I typically only eat at any McDonald's out of desperation. The patties are always old and dry, the buns rock hard from sitting under the heat lamp. Today was an exception! I ordered a Big Mac that was even better than the picture! I ate the whole burger, buns and all! Kudos, for making it the way it's supposed to be, awesome!
Said it before , say it again... They treat me like royalty and sometimes even give special favors. Once in a blue moon something might go wrong what personality with an order or with a customer irate but overall after coming day after day everything goes right. Customer service order correctness cost and courteous that's customer service. This is my go-to place for internet
I ordered on the app and parked in curbside to pick it up. There was quite a long line in the drive thru so I figured it might be a minute before I got my order. Well I ended up waiting 20 minutes and had to go thru the drive thru myself to find out what was going on. Apparently their wifi was acting wonky and my order never appeared to them. I want to thank Chris and his drive thru crew for making it right and making me feel like I was their very best customer!!! They made my day!
The employees were nice and friendly. My food and drinks were ready quickly. The area was clean. The kids play area was even clean but my child's socks smelt like urine when she came out. But that's the bad thing about playscapes....
I've been stopping here for breakfast for the past few weeks and the service is fast and friendly. Even a long line moves quickly and they have never messed up my order. A top notch McDonald's!
Very nice people, my bag ripped outside in the parking lot and an employee came outside and immediately offered to remake everything and apologized, even when it wasn't their fault. Very good people
The cleanest and most organized I've ever seen. I was waiting for coffee and the manager noticed and filled my yeti up even tho I only paid for a small. He seemed to care about how that restaurant was run.
Today McDonald's was great! Quality of service and food. Just on the kid's meal toys, you should hand out a variety of them. 3 boys and all the same toy. No big deal but just a suggestion for satisfied kid consumers.
The people here are friendly and fast to provide service. I tend to use the keyosk to place my order and I enjoy the rewards that come from multiple points earned. Try the app if you haven't.
I waited over 15 minutes in the outside lane to order. There were only 2 vehicles ahead of me and at least 6 cars in the inside line went through. I felt like the lane I was in was being ignored.

I have been skeptical to come into McDonald’s because of TikTok and just knowing that most of the people they hire are just people who need to collect a paycheck and doesn’t really take pride in the service they provide. My husband and I have decided to come in with great hesitation but we are waiting for our truck to get new tires a couple doors down. Right when we walk in it’s very clean. We were taken care of right away and while we sat and ate we continue to hear a gentleman from behind the counter calling out orders and reminding others to make sure no orders are falling back or any food was running low. The cashier was not at post (probably cleaning) so without hesitation he is handing food out to a customer while asking how they were doing and to enjoy their meal. After taking care of that customer, he calls out to us to ask if everything was good with us as well. What made me grab my phone to give a review was when I heard him telling the staff to wash their hands as if it were on a rotation timing of some sort. I couldn’t believe it. This guy has got to be the manager or something and if not, he needs to be. I would put this guy in a supervisory training position and have him hit every McDonald’s making sure they are all ran like this one!! Very pleasant experience and not feeling scared at all of what just went into my belly. I wished I would have gotten his name but if anyone from there sees this review he was the tall bald man lol
The manager, Jose Garcia, was the hardest-working and most considerate McDonald’s manager that have ever seen! The McDonald’s app did not send my order to the restaurant. He still gave me the food and said that he was more concerned with me. Then, I received a refund in my email. Recommend this clean McDonald’s highly!
The manager on duty was lovely, I wish I had gotten her name. And where as, at the Houston highway location, they get my Big Mac wrong as always, here it was perfect. Fries were fresh food was hot. Kids were Happy.
My go-to coffee in a hurry! You know you're a regular when they greet you by name. 1.00 LG coffee every morning with the app. Consistency no matter where in America you are visiting .
Pulled up to the drive-through and waited for about five minutes for the attendant to get on the intercom. The food was decent, but the hash brown was undercooked and very greasy.
Shelbee in the drive thru was so sweet and considerate while taking our order and then after pulling up Alyssa was so friendly and upbeat while giving us our order. Definitely a great experience.
They changed up their look and the drive thru is a lot larger and more spacious. And yay they still have happy meals I’ve always been a fan of them since I was a child. Good value junk food for the money. Usually gets crowded at this one since it’s by the mall. Still yummy their quarter pounders are good.
Recently opened after a complete demolition, I'm glad to see the play area to have disappeared and additional sitting area added. The 2 touch screens enables quick orders without having to wait on a cashier to become available, may have to ask for your drink cup. Still have the same menu options, specials, and tastes. Order only took a couple minutes to arrive, was made correctly, and was hot. Hopefully in the future they will update the other locations around town.
Food was good. But extremely slow in getting the food out.

Employees were getting orders out quickly They all seemed to be happy and singing. I placed an order on the app for my kids. So far this has been my best experience with my takeout.
Sometimes you get awesome service and the food tastes amazing, sometimes the service sucks and so does the food. It's a hit or miss. beware of management too who tends to imply that you may be stealing or lying when you return and request items missing from your order after you get charged for them, get your order, get home and realize the items are missing, (upset, you forget the darn receipt but have the bag with ticket info yet is not enough apparently) anyway,like I said... it or miss, it all depends who is working
First time to visit McDonald's in Victoria Tx, Was impressed with the outside no trash,great welcome,smiling faces,curtious,order was correct and hot,perfect in presentation and taste,clean and sanitized every where you looked,enjoyed my visit,was told to visit again by staff,must see for your self,,,
the food is great and to be expected when they get the order right. the problem is at drive thru I'm not sure if the computer they are using is difficult or if they just dont understand but they continuously mess up ly order so I'm always waiting for a remake. All I ask for is an egg and cheese mcgrittle, so no sausage at all, they always put sausage and one time only sausage... I wished they would get their act together at times because the food is great...
Food great and restaurant clean. But a manager or maintenance guy (large guy wearing a maroon vest and showing a manager pictures) was loud and cussing on his phone. Manager never told him to keep it down. Not professional at all!
This restaurant was understaffed and very busy. The lady at tge counter had an attitude. I do not blame her. I blame management for understaffing. Food took over 10 minutes to be served. Food was still very good.
Not gonna lie....its not the same as it was when I was growing up. The $1 menu is the best thing on the menu. I think I constantly go just because I became accustomed to going as a kid. The quality of food has definitely gone down over the past. But those fries are always on point....when there FRESH!!!

Hate the kiosk thing. The employees are great and very helpful when they are at the front manning the register. Management needs to do better and hire a cashier. Also order as a take out and not a diner in. When ordered as a dine in it has taken longer the doing as a take out.
Used my monopoly rewards at the kiosk they gave me everything except my free mchicken which was free from a deal so we went through curbside and I had to use another one of my free mcchicken deals so they brought the 1 mcchicken out so we asked if we could exchange the mcchicken we didnt get for a 6pc nugget we waited for at least 5 -8 minutes and nothing 5-8 minutes for a 6pc?! So not only did one of my free mcchickens go to waist and never got my 6 pc they said they would give me I want a free 6 pc and my mcchicken back the people in the back were also judging me because I was ordering so much a the kiosk?!?! The man that brought my mcchicken was very nice though I do want a resolution to this though.
Worst run setup I have encountered in over 45 years of visiting McDonald's. Most of the 40 minutes spent inside there no one at the counter. Apparently an off duty manager was in there coordinating the confusion which otherwise would have a fiasco. I have never waited so long for a burger and fries.
Don't go during peak if in a rush. Was in line for 30 minutes just to pay. The guy thay took my order sound so confused, idk if he was trying to multitaskbor what. Idk what was happening with the car in front of me if they had separate tickets or what. When I finally got my order I was missing 20 nuggets. Had to go back through drive thru to get them. Sent my daughter in with ticket +2 stars for quickly getting the missing nuggets. But got stuck in drive thru again.
Food was good and hot came out quickly,but was ignored by all the staff while trying to get some ketchup. Other customers were standing to place orders and they were ignored as well.
I used the mobile app to select and purchase my order. Selected drive thru as the method of pickup. I get to the drive thru give then my reference number and all is good so far. Pull up to window and they tell me I owe for my food yet. I said no, it's already charged my account; the money was taken out of my account already. She said it has declined. Well there isn't a way that happened because I can show you where I paid it on my statement and in the app itself. Reluctantly I hand her my debit card solely because I didn't want to hold traffic up. Next thing j get is another message saying that my card was charged again but for a different amount. Finally I ask for a manager to try and explain and she was just plain rude. She tried telling me that it's not paid and I show here that there is two different charged amounts on my card from them literally both just minutes before now. Long story short, the manager said here ill give you the food and I gave you the money back now take your food and leave. Well she refunded the wrong amount charged the higher amount of the two to my card. And still wants to insinuate that I was trying to steal food or get food for free. It was a bad experience especially since the manager was no help to not only the customer but to her employee and showed poor management and customer relation skills. I worked my way up to a general manager of restaurants in Houston and did that for 8 years. I understand some people have a bad day but you've got to try a little harder than that. The second star is solely for the employee that was working drive thru. She tried very hard to right the problem just to have more problems arise and left unresolved due to management dropping the ball.
Been here twice in the past week and they have they are closed when it at least 30 minutes to an hour before their posted close time. This last time I went they told me they had no grill people and that I couldn't even get nuggets or fries. When I worked in fast food even the Cashiers would drop stuff in the fryer. This is ridiculous and endless to be fixed.
This location is good during the day, but the night crew needs training or something. Theyre either closed before their listed hours or are only accepting cash. The night crew constantly loses my business to Taco Bell where the orders are quick and accurate. Their mobile ordering is also very prompt whereas McDonalds mobile ordering is very slow.
Nothing against the workers. This location is just super slow. Tried to put a mobile order in within the geo area and still had to wait 10-15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. You’ll get your order faster by using the McDonalds across town even if you’re driving out of your way.
I went to get ice cream n homeboy(the worker) said they couldn’t make ice cream(McDonalds fix your machine) then I proceeded to ask what does he recommend n vro said to try Wendy’s or Burger King Zawg lidderly giving away customers to other businesses but he funny so it’s coo my fries were extra salty(which is good) my Big Mac fye so we chillin over all McDonalds need to fix they machine I just want my ice cream service 10/10 food 10/10 worker was kewl I guess ma boi is getting paid minimum wage he deserves a raise w how he dealt with all of that he a trooper fr mceydees gots a real one :3
I usually have an okay time here but most of the employees were all on their phones. Kaleb was the only worker who helped us and made sure our quality of food and experience was okay. When we got our food all 4 of our spicy chicken was cold, as well as our basket of fries.... we waited and waited to speak to someone and everyone else ignored my husband but Kaleb he need a raise cause them others ain't it... do better...
Last visit, this re-built McDonalds was great. However, this time we visited we found a dirty dining room (which we had to ourselves) with trash bags and (unused) cleaning tools layed out in the dining area, stale cartons of fries sitting on the service rack, painfully slow food service, and food debris scattered about the dining room tables and floor. The second star is for last visit, and for the food being good once we finally got it.
It was a horrible experience. The parking is too tight. The wait to order was definitely too long, people got tired to waiting & were pulling out of the lines & leaving without their food. When I finally drive up to the pickup window I had to pull up & wait more until I got my food. Too bad. ..
I'm not able to hive a star because I never recieved service. Ordered my meal at the kiosk, sat and waited for 30 minutes then decided to leave. Rarely do I eat fast food but I wanted something quick. Boy was I wrong. Taco bell next door was spot on. Wont be going there again.
Manager didn’t want to fix my order and started arguing and accusing me of things. Y’all need to hire new people to do their job right. Customer is always right.
Ordered to go, got home and found only one Sweet and Sour dip for TWO 20-peice chicken nuggets, so an ounce of dip for 40 nuggets. Then, before I unwrapped my Big Mac, I could smell the sour smell of spoiled lettuce. I tried scraping it off but the whole burger reeked. I called to speak to the manager, and was on hold for at least five minutes. I hung up and called back and got a busy signal repeatedly for 30 minutes. I will call corporate and complain about the food and service at this disgusting restaurant. I wouldn't know about the décor from the drive-up window, but I can only imagine it is filthy.
I'm a McDonald's fan! I love my quarter pounder with cheese! This particular place made the worst....seriously the worst one I've ever had! I am contacting McDonald's on this one and will demand my money back! Here's what happened.....I ordered my quarter pounder with cheese meal, I paid, went to window to pick up, they told me to pull forward as they have not made it yet. I sat and waited, counted the cars that picked up there order and drove off! Finally, I got my order! I was starving! (Just in case anyone is wondering how much I weigh?....90 pounds! Lol) I opened up the bag, it had two huge dried and cold hamburger patties, the cheese was not melted, and the bread was cold! Nope will not go back here again! I'll go to taco bell next door!
forgot half my food just called 1 minute ago and the “manager” i talked to was very rude and did nothing to help, i had to remind the girl in the front to grab one of my other bags then i assumed the rest was in the other bag but it failed to be
I guess expectations should be low at 10pm, but they did a good job at somehow taking them even lower. Fries were room temp at best. Nuggets were cold and came with zero of the bbq sauce requested. The Sprite tasted like water with a splash of expired lemon juice. Finally, the burger had a charred taste thanks to burnt residue all over the patties, which presumably came off the grill that hasn’t been cleaned in awhile.
What’s the point? of downloading an app!!! It doesn’t get me very far very fast and it’s frustrating! I started using the app to order before I get there and pay so when I get there, my food will be ready! THEY WON’T LET US DO THAT! NOW THEY’RE FORCING US TO CHECK IN AT THE FRONT DESK, OR THE SPEAKER LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE!
Bad Customer Service, ladies in drive through don’t even let you tell them how you want your burger, & and when you proceed on telling them they raise their voice on you, if you aren’t in the mood to give a decent customer service then stay home!!!

Ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese, 10pc nuggets combo. Drive off. Bite my sandwich and it's fish. Go back get my sandwich changed. It was mildly warm. Tried my nuggets. They were cold, perhaps room temp. Ate one... Spit the second one out. They were dry, rubbery, and cold. The best thing of my order was the drink which you didn't make... The Dr. Pepper... Oh and the extra pickles in a box. Ate them real good.
This place has the rudest, most inconsiderate manager I have ever encountered in a restaurant. Her people lost our order and when I asked for a refund because after 30 minutes we didn't have our food and had to leave to catch our movie, these people started wandering around looking for my order. I don't want my order now I told them, I just want a refund. The manager was just standing around doing much of nothing and started bad mouthing me to the point that other customers started talking back to her, defending me. My daughter went there today and they messed up her order, which she chose to ignore and then they made her wait for over 10 minutes after she got her food just for a cup for her drink that she had paid for. When another customer spoke up about the ridiculousness of her having to stand there that long waiting for a simple cup the manager spouted off to both of them that they would just have to wait their turn. Well, in my book her turn had already passed and anyeay, how hard is it just to hand someone an empty cup? I can't say enough negative about how I was treated and now how my daughter was treated too.
Old fries filet of fish was cold my son has for light male and they drowned the burger and mayo and then wanted me to come in to correct it. How can you have a full drive through and cold fries?
EDIT: Currently the building has been demolished and is being rebuilt. I do not know when the open date is but I look forward to seeing a new, well organized layout so my family and I can enjoy ourselves there! Old comment: This is one of the smallest most unorganized McDonald's I have visited. The food took 20 minutes to come out and the play room was so hot we decided to leave. Our kids usually enjoy playing at McDonald's Play Place but this one is the exception.
Worst McDonald's in Texas. Drive Through menu was completely black, we couldn't read the screen. When we told the girl trying to take our order she sighed real loud with an exasperated tone. She then got it fixed so we could read the menu board and said oh my God, what's your order? When we ordered a quarter pounder she asked if we wanted pickel and onion with it. We will take how it is usually made. Ok so YOU DO WANT pickle and onion! she yelled. Yikes, we never said otherwise what was her problem? When we finally got through the long line 13 minutes later. There was a typed sign that said "due to coins we only take exact change when paying cash" What? Due to coins doing what?" Poor management at this store, no reason to be waiting 13 minutes in a drive through at 3 pm. The taco bell next door got four cars through the line for every one care that got through McDonald's line. Luckily, we come through Victoria only once a year. No reason to stop here next year.
The place was a mess. Every table was dirty, had to clean my own. The burger I ate was okay until I reached a certain point where they had seemingly dumped all of the salt. My girlfriend had to reconstruct her burger because it was thrown together so terribly it just fell apart. A customer behind me had to have her order remade three times. The trash was overflowing. I don't expect miracles out of a fast food place, but this was honestly the worst experience I've had in a while.
For the morning crew, please make sure you charge the correct amount to the correct party. I was billed $17.00 for a $9.63 order and luckily my bank allowed the dispute. Take your time even when there isn't a line in the drive thru.
This is, in fact, the slowest McDonald's in the country. I came here because I had to leave the hotel to get to work before their breakfast was put out. There was one car in front of me when I ordered and then we sat easily 15 to 20 minutes. At first I was thinking the guy in front of me must have ordered a ton of stuff... But that was not the case. Do not come to this McDonald's if time is of any value to you
Being New to Delivery, having over 15 years Customer service & being in healthcare field fulltime. This was totally unexceptional. Especially when manager in purple button up shirt was looking ,and assisting her employee at 2nd window.. With management history, you are always to clarify orders or service no matter the industry, managers go beyond for customer satisfaction. Being that this restaurant, did a very poor job being trusted with an order to be picked up for delivery. It upset a customer, it made the company I work for look bad and it definitely made McDonald's on Navarro next door to TB look bad. It is not my intention to open an individuals order, due to Covid, I'm expecting that the stickers sealed on bag clarify a delivery order checked,food and drink inside, not guessed its correct. Changes need to be made or people need to be retrained on how work with delivery services during a pandemic. No receipt on bag to verify contents, no extra courtesy questions such as napkins? Ketchup or does order on receipt look correct? Management or not, the order should have been sealed, after clarification of correct order.
6:10am, Tuesday. When asked what time they open, the manager’s response was the lobby is open at 7:00am and idk if the kitchen is ready yet!! Seriously, so I waited a few more minutes thinking she will go inside and let the kitchen know they should open the drive-thru. No, she didn’t. As I was driving away, 4 other cars did too. The window states they open at 5am. Come on McDonald’s!
Employees need to be trained on customer service and how to make Frappes. And stay home if you have an additude!
First off their soda machine isn't working properly. You can only get coke. Yet, not a thing was said when I placed my order. The fries were under cooked and doesn't taste fresh. The chicken nuggets are not fresh. The fillet a fish has a hard bun, and tastes old. This is the second time in a row that we have been disappointed. Due to convenience of just a couple of minutes away, we will give your restaurant one more try.
Did a mobile order and ordered a frappe . I got a medium frappe no whip they gave me med frappe with whip cream when I asked if they could remake it because I don’t know how they could miss the no whip cream part and I got a small frappe back 😐
If my dogs didn't like the nuggets so much I could do with out it ever again. Service has became non existent as they push the self service kiosks on people. If you prefer not to use one of them, you are ignored..
Got off work and needed to eat google maps says store open till 1am. Lady at window said they only are doing Doordash pickup orders. Very misleading to those just needing some quick after late shift. Lady at window offered to take my order since I knew what I want but was stopped by another worker. Fix your time on Google so those spending our gas to get late night food don't waste our time.
You know it is going to be a bad experience when a McDonalds at 2:00 pm has no line inside or outside (drive through). When we arrived, we patiently waited for a staff member to take our order. After about 10 minutes, Staff member inquired about our order being taken. We replied no and asked if he can take it. He pointed to the kiosk and told us to place order. We replied that he would be out of a job by us doing that. He walked back, smarting off about another job he had to do and loudly and sarcastically commenting about how he was going to lose his job. Manager later came up and apologized and took order. Very professional. Conclusion: Staff was rude and do not value their jobs. Professional Manager has limited resources to pull from.
Wasn’t able to get breakfast at 5;45 am because nobody had their headset on. How do I know this? I saw it on the counter while the employees were walking by the window I drove up to. No they didn’t pay any attention to me at the window. It’s ok Whataburger was happy to have my business (about $40.00 per week). Buh-Bye Mickey D!
I ordered through the Drive-Thru and I waited for a bit but I was ok with that. The girl handed me my food said nothing and closed the window. I was missing 2 orders of fries. I caught her attention and said I had not gotten my fries - she holds her hand out saying nothing and I hand the bag back. She snatches it away with a huff is gone for a bit then thrusts the bag back at me and closes the window. The fries had been dumped in the bag - both orders. 1 fry envelope wasn't even opened like it never actual held fries the other was obviously placed in the bag upside down. Not only that but my burger had a single pickle on it, and both the burgers were smashed flat -- again something that was done obviously. If you're so upset with your job that you're mad at me because you did not make my order correctly and was petty enough to purposely ruin my food...maybe you are in the wrong field.
Both of my sons worked here at one point. The quality of the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant is fine. The problem goes into time, from the time that I got there to the time that I got my food in the Drive-Thru was 32 minutes. When I go there and go inside it usually takes around a half hour to get my food also. I do not go there during crowded times, maybe it's faster then.
Horrible service and slow as molasses on a cold winter day. Line was long so went inside. All I wanted was 2 drinks. Stood at the counter for over 10 minutes with no one ever coming to take my order , all while the "employees" were all in the back conversating and carrying on. Granted they were busy but go inside and you'll see why they mess up orders. Totally unprofessional & playing around .I finally just left after standing there being ignored. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

I get up to window, pay and just glance in bag if everything was in there (except ketchup, have to ask them for it, you shouldn't have to) I get to work which is like 2 mins behind McDonald's, my fries are really cold, and I had asked for certain things on a burger and it was not made that way. Horrible customer service as well.
Employees need to do better job when preparing food. Chicken sandwich was a mess. Veggies not even in the bun meat halfway off the bun. No one at first window to pay. No sign indicating to go to second window. Got to 2nd window my money was taken with no amount given to me. Girl walked back to first window to get my change. I had to look at my receipt to know what my amount was. Not professional at all.

Cashier on the speaker was very rude. Had major attitude and seemed like she just hated her job and the world around it. I get that people have off days but the amount of attitude had me just leave before even getting my food. Will definitely not be back to this location any time soon.

Very horrible experience and very unprofessional customer service skills (management) the manager states that my sandwich didn't come from this location looking like that and refused to replace my sandwich the order takers to bus on there phones not paying attention to the customer's ordering service eatting french fires handling money without gloves I asked for comb meals and tbey will repeat it back to you in a comb meal but thry will ring you up individually I will not return back to this location ever again
The second worst McDonald's in North America. Change the price on my order. Gave me the wrong hamburger. Missing items. This place needs to shut down.
I was in the drive-thru, one guy ahead of me, one guy behind me. It took a bit for me to be able to order. Then when I got to the pay winder, the lady didn't acknowledge me (she was taking an order), and it took her a while to take my payment. The second window, the lady handed me my drink and then closed the window. I sat there for several minutes, while she (the worker) messed around with the lids. Never once did she come back to the window and say sorry for the wait, it would be right out or anything of the sort. Another lady came to the window and asked what I ordered, I told her and she shut the window. The lady comes back, hands me the bag, and mutters sorry. The fries had no salt and were mushy, but they were lukewarm. The nuggets were nice and crunchy, but also room temp. The Coke that I ordered tastes bad. I also asked for ranch dressing the receipt shows ranch dressing, they didn't give me ranch dressing, instead they gave me ketchup

Everytime we go there, something is messed up. Today was allergies. (Dairy) when will they start teaching kids how to read in school again?
okay so I'm not usually a review type of person but i don't know what happened today but they completely destroyed my order i cant describe how bad of a job they did. i asked for a 20 piece nugget and a large sprite in return i got a mcchicken that was mikes way with mayo probably 67% of the thing was mayo I DIDNT EVEN ORDER IT and i felt bad for whoever got this. i go inside to tell them and I SLIP on the floor right as i walk in the door and the mcmayo got all over my chest and face they get me some napkins to clean up the mayo cream that's covering my face i talk to the chick there about my unfortunate events that occurred she says "oh I'm sorry we are pretty backed up right now" at first i believed her but i recall that there was only TWO of us in line so i wait for my order and i notice it looks like the subway in new York inside like dirty. i finally get my 20 piece and i leave. when i go outside i saw 2 employees smoking with the door wide open. i get home and open my food and i only counted 15 PIECES like come on what is wrong with this place i didn't complain because I'm not some chud but i was pretty upset.
This location is ridiculously slow, plan on waiting at least 20 minutes for any mobile orders and watching cars finish at the drive thru first that weren't even there when you arrived
We placed an order at 11:28 pm and they canceled our order because it was too close to closing time at midnight, WITHOUT ANY NOTICE!
Wait for.\nGetting to put something in our order and the manager.Sometimes she does it or he doesn't have no concern in the world
Not staff ... No one in front counter to take your order.. only the kiosk and if you don't know how to use it, no breakfast for you friend
Got to say. There is a manager that used to make sure we got taken care of or at minimum greeted customers with a smile and a hello or such. Drive thru or lobby. Sat today in the drive thru for 15 minutes and got nothing. Not even an acknowledgement. I just wanted some fries and nuggets but if that is the way I get treated, I might as well just go somewhere else.
I made a pick up order today. Got the wrong food. Some items were missing. I found like 2 pieces of hair in the fries. Very bad service. Do not recommend
They say this location has shakes,but they dont! Nowhere does it,say they dont do ice cream! Workers very rude when asked! Was our go to for a treat passing thru,not anymore.
Let’s try to enjoy where we work and not give customers attitude or side eye looks for asking for ketchup. Come on managers, teach these kids how to interact. Oh and the burger was dryyyyy and crunchy edges. Won’t be coming back, mainly because the employee with the attitude like a kid who doesn’t want to clean their room. Weird.
I can’t remember her name, but she has huge eyelashes. Latina. And worked the night shift… our order took multiple tries. We never got to leave the drive thru window because she kept messing up. She messed up on the same order 4x… each item. We had 3 kids meals and 2 meals… we handed it all back to get fixed. And even told her the reciept said it correctly. She took it all back and “fixed it”… it was wrong again… so she took the items back that were wrong again and “fixed it” and then handed it back and the meals were wrong again.. so she handed it to us. And she walked away from the window this time… so we checked and it was wrong again. So this time we went inside with the reciept to show her to get it “fixed” (again)… and finally it was right… How does one order get messed up that many times? When it was specifically on the screen and on the reciept?
Worst McDonald’s experience ever. Staff is super slow, took over 30 minutes to make a full order. The slow chick at the front counter basically called me a liar when I finally got my order and let her know I was missing a happy meal. Demanding my receipt and told me “I’m not giving you a happy meal just cause you claim you ordered one”. Like…the gave me the drink for it so…(disclaimer I never refused to show her my receipt) Worst experience ever. The girl at the counter was especially the worst, I didn’t catch her name and I can only describe her as the plus sized woman with a beard and bad attitude.
When is the damn shake machine going to be fixed? Do your employees just not clean it? Why does it always break and why does no one ever fix that machine. It's been over 6 months since that machine broke. Why does the owner not care? I thought Rob owned this one too does he not care? Or are the employees keeping to off so they don't have to clean it? Honestly it's extremely disappointing get rid of the machine if your not going to take care of it. So tired of this stupid restaurant not caring and not following through. Extremely disappointing
Save your time and money, don't stop by. Service isn't the best. Dont expect top teir service. Food was prepared okay even though they forgot to add mayo and lettuce to my sandwich. When I got back to my place I noticed. They gave me the wrong sandwich. I had ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and i got a regular one. Now i see why people are disappointed with this place. Go somewhere else.
I placed my order at 12:51pm I did not receive it till 1:11pm that's was only because I saw a lady ask another employee why I was still standing there for , I simply ordered a small order of fries a bacon egg and biscuit, a sausage biscuit and a hashbrown. When I got my bacon egg and cheese biscuit the egg was cold almost frozen I told the lady at the registers she yells to the cooks in the back yall gave this lady a cold egg. They then give me the same biscuit back with a cooked egg. I DONT EVEN LIVE IN THIS CITY and WILL NOT EVER RETURN.
