Ridiculously delicious and I don't think its because I was starving. I had the steak (beef) fajitas dinner. The only thing is that there was not a lot of steak compared to the amount of rice, beans, and tortillas so I ordered a side of the steak to take home with the rest of my leftovers.

Great food! Walking in, Alejandra was absolutely beautiful with the personality to match! My server Chris was quick, funny and handled his tables very well. No one was left wanting from what I saw. This Mexican restaurant is far superior to others (even those chains or higher rated). The food is way better than Papacitas! We asked for flour and corn tortillas when we finally got to order our drinks. She began to get busy. My drink came then later my husband's drink came out. No tortillas, she came back to get our food order, mention tortillas again. Finally our food arrives, still no tortillas. I flagged her down and asked a third time for the tortillas she brought out the corn, no flour available. At least she tried, had she tried before we ordered food there may have been some ready. At the end of our meal another lady brings us the flour tortillas.

I've been eating here my entire adult life. I've never had a bad experience with service or food. I went in for a late Sunday lunch. I sat at the bar and Beth M. was my bartender/server. She was attentive and very interactive. She said she was new behind the bar, but from what I witnessed, she did great. Making dine in drinks to handling Togo orders. As for the food. Well, it was amazing. Hot, fresh and tasted great. The Serrano green sauce had a little extra kick today. I loved it. I will always come back to this restaurant. The food and service are always a 10 out of 10.

First thing you notice about this place is the AC REALLY WORKS. My server was excellent; her name is Taylor, and you will remember her smile. Grew up eating at Posados and it's still as great as I remember. The atmosphere is lively. Kids get to stand and watch the Tortillas being made. Our whole table ordered something different but I only got the Beef Fajitas and Flatas order. Highly recommend for great Tex-Mex.

I've had to take out from this restaurant numerous times and finally got the chance to actually visit the brick and mortar location. As always the food is delicious and the staff was amazing. Our server stayed on top of everything and made sure our drinks never were empty and everything was to our liking.

Our waiter was excellent and very attentive, polite, and able to help us order drink based on or preferences from other restaurants. Food came out quick, HOT, and Fresh! Having not been to the establishment since the very early 2000s on a recent visit I returned and will say happily the place hasn't changed. The atmosphere is still fun and over the top. The food remains as remembered. Good enough to satisfy at the price point. Service was good and quick. Never once had to ask for a thing. My spouse enjoyed the first time experience. Keep up the good work and hope to see you again in 20 or less years.

This is a traditional Mexican restaurant and cantina. The food is always good, the atmosphere is festive, and the staff are attentive. The prices are also very reasonable with senior and veteran discounts.

They have karaoke and so that was an added bonus. The food was not to my liking but I certainly enjoyed the atmosphere. I would definitely go again. That will give me an opportunity to try something different.

Eat here. Wonderful, fun decor with good food. This was my first time here, and I enjoyed it. The burrito I had was delicious as was the beans and rice that came with it. My dining partner liked her cascadia but didn't love it. The restaurant passed the smell test as we approached the establishment (if it doesn't smell good I won't go in), and we were greeted warmly. The temperature was just right too as we were guided to a comfortable booth. The waiter could have been better as he didn't seem totally there, and he got my order wrong. He did keep my Coke filled, a big plus, and he left us alone once we were served. The price was on par with the quality and quantity of the food. So eat here and have a good time.

Most of the food is very average typical of Mexican restaurants. I would recommend the fajitas as they have a great butter dipping sauce also the charro beans and their tortilla soup are very good.

The chips and salsa were very delicious. My kids loved the tortillas as well. However, I did not appreciate the hostess or manager hovering over our table and wiping behind my children and picking up their drinks from behind them without asking if it was ok to do so. I felt it was very rude and it made me and the rest of the table uncomfortable. I understand toddlers are messy. But please ask me first if it's ok before wiping up after my child. I cleaned after them and even wiped down the chairs when we were done. Other than that, the waiter was awesome and I will come again for food alone. Maybe next time without children because children don't seem to feel welcome.

Today I decided to try this place with my son for the first time. I waited for someone to assist us with a table after being noticed eventually. There was a tall heavy guy who works there with a heavy accent that was willing to greet and assist other customers after talking on the phone outside as we were coming in. He looks like a manager. My food and service was great but the only thing I don't like about my experience was that manager or host kept looking at us in a uncomfortable manner and as we walked out after I paid, he did not greet us. He seemed very rude and I hope he reads this comment to improve his quality of service to all kinds of paying customers. After speaking with the manager he apologized.

This was ok, not as good as the previous time I was here. For the amount of money I spent I am not sure I will return. The food was not hot, the portions were off, they gave us an adult plate instead of a kids plate for a toddler (she wouldn't eat it), the wait staff was slow and they were not busy. All in all not a good visit.

Why do restaurants hire hostesses who aren’t friendly.? Two hostesses were working even though the place wasn’t busy. Neither one of them had much personality and neither one of them greeted us. Both were Hispanic ladies. One was younger, the other a bit older. All we got was “how many”? and then we were hurried to a table. No smile, no greeting…I just don’t get it. Very disappointed. My wife and I almost got up right then and there and left but then our server came over and she was very friendly. She convinced us to stay and try the food. Service was good. Food was OK, but the overall ambience was terrible. Hostess's set the mood for the entire dining experience and the ones that work here fell short. They should probably both be working outside of the public eye… Not worth it. We won’t be returning.

We ordered a chicken quesadilla, before the food, the salsa came out and it was very very oily! I couldn’t eat that, green sauce was okay but salsa looked gross!!

The food was overpriced for lunch and not that great. My order was wrong, and our waitress never checked back with us until we were ready to leave, so I was unable to get it fixed or replaced. I took my entree home for family to eat. I had the black beans and grilled vegetables as my sides. The veggies were great, but the beans had too much jalapeño and were quite hot. I was able avoid the jalapeño bits and able to eat most of my beans. Normally the service there is very good but not this visit. Also, the salsa and chip waitstaff never checked back to refill our salsa bowls. One of the reasons they are more expensive is that they bring fresh made Tortillas with the salsa, but we had to flag down someone to bring us some.

It was great to see another Posado's since the Frisco location shut down. Definitely not the same great experience as those from Frisco. Missing a lot of the original entrées from the menu but still the same Tex-Mex feeling and taste. The kids and I felt the waitress was nice but we often had to ask for things. We had fallen in love so many years ago with the hot fresh homemade tortillas and warm sopapillas and unfortunately here it seems like the are forced to offer them to you. They have cut back on some of the ingredients in the tortillas, I'm guessing for cost. COVID-19 precautions are very lacks here but do have social distancing for the tables. Curbside pickup is available as well patio seating. Hopes were to enjoy our favorite restaurant 3 hrs away from home but fell short from our original Frisco location.

Yesterday was horrible. Waited over 30 minutes on waitress to take our drink order. Then it seemed like forever for her to come back with our drinks and to take our food order. Asked for napkins 4 times then the manager finally walked by our table and we stopped him to ask for napkins. He immediately brought them. The waitress was extremely rude and had a attitude. There was a few people in the restaurant but not a whole bunch. We had to wave another waitress down to refill our drinks. Then it took her forever to bring us our food. We did nothing to the waitress for her to be as rude as she was to us. Asked for to go boxes in which it took her 20 minutes to bring them. If we had not wanted Mexican food so bad we would have left. Not sure If we will be back. Spent $ 60 on the food and didn't even get to eat it . When she was to bring the food out. She stopped over by where they do the tortillas and walked off but left our food there. Had to ask the manager to get her to bring it before it got cold. We just got to go boxes and she was so rude that we didn't even eat it all. When she saw we were leaving she brought us our ticket and it was tip time. She changed her attitude. We did tip but not her we gave the manager the tip and asked him to split it between himself and the other waitress that we had waved over and she helped us a couple times. Do not know what happened but to start off the chips and salsa were ok. The chips were hot but could tell something was off. Possibly bad oil?We had the beef fajitas for two and they were served sizzling and had no aroma as typical with any good fajita plate for a warning. They lacked any flavor even with the sauce that was included. The beans and rice were terrible, below fast food standards. And to end with we had a soapilla that was absolutely horrendous. Not crisp at all and cooked in the same terrible oil the chips had been marinating in I presume. It was coated in mounds of cinnamon to attempt to hide the terrible contents it was hiding. Really dissatisfied with the experience, I don't know if i could attempt to try the nightmare of eating here again. Even though I have had great ones in the past, this was so 👎..

To give further explanation im eating out with my family and my grandma is paying the bill and i didn’t want to drink in front of her at the table. i tried to tell the bartender this and she insisted i had to order it at my table so much for discretion. i will not be coming back to this establishment

I picked up a to go order. Posadoes used to be my favorite place for TexMex. Before I moved here years ago, first place I wanted to go was Posadoes. Im sorry this is no longer true, in fact I may never try it again i was so disappointed with my food. I ordered cheese enchiladas with onion, no chili sauce, asked for double rice, NO beans and i didn't need any sauce. Asked for white queso over enchiladas and rice. Whoever took my order over phone, repeated my order. Picked it up at bar, she was very nice. My food was waiting. They didnt do double rice and the beans tasted burned and dry. The white queso was as thin as water. The tortillas were very crumbly and fell apart. The cheese inside was just clumps of yellow cheese that looked like it had never been melted. I ate some of it after I heated it up at home but it did not satisfy my craving for Posadoes! I did have a gift card I used.
