For fast food chicken it's great. It's not like homemade and they constantly run out of sides like Mac and Cheese. The other day they ran out with 2 hours left till they closed. How hard is it to make more and how long does it take? That was frustrating. I really like the gizzards though. Here's a little tip, save the spicy ketchup packs from Whataburger and use them to dip the fried gizzards. 💣 💣 💣

Best fast food fried chicken! Sides are good variety. I would give 5 stars but their rolls are not very good. They are yeast rolls but no condiments like butter or honey. If they had a honey biscuit like Church's, they could be the #1 spot for great fried chicken!

Seems to always have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for chicken thighs. Food is ok, but they shouldn't consistently not have food prepared

The chicken is just plain greasy with no seasoning. Plain Jane boring. The outside smells like a huge grease trap. The fries and roll are decent.

So not cool. They were out of chicken livers so we had to substitute with gizzards and the gizzards tasted like they were a day old already. The sweet tea was awesome and they had plenty to serve I guess it made up for the bad gizzards.

Chicken tenders used to be juicy and thick. Breading was perfect texture. Now the tenders are dried up and skinny. Meat is tough and no longer juicy. Definitely a disappointed customer. Giving 3 stars because the teens working there are great. They are quick to take orders and are so polite. Make customers feel important. Cooks need to make chicken like when the place first opened....

Appeared to be ran by only by teenagers with little to no professionalism. Stood at the counter being unacknowledged for entirely too long while about 4 kids walked around yelling and laughing, no hurry to serve any customers. There is 1 lady who looks to be older than the other employees and she is nice and always is rushing and working hard, a couple of young men that are helpful and pleasant also. Food is over priced for service to be so poor. I eat here a couple of times a month and it's almost always the same messy and unprofessional kids running the show.

Terrible service today. Multiple cars have been serviced in the drive through after I got here and I still haven't even had my order taken.

Picked up food and fries don’t even looked cooked, chicken has no taste and seems like it’s been sitting too long. Would not recommend this place.

Chicken strips was great service on the other hand was terrible very rude customer service the girls working there acted like they hated their job I will never return or recommend this place

I actually like Bush’s chicken but This restaurant in is the worst place. It’s DIRTY! Spider webs all in the corners of the window. The restrooms were BEYOND nasty. The entire restaurant was just disgusting. To be honest they need new management to keep it back to what it used to be. Not great at all!

Spent over $70 on mixed chicken pieces and strips. They were out of all white meet and substituted it with legs. They didn't adjust the price to reflect 70% legs and no white meat. The strips were oversized nuggets and over cooked. The strips were so hard and awful the dogs wouldn't/couldn't eat them. We used to love to go to Bush's chicken an moved to an area without one. We found one about 50 miles away and decided to give them a try. NEVER again.
