Well they were slammed but Tiffany was awesome. She had me call customer service about my rewards and compt my rings and remained professional.
I was moving a Broadway Play in an 18 wheeler and they don’t have the parking, so I called them to place an order, then wait about 5 minutes, and drive up to park in front an run inside. Their service, and understanding of my situation was awesome. Keep up the good work folks.
Whataburger in general is always good. BUT, this location took it over the top. Polite, courteous efficient service and every Whataburger should take "onion ring making lessons" from these guys. Color, quantity, taste SUPERB. You can tell they maintain the fryers properly.
9:30 pm August 28, 2022 The drive-through service was just excellent!! Customer service was on point!! They offered the specials and every question I wanted! Lol Please give this team a raise!! They made my day by being so welcoming.

Got there on a Sunday afternoon. The staff looked like they had a rough lunch rush. We were served in a timely manner. They got the order right, and everything was hot and fresh.
I went there on Thursday night (Nov 17, 2022) and realized I could not find my wallet. I felt so bad, I knocked on the window and apologized and told him to cancel my order. The very kind gentleman said "Don't go anywhere". I offered to give him a check and he just said "I hope you don't worry about it". His kindness was overwhelming. He gave me my food and I was floored that he was so nice.
Thought we'd picked a bad day to visit when 2 bus loads of highschool band kids poured in right after we'd ordered. The staff handled it by the books and we had no delay in our order which was hot and fresh. Nice job!
This is always our stop driving from Houston to George West. Although often crowded, service is professional and quick. The wait time is minimal and food is hot!
Place was clean and service was good. Had car problems and had to leave my car until next day for tow company to pick it up. Talked to Mgr on duty and let her know the problem I was having and that I would have the car towed in to Victoria the next day. She notified her general Mgr and I was able to leave car in parking lot until next day A great big shout out goes to them for their help when I was in need. Thank you!
Nicest people serving the best food. Will always work with you and The Smiling Faces cannot be beat. Remember people, it's how you shout into the forest. I just left there an half hour ago. By far my best experience ever in a restaurant. From the moment i walked in the night manager and staff treated me as if I were the only person in there. Above and beyond excellent customer service !!!! THANK YOU ALL!!!!!

I recently had an exceptional experience at a drive-thru that deserves recognition. While enjoying my sweet tea, I noticed it had a peculiar taste. To my surprise, an employee named Jacob approached me to ask if my drink was okay. His proactive approach immediately caught my attention.Jacob informed me that the tea was old and needed to be replaced. He even went the extra mile by telling his coworker that they shouldn’t serve it, but unfortunately, the coworker insisted it was fine. Undeterred, Jacob still came over to ensure my satisfaction. He offered me the option to swap for a fresh drink, which I happily accepted.His attentiveness and willingness to prioritize customer satisfaction left a lasting impression on me. Jacob's excellent service stands out in an often overlooked area of customer experience. For his efforts, I would rate him a solid 10/10. His actions demonstrate the importance of caring about customers and being proactive in addressing issues. Great job, Jacob!
Driving through the area and really needed a cup of coffee, Mann, Tiffany, Linda, Brianna and Roger took amazing care of me. I can’t tell you enough how much this cup means thank you for making America great again please have a wonderful day and God bless.
Hands down when the best whataburgers I've ever been in food was excellent The onion rings did not have to be ringed out first before eating them. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
I went to Whataburger tonight been a while since I’ve been there at night. The young man that was working the window believe his name is Jacob really was very sweet and helpful. Matter fact you helped me save almost 5 dollars on my meal. Thank you Jacob. Well done merry Christmas everyone.!
I have stopped at this location 4 times on my way home from my treatments in Houston and have NEVER been disappointed. This Whataburger is better than all the rest. Food is hot, veggies are fresh. Service is polite and professional

Best Whataburger experience in a long time! Driving through to Houston but had to stop, the hunger hit lol! Service was excellent and both mine and my husband’s orders were so fresh. Not slapped together like most locations.
It's what-a-burger!!! It's the best there is! Sure isn't trashy in and out burger. Just simply ask to have it made the way you like it.
Always a good location! Double meat, double cheese, with lettuce, tomato, pickles, grilled jalapenos, mustard and mayo! Wooooo, yeah!
Great location for this Whataburger, and great staff who keep their cool when when is crazy busy. It's not quite table service, but they are really cool about bringing your food to your table with any condiments you request. The burgers are cooked just right and look good too. The fries are always crispy but don't burn your mouth from being too hot.

Fast food restaurant reviews are pretty straight forward, because of the consistency of the experience between them are usually the same. This water burger is no exception. It's what you would expect, good burgers and fast service.
The staff was so friendly, and the restaurant was clean. I got a double burger with cheese. The meat seemed a little tough, but was alright. A good fast food alternative to the other places, especially if you don't have enough it in your region.
i rated it as a 4 because the food is good and other locations are fibe but the Edna location is is badly managed and the "wait" staff is mostly terrible. There is no hustle and they seem more concerned about eye lashes thsn getting the order correct.
We stopped at the Edna, TX whataburger late at night (12am) while on a road trip. I only ordered a double meat whataburger. When I saw the price I thought, wow their prices have gone up! The order took longer than expected. When I got it I found out why. They charged me for the #2 meal. I brought it to their attention and was told to get with the cashier for my refund. That person was busy changing the cash drawer out since his shift was ending. I decided not to do it, to avoid waiting longer. I still think that they shouldn't charge for a meal when you only ask for a burger. * I wonder how many times a day, they do this. Not good...
Great food and whoever took our drive-through order was nice, clear, and considerate! Thanks! They don't all come that way😉 It took quite awhile to get our food but I was like midnight sooo I guess you can't blame them to much! The food was great!
I went through the drive through with the intentions of getting a Whataburger, but after Chad the drive employee suggested the bacon blue cheese burger I had to get it. The burger was good the blue cheese sauce was just right and didn’t over power the burger. The fries were hot and fresh. I highly recommend this location. Keep up the good work Chad
Fuel for the road! Service was quick and order was completed accurately. But the burger was kinda bland, not up to Whataburger's usual standard. Maybe the meat not seasoned properly. A few extra pickles helped though. Fries were hot and great. Whataburger is always a must when traveling through Texas!
Pretty good. Can't say anything bad on their customer service. They took a bit of time to get the food ready and the guy was a bit stingy on the ketchups so make sure to keep an eye on that if you're a ketchup lover. But the food was warm so my wait was not in vain.
I went in around 9pm on a Thursday night and it was extremely busy. Several of us had to wait at the counter to place our order, but Iris was extremely hard working. When she noticed we were at the counter, she stopped what she was doing to get our orders out in. She asked a few of her co workers to put some food going, and none of them did so. She eventually had to do it herself. I am glad they have at least one great worker. Keep up the good work, Iris. The rest of the staff needs to get it together. They seemed like they weren’t very productive as it took everyone forever to get their food.

Waited a good 15 minutes for a medium vanilla shake. When it was brought out by a waitress that had just ended her shift and noticed we were still waiting. And of course it had already started to melt..
Employees are very polite and very friendly. However, the service does not match up. Lots of employees and three managers in gray shirts, and yet everyone in the dining room and drive-through are waiting on biscuits. It’s the breakfast shift. How do you run out of biscuits? Ordered dine in biscuits and gravy with a extra biscuit on the side, received my biscuit and gravy without my extra biscuit and was told I’ll have to wait on more biscuits to cook. Why would you bring me my order if it’s not complete? Again it’s the breakfast shift. How do you run out of biscuits with that many people working. It’s like Popeyes running out of chicken. Shaking my head!!! Again employees are very friendly and courteous, but apparently incompetent.
Normally takes around 5-15 minutes for me to receive my meals, depending on how busy. Soda drinks always taste flat and syrupy, but that might just be me. Usually gravy cups aren’t even filled all the way, sometimes not even halfway and they’re very watery. Half the time they get my order wrong and I always end up missing something or needing to get something replaced. My food is always hot so that’s a plus. Employees are nice as well, never had an issue with them, they’re always quick to solve any issues.
Food always seems to be fine and customer service is okay. BUT.. I do consistently catch the managers and some staff cross contaminating. Throwing raw food in the fryer, then touching my RTE stuff as well as handling my money? No thanks.

The drive-thru took forever. I was the third car line. There was a truck at the head of the line that took 10 or 15 minutes before they got their food. The car behind them got their food immediately. I had to wait 5 minutes when I pulled up to the window.
Was there at 9:30pm. Napkins were not stocked and the three self-serve tea cans were completely empty. Food was on par with other Whataburger's which is why the three stars.

My #4 Hamburger was cold :( There didn't appear that there were a lot of patrons when I ordered. I don't recall ever having that happen to me at a Whataburger in the many years that I've patronized them. I'm 75 .
ever since my first review of this location, the service has declined really quickly in the past few years. it's the only place in town that gets this many customers, and they still fall short with their service. the wait times are ridiculous and the management doesn't seem to care about the speed of the workplace. if you come here to grab a bite, don't go in the drive thru because your wait time will be longer. go inside and take it to go so you don't have to wait in your car for nearly an hour. also, come around the early afternoon (12-2pm) so you can get the best possible service.
Hands down the worst Whataburger I’ve ever been to, do not come here if you’re in a hurry and using the app ahead of time is pointless. And that’s a consistent experience, at least for me. I used the app to order, got there after my food was supposed to be ready and still waited 20 minutes. Mind you this was before 5 in the morning and there wasn’t a single customer there.
It took them over 30 minutes to make two spicy chicken sandwiches. TWO. DOS. ZWEI. DEUX. Makes me wonder if they have to hand raise the chickens in house, and then slaughter and prep them first… what a joke.
Don't know why the burger taste changed
All I can say, I won't stop there again. The burger(especially the patty) wasn't very tasty and the texture was off. The wait time for inside the restaurant was almost 20mins. By the time my order was picked up by the counterstaff, my burger and fries weren't hot anymore.
Very slow service, barely acted like I was there and I was on the inside. My food (sausage biscuit) took awhile and I got it to go and there was not any napkins in the bag. There was 5 people in the whole place and only a couple of cars in the drive thru. I enjoy Whataburger, but this location needs to step it up!
I normally really like Whataburger, but this experience was bad. There were 4 cars in the drive thru and 2 people ordering in front on me inside. It took 27 minutes to get a #10 with extra pickle and extra mayo. Also, the extra pickles were literally in a pile all on one small portion of the sandwich. I will not stop at that Whataburger again.
The lady at register (initials K. C.) was very rude. Placed order our order at 10:16 and at 10:32 we had to ask where or food was. Then they finally brought it and it was screwed up. But KUDOS to the nice "associate " (whom should BE a manager) for fixing it PROMPTLY! We also made her aware of the attitude the cashier had.
Lady taking our order was nice at first but when we continued our order she sounded annoyed. She read back our order got it wrong we corrected her with a calm voice and she got an attitude. Service took 25 mins. Once we got to the window they had the wrong drinks and when we corrected the lady she rolled her eyes.....Unprofessional. Food was fine. Not worth the terrible attitudes nor the wait.
The food is amazing. They have a problem with getting orders correct and customer service. I have been going there for the past year and I order the same thing every time. They have gotten my orders wrong half of the time, whether it be forgetting a ranch cup or not substituting the mustard (for mayonnaise) on my burger. I would not recommend this Whataburger, just go to Sonic.
Place was extremely overstaffed and unpleasant to be in. There were multiple workers in the dining area that would be eating food and then going back into the kitchen for short periods of time, coming back out to keep eat their food. Service was also mediocre, slow, and everyone there tried to scam us out of our money by giving us less for the price of more (Example, ordering a large drink and they would try to give us a medium cup.). Not to mention whenever we did get our order there were flies surrounding it, and there was a bug on our tray that had come out of the wrapper of our food. I witnessed cleaning supplies being sprayed in the area where fries were made and even a worker who had been cleaning tables go back into the fry area and prepare fries (Without cleaning her hands.) In total this place would receive one star but because the food was edible (if not questionably), it gets two. I would not go here again, and I would not recommend it to anyone who enjoys good service, clean enviroment and a good meal.
We got a badly burnt bun that my dtr said tasted like oil. So we swapped it out at home for regular bread bc I didn't wanna go all the way back and wait in their line. The drive thru workers are usually nice, that's about the only positive. Food is wrong and rarely fresh nearly every single time, and I wish I were exaggerating. Frequently things are left out of my order: condiments, sides, items added to my burger, even drinks.. very disappointed with this location! Not worth the time or headache to go back for little items but when I am paying extra for specific things it's ridiculous since I can clearly read on my receipt stuck on my bag that I did order it and was charged! Yall HAVE to do better. SMH
Your location is a joke.. waited almost 30 minutes after ordering to get our food. Children inside running around, almost knocked food out of a couple of people's hands, young lady with white shirt that might have been a manager wasn't doing anything. $21.00 for 2 chicken straps that was hard and a patty melt no one to offer condiments at the table you had to walk to counter and ask for napkins, ketchup or straws. Poor excuse for a restaurant.

Stop by after traveling through go home from Houston I no ordered a just a burger as for just mustard and pickles and a small fry waited 10 minutes for that fries were soggy cold and burger was disgusting because it had onions and I hate onions. I didn’t open it until I got back on the road on the expressway and I tried eating it, but it was so gross if they confirm it was just mustard and pickles they should’ve just put mustard and pickles instead of onion.

absolutely the worst whataburger ive ever been to!! it took them 3 times to get my friends order correct when she ordered a plain cheeseburger. All of the drinks on the dine in drink dispenser were all out or tasted horrible and they all came out hot. When i went to fill my drink a worker came over and said be careful on what you get because ive been told the drinks dont taste right and then proceeded to get angry with me when he saw that there was ice on the bottom part and said “why did you pour out all of that ice? you know im the one that has to clean it right? and then walked away. Im very dissatisfied with the workers and i will NEVER be coming back. More like "What-a-Wait" and what happened to the food? People are willing to wait for the "we make it fresh" as long as it is reasonable. 30 minutes is too long! Then No dipping sauce in the order after verification! The French fries were equivalent to 1/3 a cup! The medium tea was 3 sips! This was not the experience I normally have and certainly will not be what I go back for. I do not know if they were low on supplies or just overwhelmed but there is no excuse to wait that long and not receive what you pay for. What-A-Mess!
Ordered food drive thru on way to vacation destination. Waited long after being told to pull up then realized we didn't get full order and had to wait much longer time to get all items. Avoid this whataburger.
Horrible whataburger!! One male worker at the register trying to make things right with customers cuz workers on the food line were messing everyone's order up. Food quality was horrible, cold and overcooked. Burgers weren't made correctly, didn't include paid ingredients, and they didn't include my kids cookies in their meal. Horrible whataburger!!! Do not stop here, you will definitely not get the usual awesome whataburger experience.

The worst customer service experience. The lady did not close the coffee correctly and I spilled it all over my hand. Real hot! I understand that mistakes happen, bit her response was.."oh, I'm human"....then the manager takes over and said, sometimes customers press to hard on the cups and they spill it on their own.... grrrr....then I ask her for French creamer and did not get what I requested....bad bad location. Bad attitude from manager down the line.
Wow! Employee at drive thru window definitely did NOT provide satisfactory SERVICE. Drink was wrong , food was wrong. Did NOT put napkins , or ANY condiments in our bag. Skip this location and go to another . Do not recommend this location.
Did not give a heads up that the order was gonna take forever only one in the drive-through been here for almost 10 minutes for one person‘s food and then when I said I had to leave I needed either my money or my food they did not seem to comprehend so if you would like fast food try another spot
This is the slowest "fast food" that I've ever been to. I don't understand why it takes 20 minutes to get food after paying. I understand freshness and everything but my goodness. I've worked in the food industry for years and tonight made me realize why I don't go to our local Whataburger. You'd get a lot more business if the pace could be sped up a bit.
Ordered inside. Took 4 minutes, with no one in front of me, for an associate to come up and take my order. Several associates saw me and it took an associate wanting to place their own order to call someone up to help me. Ordered my food and waited a while for it to be ready. My fries were cold because they were sitting out waiting for my order. My jr burger was ordered dry with only onion. I pointed out it came out with pickles only on it. They took it to the back and REMOVED the pickles, put onion on it and gave it back to me. INCREDIBLE.
What a hot mess this place is. 35 minutes to get our food. When I asked if our order was readŷ I got snapped at " I've been working 15 hrs. I went home slept a few hours and I am back here again". French fries were on the floor every where. Samé lady was turning customers away telling theme to go to LOVES if they wanted faster food. They ran out of cups. On a good note .. our order food was right and food good. We will not be back anytime soon.
Slowest service ever. If you’re making a pit stop for food keep driving and go else where. I was in the drive thru for an hour!!!!! The workers decided to start taking order manually after me and the cars behind us got their food first. Their fountain drinks didn’t work so they gave us sweet tea with no ice .
Worst whataburger experience I’VE EVER HAD!!!I waited in line with only one car in front of me and it was 20 min. Then they come and ask “What did you have?” I had a number 13…. Paid you 20 minutes ago. Then hand me food with no gravy or bbq sauce and I asked for both. Then they say we don’t have any gravy made. IT’S 8:15!!!!

Service was bad. Stood there & 4 employees looked at me but nobody waited on me. Took 7 minutes before anyone took my order. Food was greasy & had been made a while. The tortilla was wet from grease. Coke was all carbon. I told the guy it neededto be changed out & he just looked at me & continued with what he was doing. I will not be back.
Do not do a mobile order they will make it super quick and will not keep it warm so your food will be freezing cold. And they will forget more than half your order. And you will have to go back for a second trip just to get it. Sadly it's the only whataburger in town. Just wish they could get it together. Bc the employees are so sweet and friendly. But they are over worked and not appreciated. Do better management. People spend a lot of money here, both locals and travelers. You should want to be proud of your establishment.
No clue what was going on. Stopped by while passing through the area. Order was taken but no one was moving in line. Waited around 15 minutes. No employees present at window handing orders. One manager out talking to someone on the side but otherwise no employee presence. Many of us and other cars left.
Worse whataburger on all of south texas, out of sweet tea, out of Dr Pepper, out of WATER, 30 minutes after order placed claim out of fries so food gets even colder. Cheese not even melted on cheeseburger. What happened to whataburger? No napkins, no straws and cold cold food. Stop in Victoria or Wharton, whatever you do avoid Edna whataburger at all costs.
If I could give no stars I would!! It was beyond a terrible experience. First it smelt like vomit and trash in the building and we stood there for 5 minutes while MULTIPLE people looked at us and never took our order. The manager was rude and seemed inconvenienced to have to do his job. The sodas were flat and the tea was nasty. The food was also not fresh. DO NOT GO HERE.
