are a great addition to make it flavorful. I do wish they automatically came with cheese without an upcharge, but they are still fine without it. They have really good seasoned fries and give you a good portion. I love their Hat Creek sauce and their mustard sauce, they go great with the fries. I've only had one of their milkshakes before, it was a seasonal peach one and it was just perfect. Cold, creamy, good consistency, and the flavor didn't taste like artificial peach and I absolutely loved it. I love the free items they offer every once in a while to reward members, providing an affordable meal. It's also nice that they provide a playground outside for the kids, and an outdoor eating area. It is quite loud and echoey inside, and is always freezing in there so if you get cold easily, bring a sweater lol. Also, I don't recommend just getting a cup of water as it really tastes like chlorine.

Running Deep

This was our first visit to Hat Creek Burger Company in Georgetown. We went on Thursday around 11:30 am and it was basically empty, but by the time we left, it was packed plus the drive-thru was very busy. There is no table service. You order at a counter, and they yell out your name when the food is ready. We ordered the Big Hat Burger and the Classic Burger. For the extra $4.79, we opted to make them a combo meal, which comes with an order of seasoned fries and a 20 oz drink. This made each meal around $13 to $14, which seems comparable to other burger places (I’m not exactly sure when paying around $15 for a burger, fries, and a drink became normal, but it still seems crazy high to me!!). The double burger patties were made fresh and although they were somewhat greasy, they had good flavor and really dominated the sandwich. This is a meaty burger where the bun and toppings do not overwhelm the burger. My wife asked for lettuce on her Classic Burger. Although there is no charge for adding lettuce, they only put on one small piece of lettuce which clearly shows that toppings are not the priority here. Even though the menu is not extensive, the burger choices they do have all look very good, and you can customize with a variety of free and additional cost toppings. The seasoned fries were great tasting, but they were also not crispy (limp fries that are a little greasy). Their fry sauce (seems like mayo and ketchup) went very well with the seasoned fries. Unfortunately, we prefer crisp fries, and these were a little disappointing. You can get tater tots or sweet potato fries for an upcharge instead of the fries. I’ll try the tater tots next time. Overall, we will go back to Hat Creek Burger Company and look forward to trying some of their other locations. If you like a real meaty and substantial burger, this is the place for you. I recommend that you stop by one of the Hat Creek locations and give it a try!

I can compare this place to an in and out. I got the classic and that’s what it tasted to me like. Only difference is they have more options. Flavor is about the same. This burger joint also serves beer. It has an outdoor area where kids can play. Needs a good cleaning. There were flies inside.

when I asked for a lot of sauce, they only give me one sauce and they always have the sauce policy, which is crazy cause you can get as much as you want inside, but not through the drive-through wouldn’t recommend going. Spent $30 on food, but they could only spare one thing of sauce.
