Stopped and got some personal pies for me and the kiddos. Staff was nice and even brought the order out to the car so I didn’t have to wait inside. It was on point for a fast food pizza joint.
customer service was great we came 30 minutes before they closed on our way back home from austin for a bball tournament. the lady was so nice to make us our pizza it was hot and delicious
Lately our local Giddings Pizza Hut has been on point! In the past they have been ehhh but they have stepped up their game. So delicious!
I had a topping that didn't get on my pizza, and I was offered to either have a new pizza made or the topping I wanted added. I chose the latter and I was even offered a free drink. I don't think I could have received better service.
If you don't like it, you'll get another pizza. Love the order online option, pizza is worth it, and great dessert options. There are a couple places to sit but it's meant to be a takeout place.
The carryout is fast and very convenient. Food is always food, big on the buffalo burning hot bone in wings. Staff is always super nice!!
As a local, I've been here a few times. I usually have great service, and my food is usually on point. Like all restaurants, they have their mistakes, but the one time they goofed with me, they fixed it right away. They also have a couple of places to sit at for quick lunch break, but it's not meant for family dinning as these are two seat tables.
It was good customer service, but the timing was too long, I understand the busy everyday, and I appreciate the team how they take care of the situation professionally!! I’ll come again to order from that location with good Vibes 👍 Definitely I’ll order the Italian salad again it’s so delish 😋

Did not go to location for dine-in ordered wanted four personal pan pizza 🍕varietys, would not deliver personal pans to find out why not. Set the computer will not generate the ticket and I said you need to throw that computer out the window. Handwrite the ticket like a normal person would do for a customers. The customer is always right with a special order. They said they had delivery for Miles 5 MI never mentioned a charge for delivery. I ✓ about the distance I told them the distance was 3.4 MI. Change the order to meat lovers medium and two orders of wings, and still wanted $5 for delivery and so I asked if they wanted gas money too. I can see it coming from the reviews the manager did not like customers always wanted to argue about everything, WHO DOES THE MANAGER WORK FOR.
Great pizza, quick and delicious food. The cashier Maria was so smart, best part of the experience! She did her job better than any employee I've ever seen anywhere at any pizza hut. I recommend the wings for sure.

The people there are awesome they will help you out they get their food from Pizza Hut so it is what it is but it's all right good place to eat great place for service
When they come out and ask about your order and say I will be right back with it and they go inside and come back 15 minutes later and ask what they can help you with again and you tell them I am waiting on you. you were suppose to bring my order and she says oh my God hold on let me go check on it again and it was suppose to be ready 15 minutes ago.

Supreme pizza was over cooked and the meats were tough. Also, ordered wings that were over cooked. Only received small parts of the wing, no drumettes.
Pizza was cold and tasteless. I have been eating no carbs for a month and I folded to have Pizza so I ordered a stuff crust meat lovers and it was horrible.
So glad we have Choice’s now ! The last few times I have order , the pizza was very very dry and they seem like they were ok with that. I went in to buy a $5 pizza and when he tried to sell it to me I ask to look at it before I purchased it . The pizza was also very dry and when I told him it was a old pizza and why would he sell me that , he replied saying “ yea it does look old “. Glad we a dominos coming !
They got my order wrong they said all they said is give me a $5 discount on my next order but I will not be going back to that place they need to read the order and get it right
When I call to let you know my order was wrong. Do something about it. Not being heard is what makes ur customers not return 😒 happy customers is for better business. Especially when its ur hard earned money being spent!
Yuk. They lost my prepaid order, inally found it, made me wait until they straightened their computer out, Pizza was dry and cold.
Maria in store was terrible with her customer service and negative responses for my order that was wrong. Told me I will still be here tomorrow so it doesn't matter if you call corporate they are not going to do anything about it. Hung up in my face and refused to give me General Managers name
Alma and Jessica were very rude. Told me I would be waiting til tomorrow for my refund. Asked for refund when they immediately greeted me with attitudes.
Pizza was not fully cooked and meat was cold, and pulled out of oven way to early. When I called about the issue she informed me I was wrong, and that she pulled it out and cut it herself and unless I could. bring it back in there was nothing she could do. Been going there for over 5 years and that will be my last order.
I order a pizza online when picked up at store was not correct when I called the store to ask if I could take it back the manager refused not good customer service not what I ordered you're going to charge me $2 more than what it said online the order was for a large three topping pizza at 1199 you're going to charge me $13.99 that's b*******
Wings were mutilated and service was slow. Order took twice as long as stated. Cashier was friendly. Tried again to see if they could deliver. Nope we were out of delivery zone by 4 or 5 houses away.
Manager was rude about my no sauce pizza. Said he wasn't replacing it. How do u not replace an order for a not so happy customer?
I was hung up on twice and the young lady had no manners over the phone. I was quoted $10 more than the actual cost should have been. THEN there was a wait of over an hour to get the food. Very shoddy service.

I usually don't order from here cause of bad experiences in the past but thought I woukd give them a try again. Order 2 hand toss pizza and recived 2 thin crust pizzas. I called when I got home and realized it. They said there was nothing they could do about it.
We ordered 1 thin crust pepperoni, 1 thin crust sausage and 2 orders of hot wings to go. When I arrived to pick them up they gave me one pizza half and half with pepperoni and sausage and the hot wings. I told them I ordered 2 pizzas 1 sausage and 1 pepperoni. The gentleman who took our order told his manager are who ever was in charge tonight that we ordered 2 pizzas. He said this is what you get. He said for 6 dolla rs more I will make you another pizza. Why should we have to pay 6 dollars more for a order he messed up. The gentleman working the register was new I could tell but he even told them they messed up and the one in charge was like what ever I don't care.
Worst customer service. I called and asked about a special they offer and if I can get a gluten free pizza with that special. After being put on hold twice to check I was told yes. I get there to pickup my order and I'm told sorry we can't offer you the special on the gluten free pizza and we didn't get a phone number so we couldn't call you. So instead of $6.99 each for 2 pizzas, I was charged $11 for a regular pizza and $14 for a gluten free pizza. They didn't even offer to give me the regular pizza at $6.99 because of their mistake that I specifically asked about before placing my order. I will never go to this location again nor will anyone in my household. If they would of been honest or even tried to accommodate for their mistake, I would go back but this company and its employees don't care so I'd rather spend my money elsewhere
Giddings Pizza Hut is a total joke. The manager Jessica will argue with you when they get your order wrong. We paid for 4 extra icings and they gave us 4 garlic sauces…with cinnamon sticks. Who does that and doesn’t think to double check the order?? Save your money and just go somewhere else.
Ordered two pizzas for takeout, but they barely put sauce on one of them and the other had a hair on it. If you’re paying almost $20 for two pizzas, you’d think you could get edible food. If you want to waste your money, stop on by.
So I order a large one topping pizza sauce cheese and Pepperoni and I go to eat my pizza and I have no dam sauce like that’s insane it’s not pizza without sauce and on of the employees kept giving me rude looks like I ruined her day with my order more than likely never going back horrible experience and it’s not the first time it’s happen

GIDDINGS TEXAS Pizza Hut has the worst manager. According to her a perfect pizza she made herself was mainly crust, no toppings. This was a stuffed crust pizza, or whatever it is, I wouldn't call it pizza. I complained to her that it was mainly crust and she insisted it was perfect. In fact, she said she was generous with the toppings. Apparently this is how it is always made,and she insisted that I was stupid to think otherwise. What a way to treat a customer that has gotten this same pizza at least once a month, and knows what it should looks like. This is pathetic, not worth 12.99, the little ceasers is looking a whole lot better for the price. At least they give you toppings and know what an actual pizza looks like.

Yesterday evening being a Saturday night we ordered pizza and delivery. We ordered a pan pizza with light sauce, extra cheese and it was a peperoni lovers meaning a lot of peperoni right. We got the pizza delivered and the lady who delivered the pizza was great. She did just as asked. However our pizza had WAY too much sauce regular amount of peperoni and cheese. We called to tell the manager who played ignorant and said ok what to you want done. We asked for the pizza we ordered. He said OK but you have to give your pizza back!!! LOL what??? What a fool thing to do and say. We literally took the pizza off our plate put it back into the box. The new pizza came and the we tipped the delivery driver again because it was NOT her fault and we did not want her to make an extra trip for free. Our new pizza came with normal sauce still too much especially after expressing the want for light sauce. There was a normal amount of cheese even though we paid for extra cheese and the peperoni seemed normal Def not peperoni lovers. We went ahead and ate the pizza thinking it was too late to call again. What I will tell you is, this was a bad experience followed by poor management decisions and a second incorrect pizza. Domino's ALWAYS does a great job with better prices. We also love Dairy Queen they are great as well. Needless to say we won't be spending our hard earned money at pizza hut in Giddings in the future. That is sad because we do love Pizza Hut pizzas but I guess it's a management issue that is messing this all up. I mean seriously lol for him to say you have to give the old pizza back like we are lieing. I'm 50 years old and have never been so disrespected by a restaurant manager. But thats ok we don't need to eat there again.

Called and let the lady on phone know my order was incorrect. She stated “sorry that we couldn’t follow directions” that’s it?!?! You acknowledged you messed up but would make it right! Little Cesar’s will always get my business. Bye bye Pizza Hut

Basically we arrived at the store at 9pm to pick up our wings and pizza as I open the door I notice one of the employees leaving with what looks to be my order. The manager yells at me from the door and tell me I cannot come inside. I told her I had a order to pick up and she said she had tried calling us and we have no phone record of such. The website says they close at 10 and they we already closed at 9/9: 30 . We will not be eating at this pizza hut or supporting them from now on. Kinda sucks but it is whay it is I guess
No wonder they areonly 3 stars..Recently went and ordered 4 pizzas and a pasta, got home the pepperoni stuff crust pizza was so hard it cracked and broke like a cracker..called spoke to manager and that little girl was so rude, kept cutting me off said i cut that pizza and it was fine. Funny thing was all 4 pizzas werent even cut all the way threw...and thats the manager. Told her i shouldnt have to sit here and argue with a manager and she replies yes mam and hangs up on me. No wonder they only have 3 stars...with management like that they aint got no customers

When I removed it the 2 pieces looked like someone took a large bite from each slice.a this glob I guess was supposed to hit the fact that those pcs were missing. They closed at 4 PM so I couldn’t take it back. Last time I order from this place again. Top of pizza overcooked and bottom undercooked.
The manager, Jessica, is horribly rude! I ordered online and had a coupon for $5 off. It applied and my total at the end was only $1.93. I paid online and it went through. I got the confirmation email showing the total paid was $1.93 and my bank app reflected that as well. The 'manager' said the coupon didn't apply on her side and I had to pay that amount. I explained to her that it in fact did apply because I had two forms of proof to show that it did. She kept rolling her eyes the entire time I was speaking to her and she was being extremely condescending. Anything I said, she definitely wanted to have the last word. I told her I wanted to just cancel the order and that I would be contacting corporate. She laughed and encouraged me to contact them and voluntarily told me her name. She seemed very confident when she said they wouldn't do anything about it. After reading these reviews, I see this was most definitely NOT her first time acting this way towards customers. It seems she has been doing this for years! Who knows how many other customers she's done this to that have not left a review. I told her I would not be coming back and her response while laughing was "Good, don't." Very unprofessional. Pizza Hut as a whole has lost yet another customer for good. Hopefully they do something about this 'manager' who has been making Pizza Hut lose customers for years at this location. It's bad enough I hardly ever see people patron this establishment as it is.
