All of the meats here are smoked to perfection… you can tell they take the time, love and effort to prepare the well manicured proteins. The sides here are delicious and the house made sausages will stop you in your tracks they’re so good. Please do yourself a favor and add these guys to your destination list for an unbelievable experience.

Great Local Barbecue Joint in Gilmer, TX. I have been wanting to go by since tasting their barbecue at a Music Festival in Tyler and I finally stopped by! I really enjoyed the brisket sandwich and sides that I got. I will say that the sides were a bit over-seasoned for my taste and the dusting of seasoning on the bun was unnecessary but the brisket was on point! I'll definitely be back.

I was in a bit of a rush, but the chopped beef sandwich was pretty good. Will be back soon to try other menu items!

Stupid good! Got the sliced brisket which melted in my mouth. And the all of you can in-house pickled onions and pickles were amazing. Can’t wait to come back. Super friendly staff and owner, too. This place is the authentic whole package.

This is some of the best BBQ around. They catered Soldiers Dinner last year and it is just amazing. Great flavor, juicy and pot licking good. Y’all come and wrap your lips around this savory BBQ. I’m fatter than a tick in a dog pound.

Great service and the best BBQ I have ever had!! The brisket is tender and juicy, the beef ribs are out of this world, and it is the only place I will eat turkey from. Get a sibling sandwich, thank me later!! Definitely a place I'll be coming back to eat at!!

This BBQ has been nominated among the best 50 BBQ flavor in ALL Texas! I am completely blown away with the flavor. I can say wow! I had had one before my friend got me one so I know the taste is great but I have never came here and now I had the chance. This restaurant is super clean, neat and very cozy so it's perfect for a good family get together or with your partner or friend. I highly recommend this to anyone. Else out there. These sandwiches are best ever! Congratulations to the owner for your recent nomination!

Oh my gosh literally one of the best BBQ sandwiches I've had in my life! The sibling is to die for, and the cheese bread they use is from Provision Farm, a local sourdough bread shop, paired with the tangy jalapeno slaw - insane! They also have two different barbecue sauces, and I couldn't decide which one I liked better, I just kept going back for more! While we were eating we were trying to decide when we were coming back it's that good. Make sure to get there early they do sell out. A must try even if you're not local it's worth the drive! #GoogleGal

Texas barbecue down to the bone. Clyde served us up his sibling sandwich along with brisket, sausage and cup of street corn. Absolutely loved it. The sausage is to die for! The brisket was very tender, perfect balance of flavor from the meat and rub. He makes his own pickles that reminds me of an old pitmaster from back when I was a child and I loved those pickles. Clyde and Leann are great host. Go give them a visit. I know I will back again.

Best BBQ out there, fairly priced compared to any craft bbq place & owner is always willing to talk to his customers. Turkey is always moist & tasty, brisket has a great pull & the pork will about melt in your mouth. Also, thank you for your service & supporting the rest of our veterans!

Are you ready for knock your socks off amazing BBQ? The consistency and quality of his BBQ is incredible! I'd put it up against any of the top BBQ joints in the country. Been coming here weekly for a few years now and have yet to have a single meal that was less than absolutely amazing! The house blend sausage is the best I've had, the ribs are incredible, and the brisket makes your heart happy. Don't even get me started on beef rib days! Just an all around incredible BBQ joint best in the area by FAR. I'm just so glad I was able to find out early before he gets ultra famous and impossible to get it.

I had the Sempeifi, let me tell you, its more than enough to fill a hungry man. The BBQ sauce is top notch but totally optional as the meats are smoked to perfection. The banna pudding is second to none. Lisa and the entire staff were amazing. 10/10

At the time of posting this review, my one meat plate, which came with meat, 2 sides, a cookie, and a drink was only $19. Hard to beat in the bbq world. Definitely grab some of the homemade pickled onions on the fixins bar too. This was my first visit, but it will not be my last.

Brisket has a great crust! Pulled pork was super moist. The homemade BBQ sauce was stellar. We came back for seconds to take home to Michigan with us. They sell out quickly, so get there early.

Best BBQ around! The brisket is so tender and flavorful! The ribs are ridiculous! My grandson won't eat any ribs except from here. The owner is a great guy too. Super friendly and the staff is too!

Love everything there! Sliced brisket is thick and juicy..even without their delicious family recipe sauce. The Homewrecker was my husband's choice. And the brisket nachos were perfect quick snack! Lots of brisket and cheese! Best potato salad and beans I've ever had in a BBQ joint. Great family atmosphere and beautiful smiles! Just try them..you'll be glad you did!

The sides we had was beans, potato salad and the Cole slaw which was very different not sure what to think about it wasn't bad but not your normal Cole slaw. The pulled pork Sandwich was great, the sausage was amazing, and the staff was very friendly. Definitely found a new BBQ spot, the only thing holding back the five stars is the parking. The parking area is full but I can see why.

The brisket was excellent! The potato salad was delicious. The ribs and coleslaw weren’t anything to notice. The bbq sauce is tangy and a great complement to the meat. I was most disappointed by the peanut butter banana pudding.
