My wife went here today and it is obvious that these guys know coffee and customer service, sometimes there is a line but don't fear they are fast and they will get out there and take your order while you wait, the coffee is amazing and they have me as customer for as long as I'm here and if they are not open than I'm not having coffee thats how good they are.

I travel often & when in Longview this is my go to coffee shop, unpretentious and perfectly satisfying. They have all the "regular coffee shop classics" and of course the gourmet for those who want a little something special . Easy to order cup sizes, sugar free, dairy free & tempature options as well.

I don't drink coffee, but their chai tea game is the best in Longview. Staff is very friendly, and they get you in and out quick so you can get go work on time. Absolutely the very best coffee & very best service in East Texas! So many drive thru coffee places use sub par ingredients and they make me physically sick when i drink them. Coffee Mill makes their syrups from scratch with no artificial ingredients and you can tell by the way it tastes! This place is equivalent to some of the high end boutique coffee houses you’d find in large cities.

Seriously love the coffee mill. The staff are so sweet and always willing to answer questions and offer recommendations! I’ve been here a handful of times and gotten something different every time. Everything I’ve gotten is delicious! They have a nice little seating section inside that is perfect for reading and getting work done. It is SO much more quiet than Starbucks and most people just use the drive thru so the inside is pretty empty and great for get togethers with friends for chats!

I'll start by saying I'm not a coffee drinker, or at least that's what I was forced to convince myself after years of being underwhelmed by every cup of coffee I ever had.. I never got caught up in the Starbucks craze. I'm not going to bash Starbucks, because they're apparently doing something right, but I've never been satisfied with the taste of their product. I never really could explain what I didn't like about it. I just assumed I was meant to enjoy only the smell of coffee, not the flavor. But then Coffee Mill happened. This is the way coffee is meant to taste. Terry knows his stuff. He was gracious enough to talk to my wife and me for a bit one day, and he has obviously taken the time and effort to get educated in the science behind making great coffee. It's clear he takes what he's doing here seriously. More importantly, I have to applaud the customer service at Coffee Mill. I wish I could address each barista by name, as we've never had anything but pleasant experiences, but we particularly enjoy being helped by Katie (spelling?). She is always so polite and friendly. Furthermore, I have never experienced a business in which the person knows what to make without me having to order it, but it feels like Katie knows us. When she opens the window and greets us with a genuine smile, she's already writing "Iced Cafe Mocha with Jazzy Java". After so many disappointing years of frequenting Dominos and not getting the same attention, it's so cool to finally be able to feel like a "regular" somewhere. It may be a trivial detail to some, but for me, her ability to remember us after helping so many people shows she truly cares. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Coffee Mill is honestly the best coffee I've ever tasted. I sincerely hope they continue to find success.

We love to get coffee here. I like how the place is locally owned. There are many options to choose from on their menu. We opt to go here instead of Starbucks. There is a small sitting area inside if you want to sit and drink your coffee.

These folks never miss! I can guarantee your drink will taste the same every time (and coming from a picky drinker that’s saying something). The double sided drive thru ensures you almost never have to wait too long. I think the only two bummers are that they don’t have a rewards program and they don’t have banana syrup…..but I still choose them over any other coffee shop around town.

Visiting Longview and was looking for a good coffee place so I read the reviews myself to come here! Great coffee shop. I was hoping to go inside, but it was strictly drive thru! The staff was very helpful at the window. I tried a little bit of everything! They make pigs in the blanket daily and they taste homemade! 😀 The scones did not disappoint and were very most. They hit the sweet spot especially with the icing drizzle over the top! I highly recommend supporting this business!

I was so pleasantly surprised by this local coffee shop. I ordered an iced vanilla breve and it was, by far, one of the best coffees I have had in a very long time. We also ordered the apple cinnamon scones and they did not disappoint. My kids gobbled them up! I will be back again VERY SOON.....and again and again and again. :)

Great service! Friendly and welcoming people. I've been going for a bit, and always get the Caramel Frappe for a sweet treat here and there. I have gotten a couple of other drinks as well. I got a White Chocolate Mocha here recently, which was really good. And then I got the iced Wonderland Sugar Cookie Latte, with the cookie cold foam not too long ago. It was okay, not bad, but it reminded me of the Caramel Frappe a little, not what I was expecting, so that was the only drink, so far, I was disappointed in.. Overall I enjoy Coffee Mill better than Starbucks, and rather give my money to locally own businesses than a place like Starbucks. Highly recommend checking these guys out.

I have loved my experience with the Coffee Mill so far. I have visited several times now and prefer them to Starbucks at this point. I always get the latte with oat milk and no flavor, my husband loves the Mocha w/an extra shot of espresso. Both of my kids like the iced latte with caramel. The Avocado Toast is a 7/10. The chocolate covered espresso beans are 10/10. Coffees 10/10 ☺️ The morning line 🙄 = 3/10. Overall this little family owned business does wonderful and will be around for a long time. 😉

Before reading... you should know that I am a bit of a coffee snob. So the coffee may suit others fine, but I wasn't impressed. I ordered a 16 oz coconut flavored breve. I ordered a 16 oz because all of the other sizes were available in styrofoam cups and the coconut flavor was overwhelming. I'm not certain if I received coffee or espresso in my breve because I never saw any shots pulled, but poured from a carafe. So this may be fine for those wanting flavored sugar drinks with some caffeine, but it's not quality coffee or espresso. My rating doesn't include the service because it seemed like he was training a new employee during the busiest time of day.

It's a hit or a miss, depends on who is working at the time. I asked for a hazelnut Latte with a double shot to go. After I drove away and tried the coffee it was literally black coffee with milk and hazelnut syrup. Also, Please invest in cups and lids that close properly so that it doesn't drip when someone is drinking and driving.

Cold brew was terribly weak. I don’t think they brewed it for even 4 hours. Macchiato was primarily foamed milk and didn’t even have espresso in it. If you are interested in coffee in the least possible way, don’t come here.

Possibly the slowest moving line I've ever been in. In 15 mins, 3 cars got their order. Ended up leaving before I ever got to place my order so I wouldn't be late for work. A coworker said they were stopping by the next day, so I asked them to grab me a caramel latte. The coffee isn't anything special. If anything, it was watery and lacked any caramel flavor. Definitely not worth the wait.

New in town so was looking foe a coffee place. I usually do Starbucks but since they have taken all their sugar free flavors away minus the vanilla I no longer go. I came to Coffee mill and it was wonderful the flavors were . Lacked the coffee taste I look for so mostly had sugary flavors but still good . So came back a second time today and wow I couldn’t get the girl at window to even talk to me. Asked her if they still the hocus pocus, she shook her head no . I then explained was my daughter first time and my second time and I didn’t know sugar free flavors as of yet . She showed me the menu still not wanting to talk to me at this point I seen . I asked if they had a certain flavor she shook yes . My daughter said out loud does she not talk to her customers ? Not one word and she treated us like we were not welcomed . She gave us drinks one with a spout to drink but my daughters hands straw lid she wouldn’t give us a straw either . Never will I return to such cold Customer service .

THE ERA OF COFFEE MILL BEING GOOD IS OVER, the owner is no longer hands on and thus the workers lack enough guidance to make good drinks. Last four times I’ve went the drinks were such poor quality I did not drink them, but held on hope each following time Terry would be there to make a good drink. Alas as of now I’ve given up on coffee mill.

I went to Coffee Mill for the first time earlier today. I kept seeing amazing reviews and figured, why not try it out? WRONG! The staff was so rude (I believe her name was Lena). I asked questions about drinks and she gave me attitude and acted like I was dumb for asking about their Lotus Energy products. I won't be going back because there are plenty of coffee shops in Longview that won't ruing my day by being rude! The drink (Desert Pear Lotus Energy Soda) was actually really good, but not worth the attitude.
