I also love their Waffle Fries, which are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and perfectly salted. For a more filling meal, the Grilled Chicken Sandwich or the Spicy Chicken Sandwich hits the spot every time. Let’s not forget the Sauces! The Polynesian, Chick-fil-A Sauce, and Barbecue Sauce are some of my favorites, adding that extra burst of flavor. Another huge plus is the speed and quality of service whether you’re dining in or getting it to go, the experience is always top-notch. If you haven’t been yet, it’s definitely worth the hype. I have been to a lot of CFA locations and this is certainly one of the busiest that I have ever seen. The staff was very friendly and were doing a great job moving the drive thru and dining room patrons in/out quickly. Our order was accurate and quick. Dining Room and restrooms were clean and well kept.

The staff here were OUTSTANDING, they got our order out very quickly and with no errors! A huge thank you to Ariana, Derek, Navaeh, Sebastian, and Youssel for the amazing customer service they displayed when they sung my daughter Happy Birthday. Tried the Chick-fil-A burrito and it seriously exceeded expectations. The tortilla was warm and soft, the eggs were fluffy, and the chicken was perfectly seasoned and tender. Everything was balanced — not greasy, not dry — just a really satisfying, flavorful breakfast. The cheese melted nicely and tied it all together, and the portion size was solid. Easily one of the better fast-food breakfast burritos I’ve had. Would 100% order again.

The lines here can be long, but I received complimentary fries as a result. Additionally I ordered a frozen coffee and asked if it could be decaf. I was told yes, but it definitely was caffeinated. Sept2024:5⭐: I would recommend this location and the employees observe today. I stopped by here on my way home to get a snack so that I would not have to go without dinner. It's always good for me to stop by a Chick-fil-A location when I'm by myself. I think it's because I don't want to share my fries or my nuggets. The drive-thru lanes were pretty full. When I came at the time I arrived. I decided to walk in and place my order. My order was filled quickly and brought to the table hot. I did go check the restrooms which appear to be in good condition and clean. There is ample parking in the parking lot as well as handicap parking spaces available.

This place was rocking on a Friday nite, drive-thru and dine-in. They handled the volume well, the restaurant was clean, service was fine, but our fries should have been super fresh and hot considering how busy it was.

We have eaten here a few times and it’s been fine (often a wait for drink refills). Tonight we tried to use a coupon we received at another Chick-fil-A and they refused to accept it. We’ve never had that happen so it was kind of a bad experience. Probably just going to plan to go to the round rock Chick-fil-A because the customer experience is about 10x better and they don’t refuse coupons from other stores.

I ordered curbside for the first time because I had my baby in the car in the lines were long no worries! However, for someone who’s never ordered curbside at this location there’s nowhere that directs you to park for curbside so I hit there’s no spot after 10 minutes I just run inside and the worker was extremely rude. Asking me if I knew what curbside was And instead all I said was maybe you put a sign that says curbside on the other side she was extremely rude. I feel like this location has gone downhill in the last two years.

Here's the thing, this is strike 2 at this location. It started when I made a mobile order and waited 20 minutes because they misplaced my order and took it to their drive thru section instead of bringing it to me. Today, I order my usual grilled nuggets with a Cobb salad and a diet sunjoy. I don't think my drink is diet for starters but the main issue is that I received fried nuggets when I ordered grilled. I'm new to the area and this is my closest location but they are making it very hard towant to return and keep ordering here. Listen kids that are now working, it takes 5 seconds or less to thoroughly READ an order to make sure you got it right! Yes the service is supposed to be fast but don't forget efficiency is key as well! Thank you, I hope we have a better outcome next time!

Ever since the new way of ordering in the drive-thru, I've never been repeated my order upon paying. It wasn't an issue until today. I get to the pick up window and a young man hands me my order. I point out I've been given too many drinks and wrong sizes. I'd like the correct size and refund for what I didn't order. He goes to the window and comes back and says that because I've paid for them, I should just take them. I repeat that if I didn't order them, I should get a refund and the correct drinks. He turns to repeat this to the female at the register. She exclaims "jesus christ" and tells another employee in Spanish that I'm making a deal about the refund instead of just taking the drinks. So I ask her in Spanish, what she meant by her "jc" remark. I get no response so I tell her in Spanish what I want. She refunds me $5 and hands the younger guy my correct drinks and card. I get it, it was a busy time, but there was no need for the attitude Mayra Alejan.

This is the least chick-fil-a chick-fil-a location that I’ve been to. The people at the drive through seem like they have zero customer service training and I ALWAYS have to check my orders because I ALWAYS have ingredients, sauces, dressings, and food items missing. I’ll drive the extra couple of miles to avoid having to double/triple check that I get what I paid for here.

Recently this location has consistently gotten my orders wrong. Today I ordered food for 4 people ($42). The order included a kids meal, but only the fries had been included. This was a curbside order (highly recommend over the drive-thru so you can sit in your car and verify your order without holding up the line). I was able to step out of my car and have a staff member get the missing nuggets, but once I got home, we found that my wife's salad was not the one she had ordered. I know it's got to be tough at high traffic times, but having to deal with repeated incorrect orders makes me want to go elsewhere.

Not happy with drive thru service. This is the second time I pick up food on the drive thru and the drink lid is not placed properly causing the drinks to slosh and spill onto my passenger seat. Not sure why this issue is not addressed with the drive thru team.

I ordered a medium nugget tray and fries in the serve through, after trying to order on the phone but told to come on in. The delay was about 20 minutes, with me having to move around the parking lot multiple times. I also find the process of trying to order and drive very distracting, with them constantly interrupting to have me move forward, while trying to read the menu. When did this crazy process become normal? Most frustrating is I was 10 nuggets short in my order, but never could get through on the phone to report it. I emailed through the app and got no response. They keep raising their prices, but service keeps going down. The food may be great, but it's a frustrating process. With about 20 other chicken options at a better price point, I recommend eating elsewhere.

This is honestly THE WORST Chick-fil-A that I've been to. Every time I go there is always "something" going wrong, starting with the slow lines. 1 day they let a car cut in front of me while a person was taking my order. This past Saturday, the lady told me to move over to the far lane behind 2 other cars when I was gonna be next in line, then she took the next 8 cars and they all were done before me. I was ignored for all 4 deliveries and could see the order I was picking up on the shelf. The staff completely ignored me every single time. I was not greeted, not acknowledged and when I asked for them to hand me the delivery order I could see behind the counter, I was ignored. A tall older MAN came up next to me and a female employee IMMEDIATELY stopped what she was doing and handed him his delivery order. She saw and heard me asking me for mine and still tried to ignore me. The next 2 orders were the same way. I was ignored and had to wait and wait, and same thing the males were attended to immediately while I had to wait and wait. The fourth time, I brought my 6 foot husband in. The female employees immediately stopped what they were doing and tended to him and he had me come over. Female employee gave me a dirty look but I was able to pickup the order I could see was ready behind the counter IMMEDIATELY. also want to note that the atmosphere was super caddy - gossiping and giggling, and even saw a female employee pull another's hair and giggle walking away. Noting that one of my orders was for a customer with a very female name, and she had specified light ice. The cup was stuffed full with ice, and they ignored her request. I go to a ton of restaurants and locations for deliveries and never had issues, but it is the Georgetown chick fila that is extremely unprofessional and likes to treat me - a woman delivery driver - like she does not exist.

Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes before getting to the food window to be told they don’t know where our food went and they’re going to have to remake it. Told us to park in the parking lot where we waited for another 10 minutes. As we reach in the bag we realize there’s no straws for our milkshakes. Which is fine cause the milkshakes are all running down the sides of the cups anyways.

Probably last time i patronize this place. Brought my 2 kids placed my order for dine in after a half an hour i noticed people being served who came in after me. So went to the counter waited another 6 to 7 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Gave them my reciet my order was sitting on the door dash bin. Ok no big deal besides that it was cold. I love Chick-fil-A. Been to them all over the country. This one is definitely the worst. This is my local one, we’ve gone maybe 6 or 7 times. Each time it’s been cold food, bad service, and non-fizzy soda.

I’ve given this Chick-fil-A multiple chances, but every visit has been a disappointment. The drive-thru is shockingly slow, yet they still manage to mess up orders—either losing them entirely or getting them wrong. To make matters worse, they never answer their phone, and I overheard employees (who looked like managers) openly bragging about ignoring calls because they assume it’s a complaint. That alone speaks volumes about how poorly this location is run. It’s baffling how a place known for efficiency and customer service could be this bad. The only thing “Chick-fil-A” about this place is the logo and the ingredients—everything else is a disaster. If you’re looking for the quality and service Chick-fil-A is known for, I’d recommend going literally anywhere else. I’m going to Canes across the street from now on.

My pregnant wife and I eat Chick Fil A every Monday together, it's become a tradition of ours to make that time for us before we welcome a new baby in August. I would firstly like to say that the engineer who designed the wolf ranch shopping center parking lot did an atrocious job and whoever decided to put a chick fil a next to a 3 way stop on a major highway did an even worse job. The curbside parking spots a barely big enough to park in and there are only 6 available, they are almost always fulls. Secondly it seems that no matter what time I go to the wolf ranch chick fil a it is almost always a 25-30min wait for my food, the drive thru would be arguably faster. Today my experience was the worst it has ever been at any fast food establishment. My wife and I waited 25 min for our food and when we received it we were missing her kale crunch salad. . . oh how I wish we had not asked for the kale crunch salad. We made it back to our office to eat lunch at our desk since we were now late for our meetings and my wife decided to leave her salad in the bag for an afternoon snack. When she went to eat the salad at 5:30 she made it 95% of the way through the salad before she noticed a MASSIVE BEETLE clung on to one the leaves of kale. Disgusted she got sick and hasn't been able to eat anything since because of the trauma of possibly consuming another bug prior to her noticing. Disappointed is an understatement, this location has always given us problems but this is at the very top.

This must be the worst Chick fil a when it comes to getting an order correct. 6/27- Missing Kale Salad 7/5 - Missing 8ct Nuggets So, I went in to speak to the manager a few days later about the nuggets, I guess she didn’t believe me ( I had the manager on duty’s name for ref when I called ). Honestly, I came inside with my receipt and I’m going to rip off chick fil a nuggets- I do not think so! Nothing stays the same! Advice, check your order before you leave or drive away!

Do not go to this location, especially if you’re LGBTQ+. The managers and employees allowed a customer to harass another person inside the store. He was being hateful and bigoted towards this person about the shorts they were wearing. Mind you it’s 100° outside and everyone is wearing shorts and athletic clothes. The management did not step in to help this person and allowed them to get harassed by another customer. This Chick-fil-A is not a safe or inclusive environment.

So a little confused on how I feel with my order today not at all what I expected cheese not melted chicken half of the normal size not sure what’s going on but hopefully next time it’s better we waited all the construction and was expecting much better to be honest

Wow, nothing like placing an order through the app and standing at the pick up area inside for over five minutes and having five or six workers look at you right in the eyes without one single person asking if they could help. Finally flagged down someone walking by and they were able to get me my order. Definitely not normal for a Chick-fil-A. For some reason curbside was not available on the app even though the restaurant isn’t even busy. Going to try to avoid this location for sure. Tons of people working inside but none of them act like they have any idea what’s going on.

As a former chick-fil-a employee myself, I absolutely abhor this location. The employees seem disinterested and like they don’t want to be here. I rarely if ever even get a simple “my pleasure,” which was a staple when I worked at Chick-fil-A as a teenager. I continue to give this location a chance because I love chick-fil-a. But nearly every time I come here I leave disappointed with the service. 0/5 stars.

Got a salad and they forgot the dressing in the bag. I get mistakes happen, but this has happened on past orders and it’s kind of hard to enjoy a salad without dressing.

The service drive thru team does not do their job correctly. This is the third plus time this has happened, where we don’t get the sauces we ordered or utensils. Need to do a better job.

I don’t know what to say. This place used to be good and maintain the quality of Chick-fil-A standards but lately the service has just not been up to par and now there have been issues with the food quality. I understand being busy, but if I’m going to wait I might as well receive fresh quality food and not what they’re giving me these past few times. Not to mention when I did received over salted fries. I was told by a young man through the drive-through that they don’t ever over salt, their fries. Tell that to my taste buds buddy. if you’re looking for quality Chick-fil-A, and service that isn’t rude look elsewhere. Update: just went back and tried to get an order of fries to replace the bad ones. This “fresh” order tasted like it was barely cooked at all. So I guess Georgetown Chick-fil-A has given up on serving any kind of quality food.

I’m not the one to complain, but my experience with DoorDash and this restaurant was horrible. First off, I know DoorDash and chick fil a is separate, but the issues were with the store. The store claimed someone took my order and then refused to cancel and was rude to the dasher working the order. I had to contact DoorDash to try and contact the store and the store would not answer. Causing me to have late food and never received my order, the store REFUSED to re make my order, had they just done that there would’ve been no problem. Then I reordered from them and when I received my food all of the condiments and napkins were stuffed into the fry container. When I pulled them out, the container was HALF EMPTY. It feels a bit like someone was being passive aggressive because of the issues and was very disappointed with how this store handled things. After reading other reviews this seems like a trend with this location.

Every time we go through the drive thru they always mix up our order like how today my son order a chicken sandwich with no pickles and he got a grilled sandwich with everything on it

Bought a spicy chicken sandwich and it made me sick. I had diarrhea, nausea, and dizziness. My husband experienced the same symptoms as well! I dont know if they give us the sandwiches that sit out for a while because we use our points once they accumulate or what! I WILL NOT BE EATING AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT EVER AGAIN!

Waited 45 minutes on a small fry and two chicken tenders. worst service ever no help from employees in store, and upon reaching out the management they patched up the issue with a free dessert. do better chic fila, very irritated with your poor service.

Ordered a spicy chicken deluxe with pepper jack. Ryan rang it up as a Chik fil A sandwich. Didn't notice until we got home 30 minutes later.

this is the worst chick fil a i have ever been too. the food is not edible. every single time i have gone the past year, the chicken has been hard and has chicken veins/blood in atleast one nugget every time. no matter if you get breakfast or lunch there, the chicken is always disgusting.

Been holding off making this review because I understand mistakes happen, but this has been almost every time I’ve visited that I’ve been missing items or full meals I’ve purchased through the drive through. Tonight my husband got food for me and our family & by the time he got home, realized we were missing multiple items and an entire meal. He drove 20 minutes back, they got his order in, then when he received the bag, he was missing items AGAIN. This had happened multiple times over this past month. Someone needs to do quality control for the staff. I understand you’re busy, but the bare minimum effort is to at least make sure people receive what they paid for…

This location has been getting worse and worse. Today I sat in the line and they asked me to park since my order was not ready. I then sat in the parking lot about another 10 mins and no one brought me my food. I walked up to the drive thru window and asked for a manager and still no food. I canceled my order and went to Cane's and got food instead. I'm done with this Chick-fil-a

Waited forever to have my order taken when 3 people were standing at 1 register just talking. Then my kid got hit in the head by a group of kids that were too big to be in the play area. There parents seemed to work for chic fil a so I guess this is normal for this location. Climbing all over the outside of the equipment and being super aggressive.

This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. I’d rather drive an extra 10 minutes to the Round Rock location than stop at the Georgetown one again. The drive-thru is extremely unorganized and frustrating. I don’t understand why they remodeled to add another parking lot instead of fixing the real issue — the drive-thru congestion. Cars behind you often get their orders taken first while several vehicles ahead haven’t even ordered yet, creating an even bigger backup. Really disappointed in the Georgetown Chick-fil-A.

This location has gone seriously downhill. The past few weeks the fries have been inedible. The fries taste old and stale like they were fried in old grease. Sandwiches have been meh. Service has gone down as well.

Yep I am officially done with this location. If you can find the rest of my reviews, you will see I’m having problem after problem. My order came out fast, fries were fresh and hot but not sure what happened to my sandwich. It was cold and cheese wasn’t melted. This location is going downhill and it’s sad. Even the young men in drive thru wasn’t being professional.
